目的:综述接骨木属植物化学成分和药理作用的研究进展,为其进一步研究及合理利用提供参考。方法:在查阅历代古籍的基础上,结合检索中国知网、万方数据、维普、SciFinder等数据库中的相关文献,对接骨木属植物的化学成分和药理作用的相关研究进行综述。结果与结论:接骨木属植物主要有血满草Sambucus adnata、接骨草S.chinensis、接骨木S.williamsii、西伯利亚接骨木S.sibiruca、西洋接骨木S.nigra以及S.ebulus、S.javanica等,其所含的化学成分主要有黄酮类、萜类、苯丙素类、酚及酚苷类、甾体类、生物碱类、糖及糖苷类、氰苷类化合物等。接骨木属植物中的异槲皮苷、(7R,8S)-ficusal、(7R,8S)-肥牛木素、(7R,8S)-脱氢二松柏醇、Samwinol、绿原酸等成分具有促进成骨及骨折愈合的作用;莫诺苷、熊果酸、矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷、Sambulin A、Sambulin B等成分具有抗炎、镇痛作用;矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷等成分具有抗氧化作用;落叶松树脂醇、Berchemol、(7αH,8′αH)-4,4′,8α,9-四羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基-7,9′-环氧木脂素等成分具有抗真菌作用;绿原酸、反式咖啡酸等成分具有抗病毒作用;槲皮素、山柰酚、熊果酸等成分具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖作用。 相似文献

目的对五层龙属植物的化学成分及其药理活性研究概况做一综述,为该属植物的后续开发应用提供参考。方法系统查阅近30年国内外有关本属植物的研究报道,对化学成分及药理活性研究进行整理总结。结果五层龙属植物化学成分以三萜类为主,还含有木脂素、黄酮、酚酸、鞣质、糖等多种成分。该属植物具有降血糖、保肝、抗氧化、降脂减肥、抗菌等多种药理活性。结论五层龙属植物因富含丰富的活性成分,生物活性多样,具有广阔的应用和开发前景。 相似文献

以国内外文献为依据,对从黄蝉属植物中报道的化学成分进行了整理和综述,介绍黄蝉属化学成分研究概况,为其进一步开发利用提供参考。成分类别主要为环烯醚萜(iridoid)和木脂素(lignan)类,所发现的化合物分别为环烯醚萜24个,木脂素9个,其他类别成分较少。其中环烯醚萜类内酯成分黄蝉花定(Allamandin)、鸡蛋花素(plumericin)等的生物活性显示有抗肿瘤、抗真菌作用。 相似文献

目的对天然来源的裂木脂素类化合物的结构、生物合成及药理活性进行综述,为该类化合物的进一步研究奠定基础。方法根据裂木脂素类化合物的24篇相关文献进行综述总结。结果近年来从草胡椒属、荨麻属及卷柏属植物中发现多种结构新颖的裂木脂素类化合物,该类化合物在抗肿瘤、抗艾滋病病毒等方面有很强的生物活性。结论裂木脂素类化合物具有广阔的开发利用前景。 相似文献

目的:研究卷柏属几种药用植物黄酮苷类水溶性成分的液相色谱特征,为该属植物化学成分的评价及药材鉴别提供依据。方法:对湖北地理分布为主的8种卷柏属药用植物的水溶性部位进行RP—HPLC分析,比较色谱峰的异同。结果:8种植物都具有黄酮苷色谱峰,共有峰有2个,其中一个为芹菜素-6,8-二-C—β—D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。不同物种显示出它们各自的指纹特征。结论:黄酮苷类成分是卷柏属植物普遍存在的化学成分类型,但不同物种中黄酮苷的种类差别很大。 相似文献

Morus genus plants are mainly distributed in the temperate to tropical areas over the world and include 17 species and two subspecies. Due to their excellent pharmacological activity, security in food additives and high value in the national economy, Morus genus plants have drawn more and more attention in recent years. In the light of the references published over the last few decades, flavonoids, benzofurans, stilbenes, and Diels–Alder adducts have been reported to be the main bioactive constituents of Morus genus plants. This review summarizes the compounds with excellent bioactivities isolated from Morus genus plants as well as their structure–activity relationships (SARs), which might be useful for the further research and development of Morus genus plants.

目的对Acanthella属海绵的化学成分及其生物活性进行综述。方法通过综述国内外相关文献,归纳总结了该属海绵的研究概况。结果从该属海绵中已分离鉴定110个化合物,主要为含有异腈基、异硫氰酸酯和甲酰胺等含氮基团的倍半萜、二萜类化合物。这类化合物具有抗疟、抗虫、抗污损、抗肿瘤、抗菌等多样的生物活性。结论为Acanthella属海绵的化学成分及生物活性的进一步研究提供依据。 相似文献

The genus Symplocos has been reviewed for its chemical constituents and biological activities including traditional importance of some common species. The plants of this genus contain terpenoids, flavonoids, lignans, phenols, steroids, alkaloids, and iridoids. Terpenoids are the major constituents within the genus Symplocos and most of them exhibit antiproliferative effects. Some phenolic glycoside derivatives showed inhibitory activity against snake-venom phosphodiesterase I and human nucleotide pyrophosphatase phosphodiesterase I. The members of genus Symplocos are well known for their traditional uses in the treatment of various diseases like leprosy, gynecological disorders, ulcers, leucorrhea, menorrhagia, malaria, and tumefaction. 目的综述紫堇属中异喹啉类生物碱的化学成分和生物活性的研究进展。方法阅读国内外文献数据库中近年来关于紫堇属植物的文献,从化学结构和生物活性方面对文献进行整理和综述。结果紫堇属植物含有丰富的异喹啉类生物碱,按照结构类型可分为9类:原小檗碱类、原阿片碱类、苯酞异喹啉类、苯菲啶类、苄基异喹啉类、阿朴菲类、枯拉灵类、螺苄异喹啉类、其他类。紫堇属植物中的生物碱具有清热解毒、消炎止痛等功效,还具有免疫、抗菌、抗炎等生物活性。结论本文对紫堇属植物中含有的异喹啉类生物碱的化学结构和生物活性进行了整理,为紫堇属植物的深入研究和临床应用提供理论依据。 相似文献

Four new lignan glycosides (1–4), named procumbenosides I, K, L, and M, together with cleistanthin B (5) reported for the first time in the genus Justicia, and 5 other known arylnaphthalene lignan glycosides (6–10) were isolated from the whole plant of Justicia procumbens. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by extensive one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) NMR experiments and mass spectrometry. Procumbenoside M (4) was a rare sesquilignan glycoside never previously reported in the species of Justicia. The paper also provided insight into the conformational equilibria existing in the lignan glycosides of the plant. 相似文献
