EFFECT OF PLANT POLYSACCHARIDES ON T AND B LYMPHOCYTES IN TUMOR TRANSPLANTED MICE IRRADIATED BY X-RAY

The effect of 5 plant polysaccharides injectedintraperitoneally to the peripheral T,B and thymusT lymphocytes in tumor transplanted mice irradiatedlocally by X-ray was investigated cytochemically.The peripheral T lymphocyt percentage in 5 treatedgroups of female tumor transplanted mice irradiatedlocally by X.ray dropped markedly;the B lymphocytepercentage rose in all 5 treated groups.The peri-pheral T lymphocyte percentage in groups treatedwith polyporus umbellatus,yeast Mannan,RadixAngeficae Sinensis Ⅱ and Armillaria Mellea C-D fellappreciably in male tumor transplanted mice irradiat-ed locally by X-ray;the peripheral B lymphocytepercentage in these groups increased.The injectionof yeast Mannan,Radix Angelicae Sinensis Ⅱ,Armil-laria Mellea C-D and Lichina confinis reduced thethymus T lymphocyte percentage in female tumortransplanted mice irradiated locally by X-ray.Poly-porus umbellatus increased the thymus T lymphocytepercentage in male tumor transplanted mice,whileyeast Mannan and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Ⅱ greatlylowered the thymus T lymphocyte percentage.Therelationship between the changes of the peripheraland thymus T lymphocyte percentages and the inhibi-tion of the tumor growth in tumor transplanted miceof both sexes is discussed.     

一例辐射事故病例的生物剂量估计

一例辐射事故病例的生物剂量估计顾远锡崔玉芳王德文作者应用外周血淋巴细胞酸性磷酸酯酶（ＡＣＰ）和中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酯酶（ＬＡＰ）活力的细胞化学检测作为估算剂量的手段，曾于１９８０年急性辐射事故“权”病例的生物剂量估值取得了较为满意的结果［１］及１９８６...     

蜜环菌C-C等多糖对正常和荷瘤小鼠外周血T、B淋巴细胞的作用

本文用细胞化学方法研究了腹腔注入蜜环菌C-C等8种精制后的多糖对正常和荷瘤小鼠外周血T、B淋巴细胞的作用,使用的多糖为精制后的蜜环菌C-C、蜜环菌C—A、柴胡Ⅲ5311(Ⅰ)、当归Ⅱ(Ⅰ)、菊叶梅衣W、菊叶梅衣ST、拟菊叶梅衣W及海星多糖。皮下注入的瘤细胞为S180。研究结果指出:柴胡Ⅲ5311(Ⅰ)可增加正常小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞百分数;蜜环菌C-C与菊叶梅衣ST可明显地降低荷瘤小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞百分数。讨论了8种粗制及精制后的多糖腹腔注入对正常和荷瘤小鼠外周血T、B淋巴细胞作用的异同以及荷瘤小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞百分数明显下降与抑瘤效应的关系。     

WR2721对X线局部照射荷瘤小鼠外周血及胸腺T淋巴细胞的影响

WR2721是一种具有较高效价的辐射防护剂,对受照的正常细胞和肿瘤细胞能表现出选择性保护作用。Yuhas(1972)曾报道WR2721对受照小鼠的免疫系统有较明显的防护效果。Engers(1975)也曾指出在离体情况下小鼠混合白细胞培养液中加入WR2721可有效地增强杀伤性T淋巴细胞的活力。本文着重报道WR2721对X线局部照射的荷瘤小鼠外周血和胸腺T淋巴细胞的影响。材料和方法动物用本院饲养健康雄性C_(57)BL小鼠,日龄80天,体重20±0.5克。 WR2721 系我所七室合成。     

大鼠~(60)Coγ射线全身和局部屏蔽照射后外周血T_μ与T_γ淋巴细胞的改变

本文用细胞化学方法研究了大鼠~(60)Coγ射线照射后外周血T_μ和T_γ淋巴细胞的改变.辐射剂量分别为4.5和8.5Gy.研究结果指出,大鼠经~(60)Coγ射线全身与局部屏蔽照射4.5和8.5Gy后1、5、10及28天,外周血T_γ淋巴细胞百分数在骨髓严重损伤阶段明显增加,而T_μ淋巴细胞百分数则显著下降,以后随着损伤过程的逐渐减轻,T_γ淋巴细胞百分数的增高与T_μ淋巴细胞百分数的下降也逐渐减弱,最后在基本恢复阶段T_μ和T_γ淋巴细胞百分数基本接近对照水平.文中着重讨论了照射大鼠骨髓造血损伤过程中形态学改变与外周血T_μ和T_γ淋巴细胞改变间的关系.     

