Two new and four known polyphenolics obtained as new cell-cycle inhibitors from Rubus aleaefolius Poir 总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13
Two new polyphenolics, rubuphenol (1) and sanguiin H-2 ethyl ester (2), were isolated together with ellagic acid (3), ethyl gallate (4), 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose (5) and 1,2,3,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose (6) as new cell-cycle inhibitors from Rubus aleaefolius by bioassay-guided separation procedure and the structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by spectroscopic method. Compounds 1 - 6 inhibited the cell cycle progression of tsFT210 cells at the G0/G1 phase with the MIC values of 14.6 μM (1), 22.1 μM (2), 10.3 μM (3), 7.8 μM (4), 7.9 μM (5) and 6.6 μM (6). 相似文献

Several substrates for chymotrypsin Glt-Phe-NHRx have been synthesized, where RxNH2 are the compounds 3-aminocoumarin (2), 6-aminocoumarin (3), 3-acetamido-6-aminocoumarin (4), 3-acetamido-8-aminocoumarin (5), 7-amino-4-methyl-2-quinolinone (AMQ), (6). The fluorescence properties of the new substrates and those of the corresponding free amines were examined. The compound 7-glutarylphenylalaninamido-4-methyl-2-quinolinone (Glt-Phe-AMQ), (15), provided a new suitable substrate for chymotrypsin determination. The enzymatic release of the fluorophore AMQ was measured at Λex = 360nm and Λem=435nm. The Km of 15 was 0.5mM and its kcat/Km ratio was 47 M-1 s-1. By using this substrate, the detection limit of chymotrypsin was 10 ng/ml. 相似文献

From the woods of Excoecaria agallocha, a new isopimarane-type diterpene, 3α,11β-dihydroxy-ent-isopimara-8(14),15-dien-2-one (1) and a new natural atisane-type diterpene, 16β-hydroxy-ent-atisan-3-one (2) were isolated together with three known compounds, ribenone (3), ent-labda-8(17),13E-diene-3β,15-diol (4), and ent-3β-hydroxybeyer-15-ene-2,12-dione (5). Three new C-glycosylflavones, named 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6-methoxy-8-C-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl- (1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl flavonoside (1), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-8-methoxy-6-C-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl flavonoside (2), and 5,3',4'-trihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxy-6-C-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl flavonoside (3), along with two known compounds 5,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-C-glucopyranosyl-flavonoside (4), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymethyl benzoate (5) were isolated from 70% acetone extract of Corallodiscus flabellata. AbstractPhytochemical investigation on the roots of Swietenia macrophylla yielded one new pharagmalin-type limonoid named 2-dehydroxyl-swietephragmin C (1) and one new xanthone, 1,5-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-6′,6′-dimethyl-2H-pyrano[2′,3′:3,2]xanthone (2), in addition to three known compounds. The structures of the new compounds were unambiguously determined by comprehensive spectroscopic methods (NMR, UV, IR, MS), as well as by comparison with the reported data in the literature. Three new steroidal saponins 1-3, together with five known steroidal saponins, L-mannitol and an inorganic salt were isolated from Tribulus terrestris L. (Zygophyllaceae). The structures of the new steroidal saponins were elucidated as hecogenin 3-O-beta-xylopyranosyl(1-->3)-beta-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-galactopyr anoside (1), hecogenin 3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)- beta-galactopyranoside (2) and 3-O-[beta-xylopyranosyl(1-->2)-[beta-xylopyranosyl(1-->3)]-beta- glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-[alpha-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)]-beta-galactopyranos yl]- 26-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-22-methoxy-(3 beta,5 alpha,25R)-furostan-3,26-diol (3). Structure elucidation was accomplished by 1D and 2D NMR spectra (13C-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, and NOESY), mass spectrometry (FABMS, ESIMS) and chemical methods. 相似文献

Three new triterpenoid saponins, hylonosides III-V (1-3) have been isolated, along with three known oleanolic acid saponins (4-6), from the methanol extract of leaves of Ilex hylonoma. The structures were elucidated using a combination of homo- and hetero-nuclear 2D NMR techniques (COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HMQC and HMBC) and negative FAB-MS. Three new sesquiterpenes of canusesnol K (1), canusesnol L (2) and 12, 15-dihydroxycurcumene (3), along with five known ones (4–8), were isolated from the heartwood extract of Pterocarpus santalinus. Their structures were established by extensive analyses of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY, and HRESI-MS. The absolute configurations of the new compounds were established with Modified Mosher’s method. The cytotoxic activities of all these compounds against HepG2 (human liver cancer), MCF-7 (human breast cancer), MDA-MB-231 (human breast cancer), and Hela (human cervical carcinoma) cancer cell lines were evaluated. Compound 1 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity toward MDA-MB-231 cell lines. 相似文献
