目的 研究水面舰艇长远航期间舰员的心理状况变化情况,为制定合理的心理卫生保健措施提供依据.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),分别于出航前7 d和出航第77、142、204天时,对执行远航任务的某水面舰艇官兵进行"重复性横断面"团体问卷抽样调查分析,并与中国军人常模作比较.结果 出航前舰员的群体心理状况良好,SCL-90总均分和多项因子分值均明显低于军人常模值(P<0.05);出航第77天舰员的SCL-90总均分、躯体化、敌对性、偏执、其他因子均分都高于出航前水平(P<0.05),其中敌对性和偏执因子分明显高于军人常模值(P<0.01).出航第142天和204天,舰员SCL-90总均分和各因子分值明显回落,仅"其他"因子项均分仍显著高于出航前(P<0.01).SCL-90筛查阳性率比较显示,出航第77天(15.1%)和出航第204天(20.0%)均明显高于出航前(2.4%)(P<0.01),而出航第142天(7.7%)与出航前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 舰员的群体心理状态在长远航早期明显低落,而在中后期经调整适应后趋于常态化;但舰员的个体心理状态在后期出现了明显的分化趋势.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate changes in the nental health status of the ship crew onboard surface naval vessels during a prolonged deployment, so as to provide scientific basis for the development of sound psychological health service measures for the ship crew. Methods Reproducibility and cross - sectional survey were conducted to investigate the emotional status of the ship crew aboard a certain naval surface vessel with symptom check list (SCL-90), 7 days before deployment, and on the 77th, 142nd, and 204th days after deployment during a prolonged ocean - going voyage. The obtained data were compared with the norms of the Chinese servicemen. Results The mental health status of the ship crew was on the whole in good mode before deployment. Total average score and various SCL-90 patterns were obviously lower than the norms of the Chinese servicemen(P<0. 05 ). On the 77th day after deployment, the psychological state of the ship crew degraded markedly, manifested by the elevation of the SCL-90 total mean score and other scores, such as somatizaion, hostility, crankiness and other factors, when compared with those after deployment( P <0. 05 ).Of all the scores, the scores of hostility and crankiness were significantly higher than the norms of the Chinese servicemen( P <0. 01 ). Total SCL-90 average score and various factor scores on the 142nd and 204th days after deployment dropped sharply, except that one other factor score of SCL-90 was higher than that before deployment(P <0. 01 ). Screening positive rate of SCL-90 indicated that positive rates on the 77th( 15. 1% )and 204th days ( 20% ) were all obviously higher than that of pre - deployment( 2. 4% ) ( P < 0. 01 ). However,no statistical differences could be seen in the scores on 142nd day(7.7% ), when compared with that of predeployment(2. 4% ) ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusions The psychological status of the ship crew, on the whole,degraded markedly during the initial stage of a prolonged deployment, then, would gradually come to normal with adaptation thereafter. Nevertheless, individual psychological status showed a tendency of obvious differentiation in the late stage of deployment.  相似文献

目的 初步调查海军护航人员口腔医疗需要,并了解亚非等欠发达国家的华侨和当地民众的口腔健康概况.方法 根据临床检查结果分类记录,并进行统计和分析.结果 阻生智齿和可能由此引起的智齿冠周炎是我海军护航人员最常见的口腔疾病,其次是龋病及其继发病和牙体硬组织缺损.华人华侨的口腔健康状况好于当地民众,当地民众的口腔健康状况相对较差,可以见到罕见病例和常见病中的少见类型.结论 海军护航任务人员需要进行专门的口腔卫生勤务服务,做到执行任务前普查普治.与当地民众相比,华人华侨文化背景和经济收入是其口腔健康状况相对较好的重要因素.不同国家的人均经济收入水平、国家医疗保障制度对当地民众的口腔健康状况有重要影响.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the medical demands of oral health care for naval escort personnel and find out the oral health status of the Chinese, overseas Chinese and local people in the Asian -African underdeveloped countries. Methods Based on the results obtained from clinical examinations, data were recorded, sorted, and analyzed by using Excel. Results Impacted wisdom tooth and resulting pericoronitis was the most prevalent oral disease that prevailed among the naval escort personnel. The less prevalent disease was dental caries and secondary pulpitis and apical periodontitis. Dental hard tissue defect was the last most popular disease. The oral health status of Chinese and overseas Chinese was better than that of the local people. Unusual cases or hardly observed categories of unusual cases were seen among the local people. Conclusions Specialized oral medical service was required for the naval escort personnel, who should have medical screening and receive dental treatment before deployment. When compared with the local people, the cultural background and economic income of the Chinese and overseas Chinese were 2 most influential factors for their better oral health status. Per capita income levels and national heath care system in different countries had great effect on the oral health status of the local people.  相似文献

