Two new compounds, 5-carboxymethyl-2-propylchromone (1) and 1,6-dihydroxy-8-propylanthraquinone (2), together with a known anthraquinone, 3,8-dihydroxy-1-propylanthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid (3), were isolated from the mycelium of an actinomycete, Streptomyces sp. FX-58, which was separated from a marine plant collected in Qingdao. Their structures were determined based on spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR spectral analysis.  相似文献

A new chloro-monoterpene (compound 1) and three known compounds, peroxyergosterol, uracil and methylisocoumarin, were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth of the mangrove endophytic fungus Tryblidiopycnis sp. Marine micro-organisms have been proven to be a major source of marine natural products (MNPs) in recent years, in which filamentous fungi are a vital source of bioactive natural products for their large metagenomes and more complex genetic backgrounds. This review highlights the 390 new MNPs from marine-derived Penicillium fungi during 1991 to 2014. These new MNPs are categorized based on the environment sources of the fungal hosts and their bioactivities are summarized.  相似文献

Forty species of marine shells were collected from Korean coasts and studied extensively for their lectin activities by using erythrocytes of human blood A, AB, B, O group and rabbit blood. An activity-directed fractionation and purification process was used to isolate 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH?) scavenging components from fruits of Capparis spinosa L. (Capparaeae). Ethyl acetate and aqueous fractions showed greater DPPH? scavenging activities compared to the petroleum ether fractions. The ethyl acetate fraction was subjected to purification using column chromatography. A new antioxidant cappariside (4-hydroxy-5-methylfuran-3-carboxylic acid, 1), together with seven known organic acids (28) for the first time from plants of genus Capparis and four known organic acids (912) were isolated from C. spinosa. The structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopic. In addition, compounds 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 12 indicated strong scavenging capacity for 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals with a SC50 value of 0.204?±?0.002, 0.007?±?0.0, 0.011?±?0.0, 0.044?±?0.0016, 0.032?±?0.0, 0.090?±?0.001, and 0.350?±?0.017?mM, respectively.  相似文献

Seven new meroditerpenoids, strongylophorines 13–19 (17), have been isolated together with the four known strongylophorines 2 (8), 3 (9), 4 (10), and 8 (11) by a screening method using oocytes of the starfish Asterina pectinifera from a marine sponge Strongylophora strongylata collected at Iriomote Island, Okinawa, Japan. The structures were assigned according to their spectral data. Ten strongylophorines inhibited the maturation of starfish oocytes in the range 1.1–37.6?μM (IC50), while strongylophorine 4 (10) was not active at 250?μM.  相似文献
