医学生第二课堂教学“四化”建设

经过多年的建设和积累,逐步创立和强化了第二课堂教学的＂四化＂建设,即＂品牌化＂、＂革新性＂、＂群众化＂和＂专业化＂,对第二课堂教学活动进行合理的规划与实施,使其与第一课堂教学活动在内容上科学对接,提高了第二课堂教学在学生中的吸引力,培养了学生运用知识的技巧和社会活动的能力。     

神经生物学第二课堂在第一课堂教学中的作用和地位

经过三年的建设和积累,逐步形成了神经生物学"品牌化"第二课堂教学。神经生物学第二课堂作为第一课堂的拓展和延伸,以其内容的广泛性和形式的多样性很好地解决了第一课堂教学中时间、空间、内容限制的问题,大大地提高了学生科研思维能力、专业英语和科技英语水平,为解决当前大学生科技创新能力急待提高的问题找到了新的思路和方法。第二课堂教学与第一课堂教学相辅相成,相得益彰,教学水平和教学质量显著提高。     

强化制度管理重视教员素质培养不断提高教学质量

为建设强有力的师资队伍，培养跨世纪人才，首先要强化制度管理，重视教员素质培养才能不断提高教学质量；1、加强思想教育，稳定师资队伍；2、坚持以教学为中心，深化教学改革；3、加强教学规范化管理，提高教学质量；4、加强学员第二课堂活动管理。     

胸心外科临床带教七年制医学生的体会

七年制医学生与五年制有不同的特获,不仅要掌握扎实的临床基本功,还需要对科学研究有初步的了解,在教学中要不断培养学生的自主学习能力、创新能力以及实践能力.结合胸心外科临床教学,要加强与学生交流,促进教学互动;重视学生临床思维的培养;积极开展第二课堂活动,促进科研思维的培养;加强医德医风教育,注意交际能力的培养.     

病理学第二课堂教学的实践与体会

实践表明,第二课堂以良好的环境和氛围,为学生创造更多自己动手、动脑的机会,对于开发学生潜能、培养团结协作精神和科研创新能力有着重要意义。其作为课堂教育的有益补充,在创新人才培养中的重要作用已逐渐被教育工作者广为共识[1,2]。但是,在实际教学中,第二课堂教学往往由于缺乏针对性、实用性和可操作性,而最终流于形式或者效果不佳。近年来,我院病理教研室采取加强课堂教育和第二课堂的衔接、提高教师的教学素质、开展丰富多彩的活动方式等措施,使第二课堂教学取得令人满意的效果,主要体会是:1加强与课堂教育的教学衔接是确保第二课堂教学质量的要求第一课堂要解决人才培养中的共性、普遍性问题,侧重于基础教育和传授知识,即传统意义上的“传道授业”;第二课堂要解决人才培养中的特殊性、个别性问题,侧重于发展能力,促进个性。第一课堂与第二课堂即普遍性与特殊性的相互补充,相互配合,达成了培养高级人才的最佳形式。但课堂教育始终是基础,如果脱离课堂教育去开展第二课堂活动,那将是无源之水,无本之木。基于这样的认识,我们紧紧围绕教学大纲和各个教学阶段来设计第二课堂的活动内容,做到课堂教育和第二课堂的有机结合。如针对正在讲授的呼吸系统疾病中病毒性肺炎时,...     

加强第二课堂建设,提高学生社会适应能力

本文提出了以学生为本,加强第二课堂建设,提高学生社会适应能力。高校的第二课堂与第一课堂教学相互补充,是培养新一代素质型大学生,提高大学生的社会适应能力的有效途径。本文以齐齐哈尔医学院药学院大学生为例,探讨了目前我国高校第二课堂建设的新途径和方法。

组织学与胚胎学精品课程建设的实践

为了打造高质量的组织学与胚胎学精品课程、推进教学改革、提高教学质量,泰山医学院组织学与胚胎学教研室采取提高教师的学历和学位水平,对青年教师实行导师制度等措施,加强师资队伍建设;优选“十一五”规划教材,自行编写双语教材和实验教程,将教学大纲、多媒体课件等多种教学资源上网,加强教材的立体化建设;在理论教学、实验教学、第二课堂、考试等诸多教学环节中进行全方位的教学改革,以培养高质量、高素质、具有创新能力的医学人才。     

高校志愿服务品牌化建设路径——基于温州医科大学的嵌入式单案例研究

高校志愿服务品牌化是提升大学生人文素养,激发志愿服务热情,提高志愿服务品质,推动社会实践育人,扩大专业影响力,实现志愿精神“溢出效应”最大化的必由之路。本文以温州医科大学的4个典型志愿服务品牌化运作项目为研究对象,采用嵌入式单案例研究方法构建了“高校志愿服务品牌化建设路径”过程模型,并从定位、塑造和运营3个阶段阐述高校志愿服务品牌化建设的内在机制,深化了对品牌化建设和高校志愿服务的理解,可以为相关高校的志愿服务品牌化建设提供一定实践参考。     

高职院校加强人文素质教育的思考

高职院校中不同程度地存在着轻视人文素质教育的问题,要改变这种状况,应树立全面发展的教育理念,开设好人文教育方面的课程;完善校园文化建设,创造良好的人文环境;开展社会实践活动,开展丰富多彩的第二课堂活动;加强高职院校师资建设,提高教师自身的人文素质修养,促进学生全面发展。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
