联合用药是指为了达到治疗目的而采用的两种或两种以上药物同时或先后应用。联合用药往往会发生体内或体外药物的相互影响。在协同作用中又分为相加作用和增强作用。相加作用指两药合用时的作用等于但用时的作用之和。增强作用指两药合用时的作用大于单用时的作用之和。拮抗作用中又分为相减作用和抵消作用。相减作用指两药合用时的作用小于单用时的作用。抵消作用指两药合用时的作用完全消失。 相似文献

目的观察分析临床中西药合用的不合理配伍。方法本组对140份病历中所用西药,中药及中成药进行分类统计,筛查中西药不合理联合用应用情况:毒性反应,拮抗作用,加强作用,酸碱作用,酶抑或抑酶作用,沉淀与分布作用等。结果本组140例,不合理配伍28例,占20%。其中毒性反应4例,拮抗作用3例,加强作用7例,酸碱作用2例,酶抑或抑酶作用6例,酶促作用2例,沉淀与分布作用6例。结论中西药合用尽管可以增加疗效,但配伍不当可产生毒副作用和不良反应,疗效降低。因此,掌握中西药配伍禁忌,对提高临床治疗效果具有重要意义。 相似文献

目的研究烧伤病人应用酸性氧化电位水的杀菌持续时间。方法选择大面积烧伤患者中深、浅Ⅱ度创面的患者共150例,将研究对象按酸性氧化电位水作用不同时间随机分为5组,每组30例,通过在烧伤创面上应用酸性氧化电位水,分别在作用前、作用2h、作用4h、作用6h、作用12h、作用24h不同时段的创面进行取样检测,计算出杀菌率。结果酸性氧化电位水对烧伤创面作用2h杀菌率为94.55%、作用4h为92.01%、作用6h为91.78%、作用12h为84.04%、作用24h没有杀菌作用。结论酸性氧化电位水对烧伤创面的杀菌时间只能维持12h,24h已失效。 相似文献

Millennium Pharmaceuticals is a public company, founded in 1993 and based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, that has pioneered the exploitation of genomic methods in the identification of novel therapeutic targets. By exploiting its technologies it was able to generate substantial revenues through strategic partnerships with companies such as Bayer, Aventis and Abbott. These revenues augmented the cash raised from its flotation and have enabled Millennium to revise its corporate strategic, by acquiring the product-driven pharmaceutical biotechnology companies Leukosite and COR Therapeutics, and evolve towards its aim of becoming an integrated pharmaceutical company. This analysis of its patenting activity since its inception indicates that genomic-related patent applications still currently account for most of its patenting activities. 相似文献

目的 制备阿司匹林精氨酸盐及其注射液 ,并测定含量 ,考察稳定性。方法 阿司匹林与精氨酸反应生成阿司匹林精氨酸盐 ,精制后以注射用水为溶剂制成阿司匹林精氨酸盐注射液 ,用紫外 -可见分光光度法测定其含量 ,考察阿司匹林精氨酸盐及其注射液在 30 ,4 5 ,6 0℃及 30 ,35 ,4 0 ,4 5℃的稳定性。结果 阿司匹林精氨酸盐在高温下不稳定 ,初步确定其注射液的有效期为 1.32年。结论 阿司匹林精氨酸盐及其注射液制备方法可行 ,其原料及制剂在常温下稳定 相似文献

目的把现有的治疗念珠菌药分成四组,比较治疗方案的疗效与成本。方法对2003年6~12月间在我院门诊确诊为念珠菌性阴道炎251例患者随机分成4组,分别给予不同的药物治疗进行疗效与成本分析。结果A组方案治疗67例有效57例,有效率85.1%,价格为7.90元;B组方案治疗62例,有效52例,有效率83.9%,价格为117.00元;C组方案治疗65例,有效59例,有效率90.8%,价格为48.32元;D组方案治疗57例,治愈52例,有效率90.1%,价格为169.43元。结论根据X2检验四组药物对念珠菌性阴道炎有效率没有显著性差异,但对治愈率有显著差异,从经济学角度考虑C组具有价格优势且疗效满意,为理想的治疗方案。 相似文献

The polyphenolic compound Resveratrol is a naturally occurring phytochemical and can be found in many plant species, including grapes, peanuts and various herbs. Several studies have established that Resveratrol can exert anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. It also has activity in the regulation of multiple cellular events associated with carcinogenesis. This review describes the general properties of Resveratrol including its relationship to estrogen, its effect on lipid metabolism, its cardiovascular effects, and its role on gene expression. Resveratrol has also been examined in several model systems for its potential effect against cancer. Its anti-cancer effects include its role as a chemopreventive agent, its ability to inhibit cell proliferation, its direct effect in cytotoxicity by induction of apoptosis and on its potential therapeutic effect in pre-clinical studies. In addition, Resveratrol has been shown to exert sensitization effects on cancer cells that will result in a synergistic cytotoxic activity when Resveratrol is used in combination with cytotoxic drugs in drug-resistant tumor cells. Clearly, the studies with Resveratrol provide support for the use of Resveratrol in human cancer chemoprevention and combination with chemotherapeutic drugs or cytotoxic factors in the treatment of drug refractory tumor cells. 相似文献
