均聚物PS共混对PI-PS-PLA薄膜中微纳米结构的影响

将均聚物聚苯乙烯（PS）与三嵌段共聚物聚异戊二烯聚苯乙烯聚乳酸（PIPSPLA）以一定摩尔比共混,采用原子力显微镜（AFM）研究了均聚物浓度对其薄膜样品中微纳米结构的影响。结果表明：当n(PS)∶n(PIPSPLA)为1∶2和1∶1时,薄膜呈现出规则排列的柱状微结构,且柱状微区的尺寸较混合前的样品有所改变;当n(PS)∶n(PIPSPLA)为2∶1时,PS与嵌段共聚物PIPSPLA的分子链发生了相分离,其中均聚物PS相形成了较大尺寸的岛状微区。     

PEO-PPO-PEO三嵌段共聚物自组装行为的耗散粒子动力学模拟

采用耗散粒子动力学方法(DPD),模拟了聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯(PEO-PPO-PEO)三嵌段共聚物在乙醇溶液中的自组装行为,考察了该共聚物的体积分数和聚氧乙烯(PEO)嵌段链长对介观形貌的影响。当F88（PEO104-PPO39-PEO104 ）体积分数为20%时,胶束由初始的均衡分散态逐渐聚合,最终形成PPO为核、PEO为壳的平衡态柱状团聚体。改变共聚物的体积分数和PEO链的长度,会形成不同的介观结构,如：球状、柱状、立体网络、层状和穿孔状结构等。结果表明,DPD方法是研究三嵌段共聚物自组装行为和介观结构形成机理的有效工具,对合成具有特定结构性能的材料有一定的指导意义。     

温度对聚氧乙烯／共聚酯型聚氨酯共混物气体渗透行为影响的研究

在20°～80℃范围内的一系列温度下研究了H_2、N_2、O_2和CO_2气体对聚氧乙烯(PEO)/共聚酯型聚氨酯(PU)共混物的渗透行为。共混物透气系数的对数对温度的倒数作图符合Arrhenius关系,但在共混物中PEO熔点附近会出现转折点或突变;在PEO熔点上下,共混物有着完全不同的透气系数—组成曲线以及气体渗透活化能—组成曲线。结果说明了温度强烈影响共混物的气体渗透行为。     

四氢呋喃对反应挤出苯乙烯/异戊二烯共聚物微观结构的影响

为研究极性调节剂对反应挤出苯乙烯类共聚物微观结构的影响,以双螺杆挤出机为反应器,有机锂为引发剂,四氢呋喃（THF）为极性调节剂,采用苯乙烯/异戊二烯（S/I）混合单体一次加料反应挤出技术合成了S/I共聚物,1H-NMR、GPC、DMA和TEM的分析结果表明：THF提高了共聚物的3,4-结构异戊二烯含量,使分散相尺寸变得细小且均匀,两相相容性提高;共聚物链段中长嵌段聚苯乙烯含量较少,并与大量分布较均匀的聚苯乙烯短嵌段、聚异戊二烯短嵌段以及无规共聚的苯乙烯单元共同组成完整的分子链。     

功能化SEBS的制备与结构

采用熔融反应接枝的方法将(3-异氰酸酯基-4-甲基)苯氨基甲酸-2-丙烯酯(TAI)引入到聚苯乙烯-b-聚(乙烯-co-丁烯)-b-聚苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SEBS)上,以实现SEBS的功能化。以傅里叶红外光谱（FT-IR）、核磁共振波谱（NMR）、凝胶渗透色谱（GPC）、动态力学分析（DMA）等手段对接枝物进行了表征。研究了引发剂、单体用量对接枝率及熔体流动速率的影响。结果表明：单体TAI的自聚倾向低,已成功接枝到SEBS上,接枝后的SEBS分子量高且分子量分布宽,接枝后聚(乙烯-co-丁烯)段的玻璃化转变温度提高。     

多响应性聚肽共混胶束的药物控释性能

合成了聚(L-谷氨酸)-b-聚氧化丙烯-b-聚(L-谷氨酸)(PLGA-b-PPO-b-PLGA)三嵌段聚肽共聚物.通过透射电镜、激光光散射与核磁共振等方法研究了其与聚乙二醇-6-聚氧化丙烯(PEG-b-PPO)两嵌段共聚物共混体系的自组装行为,使用紫外分光光度计探讨了负载阿霉素的共混聚集体在不同环境下的释药行为.结果表明:该体系形成了以PPO为内核,PLGA和PEG为壳的共混胶束,该共混胶束的释药行为不仅具有pH和温度的响应性,并且对共混胶束的组分具有依赖性.     

