氮离子注入表面改性PBO薄膜及其性能

利用70 keV能量的氮离子对聚苯并二噁唑(PBO)薄膜进行常温下离子注入表面改性,注入剂量(每平方厘米注入的氮离子数)从1×10¹⁵ N⁺/cm²到5×10¹⁶N⁺/cm²。采用红外(FT-IR)、拉曼(Raman)、光电子能谱(XPS)及原子力显微镜(AFM)对其表面结构、组成及形貌进行了表征。研究了氮离子注入剂量对PBO薄膜表面结构与性能的影响。结果表明:注入氮离子后,薄膜表面发生化学键的断裂和交联,近表面区域发生碳化。随氮离子注入剂量的增加,表面粗糙度增加,表面接触角从93°降低到60°,表面润湿性提高了35%,电导率提高到5.7×10^-9 S/cm,比纯PBO薄膜增加了3个数量级。     

支化及交联聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的制备及其发泡性能

采用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）与苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯低聚物（GS）的化学键合产物（PBT-GS）为扩链剂,与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）熔融反应,制备了支化及交联PET。分析了反应过程的扭矩变化,以及支化及交联PET的特性黏数、交联度和流变性能。并以超临界CO₂为物理发泡剂,通过釜式发泡对比了支化及交联PET的可发性,制备了平均泡孔直径为50~75 μm、泡孔密度为1×10⁸~4×10⁸ cells/cm³、泡孔形貌规整的PET泡沫材料,研究了发泡温度和饱和压力对发泡过程的影响。     

聚苯并咪唑-锂盐-聚乙二醇单甲醚共混全固态聚合物电解质的制备及性能

使用共混后浇铸成膜的方法,制备了聚苯并咪唑-锂盐-聚乙二醇单甲醚组成的锂离子电池共混全固态聚合物电解质。通过傅里叶红外光谱（FT-IR）、X射线衍射（XRD）、差示扫描量热（DSC）、拉伸与交流阻抗测试表征了共混全固态电解质的结构与性能。研究了不同锂盐以及各组分含量对共混全固态电解质的力学性能与电导率的影响。结果表明：聚苯并咪唑与聚乙二醇单甲醚之间存在氢键;共混全固态电解质中聚乙二醇单甲醚处于无定形态;锂盐的加入使聚乙二醇单甲醚的玻璃化转变温度下降;聚乙二醇单甲醚含量越高,共混膜强度越低,电导率越高,并且使用三氟甲磺酸锂作为锂盐时其电导率最高,室温下可以达到3.58×10^-5 S/cm,高温下可以达到3.3×10^-3 S/cm,高温下满足对锂离子电池的使用需求。     

聚苯并噁嗪材料PB-m和PB-a的制备及其表面性能

合成了以双酚A为骨架,含甲基的Bm苯并噁嗪单体和含苯基的Ba苯并噁嗪单体,考察了温度、时间等因素对聚苯并噁嗪成膜后表面能的影响,并对聚苯并噁嗪材料的成膜性能、热稳定性能进行了研究。结果表明：苯并噁嗪单体B-m和B-a在210 ℃固化1 h后得到聚苯并噁嗪膜层的表面能最低,分别为16.0 mJ/m2和16.6 mJ/m2,显著低于单纯聚四氟乙烯膜层的表面能（22.0 mJ/m2）,相应得到聚苯并噁嗪膜的表面粗糙度分别为0.4 nm和0.2 nm,PBm和PBa失重5%时的温度分别为279 ℃和335 ℃。PBa聚合物具有更好的热稳定性。     

