2005～2006年江西省血吸虫病疫情监测点螺情调查结果分析

目的分析2005～2006年江西省12个国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点螺情调查结果,掌握各监测点钉螺消长情况。方法依据《全国血吸虫病疫情监测点方案》,对各监测点钉螺孳生环境与可疑环境进行调查,比较两年的各项螺情指标。结果2006年12个监测点的有螺面积较2005年下降17.27%,但各监测点有螺面积下降幅度不相一致,有10个监测点查出有阳性钉螺分布;另外各监测点活螺密度、阳性螺密度也有较大波动。结论各监测点螺情依然严重,应加强控制钉螺的防治力度。     

Isolation and identification of chondroitin sulfates from the mud snail

Chondroitin sulfates were isolated from the mud snail. For the quantitative analysis of enzymatic digestion products of isolated chondroitin sulfates, strong anion exchange-high performance liquid chromatography (SAX-HPLC) was performed. By the action of chondroitinase ABC, three unsaturated disaccharides 2-acetamide-2-deoxy-3-O-(β-D-gluco-4-enepyranosyluronic acid)-D-galactose (ΔDi-OS), 2-acetamide-2-deoxy-3-O-(β-D-gluco-4-enepyranosyluronic acid)-6-O-sulfo-D-galactose (ΔDi-6S) and 2-acetamide-2-deoxy-3-O-(β-D-gluco-4-enepyranosyluronic acid)-4-O-sulfo-D-galactose (ΔDi-4S) were produced from the mud snail chondroitin sulfates. The analysis showed that relative proportion of ΔDi-OS/ΔDi-6S/ΔDi-4S was 58.7/3.1/38.2. The immunomodulating activity of chondroitin sulfate was examined by cell proliferation assay and these results suggest that it might be a immunosuppressant.     

Cone dysfunction and supernormal scotopic electroretinogram with a high-intensity stimulus

An unusual form of scotopic electroretinogram with a bright white stimulus, which consisted of a rectangular a-wave of normal amplitude and a b-wave of supernormal amplitude, was recorded in three patients with cone dysfunction. In addition to poor visual acuity, abnormal color vision and reduced amplitude of the photopic electroretinogram, these patients showed a 2-log unit elevation of the dark-adaptation threshold. Funduscopic examination and fluorescein angiography revealed fine granular pigment disturbances at the mascula. The relationship between the response of the dark-adapted electroretinogram versus stimulus intensity was unique to these patients. The b-wave thresholds were elevated by 1 log unit. The b-waves were reduced in amplitude and markedly delayed in implicit time to dim stimuli, but supernormal in amplitude and normal in implicit time to bright stimuli.Abbreviations GMP guanosine monophosphate     

Development of a simple image viewer designed for small X-ray field CT equipment 3DX

Objectives To develop a simple image viewer that utilizes image files in general-purpose formats that are written from the original 3DX volume data. Methods We used FLASH MX2004 for Macintosh to develop a simple image viewer. In developing the software for the simple image viewer, we decided that the viewer should provide the following features: (1) be available to both Windows OS and Mac OS, (2) allow interlocking of the 3D images, (3) display image enlargement, and (4) allow distance measurements. The accuracy of the distance measurements was evaluated. Results The procedure was as follows: (1) write 3D images in jpeg format to a folder on i-VIEW; (2) place the folder containing the 3D images into the directory of the simple image viewer software on a PC; (3) start the software and open the window to input the folder name containing the 3D images; and (4) display the 3D images. Our viewer had features such as image enlargement, interlocking 3D images, drawing, and distance measurements. No significant differences were shown between the measurements made by our simple viewer and the actual values of the images in any direction. Conclusions Our image-viewing software for 3DX is beneficial for clinical use.     

蜗牛卵液对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤的抑制作用

[目的 ]探讨蜗牛卵液对小鼠S180 肉瘤的抑制作用 .[方法 ]按标准方法给 4 0只小鼠接种S180肉瘤细胞后 ,随机分成 4个组 ,即对照组 :每日灌胃生理盐水 10mL/kg ;实验 1组 :每日灌胃蜗牛卵液1 5 g/kg ;实验 2组 :每日灌胃蜗牛卵液 3 0 g/kg ;实验 3组 :每日灌胃蜗牛卵液 3 8g/kg ;连续 8d后 ,观察肿瘤质量变化及胸腺 (脾脏 )指数 .[结果 ]每日 1 5 ,3 0 ,3 8g/kg的蜗牛卵液对小鼠S180 肉瘤的生长抑制率分别为 38 2 % ,4 0 5 % ,5 4 4 % ,实验 3组的肿瘤抑制率高于对照组 ,两组间有显著性差异 ;实验2组和实验 3组的胸腺 (脾脏 )指数低于对照组 ,与对照组相比较亦有显著性差异 .[结论 ]蜗牛卵液对小鼠S180 肉瘤有抑制作用 .     

三峡建坝后血吸虫病传播危险因素研究Ⅲ库区血吸虫病监测方案的研究

目的了解三峡库区血吸虫病传播危险因素,为三峡库区血吸虫病动态监测提供技术方案。方法在三峡库区进行钉螺生存模拟试验,调查库区流动人口、家畜血吸虫病传染源和钉螺输入库区的潜在危险因素,以及建坝后社会经济发展变化对血吸虫病传播的潜在影响因素,找出库区血吸虫病监测的重点。结果钉螺在三峡库区的适宜环境中能够生长繁殖;血吸虫病传染源主要是往返于血吸虫病流行区的流动人口;从血吸虫病疫区引进花草树木和牲畜,存在将钉螺和动物传染源输入库区的可能;库区社会经济发展可使血吸虫病传入的危险增加,三峡库区已成为血吸虫病的潜在流行区。结论三峡库区血吸虫病监测工作重点应是流动人口、引进的牲畜等血吸虫病传染源和钉螺输入因素的监测。     

Decrease of potassium permeability by intracellular application of sodium ions in snail neurons

In the identified neurons B1, B2 and B3 of Helix pomatia an intracellular injection of Na+ induced an outward current in 10% and an inward current in 90% of the experiments. The outward current was associated with an increase and the inward current with a decrease of the membrane conductance. Both currents reversed at membrane potentials of between -60 and -70 mV. Inward currents were also elicited by intracellular Li+ or tris-[hydroxymethyl]-aminomethane (Tris+) injection. All inward currents were reduced by extracellular administration of tetraethylammonium or quinine. It is suggested that the outward current represents a calcium-activated potassium current and that the inward current is due to a blockade of potassium channels from the intracellular side.
