The hydrogen-isotope exchange reaction (T-for-H exchange reaction) between tritiated water vapor (HTO vapor) and 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (and it's analog; 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid) were observed at 50 and 70 degrees C in a gas-solid system to reveal the reactivity of a functional group in an aromatic compound having two substituents in the aromatic ring. Further, it was shown that (a) the reactivity of the compounds used in this work follows the Hammett's rule, and (b) the reactivity of trisubstituted aromatic compound could be analyzed by applying the additive property of the Hammett's rule even if the compound contains a substituent at the ortho-position.  相似文献

背景:为抑制人体的震颤运动,各国研究人员试图设计出一套可穿戴机器人辅助抑震系统。目的:分析介绍了针对震颤滤波预估常用的线性傅里叶拟合算法及其衍生算法,并在此基础上提出了改进算法。方法:提出一种引入了加权线性傅里叶拟合算法变基频带限线性傅里叶拟合改进算法,迭代的过程中可随着对象的改变而发生改变,频带设定了一定约束条件以保证算法的滤波特性,限制了频带的变化范围,即限定了一个大的通频带,通频窗口只能在所设定的这个范围内进行滑动,所提出的这种算法为限窗滑动的线形傅里叶拟合。结果及结论:该算法的适应性得到了拓宽,对震颤滤波预估具有更强的适应性与准确性。  相似文献

Poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-2,7-diyl) (PFO) was synthesized under a Suzuki coupling reaction, and its structure was proved by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and hydrogen and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR). A nonvolatile organic memristor, based on active layers of PFO and PFO:GO composite, was prepared by spin-coating and the influence of GO concentration on the electrical characteristics of the memristor was investigated. The results showed that the device had two kinds of conductance behavior: electric bistable nonvolatile flash memory behavior and conductor behavior. With an increase in GO concentration, the device has an increased ON/OFF current ratio, increasing from 2.1 × 101 to 1.9 × 103, a lower threshold voltage (VSET), decreasing from −1.1 V to −0.7 V, and better stability. The current remained stable for 3 hours in both the ON state and OFF state, and the ON and OFF state current of the device did not change substantially after 9000 read cycles.

The device shows different conductive behavior: electric bistable nonvolatile flash memory behavior and conductor behavior.  相似文献

This paper investigates the state feedback robust H control problem of a class of discrete‐time singular systems with norm‐bounded uncertainties and interval time‐varying delays in state and input. A new bounded real lemma for discrete‐time singular systems with a pair of time‐varying interval state delays is first investigated. Mathematical comparisons of the new bounded real lemma and two existing ones are presented. Then, on the basis of the bounded real lemma proposed here, a sufficient condition in the form of nonlinear matrix inequality, such that the considered state feedback robust H control problem is solvable, is given. In order to solve the nonlinear matrix inequality, a cone complementarity linearization algorithm is offered. This paper is concerned with the problem of robust fault detection filter design for a class of neutral‐type neural networks with time‐varying discrete and unbounded distributed delays. A Luenberger‐type observer is designed for monitoring fault. By introducing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and by using Jensen's inequality techniques to deal with its derivative, a new sufficient condition for the existence of robust fault detection filter is proposed in the form of LMIs with nonlinear constraints. To solve the nonlinear problem, a cone complementarity linearization algorithm is proposed. The natural α-amino acid derivate N-dodecanoyl leucinate was synthesized via Schotten–Baumann reaction and alkali treatment, and was applied to the dispersion of arc-discharged single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). Optical absorption and Raman scattering spectra as well as AFM observation confirmed the effective individualization and selective dispersion of SWNTs. Moreover, charge transfer from N-dodecanoyl leucinate to SWNTs was evidenced by FT-IR and Raman scattering spectroscopic analyses. We believe that the formation of a charge transfer complex between dispersants and SWNTs is responsible for the effective individualization of SWNTs, and that the charge transfer from dispersants to SWNTs (or from SWNTs to dispersants) is crucial for selective dispersion of semiconducting (or metallic) SWNTs.

The synthesized natural α-amino acid derivative N-dodecanoyl leucinate demonstrates an effective and selective dispersion towards arc-discharged SWNTs.  相似文献

In this study, we employed a quantum-mechanical computational method to investigate the hydrogen-atom abstraction reactions of two nitrogen heterocyclic carbene boranes (NHC-boranes), NHC-BH3 and NHC-BH2CN, by a series of carbon-centered radicals bearing various substituents. We explored the degree of correlation of the activation and free energy barriers to their components. Furthermore, we also investigated the effects of the radical and substituent sizes, nucleophilicity/electrophilicity indices, and the spin density distribution of the radical reactants on the three fundamental barriers and the thermal contribution of the reaction energy to the kinetic barrier. Using the generated data, we assessed the abilities of the various radical reactants to abstract the hydrogen atom from NHC-boranes. Further, we performed a similar analysis after dividing those radical reactants into four groups, which were classified based on the dominant factor affecting their electronic density distribution, which involves the inductive effect, conjugation, hyperconjugation, and the feedback of lone-pair electrons. The results and conclusions of this investigation not only provide insight into the relationships between some of the key kinetic and thermodynamic parameters, which is useful for understanding the dynamics of such hydrogen-abstraction reactions, but also provide information for selecting suitable radical reactants for further experimental investigations.

The temperature dependence of FAPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) is investigated experimentally by steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopies. With the temperature increase, photon energies of line width and emission peak become larger due to stronger exciton–phonon coupling. Furthermore, theoretical calculations of first-principles simulations are used to estimate comparatively the thermal stability of typical FAPbBr3 PNCs. It is found that the PL peaks of PNCs slightly change with increasing temperature below 175 K and then blueshift steeply decreases rapidly till 400 K, which is related to phase transition from orthorhombic to tetragonal and cubic phase. The simulated results show the PL and the crystal structure of FAPbBr3 are largely dependent on the temperature. With higher temperature, the photon energy of the PL peak becomes larger, and the calculated band gap of FAPbBr3 is about 2.15 eV at 80 K, which is in good agreement with the experimental results. It is confirmed that temperature-dependent PL is composed of a band-edge exciton state and trapping state emission. The results obtained will be of certain significance to further expand other hybrid organometal perovskite materials.

目的:探索人脂肪间充质干细胞(adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells,ADSCs)向表皮细胞表型转化的方法。方法:以手术中剩余的人皮下脂肪组织为材料来源,利用胶原酶消化法分离ADSCs,流式细胞仪检测细胞表面标记CD29、CD90、CD105的表达,成脂诱导后油红O染色鉴定。实验组利用第四军医大学西京医院烧伤与皮肤外科实验室已成功构建的pc DNA3.1(+)/SP+EGF质粒经脂质体介导转染的Ha Cat细胞,与ADSCs在Transwell小室中共培养,对照组为ADSCs加入10%FBS培养基,14天后Realtime-PCR检测两组ADSCs中CK19、integrin-β的m RNA表达量。结果:实验组ADSCs中CK19、integrin-β的m RNA表达量较对照组明显升高,且差别有统计学意义。结论:转染EGF的Ha Cat细胞可诱导ADSCs向表皮细胞表型分化,从而为其成为组织工程理想的种子细胞提供了进一步的支持。  相似文献