目的 了解中国核电厂操纵人员的心身健康状况,为制定预防和减少操纵人员心理障碍发生的干预措施提供科学依据,确保核电厂安全运行.方法 采取整群随机取样法随机抽取在秦山核电基地等5家协作单位的109名操纵人员,采用心身健康成套测验(psychosomatic health battery,PSHB)量表,进行掩饰性、稳定性、活跃性、紧张性、自虑性、心理健康、心理卫生问题等7种人格因素的测试,并进行团体综合评估.结果 本研究中掩饰性因子(L)均小于8分,表明测验结果可信.心理卫生因子正常者占98.2%、可能存在心理卫生问题者占0.9%、肯定存在心理卫生问题者占0.9%;心理健康因子处在优良状态者占80.7%,其中优秀占29.4%、良好占51.4%,一般状态占13.9%,欠佳或不佳状态占5.5%.年龄可以影响核电厂操纵人员自虑性因子、紧张性因子、心理健康因子和心理卫生问题因子的均值.各因子的相关性分析表明,紧张性因子与心理卫生问题因子相关(r=0.664,P<0.01);自虑性因子与心理健康因子相关(r=-0.789,P<0.01).结论 中国核电厂操纵人员的心理健康大多处于优良状态,但也存在很少比例的心身障碍,应加强心理辅导,提高他们的心身健康素质.
Abstract:
Objective To understand the operators'psychosomatic health status in nuclear power plant;and provide the scientific basis of measures for preventing and reducing mental disorders in operators.Methods The Psychosomatic Health Battery(PSHB) was used to assess the psychosomatic health status in 109 operators who were random selected from Qinshan nuclear power plant,etc.They were tested from lie,emotional stability,liveliness,tension,apprehension,mental health,such as psychopathic deviatesuch 7 personality traits.Results Lie < 8,all inspected groups were normal.Psychopathic deviate:98.2% for normal group 0.9% for both of groups occurred possible mental health problems and confirmed mental health problems ;Mental health:80.7% (88/109) for fine mental health ones,29.4% (32/109) for those with excellent mental health,51.4% (56/109) for good mental health ones,13.8% (15/109) for general mental health ones,5.5% (6/109) for poor mental health ones.Age factor could influence the mean values of the factors of apprehension,tension,mental health and psychopathic deviate.Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between tension and psychopathic deviate(r = 0.664 ,P < 0.01),and the other correlation coefficient was between apprehension and mental health(r =-0.789 ,P < 0.01).Conclusions There is an excellent condition of psychosomatic health in most of the operators,however,there are still a very small percentage of psychosomatic disorders among these operators,to improve the quality of their psychosomatic health,psychological counseling should be particularly strengthened to those with problems of psychosomatic health.  相似文献

Objective To probe into the influences and ways of personality,coping style and emotion to fighter (attacker) pilot's mental health. Methods One hundred fighter pilots were evaluated by SCL-90,Eysenck's personality questionnaire (EPQ),trait anxiety inventory (TAI) and coping style questionnaire (CSQ).The software SPSS 15.0 and Amos 7.0 were used to establish database and implement path analysis. Results ①The scores of somatization ,obsession compulsive ,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychoticism,and total score of SCL-90 were significantly lower in the 100 pilots than those in Chinese healthy people norm (t=3.70-9.97,P<0.01);the scores of somatization,obsession compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psyehoticism,total scores and positive items of SCL-90 were significantly lower in 100 pilots than those in Chinese army man norm (t=6.28-17.86,P<0.01).②neuroticism (0.22相似文献

