加味宣肺透解剂对流感病毒感染小鼠细胞因子的影响 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
目的:观察加味宣肺透解剂(JXT)对流感病毒感染小鼠细胞因子的影响。方法:复制流感病毒鼠肺适应株(FM1)小鼠肺炎模型,以加味宣肺透解剂灌胃治疗。ELISA法检测感染后第5天血清中IL-2、TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ的含量,肺组织切片HE染色。结果:加味宣肺透解剂明显升高血清中IL-2、IFN-γ水平,降低TNF-α、IL-6水平,减轻肺组织病变。结论:调节细胞因子的分泌,可能是加味宣肺透解剂减轻病毒感染小鼠肺组织损伤的机制之一。 相似文献

Eotaxin-1/CCL11 and its receptor CCR3 are involved in recruitment of eosinophils to diverse tissues, but their role in eosinophil recruitment in pulmonary fibrosis is unclear. The present study examined the pulmonary expression of CCL11 and CCR3 during bleomycin (blm)-induced lung injury and determined their importance in the recruitment of inflammatory cells and the development of lung fibrosis. In mice, blm induced a marked pulmonary expression of CCL11 and CCR3. Immunostaining for CCR3 revealed that this receptor was not only expressed by eosinophils but also by neutrophils. CCL11-deficient (CCL11(-/-)) mice developed significantly reduced pulmonary fibrosis. Expression of profibrotic cytokines such as transforming growth factor-beta1 was diminished in the absence of CCL11. Furthermore, increased lung expression of CCL11 significantly enhanced blm-induced lung fibrosis and production of profibrotic cytokines. These effects were also associated with an increase of eosinophil and neutrophil pulmonary infiltration. In contrast, mice treated with neutralizing CCR3 antibodies developed significantly reduced pulmonary fibrosis, eosinophilia, neutrophilia, and expression of profibrotic cytokines. Together, these data suggest that CCL11 and CCR3 are important in the pulmonary recruitment of granulocytes and play significant pathogenic roles in blm-induced lung fibrosis. 相似文献

已有的研究成果表明,冠心病患者心脏各导联心电图(ECG)的关联维数D2比正常人均有不同程度的下降。为了进一步研究心肌缺血情况、导联位置和关联维数变化的关系,本研究设计了6只兔子急性心肌缺血实验模型,计算了其不同时间段的12导同步ECG,作出关联维数一时间(D2-T)曲线,结合电生理和解剖学知识,研究了实验结果,发现急性心肌缺血初期ECG的D2值具有动态变化特性,其原因在于心血管中存在代偿作用。ECG的D1的变化反映了单一化的心脏传输网络系统的非线性复杂性的变化。将此结论由动物推广到人,可以为临床上运用D2值分析心肌缺血病症严重程度提供理论指导。 相似文献

Although there have been some reports that measured the size of mastoid pneumatization, only a few studies have reported the age-related variations in the mastoid air cell system using three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction techniques of computed tomography (CT) images. We performed a retrospective, cross-sectional study. A 3D reconstruction based on CT images was performed on 199 ears of 102 patients (age range 6–84 years) without otologic disease by a surface-rendering algorithm. The results showed that mastoid pneumatization continued to grow until the third decade. Thereafter, it declined slowly, and then rapidly after the seventh decade. No statistically significant difference was found between male and female or between right and left sides. There was a significant difference between the larger and smaller sides of individuals. The volume measurement technique based on the 3D reconstruction technique reported here is widely available, highly accurate and easy to perform. 相似文献

目的:探讨深圳警察的心理健康和应对方式及其与人口学特征的关系。方法:通过团体测试方式对6107名深圳警察进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷调查。结果:深圳警察SCL-90的总均分、阳性症状均分及l0个因子分均显著低于全国常模;其积极应对得分显著高于全国常模,而消极应对得分显著低于全国常模。深圳男性警察的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、敌对、偏执、精神病及总均分均显著高于女性,其积极应对得分显著低于女性。36-40岁年龄段及副科级警察SCL-90多项因子分在各年龄段及各职务级别警察中得分最高;45岁以前,随着年龄的递增,积极应对和消极应对两维度的均分均相应递增。结论:年龄、性别、文化程度和职务级别的不同对深圳警察的心理健康状况和应对方式存在一定影响。积极应对有利于心理健康。 相似文献

