目的探讨雨课堂在临床流行病学教学中的作用和效果。方法采用随机对照法在本科阶段无流行病学学习经历的临床专业硕士研究生中,使用雨课堂线上课前预习及课后随堂练习的功能,用于评价雨课堂线上功能的辅助教学效果。结果应用雨课堂线上功能干预组与对照组在基线、阶段小测和末考卷面成绩均无统计学差异;但对于主动学习,雨课堂参与度较高的学生成绩提高明显。结论雨课堂有利于理论性较强课程的学习,但是仍不能忽略课堂教学师生互动过程。 相似文献

目的:研究长柱重楼、滇重楼和南重楼的HPLC指纹图谱与其抗肝癌作用的谱效关系,为明确重楼抗肝癌作用的物质基础提供实验依据。方法:采用HPLC建立3种重楼提取物的指纹图谱,流动相乙腈(A)-水(B)梯度洗脱(0~10 min,20%A; 10~20 min,20%~25%A; 20~30 min,25%~30%A; 30~40 min,30%~35%A; 40~50 min,35%~40%A; 50~60 min,40%A; 60~75 min,40%~45%A; 75~80 min,45%~60%A),流速0. 9 m L·min~(-1),检测波长203 nm;利用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法测定3种重楼提取物对肝癌HepG2细胞的增殖抑制作用,计算半数抑制浓度(IC_(50));运用聚类分析(HCA)和灰色关联度分析(GRA)研究3种重楼指纹图谱和抗肝癌作用的关系,找出对抗肝癌作用贡献较大的成分。结果:在3种重楼的HPLC指纹图谱中,确定其中11个色谱峰为共有峰。作用时间72 h时长柱重楼、滇重楼、南重楼的IC_(50)分别为148. 33,178. 87,208. 09 mg·L~(-1),其中长柱重楼的抗肝癌活性最强。灰色关联度结果显示,滇重楼共有峰中关联度较高的为1~10号峰,长柱重楼共有峰关联度较高的为1~7号峰,南重楼共有峰中关联度较高的为1~4,6~10,N1号峰,与IC_(50)关联度均0. 7。各重楼变量的聚类分析结果显示,可与IC_(50)聚为一类的色谱峰的关联度均 0. 7。结论:建立了3种重楼的HPLC指纹图谱,重复性良好。3种重楼中的1~4,6和7号色谱峰对抗肝癌药效贡献最大。 相似文献

BackgroundA number of key publications in recent years have advocated a more integrated vision of UK primary care involving increased multi-professional communication and understanding. This has resulted in a marked change in the roles being undertaken by pharmacists. Community pharmacists have traditionally provided a medicine supply function and treated minor ailments in addition to delivering a suite of locally commissioned services; however these functions have not necessarily been part of a programme of care involving the other clinicians associated with the patient. An integrated model of care would see much closer working between pharmacy and general practice but also with pharmacists not only working with, but in the practice, in an enhanced patient-facing role, trained as independent prescribers. This has implications for the dynamics amongst professionals in this environment.ObjectivesThis exploratory multiple case study attempts to explore these changing dynamics across ten GP surgeries throughout the South-East of England.MethodsSemi-structured, in-depth interviews were conducted with one nurse, one pharmacist and one physician from each clinic, and survey data was collected from 38 patients who had appointments with a pharmacist.ResultsThe data suggested that the pharmacists who had enhanced roles perceived some uncertainty about their professional role and identity, which resulted in instability and insecurity and that this uncertainty led to both professional and interprofessional tension with their primary care colleagues. The survey data revealed that n = 35 (92%) patients stated they were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with their appointment. And n = 37 (97%) were ‘very comfortable’ or ‘comfortable’ discussing their medications with the pharmacist. In addition, 36 patients (95%) reported that they strongly agreed or agreed with the clinical recommendations made by the pharmacist.ConclusionsThese findings are discussed in relation to role expansion and professional/interprofessional relations before key practical suggestions are offered. 相似文献

科研作图是展示研究数据的主要形式,也是科研素养的重要体现。口腔医学硕士研究生是接触科学研究的第一站,然而目前的研究生教育环节对科研作图能力缺乏系统性培养,许多研究生在科研作图中存在许多不规范的问题,本文针对这一问题进行初步探讨。本文分析比较了常用作图工具Microsoft Excel、Origin和Graphpad Prism的特点;以学校口腔医学硕士的培养过程为参考,分析目前硕士研究生科研作图方面存在的主要问题及应对策略。发现不同作图软件具有不同的风格特点,当前硕士研究生作图存在风格不统一、拼图不规范、图注不规范等问题,应当根据自身需求合理选择作图工具,提升作图能力。科研作图是科研能力的重要方面,应当加强口腔医学硕士研究生作图能力的培养。 相似文献

ObjectiveTo present, the process of development and evaluation of an educational software on the Child Health Handbook proposed for the continuing education of primary care nurses and physicians.MethodsQuantitative study of methodological development. For software development, the following steps were followed: definition of objectives; determination of the target audience; choice of pedagogical and theoretical reference for content; content selection and structuring; software development and evaluation by experts (five nurses and four physicians). All responded to an instrument that included four domains: pedagogical; content; functionality; system presentation and usability. The evaluation criteria were arranged on a Likert-type scale. The percentage of agreement and Content Validity Index were used for the quantitative analysis of the degree of agreement, considering a Content Validity Index cutoff point equal to 0.80.ResultsThe overall agreement index, calculated by the arithmetic mean of the Contents Validity Index of the evaluated domains, was 0.96, with scores ranging from 0.90 to 1.00. The average percentage of agreement of the experts per domain was 92.86%, with lower agreement in the content (80.95%), presentation, and usability (90.48%) domains. 100% of percentage of agreement was observed in the pedagogical and functionality domains among the evaluated specialists.ConclusionThe percentage of agreement, Content Validity Index and overall agreement index of the Child Health Handbook educational software in the context of primary care disclosed the software adequacy as an educational resource for continuing education of primary care nurses and physicians. 目的:观察优化温针灸流程对患者温针灸过程中不良事件发生及舒适度的影响。方法:选取行温针灸治疗的140例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用传统纸片承接散灰,观察组使用锡纸圆杯代替传统纸片。结果:观察组无不良事件发生。对照组出现不良事件频率较高,其中灰烬跌落床单和灰烬跌落皮肤发生率与观察组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化温针灸流程在温针灸过程中能减少不良事件发生,提高患者的舒适度。 相似文献

目的:探究超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效。方法:72例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。对照组采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合PRP治疗。比较两组患者的灰度差异、时间指标、瘢痕程度、疼痛、不良反应及视觉评估。结果:观察组的并发症发生率为11.11%,低于对照组的36.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的灰度差异率均减小,且观察组患者的灰度差异率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的炎性渗出时间、红肿时间、愈合时间、停工时间及瘢痕程度评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但疼痛度评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合PRP治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕效果较好,可有效降低瘢痕程度,减少治疗时间及并发症的发生,帮助患者迅速回归正常工作与生活,值得临床推广使用。 相似文献