男性年龄与精液常规参数及精子CFTR表达的关系研究

目的 探讨男性年龄与精子质量及精子中CFTR表达的关系。方法 选取2011年3月~8月于笔者医院生殖中心门诊就诊的精液常规参数正常的健康可育男性293例，按照年龄分为3组，A组20~29岁，105例；B组30~39岁，156例；C组≥40岁，32例。进行精液常规分析及精液形态学分析，精子CFTR免疫荧光染色。分析男性年龄与精子质量及CFTR表达间的关系。结果 3组精液：体积分别为A组2.56±0.95ml，B组2.45±0.98ml，C组2.28±0.85ml，前向活动力分别为A组77.91%±17.42%，B组77.71%±14.94%，C组77.68%±15.71%，正常形态率分别为A组7.04%±4.52%，B组6.36%±4.31%，C组5.40%±4.22%，精子浓度分别为A组（106.78±65.33）×10⁶/ml，B组（111.85±65.70）×10⁶/ml，C组（134.59±75.30）×10⁶/ml，精子总数分别为A组（291.3±187.9）×10⁶，B组（256.9±143.4）×10⁶，C组（264.4±170.4）×10⁶，CFTR表达率分别为A组34.58%，B组28.32%，C组23.15%，所有常规参数3者间比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），组间两两比较差异亦无统计学意义（P>0.05）；相关分析显示精子体积、向前活动力、正常形态率、浓度、总数及CFTR表达率均与年龄无关（P>0.05）。结论 随着年龄的增长，精液体积、前向活动力、正常形态率呈下降趋势，精子浓度呈升高趋势，精子总数无明显变化，但均与年龄无相关性。     

表观扩散系数全容积直方图在鉴别高级别胶质瘤与脑转移瘤中的应用价值

目的 比较表观扩散系数（ADC）全容积直方图与传统测量ADC在鉴别高级别胶质瘤与脑转移瘤中的差异,探讨直方图相关参数的临床应用价值。方法 选择安徽医科大学第一附属医院2016年5月至2020年5月临床诊断为脑肿瘤的患者,经病理证实为20例高级别胶质瘤、25例脑转移瘤,回顾性分析患者头颅MRI资料。分别用ADC全容积直方图及传统测量ADC进行肿瘤弥散加权成像的评估,测量记录直方图相关参数,包括峰度、偏度、平均ADC、最大ADC、最小ADC、中位ADC、极差及百分位点的ADC。对比相关参数及传统测量法ADC在2种肿瘤间的差异,通过受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线评价各参数鉴别诊断的效果。结果 高级别胶质瘤患者传统测量法的ADC值为（0.82±0.23）×10^-3 mm²/s,脑转移瘤为（0.89±0.25）×10^-3 mm²/s,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。ADC全容积直方图测得高级别胶质瘤患者的峰度、偏度、最大ADC和极差分别为（4.40±2.08）×10^-3 mm²/s、（0.87±0.72）×10^-3 mm²/s、（2.63±0.44）×10^-3 mm²/s和（2.14±0.52）×10^-3 mm²/s,脑转移瘤患者分别为（3.12±1.44）×10^-3 mm²/s、（0.41±0.55）×10^-3 mm²/s、（2.17±0.65）×10^-3 mm²/s和（1.55±0.69）×10^-3 mm²/s,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。极差的ROC曲线下面积为0.76,敏感度为84.62%,偏度系数的特异度为90.00%。结论 全容积ADC直方图在高级别胶质瘤与脑转移瘤的鉴别中具有优越性,优于ADC传统测量方法。     

基于微带谐振器的三维约束微波微等离子体源的实现

通过理论计算及HFSS仿真设计了微带谐振器,并通过比对三维约束结构存在的HFSS仿真结构验证了三维结构的可行性。实测制备的微带谐振器空载谐振频率为2.5GHz,回波损耗系数(S₁₁)为-17.94dB。该微带谐振器成功实现了三维约束微尺度下,工作频率为2.5GHz,工作压强范围为30Pa至大气压、功率范围为0.7~6W时的微等离子体放电。通过光谱仪检测压强为7.5×10⁴Pa下的H_β谱线,应用斯塔克展宽求得此压强下平均电子密度为5.54×10¹³cm^-3,该值符合微等离子体源的电子密度值。     

