目的:通过CT研究增殖体面容与硬腭枕骨斜坡夹角的相关性。方法:回顾性分析16例确诊增殖体面容患者与36例正常检查者的CT图像,测量硬腭与枕骨斜坡前缘的夹角。结果:16例增殖体面容患者与36例正常检查者夹角平均值分别为62°和42°,差别具有统计学意义。结论:测量硬腭与枕骨斜坡前缘的夹角对诊断增殖体面容具有重要意义。  相似文献

一对一本科生导师制是我国高校培养人才的新模式,是能够有效提高本科生综合素质的教学法。本研究将该教学法应用于医学影像学专业本科生实习教学中,有效提高了学生临床理论与实践工作能力、良好职业素质与医德医风、科研思维与创新意识、临床沟通能力与自主学习能力等综合素质,利于学生社会角色转换。目前,导师制实施过程中还存在导师培养与考核体系不健全、导师制执行过程不完善、缺乏有效的考核评价与监督体系等不足。随着导师制进一步成熟,该教学法将培养更多优秀的实用型医学影像专业人才,促进我国医疗卫生事业健康蓬勃发展。  相似文献

Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF)and electro-acupuncture(EA) on learning and memory in rats with cerebral ischemia.Methods An experimental model of cerebral ischemiareperfusion was established in 40 rats,who were then randomly divided into a model group,a sham operated group,a NGF group,an acupuncture group and a NGF plus acupuncture group.Three weeks were allowed for the recovery of the blood-brain barrier lesion caused by ischemia-reperfusion before intravenous injection of NGF(10μg/kg,once daily for 15 days)via the vena caudalis.In the two acupuncture groups,this was administered in combination with EA at the Baihui(DU20)and Yamen(DU15)acupoints(frequency 100 Hz,2 mA,20 min/time,once daily for 15 days).Morris' water maze test was used to assess any changes in spatial learning and memory abilities.Results The ischemic rats showed significant learning and memory disorders compared with the sham-operated group.In the NGF group,the rats' learning and memory abilities did not impmve significantly compared with the model group and the EA group.Significantly better learning was observed in the NGF+EA group compared with the model group,the EA group and the NGF group.Conclusion NGF combined with EA can improve the learning and memory abilities of rats with learning and memory dysfunction caused by cerebral ischemia-repedusion.  相似文献

目的:比较浮针疗法与常规针灸疗法治疗肱骨内上髁炎的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用浮针疗法,对照组采用常规针灸疗法,均隔日治疗1次,每周3次,6次为1个疗程。比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,并评定2组疗效。结果:2组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低(均P0.01),且治疗后治疗组低于对照组(P0.01);治疗组愈显率为60.0%,总有效率为93.3%,均优于对照组的33.3%、73.3%(均P0.05)。结论:浮针疗法治疗肱骨内上髁炎疗效确切,具有明显的止痛效应,且疗效优于常规针灸疗法。  相似文献

电针诱导神经生长因子透血脑屏障效应及其机制分析   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
目的:观察电针"百会""哑门"诱导外源性神经生长因子(NGF)透过血脑屏障的效应及其促透效应与蛋白激酶C(PKC)信号传导通路的相关性。方法:采用急性反复脑缺血再灌注法制造脑缺血学习记忆障碍大鼠模型,3周后,将动物随机分为模型对照组、NGF组(尾静脉注射NGF)、电针组(电针"百会""哑门")、NGF+电针组(尾静脉注射NGF,同时"百会""哑门"通以电针)、NGF+H7+电针组(尾静脉注射NGF后注射异喹啉磺酰类H7,同时"百会""哑门"通以电针),另设假手术组,每组均8只大鼠。采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠脑组织中NGF含量。结果:NGF组大鼠脑组织中NGF含量与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NGF+电针组大鼠脑组织中NGF含量与假手术组、模型对照组、NGF组及电针组比较均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);NGF+H7+电针组与NGF+电针组比较,脑组织中NGF含量有下降趋势,但差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:"百会""哑门"电针能诱导NGF透过血脑屏障,使大鼠脑组织中NGF含量明显提高,该促透作用与PKC信号通路相关性不明显。  相似文献

医学影像学专业本科生培养以应用型专业人才为目标,实习阶段的培养是整个教学过程中的重要阶段,需要采取适合专业特点、且行之有效的教育管理模式。导师制注重全员、全程、全方位育人,强调结合素质教育要求和人才培养目标对学生进行个性化教学。导师制对实习生临床影像诊断思维培养、校园到医院的角色转变、创造性思维与科研能力形成等方面具有积极作用,且有利于导师自我综合能力的促进与提高。在临床实习阶段的实施中,除了保证教学质量,还需要进一步完善导师队伍的建设与规范、协调实习与未来规划关系提高实习生参与度、健全与完善师生考核体系。  相似文献

对血脑屏障影响因素的研究越来越受到人们的关注。通过芳香开窍类等中药及针刺对血脑屏障作用的进展情况进行综述,并提出了该领域的研究方向。认为针刺疗法对血脑屏障的保护及促开放作用有较高的临床应用价值,对针药结合的进一步研究可能为中枢神经系疾病的治疗提供一条新的途径。  相似文献