溶剂对SEBS/PMMA共混物薄膜形态的影响

采用原子力显微镜研究了聚（苯乙烯嵌-乙烯／丁烯嵌-苯乙烯）（SEBS）和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）共混物不同溶剂旋转涂膜的表面形态和相分离行为。结果表明，用共混物的氯仿溶液旋转涂膜，可见明显的共混物的宏观相分离和SEBS的微观相分离形态。改变选择性溶剂可使旋涂膜具有不同的均匀度和形态结构，其相区的尺寸和形状相差甚大，有海岛型、网状、双连续状结构。AFM显示用环己烷／丁酮混合溶剂旋转涂膜，共混物的相分离最为彻底；用选择性溶剂氯仿时次之，但有明显的相分离；对SEBS和PMMA均无选择性的单一溶剂或混合溶剂则无明显相分离。     

聚丙烯-聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物的制备及其对聚丙烯薄膜的表面改性

采用双端羧基聚丙烯(PP)与聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)进行酯化反应,制备了不同嵌段长度的嵌段共聚物PEG-b-PP-b-PEG,并将其作为大分子表面改性剂与PP共混制得薄膜。采用衰减全反射红外(ATR-FTIR)、接触角测试仪和原子力显微镜(AFM)分析表征了薄膜的表面组成与性能。研究表明,PEG-b-PP-b-PEG可以改善PP薄膜的亲水性和表面极性,使表面自由能增大;薄膜表面性能的改善程度取决于薄膜中PEG链段的质量分数以及嵌段共聚物的嵌段分子量;随着共混薄膜中PEG链段质量含量增加,薄膜的水接触角迅速下降,表面自由能增大;随嵌段共聚物中PP嵌段分子量以及PEG嵌段分子量的下降,薄膜水接触角减小,表面自由能增大;当嵌段共聚物中PP嵌段和PEG链段分子量均为1 000左右时,对PP薄膜表面亲水性的改善效果较好。     

三元聚合物共混体系的微观结构与力学性能模拟

建立一种构型模拟与力学性能模拟相结合的连续模拟方法研究了三元共混物（两种均聚物与一种共聚物）中交替共聚结构与嵌段共聚结构对力学性能的影响。通过蒙特卡罗模拟获得其构型，然后将该构型作为弹簧格子模型的数据输入，模拟三元共混体系的微观结构与力学性能。模拟结果表明：交替共聚物在体系中更倾向于在两种均聚物的界面处自我缠绕，而嵌段共聚物的两端分别渗透进与之相容的均聚物体相中；三元共混物的力学性能与其内部的两相界面结构相关；应变在交替共聚物体系中均匀分布，导致更多的断裂发生在体相中，交替共聚物体系比嵌段共聚物体系力学性能更强且更具韧性。这种连续模拟方法为研究材料组成与力学性能之间的关系提供了一种新方案。     

PMMA对聚氧乙烯β转变的影响

对半结晶聚氧乙烯（PEO)/PMMA共混体系的DSC及动态力学行为研究表明：PEO在和PMMA形成半结晶PEO/PMMA共混体系后，其β转变的峰温没有明显移动；β峰只出现在淬炎的半结晶PEO/PMMA共混体系中，而在完全非晶的相容性共混体系以及退火的半结晶共混体系不出现；在β转变区，对应的模量反常地增大，对应的DSC曲线有明显阶跃。可见，半结晶PEO的β转变并不象通常所认为的源于PEO非晶区的玻璃化转变。在接受半结晶PEO及半结晶PEO/PMMA共混体系的PEO结晶区存在结晶-非晶中间相观点的基础上，认为β转变源于PEO结晶区结晶-非晶中间相的玻璃化转变过程。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
