基于螺环结构桥连的固有微孔卟啉聚合物网络的制备与表征及其催化Knoevenagel缩合反应

通过5,10,15,20 四(4-羧基苯基)（TCPP）卟啉单体与含螺环结构的二胺单体(Spiro-DA)的缩聚反应,实现了含螺环结构的卟啉基固有微孔材料的定向合成（PIM-Spiro）。同时在相同的工艺条件下,以对苯二胺（PPDA）,4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)作为二胺单体分别制备了相应的聚酰胺(PA)网络材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱（FT-IR）、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、热重分析(TG)、氮气吸附等分析测试手段对3种聚酰胺材料的网络结构和物理化学性能进行了表征。结果表明：螺环扭曲结构的引入可以有效提高微孔卟啉聚合物网络的比表面积,同时在溶剂中表现出很强的溶胀特性;所制备的聚酰胺网络材料中的卟啉基和酰胺键所含的高密度N—H键,赋予材料良好的碱性催化特性。     

DDBT类可溶性聚酰亚胺的合成与性能研究

由二甲基-5，5'-3，7-二苯并噻吩二胺（DDBT）和3，3',4,4'-二苯砚四羧酸二酐（DSDA）、2,2'-双（3，4-二羧酸）六氟丙烷二酐（……FDA）、均苯四羧酸二酐（PMDA）、联苯四羧酸二酐（BPDA）等多种二酐单体进行缩聚反应制备了新型可溶性聚酰亚胺。测定了其特性粘度为0.6-0.9dL/g；DDBT与DSDA、6FDA反应得到的聚酰亚胺在非质子强极性溶剂中具有良好的溶解性。用IR、热力学分析等手段对DDBT类聚酰亚胺进行了表征，并对可溶性DDBT-DSDA聚酰亚胺膜作了进一步的研究，推导出了苯在DDBT-DSDA聚酰亚胺膜中动态吸附初期的吸附方程。实验结果表明DDBT-DSDA聚酰亚胺膜对苯具有特殊的亲和力。     

离子交联磺化聚(酰亚胺-苯并咪唑)质子交换膜的制备及性能

通过高温溶液缩聚法,将1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸二酐与6,6’-二[2-（4-氨基苯）苯并咪唑]、3,3’-二（4-苯磺酸）-联苯胺反应,得到一系列相对分子质量较高的磺化聚（酰亚胺-苯并咪唑）。将聚合物制备成薄膜,苯并咪唑单元的引入使得磺化聚酰亚胺质子交换膜中形成了咪唑-磺酸之间的酸碱离子交联结构,提高了膜的力学强度、尺寸稳定性、氧化及水解稳定性。质子电导率测试结果表明,薄膜的质子电导率为0.19 S/cm,高于同等测试条件下Nafion115膜的质子电导率（0.13 S/cm）。     

降冰片烯二甲酸酐封端聚酰亚胺及其复合材料

用三种不同的方法制备了降冰片烯二甲酸酐(NA酐)封端聚酰亚胺预聚体,亚胺化条件确定为190℃、60min,交联条件为310℃、2h。讨论了预聚体的分子量、分子结构对其结晶性的影响,压力对交联聚合物的结晶性及其化学结构的影响,以及聚合物的热分解机理。制备了NA酐封端的热固性聚酰亚胺复合材料,以均苯二酐和苯酮二酐混用所得产物,抗弯强度6.01×12~5kPa,介电损耗0.0049,介电常数5.20,巴氏硬度83.5,热分解温度480℃。     

几种聚醚酰亚胺的气体透过性能

本文研究了一系列芳环聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)对H_2、CO_2、O_2和N_2的透过性能与分子结构之间的关系。单醚酐型聚醚酰亚胺具有较高的透氢系数和H_2/N_2分离系数。由半刚性的4,4′-二氨基二苯酮(DABP)与柔性的三苯二醚四酸二酐(HQDPA)、二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)缩聚得到的聚醚酰亚胺具有很高的H_2/N_2、CO_2/N_2和O_2/N_2分离系数。     

