脑脊液引流液中分离出放射根瘤菌1例

本院于2012年8月自神经内科监护室一患者脑脊液引流液标本中培养分离出1株放射根瘤菌（Rhizobium radiobacter）,现将该病例临床资料分析报告如下。     

2000年钦州市钦南区霍乱流行病学调查分析

目的：了解钦州市钦南区2000年霍乱流行病学特点,为进一步控制霍乱的流行提供依据。方法：采用卫生部统一制定的霍乱调查表对2000年霍乱的散发病例、爆发病例和带菌者进行问卷调查,然后做描述性统计分析。结果：2000年钦州市钦南区共报告霍乱病例25例,其中16例为散发病例,9例为爆发病例,发病率为6．64／10万,疫情波及5个乡镇,18个村;男性13例,女性12例,年龄最小为4岁,最大82岁,50岁以上人群占绝大多数（76％）。农民24例,学生1例;临床分型,轻型病例15例,中型3例,重型7例。血清学及噬菌体——生物分型为小川1b型。结论：2002年钦州市钦南区霍乱以散发为主,轻型病例占多数,发病人数趋向于中老年群体。     

作业场所噪声仿真分析及评价研究

基于噪声计算理论及现行多个噪声职业卫生标准,开发了作业场所噪声仿真分析及评价软件。该软件能同时实现多个作业点噪声值的预测和个体日8 h/周40 h接触等效计算,并根据计算结果完成作业人员日/周接触（噪声强度、时间）卫生评价,还可以实现噪声职业危害分级评价,以图像的形式展示作业场所噪声的分布状况。并以某发电厂磨煤车间为例进行了具体仿真分析及评价。     

芬太尼联合咪唑安定在实验大鼠麻醉中的伦理问题探讨

目的 分析芬太尼联合咪唑安定的机理,通过与一些常用麻醉方法的对比,判断其在麻醉中伦理性的优势体现.方法 将45只大鼠随机分为三组,A组：1％戊巴比妥钠40 mg/kg腹腔注射麻醉;B组：5％氯胺酮120mg/kg腹腔注射;C组：咪达唑仑5 mg/kg＋芬太尼0.05 mg/kg尾静脉注射麻醉.观察麻醉效果.结果 使用芬太尼联合咪唑安定的麻醉方式,麻醉起效时间为：0.02±0.03 min,麻醉维持时间为：89.73±22.59 min,麻醉操作时间为：1.51±0.30 min,麻醉成功例数为：15例.结论 芬太尼联合咪唑安定的方法与目前常用的麻醉方法相比,优点较为突出,尤其对实验大鼠麻醉中的安全性、利用率以及复苏后的动物伦理问题都有显著的提高和保障.     

日本血吸虫性别特异性候选基因的生物信息学分析

目的运用生物信息学方法对日本血吸虫性别特异性候选基因SJCHGCD6309（登录号为AY813032）进行分析,为该基因的进一步研究奠定基础。方法利用“数据库消减杂交”（DigitalDifferentialDisplay,DDD）方法筛选出在日本血吸虫雄虫中特异表达的候选基因AY813032,使用生物信息学软件分析该基因的开放阅读框（ORF）,细胞定位、蛋白序列等特征,并预测该基因的结构和功能。结果AY813032蛋白由287个氨基酸编码,属于Cwfl5／Cwcl5结构域家族,定位于细胞核,有8个磷酸化位点,理论等电点（pI）为5．10,分子量为32．17kDa,该蛋白在日本与曼氏血吸虫之间具有较高保守性。结论AY813032基因为日本血吸虫性别特异性候选基因,可能与日本血吸虫性别发育相关。     

北京市昌平区居民雾霾天气防御能力与信息需求现状调查

目的了解昌平区居民对雾霾天气的相关知识、防御能力,以及对相关信息的需求。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取昌平区60岁以上的老年人、职业人群、在校学生共1961人,使用自行设计的问卷进行现场调查,采用描述性分析及χ2检验进行数据分析。结果不同人群对雾霾知识知晓情况及健康行为的形成情况不同：在口罩佩戴、口罩清洗及更换方面,老年人知识知晓率分别为79.2%、67.8%,高于职业人群（65.8%、49.1%）和学生（54.7%、45.9%）;老年人在室内空气维护等知识知晓率及＂雾霾天气注意合理开门窗＂等健康行为形成率均高于职业人群和学生。而在雾霾天气出行相关行为：＂出行、户外运动是否减少＂、＂户外出行是否戴口罩＂等问题上,职业人群的健康行为形成率为80.1%、90.2%、65.9%,显著高于老年人（79.2%、80.6%、48.6%）和学生（74.6%、83.4%、54.6%）。不同人群希望了解雾霾相关内容中,＂政府防控举措＂为第一位;调查人群已获取雾霾天气防控信息的途径以昌平电视台为第一位,占43.7%;调查人群希望获取雾霾天气防控信息的途径以电视为第一位,占70.8%;网络为第二位,占58.0%;手机报为第三位,占35.1%;不同人群希望获取雾霾天气防控信息的途径有所差别。结论昌平居民应对雾霾天气具备一定的防御能力,但相关健康知识及行为仍有待提高;应针对不同人群选择不同途径、有针对性的开展雾霾天气防控的健康教育工作,除宣传政府防控雾霾的举措外、个人预防措施是工作核心所在。     

