维和卫勤保障中的为民服务意识

2004年12月至2005年7月，中国医疗分队在非洲某国执行联合国维和任务期间，有官员对中国维和二级医院提出了所谓“军民联合办院”意图，并力图实施“形象试点”。对此，中国医疗分队坚持维和原则，依据联合国有关法律法规，通过实施向多国维和部队基层送药、协助国际志愿者医院、救治急症伤员、群众和培训当地医护人员等，采取了防疫治病与普及教育相结合的综合策略，有力地避开了维和医疗服务中存在的矛盾，较好地解决了维和卫勤保障中为民服务进退两难的问题。因此，认真总结、研究维和卫勤保障中为民服务的认识差异，有益于促进中国医疗分队参加维和卫勤保障行动向健康方向发展。     

驻刚果(金)中国维和二级医院消毒供应室工作体会

应联和国的要求,2006年8月中国政府派出第6支维和医疗分队,来到了战乱中的刚果(金)南基武省省会布卡武市区,我们的任务是为该战区的维和部队提供二级卫勤保障任务,此次维和行动持续时间长、担负任务重,加上驻地气候炎热,卫生状况差,传染病高流行,     

维和医疗分队轮换工作的实践

目的:总结维和医疗分队完成联合国驻非洲某国维和卫勤保障部队轮换工作的经验。方法:2004年12月至2005年7月,某部第二批维和医疗分队圆满完成了维和卫勤保障任务。在部队实施跨洲际远程部署到非洲某国后,采取分批次成建制轮换模式,前后分别2次完成维和任务交接。结果:实现了维和卫勤保障与维和任务区各相关部门的密切合作、联军协调、联军行动和连续工作,检验了维和医疗分队战备训练和卫勤保障的实际能力和水平。结论:通过参加联合国维和行动卫勤保障部队的轮换,全面锻炼了部队,适应了未来日益复杂的国际环境和维护国家领土完整和反恐行动的需求,对扎实地做好军事斗争准备具有重要的现实意义。     

维和卫生士官应具备的基本素质

近年来,我军多次向国外成建制派出维和医疗分队,执行联合国赋予的维和卫勤保障任务。卫生士官是维和医疗分队的重要一员,在医护人员的指导下开展医疗护理、卫生防疫、健康教育、战（现）场救护等工作。维和行动任务特殊,对卫生士官各方面素质提出了更高的要求。笔者通过参加维和卫勤保障行动,总结、分析了维和卫生士官应具备的素质,以进一步提高其卫勤保障能力。     

维和部队卫生防疫保障的特点及对策

目的：探讨维和行动中部队卫生防疫保障特点。方法：采取全程综合防疫保障：①加强网络信息研究，做好流行病学调查。②认真筹措各类防疫物资，确保应用和防护效果。③完善生活设施，改善驻区卫生环境。④加强卫生监督，落实防疫措施，建立健全卫生监督制度。结果：在自然气候恶劣、疫情形势严峻的7个月维和任务期内，维和部队未发生一例食物中毒和传染病疫情。结论：全程综合卫生防疫保障对策可有力地保障维和部队圆满完成维和任务。     

维和医疗分队(中国)卫勤保障方案的几个问题

联合国卫勤保障旨在为维和行动提供一个与平时医疗保障体系接轨的医疗保健标准。维和医疗分队（中国）在充分学习和掌握联合国的卫勤保障体系和政策基础上，对影响卫勤保障任务的各类因素进行全面的综合分析，并结合中国军队特点，制订出符合联合国要求的卫勤保障计划。     

基于岛屿空降作战的卫勤保障能力建设探讨

目的 提高我军岛屿空降作战的卫勤保障能力.方法 以《军事训练指导法》为指导,对卫勤保障能力提升主要途径、专用卫勤物资装备、卫勤组织指挥体系、卫勤保障实战化水平4个要素模块进行深入探讨和分析.结果 明确了各要素模块能力提升的措施和办法.结论 这些措施和办法对我军岛屿空降作战卫勤保障能力提升具有重要作用.     

赴黎巴嫩维和卫勤保障人员个性、应对与心理健康的相关性研究

目的探讨中国赴黎巴嫩维和卫勤保障人员个性特征、应对方式与心理健康状况的关系,为合理制订维和人员心理健康教育方案提供依据。方法应用卡特尔16项个性因素测定(16PF)、应对方式问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及相关因素问卷对54名赴黎巴嫩维和卫勤保障人员进行调查。结果 (1)维和卫勤保障人员SCL-90总分及躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌对性、精神病性因子分显著低于中国军人常模(P<0.05)。与中国军人常模比较,16PF呈高聪慧性、稳定性、兴奋性、世故性、自律性,低乐群性、敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性和紧张性特点;应对方式中解决问题、求助因子分显著高于国内军人常模(P<0.01),自责因子分均显著低于军人常模(P<0.01),幻想、退避、合理化因子分与常模比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)维和卫勤保障人员SCL-90总分及各因子分与不成熟及混合型应对方式(自责、幻想、退避、合理化)呈显著正相关,与求助因子分无显著相关性;除精神病性因子分外,SCL-90总分及其它各因子分与解决问题因子分呈显著负相关;SCL-90总分与乐群性、兴奋性、敏感性呈显著负相关,焦虑、精神病性与紧张性呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论维和卫勤保障人员整体心理健康状况良好,具备胜任维和任务的人格特征,应对方式以解决问题、自责为主,减少不成熟应对方式有利于进一步提高维和卫勤保障人员心理健康水平。     

赴苏丹维和部队出国前疫苗预防接种的做法及结果分析

为提高赴苏丹维和部队官兵的整体免疫水平,保证维和部队官兵的身体健康,防止传染病的发生,保障维和任务的顺利完成,根据＂联合国赴苏丹任务区出兵国指南＂和国家预防接种的有关规定,综合分析了苏丹国执行任务地区的气候、环境、传染病疫情状况[1],笔者所在中心在出国前对维和部队官兵进行了多种疫苗的预防接种。现将结果报告如下。     

军队疗养院应急卫勤保障面临的主要问题及对策

随着军队编制体制调整,新时期军队疗养院卫勤保障任务发生了变化,军队疗养院在应急卫勤保障中承担着重要的保障任务.本文针对目前军队疗养院卫勤保障工作现状,分析了战时军队疗养院卫勤保障存在的主要问题.提出了强化战斗精神教育,提高战备规范化建设水平,加强机动卫勤分队建设,配套完善野战卫生装备等主要对策.     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
