Modern Medicine: Ideas and Advances

Considering the limitations of medical science and the risks associated with medical treatments, we need to re-examine the connotation of medical science from the perspective of philosophy. Medical science is the natural expression of human kindness and human nature of rescuing the dying and healing the wounded. It is a combination of the natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities. From the perspectives of medical philosophy and humanistic care, this article expounds the concepts and ideas of evidence-based, translational, and precision medicine in modern medicine and emphasizes the importance of avoiding new technical bureaucracy, paying attention to achieving a holistic view and systematic understanding, and avoiding biases in development because of the loss of the humanistic spirit in modern medical practice.     

21世纪加强医学生人文素质培养的思考

医学科学从来就是科学知识与人文精神密切结合的一门学科。现代科学技术越来越多地应用于医学研究和医学实践,大大地促进了医学科学的发展,然而也呼唤着更多的医学人文精神的关怀。如何把医学科学知识与医学人文精神有机地结合起来,是我国医学院校教育的重要课题。     

中药结合心理干预治疗不安障碍40例

[目的]探索不安障碍治疗的有效途径。[方法]采用中药结合心理干预治疗不安障碍患者40例。[结果]显效31例(77·5%)、有效7例(17·5%)无效2例(5·0%)。SDS、CMI有显著性差异。[结论]中药结合心理干预治疗不安障碍疗效显著。

从影响现代大学制度的综合因素分析出发,提出建立现代大学制度的核心是要落实大学自治、学术自由和教授治校.此外建立现代大学制度还要树立正确的人才观、发展观、质量观、模式观,培育具有鲜明特色大学精神和大学文化.     

护理人文关怀在急诊患者中的应用研究

目的:探讨人文关怀在急诊护理过程中的应用效果.方法:选定100名我科接诊的急诊患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各50例.A组在护理过程中实施人文关怀,B组在护理过程中不施加人文关怀.以患方满意度作为观察指标,对两组进行比较.结果:A组患方满意度是98%,B组患方满意度是84%.两组比较有显著性差异(X2=4.3956.P=0.0360).结论:在急诊护理过程中,护士应尽可能为患者提供人文关怀,并贯穿于整个护理服务的全过程,使急诊病人及家属满意度与急诊护理质量不断提高,并减少护患纠纷,以利于患者掌握健康知识并早日康复.     

大学语文中的人文精神教育探索

根据国家教委高教司对大学语文的定位，针对语文课程的性质、功能和大学生的实际状况，提出大学语文教学目标是培养、提高学生的人文精神、人文素养，传承中华民族优秀文化，并在教学实践中从文学的审美欣赏、情感教育，人格感染三个方面进行了一定的探索。     

"Chronic painter''s syndrome". A reanalysis of psychological test data in a group of diagnosed cases, based on comparisons with matched controls

Twenty solvent-exposed workers, most of them painters, had been diagnosed as cases of toxic encephalopathy in 1978/79. Two years later they were re-examined with an extensive battery of neuropsychological tests. Their performance was unchanged on retesting. We have now compared their test results with those of non-exposed control subjects. Previous impressions of significant intellectual impairment in the solvent-exposed patients could not be confirmed when the influence of age, education, and intelligence was taken into consideration. The present group with presumed toxic encephalopathy is assumed to be representative of other patients who were similarly diagnosed in our department. The presently reanalyzed cases had been diagnosed as brain damaged and reported as such in the literature. Thus, they may have contributed to the formation of the concept of the "chronic painters' syndrome" with dementia.     

抗疫精神融入三级医院文化建设的路径研究

新冠肺炎疫情防控进入常态化阶段,我国总体抗疫战况良好,这场公共卫生事件的妥善处理,体现了中国人民特别是广大医务工作者崇高的抗疫精神。从抗疫精神和医院文化建设的新时代内涵出发,首先分析抗疫精神融入医院文化建设的4个前提条件,进而提出了一套推动抗疫精神融入医院文化建设的有效路径。融入路径整体包括3个步骤,即"引导抗疫精神融入整体医院文化体系—构建多圈层医院文化主体—构建文化评估体系",期许为学界相关研究提供参考。     

弘扬科学精神，抵制伪科学对中医的侵害

从科学与伪科学的分界标准出发,探讨了伪科学在中医药领域的具体表现形式,分析了中医伪科学产生的认识、文化、社会和心理根源,并提出了抵御与消除中医伪科学的具体措施。认为弘扬科学精神,特别是倡导科学的理性、敬业、求实、怀疑和批判的精神是抵制中医伪科学的根本。     

基于儿科护士需求的人文关怀分层培训实践

目的探讨基于儿科护士需求分析的人文关怀分层培训的应用效果。方法采用访谈法了解不同层级儿科护士的人文关怀培训需求,根据培训需求对142名儿科护士实施人文关怀分层培训6个月,比较培训前及培训后各层级儿科护士关怀能力和培训满意度。结果培训后不同层级儿科护士关怀能力及对人文关怀培训满意度显著高于培训前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论采用基于需求的人文关怀分层培训有利于提高各层级儿科护士的人文关怀能力,提高培训满意度。