The immunity of a combined DNA vaccine of HSV-2 glycoproteins B2 (gB2) and D2 (gD2) genes in comparison to individual vaccines was studied with regard to protecting against the HSV infection. Two recombinant DNA vaccines of the pHS2-gB2 or pHS2-gD2 were constructed and formulated. The neutralizing antibody titers appeared higher in the B2:D2 gene cocktail-vaccinated mice than that of the individual B2 or D2 gene-vaccinated group alone, and the positive KOS control induced higher titer of the neutralizing antibody than combined or individual gene vaccines. The mock-immunized mice failed to induce enough. The ranks for the CTL activity and the protection rates against the lethal intravaginal challenge were shown as KOS>B2:D2 cocktail>D2>B2 gene vaccines. The vaginal external diseases in the B2:D2 or D-vaccinated mice were significantly reduced against the challenging dosages. The virus titers in the vaginal secretions of the vaccinated mice significantly reduced with time, and the B2:D2 gene vaccine decreased more than each individual vaccine alone. It can be concluded that the cocktailed vaccines are more effective in the humoral and cellular immune responses in the mice, and in the protection of the mice against the intravaginal challenging dosages when compared with individual gene vaccines. Although Mutoh et al. have found intercalated ducts in the pancreatic islets of avians, including the chicken, moorhen (Gallinula chloorpus), and Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica), and even demonstrated the functions of intercalated duct cells in pancreatic islets, to our knowledge, there have been only a few reports on the relationship between intercalated ducts and islets in mammalia. Accordingly, in this study, we investigated whether intercalated ducts are morphologically related to the islets of cattle, by using S-100 protein as a ductal cell marker for immunocytochemistry and examining the ultrastructure of intercalated ducts and islets electron-microscopically. The results revealed intercalated ducts that reacted positively for S-100 protein within and near islets, with approximately 12% of the islets having intercalated ducts in the vicinity and approximately 1.5% containing intercalated ducts within them. Ultrastructurally, intercalated ducts were also seem to be closely related to the islets. In conclusion, the results of the present study indicate that a close relationship exists between intercalated ducts and islets. 相似文献

The visible burrow system (VBS) is a habitat providing burrows and an open area for mixed-set rat colonies. Provisioning of food and water in the burrows makes it unnecessary for potentially defensive animals to leave the burrows to eat/drink on the surface, and enables evaluation of new types of agonistic interactions that may emerge when this necessity is removed. In such colonies, subordinate males showed high magnitude tunnel guarding behavior, occupying a tunnel opening onto the surface and confronting the dominant. Dominants, in response, made lunges into the tunnels, but quickly retreated without gaining entry, apparently stopped by contact with the defender's vibrissae. Dominants also made and continued to make lateral attacks to the wall adjacent to the tunnels guarded by subordinates, although these were useless in terms of affording contact with the subordinate. Dominant-female agonistic interactions were more frequent than those of dominants and subordinates. These were largely initiated by the male, and involved female defensive behavior. Nonetheless, females, unlike subordinates, failed to show tunnel guarding and continued to utilize the surface freely. They also spent more time in the vicinity of the dominant over days of colony formation. This apparent paradox may reflect that females were seldom wounded, and that the initial site of male contact with females was the female's anogenital area, findings suggesting that interactions of males and females often reflect male sexual advances, countered by female defenses that effectively protect nonestrus females from mounting and copulation. 相似文献

Increasing evidence indicates that the production of nitric oxide (NO) by inducible NO synthase (iNOS) is tightly regulated. Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) is a family of multifunctional peptides secreted during macrophage activation, but several lines of evidence suggest that TGF-beta is selectively suppressive for macrophage NO production. We therefore reasoned that a strategy employing oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) complementary to TGF-beta mRNA (antisense ODN) might increase NO production in interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) treated murine peritoneal macrophages. To evaluate this concept, we tested the effects of antisense ODN targeted to TGF-beta mRNA (25-mer ODN complementary to TGF-beta mRNA sequences) by introducing them into the medium of cultured macrophages. Phosphorothioation of ODN was employed to retard their degradation. Antisense ODN had no effect on NO production by itself, whereas IFN-gamma alone had a modest effect. When antisense ODN were used in combination with IFN-gamma, there was a marked cooperative induction of NO production. These effects of antisense ODN were associated with decreased TGF-beta expression in activated macrophages. However, sense ODN had no effect. Adding anti-TGF-beta antibodies to the IFN-gamma-treated macrophages mimicked the positive effect of antisense ODN on NO production. In addition, the effects of either antisense ODN or anti-TGF-beta antibodies were blocked by adding exogenous TGF-beta in cultured macrophages. These results indicate that the generation of TGF-beta by activated macrophages provides a self-regulating mechanism by which the temporal and perhaps spatial production of NO, a reactive and potentially toxic mediator, can be finely regulated. 相似文献