Disposable circumcision suture device： clinical effect and patient satisfaction

In our experience patients undergoing circumcision are mostly concerned about pain and penile appearances. We conducted a prospective randomized trial to assess the benefits of a new disposable circumcision suture device （DCSD）. A total of 942 patients were equally divided into three groups （conventional circumcision, Shang ring and disposable suture device group）. Patients in the DCSD group were anesthetized with compound 5% lidocaine cream, the others with a 2% lidocaine penile block. Operation time, intra-operative blood loss, incision healing time, intra-operative and post-operative pain, the penile appearance and overall satisfaction degree were measured. Operation time and intra-operative blood loss were significantly lower in the Shang ring and suture device groups compared to the conventional group （P 〈 0.001）. Intra-operative pain was less in the suture device group compared With the other two groups （P 〈 0.001）; whereas post-operative pain was higher in the conventional group compared to the other two groups （P 〈 0.001）. Patients in the suture device （80.57%） and Shang ring （73,57%） groups were more satisfied with penile appearances compared with the conventional circumcision group （20.06%, P 〈 0.05）. Patients in suture device group also healed markedly faster than the conventional group （P 〈 0.01）. The overall satisfaction rate was better in the suture device group （78.66%） compared with the conventional （47.13%） and Shang ring （50.00%） groups （P 〈 0.05）. The combination of DCSD and lidocaine cream resulted in shorter operation and incision healing times, reduced intra-operative and post-operative pain and improved patient satisfaction with the cosmetic appearances.     

蒲地蓝联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性咽喉炎的疗效评价

目的评价蒲地蓝联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性咽喉炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月间曾于我院就诊的102例小儿急性咽喉炎患者并根据其用药,将其分为对照组55例与观察组47例,除常规治疗外,对照组予布地奈德治疗,观察组予地蓝联合布地奈德治疗,观察对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.87%(46/47),显著高于对照组的83.63%(46/55),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗中均无严重不良反应发生。结论蒲地蓝联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性咽喉炎的疗效显著,安全可靠,具有推广应用价值。     

Baicalin suppresses iron accumulation after substantia nigra injury: relationship between iron concentration and transferrin expression

Previous studies have shown that baicalin prevented iron accumulation after substantia nigra injury, reduced divalent metal transporter 1 expression, and increased ferroportin 1 expression in the substantia nigra of rotenone-induced Parkinson's disease rats. In the current study, we investigated the relationship between iron accumulation and transferrin expression in C6 cells, to explore the mechanisms of the inhibitory effect of baicalin on iron accumulation observed in Parkinson's disease rats. Iron content was detected using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy. Results showed that iron content decreased 41% after blocking divalent metal transporter 1 and ferroportin 1 proteins. After treatment with ferric ammonium citrate of differing concentrations(10, 50, 100, 400 μg/mL) in C6 glioma cells, cell survival rate and ferroportin 1 expression were negatively correlated with ferric ammonium citrate concentration, but divalent metal transporter 1 expression positively correlated with ferric ammonium citrate concentration. Baicalin or deferoxamine reduced divalent metal transporter 1 expression, but increased ferroportin 1 expression in the 100 μg/mL ferric ammonium citrate-loaded C6 cells. These results indicate that baicalin down-regulated iron concentration, which positively regulated divalent metal transporter 1 expression and negatively regulated ferroportin 1 expression, and decreased iron accumulation in the substantia nigra.     

Changes in motor function in the unaffected hand ol stroke patients should not be ignored

Motor function changes in the unaffected hand of stroke patients with hemiplegia. These changes are often ignored by clinicians owing to the extent of motor disability of the affected hand. Finger tapping frequency and Lind-mark hand function score showed that the motor function of unaffected hands in stroke patients was poorer than that of a healthy control hand. After 2 weeks of rehabilitation treatment, motor function of the unaffected hand of stroke patients was obviously improved. Therefore, attention should also be paid to motor function in the unaffected hand of stroke patients with hemiplegia during rehabilitation.
