目的 对苹果官方应用商店手机中文西药应用的价值、安全性、准确性等进行分析,为应用开发者与使用者提供参考。方法 用“药”作为关键词在在苹果官方应用商店搜索相关应用,进行分析。结果 专业机构开发的应用合格率明显高于个人开发的应用,免费应用的合格率高于付费应用,有些应用不合格。 结论 部份应用有价值,部份应用不合格,使用这些应用前需要辨别其是否合格。  相似文献

目的 :了解我院5个科室抗生素应用的合理性。方法 :随机抽查我院普外科、骨科、妇产科、儿科、呼吸内科5个临床科室的住院患者病历571份 ,统计每种抗生素的应用例数、应用天数、平均应用天数、药品总消耗量、约定日剂量和药物利用指数 ,并按应用例数排序。结果 :5个临床科室抗生素的应用各有特点。结论 :一些在临床应用多年、疗效可靠、毒副作用小、价格便宜的抗生素品种仍占主导地位。  相似文献

为了解我院住院患者应用抗菌药物的合理性,我们选择了具有代表性的普外科、骨科、妇产科、儿科、呼吸内科、心内科6个临床科室的311份住院病历作为样本进行统计分析。统计每种抗菌药物的应用例数、应用天数、平均应用天数、药物消耗量、约定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI),并按照抗菌药物的应用例数排序。  相似文献

根据世界卫生组织统计调查,全世界冠心病患者的患者为750多万,发病率大约为10.5%,并且冠心病患者每年呈日趋增加的趋势。本研究主要从抗血小板药物的合理应用、调脂药的合理应用、β受体阻滞剂的合理应用、硝酸酯的合理应用、钙通道阻断剂的合理应用以及代谢类药物的合理应用探讨医院冠心病患者的合理用药,提高冠心病的临床疗效,减少患者的痛苦。  相似文献

目的:总结安徽省2014至2016年药品注册情况,为本省的药品研发、申报、审批提供参考。方法:通过梳理药品企业在2014至2106年新药、仿制药、补充申请和再注册申请的情况,对安徽省药品注册申请进行统计分析与评价。结果:近3年,安徽省药品注册申请数量主要集中在药品再注册和补充申请。新药申请中,97%的药品申报临床试验,化学药品占新药申请的90%。仿制药申报品种均为化学药品。结论:安徽省药品注册申报类别分布合理,在生物制品的新药研发上取得进步,中药研发方面有待加强。  相似文献

Bacterial polymers obtained tremendous attention over the decades owing to its widespread use in biomedical applications. A better understanding on metabolic pathways and development of improved production strategies through metabolic engineering tools to synthesize tailor made polymer materials to meet their applicability in biomedicine. This review focuses on wide range of these biocompatible polymeric materials include polysaccharides, polyesters, polyamides and polyphosphates with wound healing, antioxidant, antitumor, antimicrobial activities. This review focuses on the advantages of various biomaterials to obtain controlled/sustained drug release and tissue engineering applications in biomedical field and the applications of microbial polysaccharides as drugs in pharmaceutical industry. This review describes the most prominent biomedical applications of bacterial biopolymer material as wound healing bandages, drug delivery, tissue engineering, ortho-dental applications and hydrogels. Reviews the future aspects based on economic feasibility and challenges in mass production and downstream processing of biopolymers and its tailor made synthesis to accomplish diverse applications.  相似文献

Nanotechnology concerns the science of very small particles and deals with both the fundamental aspects of understanding the properties of such nanoparticles and with developing technological applications of nanoparticles. Biomedical and biotechnological applications of nanoparticles have been of special recent research and development interest, with potential applications that include use of nanoparticles as drug (or DNA) delivery vehicles, and as components in medical diagnostic kits, biosensors and membranes for bioseparations. Spherical nanoparticles are typically used for such applications, but this only reflects the fact that spheres are easier to make than nanoparticles having other shapes. Micro and nanotubes - structures that resemble tiny drinking straws - are alternatives and may offer advantages over spherical nanoparticles for some applications. This article discusses different approaches for making micro and nanotubes and reviews the current status of efforts to develop biomedical and biotechnological applications of these tubular structures.  相似文献

Recent developments in nanoscience and nanotechnology intend novel and innovative applications in the food sector, which is rather recent compared with their use in biomedical and pharmaceutical applications. Nanostructured materials are having applications in various sectors of the food science comprising nanosensors, new packaging materials, and encapsulated food components. Nanostructured systems in food include polymeric nanoparticles, liposomes, nanoemulsions, and microemulsions. These materials enhance solubility, improve bioavailability, facilitate controlled release, and protect bioactive components during manufacture and storage. This review highlights the applications of nanostructured materials for their antimicrobial activity and possible mechanism of action against bacteria, including reactive oxygen species, membrane damage, and release of metal ions. In addition, an overview of nanostructured materials, and their current applications and future perspectives in food science are also presented.  相似文献

The review describes key aspects of the synthesis and biological activities of conjugates of oligonucleotides and their analogues with synthetic peptides, in particular aimed towards gene silencing applications. The common methods of synthesis of oligonucleotide-peptide conjugates (OPCs) and PNA-peptide conjugates (PPCs) are described, which include both total solid-phase and fragment coupling approaches. In addition, various applications of conjugates as gene silencing agents are outlined. These include antisense and steric block applications in mammalian cells of OPCs, PPCs and phosphorodiamidate morpholinooligonucleotide (PMO)-peptide conjugates, gene silencing in bacteria, various DNA targeting applications, and recent reports of gene silencing activities of siRNA-peptide conjugates. New types of social Internet applications (often referred to as Web 2.0) are becoming increasingly popular within higher education environments. Although developed primarily for entertainment and social communication within the general population, applications such as blogs, social video sites, and virtual worlds are being adopted by higher education institutions. These newer applications differ from standard Web sites in that they involve the users in creating and distributing information, hence effectively changing how the Web is used for knowledge generation and dispersion. Although Web 2.0 applications offer exciting new ways to teach, they should not be the core of instructional planning, but rather selected only after learning objectives and instructional strategies have been identified. This paper provides an overview of prominent Web 2.0 applications, explains how they are being used within education environments, and elaborates on some of the potential opportunities and challenges that these applications present.  相似文献
