介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用

目的 探讨介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的效果. 方法 38例DVT均行深静脉置管接触性溶栓,12例联合血管球囊扩张及血管内支架置入术.按我院疗效观察标准:治愈,造影检查示血栓完全溶解,静脉壁光滑;显效,静脉回流通畅,静脉内有附壁血栓,管腔内径≥2/3;有效,静脉内仍有血栓残留,管腔内径＜2/3;无效,造影检查示静脉回流不通畅. 结果 治愈22例,显效14例,有效2例.治疗中无严重并发症发生.34例随访3～24个月,其中3～6个月7例,7～12个月12例,13～24个月15例,血栓复发2例,经再次深静脉置管接触性溶栓治疗后部分再通. 结论 介入治疗DVT操作简便,安全有效.     

腹腔镜规则性左肝外侧叶切除术15例

目的探讨腹腔镜左肝外侧叶切除术的可行性。方法2004年12月-2006年8月对病灶位于左肝外侧叶原发性肝细胞癌10例，肝海绵状血管瘤3例，结肠癌肝转移2例，腹腔镜下应用电刀或超声刀、线性切割器等切除左肝外侧叶。结果15例均在完全腹腔镜下行规则性左肝外侧叶切除，无中转开腹。手术时间65—120rain，平均100min；术中出血量50—100ml，平均80ml。肿瘤全部完整切除，无破裂，完整取出标本的边界距肿瘤切缘1cm以上，术后病理证实切端未见癌细胞侵犯。术后无出血及胆漏，术后腹腔引流管3—4d。术后住院3—5d。12例肝癌术后随访1-20个月，平均12．5月，未见肝内复发及手术切口肿瘤种植，所有患者均健康存活。结论腹腔镜规则性左肝外侧叶切除可行、安全。     

活血化瘀方药治疗顽固性口腔溃疡11例

笔者对11例顽固性口腔溃疡病人采用活血化瘀法进行治疗，在短期内取得显著效果，现总结报道如下。     

李莹教授治疗肾病的经验

李莹教授毕业于长春中医学院，从事中医内科临床、科研、教学工作50余年，是吉林省首批名中医。她笔耕不辍，讲学传道，精通典籍，厚德载物，度人济世，尤其擅长治疗肾病，是吉林省中医药科学院肾病内科的创始人，并于1998年开始被国家中医药管理局指定为全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。笔者有幸跟随李老师学习，成为第四批学术经验继承人之一。     

Endoscopic T-tube placement in the management of lye-induced esophageal perforation: Case report of a safe treatment strategy

Esophageal perforation is associated with a significant risk of morbidity and mortality. We report herein a case of lye-induced esophageal perforation managed successfully by employing endoscopic T-tube placement with a successful outcome.     

Liposome-mediated transfer of vascular endothelial growth factor cDNA augments survival of random-pattern skin flaps in the rat.

Tissue engineering is an application for gene therapy that is in its infancy. We show that simple liposomal-mediated gene transfer could result in a potentially useful biological effect in the field of wound healing. cDNA encoding the 165 amino acid form of vascular endothelial growth factor complexed to commercially available liposomes was injected into rat skin 1 week before raising a random pattern 3 x 10 cm flap. The flap survival was enhanced by 14 percent, and was accomplished without accessing the arterial inflow of the territory. These results were statistically significant (p<0.002) and reproducible. No adverse effects were seen. Histological analysis of the angiogenesis localized much of the new vessel formation to the area around the hair follicles. Polymerase chain reaction amplification of extracted flap tissue confirmed the presence of the transgene.     

Efficient high-frequency body coil for high-field MRI.

The use of body coils is favored for homogeneous excitation, and such coils are often paired with surface coils or arrays for sensitive reception in many MRI applications. While the body coil's physical size and resultant electrical length make this circuit difficult to design for any field strength, recent efforts to build efficient body coils for applications at 3T and above have been especially challenging. To meet this challenge, we developed an efficient new transverse electromagnetic (TEM) body coil and demonstrated its use in human studies at field strengths up to 4 T. Head, body, and breast images were acquired within peak power constraints of <8 kW. Bench studies indicate that these body coils are feasible to 8 T. RF shimming was used to remove a high-field-related cardiac imaging artifact in these preliminary studies. P41RR13230