Objective To investigate the epidemic features of cardiovascular risk factors in the flying personnel with high normal blood pressure(BP). Methods Three hundred and ninety-one flying personnel were divided into normal BP group and high normal BP group by judging if the systolic and diastolic BP was higher than 120 and 80 mm Hg respectively.Body mass index(BMI),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and uric acid(UA)were compared.History of smoking and heredity of cardiovascular diseases were surveyed. Results Level of BMI,TG,LDL and prevalence rate of blood fat abnormality in high normal BP group were significantly higher than those in normal BP group (r=2.023,2.191,2.336,P<0.05;χ2=7.535,P<0.05),but no significant differences on UA,TC,HDL,smoking habit and familial inherited cardiovascular diseases were found between groups. Conclusions The flying personnel with high normal BP run higher risk of suffering cardiovascular diseases.Medical interventions for controllable risk factors are suggested.  相似文献

目的 对远海长航舰艇人员阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)情况进行问卷调查,为进一步进行相关研究提供参考.方法 在"和谐使命-2010"卫勤演练期间,对参与亚丁湾护航的2艘舰艇部分官兵进行OSAHS问卷调查.其中A组某舰官兵114名.出航时间3个月;B组为某舰官兵139名.出航时间6个月.对A、B组出航前后睡眠情况进行统计,并对2组的睡眠时间和OSAHS情况进行比较.结果 B组每日的睡眠时间较A组缩短.A组有OSAHS倾向的19人,发生率16.7%;B组有34人,发生率24.5%,B组高于A组.2组中共有155人(61.3%)认为出航后睡眠情况较出航前差.结论 远海长航舰艇人员OSAHS倾向的发生率较高,随着出航时间的延长睡眠情况逐渐变差,OSAHS倾向的发生率增高.提示远海长航舰艇人员OSAHS情况值得进一步研究.
Abstract:
Objective To perform a questionnaire on the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) among the prolonged ocean-going shipboard personnel, so as to provide reference data for further study of this kind. Methods During the medical support exercise of " Operation Harmony-2010", a questionnaire on OSAS was performed in the officers and men of the 2 naval vessels involved in the escort mission in the Gulf of Aden. Participating in the questionnaire were officers and men of a certain naval vessels belonging to group A in a prolonged deployment at sea for a duration of 3 months. The other 139 officers and men of the other naval vessels belonging to group B were deployed there for a duration of 6 months. Statistical analyses were made on the changes in the sleep status of the 2 groups both before and after deployment. Then, the sleep time and OSAHS were compared and analyzed between the 2 groups. Results Sleeping time each day for group B was shorter than that for group A. The number of people in group A who had a tendency of developing OSAHS was 19, with the incidence rate being 16. 1% , while 34 people in group B developed OSAHS, with the incidence rate being 24.5%. The incidence rate of group B was obviously higher than that of group A. There were altogether 155 people (61. 3%) in the 2 groups, who thought their sleeping status after deployment became worse, when it was compared with that before deployment. Conclusions Prolonged oceangoing shipboard personnel had a higher incidence rate of OSAHS. With the prolonging of deployment, sleeping among the deployed personnel would become worse and the tendency of developing OSAHS would become higher. This indicated that OSAHS occurring among the prolonged ocean-going shipboard personnel was a medical problem worth further close study.  相似文献