γ线全身照射后小鼠淋巴结B淋巴细胞光密度特性的研究

应用定量细胞化学观察经γ线全身照射后小鼠淋巴结1,500个B细胞光密度特性的改变,结果如下:100rad照射后,总光密度频数图上高斯成分数即见减少,经500及1,000rad照射后,频数图上仅存有一种高斯成分;低于500rad照射后,未见细胞相对面积频数图上成分数的改变,仅在1,000rad照射后才出现减少。分析两种频数图峰位移动的情况,可看出100rad照射后峰值出现右移,而大于500rad照射后明显左移。上述结果表明,经γ线照射后小鼠淋巴结具有不同光密度特性的B细胞所显示出的辐射敏感性可能与处于不同分化阶段的B细胞亚类有关。     

EFFECTS OF ARTEMETHER ON PERIPHERAL T,B,Tμ AND Tγ LYMPHOCYTES IN BEAGLE DOG

The effects of intramuscular injection of Arte-mether on peripheral T,B,Tμ and Tγ lymphocytesin beagle dogs was investigated cytochemically.Dosesused were 6,19,and 32 MKD,respectively.Resultsshowed that after injection of Artemether for 15successive days,the T,B,and Tμ lymphocyes of the19 and 32 MKD groups were markedly reduced andthe Tγ lymphocytes of all 5 dosage groups weredecreased to zero.28 days after cessation of thedrug.T,Tμ and Tγ lymphoctes had recovered tocontrol levels,while the B lymphocytes of the 19 and32 MKD groups remained markedly lower thanthose of the control groups.The differences and similarities of the effectson the peripheral T,B,Tμ and Tγ,lymphocytes pro-duced by the 3 dosages of Artemether and the re-lationship between the changes of T,B lymphocytesand immunological function of beagle dogs arc dis-cussed.     

γ线全身照射小鼠T淋巴细胞光密度特性的研究

在酶细胞化学染色的基础上,对0、1、5、10Gy照射小鼠淋巴结悬液中的T细胞及其亚群进行显微扫描光度分析.结果表明,T细胞在其总光密度和相对面积分布图上均可显示5个子集,各子集斜率不同.T细胞的第4个子集其特征参数与应用双肽氨基肽酶染色所显示的T辅助细胞(T_H)接近,属于同一类T细胞亚群.照射后资料表明,T细胞的第4个子集显示出T_H细胞辐射抗性的性质;T细胞各个"亚群"所具有的辐射敏感性不同;总光密度特征量能较好地反映淋巴细胞的辐射敏感性.     

茜甙对正常和丙线800拉德全身照射小鼠胸腺T淋巴细胞的作用

茜草酸葡萄糖苷(简称茜甙)是我所七室合成的茜草提取物“408”的代用品,其化学结构式如下: 茜甙在小鼠和狗的实验中已证明具有升自和治疗急性放射病的作用。但其有关作用机理还不十分清楚,特别与小鼠细胞免疫功能的关联。本文主要报道口服茜甙对正常和丙线800拉德全身照射小鼠胸腺T淋巴细胞的作用。实验材料和方法动物选用本院饲养的健康Laca纯系50±5日龄雄性小鼠,体重为22～25克。辐照源我所~(60)Co源(约8000克镭当量)。     

CHANGES IN PERIPHERAL T AND B LYMPHOCYTES OF RAT AFTER INTRAVENOUS INJECTION OF 131I

Changes in peripheral T and B lymphocytes of rat were studied by cytochemical assay of acid phosphatase (ACP) and 5'N activities 18 months after intravenous injection of '31I of 0, 3, 7 and 17.5 uCi respectively. It was shown that the radioactivity of i3'I and the changes in T and B lymphocytes were correlated reversely. The relationship between the decrease of T cells and the radiation.induced dam ages to the thyroid was also discussed.
