Keratitis and conjunctivitis are the most common ocular diseases, their symptoms are similar and easy to confuse, however infectious conjunctivitis is highly contagious. If misdiagnosed, it may worsen the disease and pose a threat to public health.This is a preclinical study to propose a method for rapid and accurate screening of keratitis and conjunctivitis by combining tear Raman spectroscopy with deep learning models that may be applied to clinical applications in the future.The tears of 16 cases of keratitis patients, 13 cases of conjunctivitis patients and 46 cases of healthy subjects were collected, and their Raman spectra were compared and analyzed. By adding different decibels of Gaussian white noise to expand the data, the performance of the tear Raman spectra with a large sample size in the deep learning model was discussed. Principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares (PLS) and maximum correlation minimum redundancy (mRMR) were used for feature extraction. The processed data were imported into convolutional neural network (CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN) depth models for classification. After the data were enhanced and processed by PLS, the highest classification accuracy of healthy subjects and keratitis patients, healthy subjects and conjunctivitis patients, and keratitis and conjunctivitis patients reached 94.8%, 95.4%, and 92.7%, respectively. The results of this study show that the use of large sample tear Raman spectra data combined with PLS feature extraction and depth learning algorithms may have great potential in clinical screening of keratitis and conjunctivitis.  相似文献

Government city management is facing higher requirements with the development of the number of migrant workers. Therefore, improving their subjective well-being is a significant practical problem that the government must consider in public governance. This research discusses the influence of public service satisfaction on the well-being of urban migrant workers from the perspective of social comparison theory and the role of the sense of social equity and social conflict in the process of this influence. Using the structural equation modeling and moderated mediating mechanism analysis, the results show that: (1) the satisfaction of social and economic public service significantly and positively affects subjective well-being. (2) The sense of social equity completely mediated the influence of the satisfaction of public social service on well-being and partly mediated the influence of the satisfaction of public financial service on well-being. (3) The sense of social equity and conflict have a moderated mediating effect for social and economic public service satisfaction on well-being. Finally, the article concludes with some suggestions to improve the well-being of migrant workers based on the conclusion of the study.  相似文献

目的探讨领悟社会支持对大学生焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法用领悟社会支持量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁状态问卷对253名大学生进行心理健康测评。结果253名大学生中57名(22.5%)存在焦虑症状,87名(35.2%)存在抑郁症状。高领悟社会支持组焦虑自评量表与抑郁状态问卷评分显著低于低领悟社会支持组(t=-2.62,-5.21,P〈0.05~0.01)。领悟社会支持和焦虑状况、抑郁指数均呈显著负相关(r=-0.257,-0.257,P〈0.01)。结论大学生易出现焦虑、抑郁情绪,而领悟社会支持可在一定程度上减轻或缓解其不良心理状态,提高个体心理健康水平。  相似文献

BackgroundIntegrins are heterodimeric transmembrane receptors that mediate a variety of biological function and plays a critical role in osteoarthritis (OA) pathogenesis, which may provide new targets for the development of OA therapies. However, the roles of integrins in different stages of OA remain elusive.ObjectivesThis study aimed to synthesize all published preclinical evidence on the roles of integrin receptors in different stages of OA to identify the potential target for drug development in alleviating OA pathogenesis.MethodsMajor electronic databases were used to identify related original articles. The methodological quality of all included studies was appraised using the SYRCLE risk of bias tool. We used the generic inverse variance with random effects model to calculate standardized mean differences (SMDs) and 95% confidence interval (CI).ResultsSeventeen studies were included in this systematic review. Integrin α5β1 activation increases the histopathological score both in early [SMD, 6.39; 95%CI (2.90, 9.87); p = 0.0003] and late [SMD, 3.41; 95%CI (2.44, 4.38); p < 0.00001] stage of OA. Integrin α5β1 also increased the core catabolic factors like MMP-3, IL-1β, and TNF-α. Interestingly, the inactivation of α5β1 integrin did not change the histopathological score (p = 0.84). Similarly, β1 integrin notably increased histopathological score at both stages of OA [early; SMD, 7.13; 95%CI (2.01, 12.24); p = 0.006]; [late; SMD, 10.25; 95%CI (5.11, 15.39); p < 0.0001], and increased the MMP-13 levels. However, integrin β1 was upregulated at the early stage and downregulated at the late stage of OA. Furthermore, α2β1 integrin significantly increased histopathological score [SMD, 3.14; 95%CI (2.18, 4.10); p < 0.00001] and MMP-13 [SMD, 2.24; 95%CI (0.07, 4.41); p = 0.04]. Deactivating integrin α1β1 increased histopathological score in late [SMD, 1.53; 95%CI (0.80, 2.26); p < 0.0001], but not in early [SMD, 0.90; 95%CI (−1.65, 3.45); p = 0.49] stage of OA.ConclusionThis study provides evidence that α5β1, α2β1, and α1β1 integrin might be the potential target for future drug development in alleviating OA pathogenesis. Further work is required to establish our findings through activating/deactivating these receptors in different stages of OA.  相似文献

The photophysical properties of four representative Cu(i) complex crystals have been investigated using the combination of an optimally tuned one- and two-dimensional range-separated hybrid functional with the polarizable continuum model, and the thermal vibration correlation function (TVCF) approach. The calculated excited singlet–triplet energy gap, radiative rates and lifetimes match the experimentally available data perfectly. At 300 K, the reverse intersystem crossing (RISC) proceeds at a rate of kdir.RISC ≈ 106–8 s−1, which is 4–5 orders of magnitude larger than the mean phosphorescence rate, kP ≈ 102–3 s−1. At the same time, the ISC rate kdir.ISC ≈ 109 s−1 is again 2 orders of magnitude larger than the fluorescence rate kF ≈ 107 s−1. In the case of kdir.RISCkF and kdir.RISCkP, thermally activated delayed fluorescence should occur. Vibronic spin–orbit coupling can remarkably enhance the ISC rates by the vital “promoting” modes, which can provide crucial pathways to decay. This can be helpful for designing novel excellent TADF Cu(i) complex materials.