环苯扎林的简捷合成

1,3-二溴丙烷经三苯基磷取代,再以双甲基胺置换可得3-N,N-二甲基一三苯基磷丙胺（4）,另以二苯并环庚烯酮,经溴化反应、消除反应得到5H-二苯并[a＇d]环庚三烯-5-酮（5）。4和5在氨基钠的作用下进行缩合得到产物环苯扎林。通过通过这种方法可得到纯度95％,产率76％的环苯扎林。     

苯并氧杂蒽-3,4-二酸酐型染料的合成研究

以1,8-萘酐为原料,经过氯化(重量产率82%)、缩合(71%)、还原(90%)、环构(98%)、亚酰胺化等反应步骤,合成了苯并氧杂蒽-3,4-二酸酐及其八种衍生物。提出了引入不同基团时,衍生物色光的变化趋势,并研究了其衍生物在聚酯纤维上的染色应用性能。结果表明:所得的染样具有强烈的绿色荧光,且色泽鲜艳,耐升华牢度一般为4—5级,耐晒牢度最好的可达5级。     

大蒜有机硫化合物的研究

目的 对大蒜Allium sativum的有机硫化合物进行了研究。方法 利用硅胶柱层析、硅胶薄层层析、高效液相色谱进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 以大蒜环已烷提取物中分得9个化合物,分别鉴定为Z-1,6,11-三烯-4,5,-9三硫杂十二烷-9-氧化物(Z-ajoene,I）,E-1,6,11-三烯-4,5,9-三硫杂十二烷-9-氧化物（E-ajoene,Ⅱ),Z-1,6,11-三烯-4,5,9-三硫杂十二烷-9,9-二氧化物（Ⅲ）,E-1,6,11-三烯-4,5,9-三硫杂十二烷-9,9-二氧化物（Ⅳ),E-1,7,11-三烯-4,5,9-三硫杂十二烷-9,9-二氧化物（Ⅴ）,Z-4,9-二烯-2,3,7-三硫杂癸烷-7-氧化物（Ⅵ）,2-乙烯-4H-1,3-二硫杂苯（Ⅶ）,3-乙烯基-6H-1,2-二硫杂苯-2-氧化物（Ⅷ）,2-乙烯其-4H-1,3-二硫杂苯-3-氧化物（Ⅸ）。结论 化合物V,Ⅵ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ为新化合物。     

Z-3-(2-羟基丁烯基)苯酞的合成研究

研究目的探讨苯酞类天然产物的合成方法及其生物活性。研究方法以邻苯二甲酐为底物，首先引入丁烯基，再进行烯丙位氧化，制得目标化合物。结果通过丁基锂反应，得到了具有药物活性的丁烯基苯酞，然后利用SeO2烯丙位氧化，首次合成了Z－3－（2－羟基丁烯基）苯酞。结论此合成方法原料易得，方法简便，为苯酞类化合物的合成研究提供了一个新的途径。     

肿瘤化学治疗的研究 新的三氮烯类化合物的合成

本文报道合成了14种新的对,对’-双(3,3-二烃基-1-三氮烯基)-3,4-二苯己烷衍生物。它们系将对,对’-二氨基-3,4-二苯己烷经重氮化后与相应的胺类偶合而成。所合成的化合物经抗动物肿瘤试验,结果表明:外消旋对,对’-双(3,3-二甲基-1-三氮烯)-3,4-二苯已烷(化合物Ⅸ)对L_(615),L_(7712)小鼠白血病有较明显的效果,对Lewis肺癌和B_(16)黑色素瘤亦有一定抑制作用;内消旋对,对’-双(3,3-二甲基-1-三氮烯)-3,4-二苯己烷(化合物Ⅰ)只对Lewis肺癌稍有抑制作用。其余的三氮烯衍生物均无明显作用。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