HTS硝酸熔盐体系的高温热分解动力学行为

研究了HTS硝酸熔盐体系高温热分解的动力学行为,采用分光光度法测定HTS中硝酸根和亚硝酸根的含量,并研究其各自的热分解动力学参数。结果表明:在813~893K的温度区间,HTS中硝酸根的分解主要受温度影响,其分解速率系数随温度呈指数型增大,主导硝酸根分解的反应为Ⅰ型反应,反应的表观活化能为189.8kJ/mol,指前因子为7.48×10⁵s^-1;亚硝酸根表现出更为复杂的动力学行为,亚硝酸根分解结果受温度与硝酸根分解反应共同影响。在813~873K的温度区间,亚硝酸根的分解速率系数近似稳定在0.12×10^-5~0.13×10^-5s^-1,当温度升至893K时,亚硝酸根的分解速率系数减小为0.0058×10^-5s^-1;HTS中硝酸根分解的表观活化能大于单组分硝酸盐分解活化能,三元混合盐的高温热稳定性高于单组分硝酸盐的高温热稳定性。     

苯并噁嗪改性氰酸酯树脂的制备及性能

采用溶剂混合法制备了苯并噁嗪质量分数不同的苯并噁嗪改性氰酸酯树脂体系,采用差示扫描量热法（DSC）考察改性树脂的固化行为,采用密度法研究了改性树脂固化过程的收缩情况,考察了改性树脂的热稳定性和耐湿热性能等。结果表明：改性树脂体系的固化温度比氰酸酯树脂的固化温度至少降低25℃,具有自催化效果;苯并噁嗪开环聚合与氰酸酯发生环三嗪环的环三聚反应,改性树脂在固化过程中无收缩,固化物密度减小。改性树脂固化物的耐热性能略有下降,玻璃化转变温度（T_g）与起始分解温度（T_d5）均下降20℃左右,1 000℃时热解残留率提高0.2%;改性树脂吸湿率低,其在沸水中放置72 h时吸湿率小于3%;改性树脂浇铸体弯曲强度达144.6 MPa,弯曲模量为4.44 GPa,经湿热老化后弯曲强度保留率达到63%,弯曲模量上升到4.62 GPa,具有良好的耐湿热性能。     

脂肪源性干细胞输注剂量对抑制大鼠心脏移植急性排斥反应的影响

目的 观察供体同系脂肪源性干细胞（ADSCs）对大鼠心脏移植急性排斥反应的抑制作用,并探讨其输注剂量对其抑制作用的影响。方法 以Wistar、SD大鼠为供受体建立心脏颈部异位移植模型,术毕静脉输注不同剂量ADSCs。实验分组：①对照组,注射等体积3ml 0.9% NaCl;②输注ADSCs,0.1×10⁶/只组;③输注ADSCs,1×10⁶/只组;④输注ADSCs,10×10⁶/只组;每组12只。比较各组移植心脏存活时间和组织病理学改变,及检测血清中IL-2和IL-10的表达。结果 对照组移植心脏平均存活6.2±1.2天,输注不同剂量ADSCs （0.1×10⁶/只,1×10⁶/只,10×10⁶/只）各组移植心脏平均存活分别为10.0±1.3天,13.3±2.2天,21.0±4.9天。与对照组比较,输注各组移植心脏存活均得到显著延长（P<0.05）。病理学检查发现ADSCs输注组淋巴细胞浸润、心肌间质水肿、心肌细胞损害均较对照组减轻。与对照组比较,ADSCs输注组大鼠血清中IL-2浓度随着ADSCs浓度增加而逐步降低,且ADSCs 10×10⁶/只组差异有统计学意义（P=0.021）;IL-10浓度呈剂量相关性逐渐增高,各组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 静脉输注供体同系ADSCs,可以延长大鼠颈部移植心脏的存活时间,减轻急性排斥反应的程度,并具有一定剂量依懒性;其中以10×10⁶/只剂量的抗排斥作用最显著。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