Objective To summarize the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment methods,prevention and control measures,and medical evaluation principles for airsickness in flying personnel. Methods Forty-nine cases of flying personnel with airsickness,who were hospitalized from September of 1976 to July of 2009,were retrospectively analyzed in respect of disease course,etiology or incentive,clinical diagnosis and medical evaluation of airsickness.The relationship between vestibular function status and medical evaluation was also statistically analyzed. Results ① Three of 49 picked cases were diagnosed as primary airsickness while the rest 46 were the secondary that were induced by different causes or incentives.Etiological treatment and vestibular habituation were the primarily treatments for such airsickness.② Among these cases,22 were normal in vestibular nystagmus electroretinogram (VNG) comparing to 27 abnormal cases.③ Sixteen and 33 cases were evaluated as normal and deficient Coriolis acceleration tolerance respectively.④ Eleven flying personnel Were finally qualified while 10 and 28 were temporarily and permanently grounded respectively.Flying personnel with abnormal VNG or with deficient Coriolis acceleration tolerance showed higher grounding rate than those with the normal (χ2=5.584,16.722,P<0.05). Conclusions Airsickness in active service flying personnel is mostly the secondary affection,which is caused by various primary disease or incentives.Such prevention and control measures as treating primary disease.eliminating incentives and implementing vestibular habituation are suggested.The effect of airsickness treatment and vestibular function should be emphasized in making medical evaluation.  相似文献

Objective To investigate and analyze factors influencing the pulmonary function of seafarers. Methods The pulmonary function of seafarers and the control group was measured by Jaeger MS Diffusion Pulmonary Function Analyzer and the influencing factors were also investigated. Results Pulmonary function of seafarers decreased as the length of service increased, but had no significant differences. FEV1, FEV1/FVC ,PEF and MVV of the seafarers who smoked were significantly less than those who didn't smoke. FVC, FEV1/FTC and MVV of seafarers who worked in cabins were significantly lower than those who worked ondeck. The pulmonary funetion of seafarers who smoked were worse than that of the workers on the land, hutwithout significant difference. FEFso~ and FEF~ of seafarers who didn' t smoke were significantly lower thanthose of the workers on the land who didn' t smoke. Conclusions Smoking and work environment are thefactors influencing pulmonary function of seafarers, to which more attention should be paid.  相似文献

Objective To discuss the impact of relevant psycho-social factors on the driving adaptability. Methods A total of 870 vehicle drivers were screened out by stratified cluster sampling,and 620 drivers were finally selected for this study after eliminating those who had 1 -2 accidents. The 620 drivers were divided into accident group and non-accident group. Demographic questionnaire, life event scale, SCL-90 Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were applied to investigate their general condition, life event, mental health and personality. All data were analyzed by t test and stepwise Fisher discriminatory, and then the discriminatory equations of driving eligibility were established. Results The scores of factors including positive life events, negative life events, family events, work events and social events in accident group were 9.62 ± 11.36, 34.53 ± 30.01, 24.05 ± 23.09, 16.78 ± 17. 12 and 2.82 ± 5.07, respectively, which were higher than 4.67 ± 6.25, 6.38 ± 10. 15, 6.48 ± 9.43, 3.96 ±6.55 and 2.02 ± 5.43 respectively in the non-accident group ( P < 0. 01 ). The total SCL-90 score and the scores of all factors in the accident group were higher than those in the non-accident group ( P <0. 01 ). The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire scores of the accident group were significantly higher than the non-accident group in N dimension ( 56. 32 ± 8.77 vs. 45.23 ± 8.06 ) and P dimension (52.22 ±10.43 vs. 48.31 ± 9.35 ) ( P < 0. 01 ). Fisher discriminatory equations: Faccident group = 0. 258 × X6 + 0.119 ×X9 +0.637 ×X17 +0.043 × X5-7.476; Fnon-accident group =0. 137 × X6-1. 000 ×X9 + 1.423 ×X17 +0.003× X5-2.601. Total discrimination accuracy of verification was 88.3%, and the total accuracy of prospective discrimination was 88.0%. Conclusions There is clear correlation of driving adaptability with coercion, anxiety, emotion and negative factors. The discriminatory equations are useful for selecting drivers because of high accuracy, and may play an important role in reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.  相似文献

为探讨特殊作业环境对军人心理健康状况的影响作用 ,采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )对海军某潜艇基地 12 63人、水面舰艇基地 3 61人以及二炮部队官兵 75 3人进行心理评估 ,并与军人常模和地方常模进行了比较研究。结果显示 ,上述 3种特殊作业环境下军人SCL 90各因子分均显著高于地方常模 ,而且除躯体化因子外 ,其余各项因子得分也明显高于军人常模 ,表明特殊的作业环境确实对军人的心理健康状况产生了广泛性的消极影响。对 3种不同作业环境进行具体比较和分析后发现 ,环境对心理健康的不良影响在海军潜艇部队表现得最为明显 ,提示作业环境的高度封闭性对于个体的心理状态具有较强的影响作用  相似文献

目的了解不同海拔高度西藏边防军人心理健康状况,为官兵心理健康教育及心理疏导提供科学依据。方法整群随机抽取不同海拔高度1550名高原边防军人,采用心理《症状自评量表》(SCL-90)进行心理健康测评。结果西藏边防军人在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性、睡眠饮食等7个因子均高于中国军人常模(P〈0.01或P〈0.05),但人际敏感与中国军人常模相比降低明显(P〈0.05);随海拔高度的升高,驻守海拔3500~4300米边防军人在躯体化、敌对、睡眠饮食、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖7个因子均高于驻守海拔3000~3500米边防军人(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论高原对官兵心理健康有影响,且海拔越高其影响作用越明显。  相似文献

目的 调查远航对海员肺通气功能的影响 ,为远航卫勤保障提供依据。方法 采用日产呼吸功能自动测试仪在不同阶段测定远航海员肺通气功能 ,分析其影响因素。结果 远航后期 (第 1 2 8天 )海员的用力肺容量指标 FVC、FEV1 .0 、PF、V75的测得值比航前 (4天 )和航行初期 (第 32天 )的测得值有明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;远航后全封闭船环境海员比半封闭船环境海员的肺通气功能降低更显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;炊事人员和机电人员比补给人员的肺通气功能降低更显著 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,炊事人员又比机电人员的肺通气功能降低显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 远航及不同的船舶环境和作业条件对海员肺通气功能有一定影响 ,应予以重视 ,加强预防和卫勤保障  相似文献

目的探讨心理干预对西藏高原军人心理健康水平的影响。方法选用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)量表对1560名西藏高原军人进行心理测评,将检出有心理问题的官兵随机抽取200例进行综合心理干预,并将干预前、干预后得分进行对比分析。结果采取综合心理干预后的西藏高原军人的症状白评量表(SCL-90)各项因子分均低于干预前(P〈0.01);干预后的西藏高原军人消极的应对方式明显减少(P〈0.01)。结论通过综合心理干预,不仅能有效改善西藏高原军人常见心理问题,还能促进成功应对方式的形成,对确保部队的战斗力具有积极的意义。  相似文献

目的 了解海岛官兵心理健康状况及相关因素,提出防治对策.方法 采取症状自评量表(SCL-90)对西沙某岛420名官兵和内地海军某部450名官兵进行心理测试,比较2组人员心理健康状况.结果 西沙官兵一定程度上存在心理健康问题,且常见心理异常症状的发生率高于内地组,尤其以情绪低落、焦虑、恐惧、失眠、纳差等更为显著(P<0.01).结论 影响心理健康状况的因素包括人员身份、文化程度、城乡来源和驻岛时间等.因此要加大对西沙官兵心理健康教育力度,严格新兵入伍心理检测,提高基层医务人员诊疗心理疾病水平,改善生活条件,丰富精神文化生活,以缓解小岛官兵心理问题,提高部队战斗力.  相似文献

目的分析高原边防军人的心理健康状况。方法采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对1500例高原官兵进行自评,并按其驻地距城区远近将其区分为高原一线与二线部队两组进行对比分析。结果高原一、二线部队SCL-90分均值在总均分及躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对性、恐怖因子评分等方面差异均有显著性(P〈0.05),二线部队评分显著高于一线部队。而在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和精神病性、反映睡眠与饮食的其他因子分等方面统计结果无显著差异(P〉0、05)。结论高原边防官兵存在诸多心理症状和不同程度的心理健康问题,尤以城区周边部队为明显。  相似文献

目的探讨军事飞行人员心理承受力与心理健康的状况及其相关影响因素,为科学设置航空心理训练项目提供依据。方法采用军人心理承受力量表和军人心理疾病预测自评量表对482名现役空、地勤人员进行测评,包括研究组飞行人员242人,对照组地勤人员240人。并对采集的量表数据通过方差分析、t检验、相关分析及回归分析进行统计。对飞行人员组心理健康状况与空军常模进行比较。结果飞行人员组心理承受力较好且总均分高于地勤对照组(t=11。69,P〈O.01),但人际交往和家庭支持因子分低于地勤对照组(t=2.87、-3.54,P〈0.01);飞行人员组与军人心理疾病预测自评量表空军常模比较,心理健康总分均值低于常模,差异有统计学意义(t=2.09,P〈O.05),显示受测飞行人员组总体心理健康状况较好。飞行人员心理承受力总分与心理健康总分相关性显著(r=-0.21,P〈0.01),提示心理承受力是心理健康的一个重要的影响变量。年龄和是否为独生子女对心理承受力的交互作用有统计学意义(F=1.80,P<0.01)。从回归分析结果可见,心理承受力对心理健康有显著的预测作用(β=0.137,P〈0.01,R^2=14.7%)。结论心理承受力是影响飞行人员心理健康水平的重要中介因素,需在航空心理训练中依据年龄等不同因素设置项目加以训练,旨在通过增强飞行人员的心理承受力,不断提升飞行人员群体的心理健康水平。  相似文献

目的 探讨长航对舰员心理健康状况的影响,为制定相应应对措施提供依据.方法 以整群抽样的方法选取某批次护航编队的全体舰员为测试对象,采用症状自评量表、应对方式问卷等调查表对参加长航的舰员进行集体测试,并分析心理健康与应对方式及个人因素的关系.结果 长航初期(航行15d)躯体化、强迫、焦虑、症状总分等指标与后面3个阶段(航行50、90、140d)存在显著差异(P<0.05),而后3个阶段之间差异不明显.长航初期抑郁、敌对指标与长航后期及返航期存在显著差异(P<0.05).舰员心理健康状况随着长航时间的推移有变差的趋势,心理健康状况与消极应对方式密切相关,长航后期的心理健康状况未恢复至正常水平.不同学历、婚姻状况、职务人员的心理健康因子无显著差异(F=2.241,p=0.123; F=1.152,P=0.284:F=1.172.P=0.311).自我效能感等指标是心理健康水平的重要预测指标.结论 长航对舰员心理健康状况有影响.长航时须关注消极应对方式多、自我效能感弱的人员.长航结束后须对长航人员进行必要的心理干预以帮助解决其心理健康问题.  相似文献

目的探讨军人心身健康与社会支持、家庭情感表达及相关因素的关系,为实施干预措施以提高军人心身健康水平提供依据。方法采用随机整群取样法抽取陆军、海军、空军共3865例军人,用中国心身健康量表(CPSHS)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、家庭情感表达量表(FEES)对其进行测量,对测量结果进行直线相关分析、主成分回归分析等。结果军人心身健康的心理障碍分(焦虑、抑郁、精神病性)显著低于中国心身健康常模(t=-36.669~-29.724,P<0.01),躯体化症状分(呼吸系统、消化系统、骨骼肌肉皮肤、生殖及内分泌、神经系统)略高于中国心身健康常模(t=2.681~15.491,P<0.01);空军躯体化症状分(眼和耳、消化系统、骨骼肌肉、生殖及内分泌)显著低于陆军、海军(P<0.05);心身健康各因子与社会支持、家庭情感表达和一般情况有显著的正或负相关关系(民族和军兵种除外)(r=-0.269~0.439,P<0.05~0.01);用主成分回归分析,为军人心身健康总分建立了简单、有效的主成分回归方程。结论军人心理健康比一般人群好,而躯体健康与一般人群相比略差;其心身健康水平与社会支持、家庭情感表达和一般情况密切相关。  相似文献
