Objective:To probe into the influence of changes of ovarian hormones on the pathogenesis of the specific sub-type premenstrual syndrome(PMS)and reveal partial microcosmic mechanisms of adverse flow of liver-qi.Methods:Estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels in serum were determined at different phases of menstrual cycle by radioimmunoassay.Results:In the group of PMS with adverse flow of liver-qi.the secretive peak value Of E2 and P at the follicular phase significantly decreased,and the secretive peak value at the luteal phase did not come into being.Conclusions:Low E2 and P secretive peak at the follicular phase and absence of secretive peak at the luteal phase is one of the microcosmic mechanisms of PMS with adverse flow of liver-qi.One of the pathophysiologic mechanisms of specific sub-type PMS is probably the continuous low level of E2and P. 相似文献

目的:探讨颅中线胼胝体,透明隔区占位病变的CT诊断。方法:回顾性对10例胼胝体、透明隔区占位病变CT检查结果进行研究分析。结果:10例中,胼胝体占位有8例,其中胶质瘤4例,转移瘤2例,血肿2例,透明隔占位2例,均为脑膜瘤。结论:CT检查在颅中线胼胝体、透明隔区占位病变的诊断和鉴别诊断中有着十分重要的作用。 相似文献

作者对30具新生儿男尸的生殖器作了观察和测量。主要结果如下:1.睾丸的形态多数为卵圆形,计46侧占76.67±5.46%;2.附睾的形态分三型,其中“C”型最为常见,计35侧占58.33±6.36%。附睾体与睾丸之间的位置关系不一。其中附睾体位于睾丸外侧者计27侧占45±6.42%;位于睾丸后缘者20侧占33.33±6.09%,位于睾丸的前缘者13侧占21.67±5.32%。3.输精管左、右侧各长80.14mm,78.14mm。4.阴茎长度平均为52.77±1.26mm,均有包皮。5.尿道长度平均67.13mm。 此外,对前列腺、精囊腺、输精管、射精管、睾丸、附睾、附睾系膜以及尿道各部断面等也作了观察和测量。 相似文献

对11个人心标本沿右心室流入道和流出道各壁长轴纵行切开,再将各壁横切为上、中、下3份,各份按1mm厚度逐层切开,观察其各层肌纤维方向的角度并绘成坐标图。结果表明,右心室流入、流出道游离壁的肌纤维方向由浅入深基本上是渐变的。流入道游离壁的下1/3和流出道的上1/3,浅中层与内层之间可有纤维方向的突变。流入道隔壁的纤维方向从右向左逐渐移行,偶在左、右室内膜面有方向的改变。流出道右室面的中上部有一纤维方向变动较大的层次。对右心室各壁肌纤维方向的排列特或、分层、功能及其临床意义进行了探讨。 相似文献

DNA载体途径的RNA干扰技术对肝癌细胞系HCCLM3端粒酶活性的抑制作用 总被引:9,自引:2,他引:7
目的探讨DNA载体途径的RNA干扰技术抑制肿瘤细胞的作用及机理。方法构建针对人端粒酶逆转录酶亚基(hTERT)的mRNA干扰质粒PSG-AS及对照质粒PSG-CTR,并将其分别转染HCCLM3肝癌细胞。Western印迹测定hTERT的表达量;末端重复片断扩增-酶联免疫吸附(TRAP-ELISA)方法测定细胞端粒酶活性;流式细胞仪测定细胞凋亡率,MTS法测定细胞生长曲线以观察PSG-AS对细胞的生长抑制作用。结果 转染PSG-AS的HCCLM3细胞hTERT表达量减低,端粒酶活性抑制率为76%;PSG-AS转染细胞后凋亡率较PSG-CTR组明显升高(t=11.47,P<0.01),细胞生长受抑。结论PSG-AS作用HCCIJM3肝癌细胞后,通过对hTERT表达量和端粒酶活性的抑制,促进细胞凋亡和抑制细胞的增殖,此法可能成为抑制肿瘤细胞的新途径。 相似文献

目的:外伤后细菌性致死性肉芽肿是一种尚未被认识的新疾病,近20a来在我国多个地区已发现20余例,无一存活。本研究 应用透射电镜寻找病原体,为该病的诊断和治疗提供线索。方法:以透射电镜观察2例外伤后细菌性致死性肉芽肿的活检组织,寻找该病的病原。结果:病变组织内主要为组织细胞、多核巨细胞,细胞内有大量溶酶体样结构,部分溶酶体样结构具有“杆菌”形态,另见少数球菌。根据电镜下的发现成功分离出1种严格的厌氧性细菌,初步确定为放线菌,并根据细菌药敏结果救活了1例患。结论:对于怀疑由病原体所致的疾患,电镜下发现损害中的病原体是最具说服力的证据,本病的发现和命名,电镜发挥了关键作用。 相似文献

Objective To investigate the effects of alcohol intake on penile structure and function in rats. Methods Thirty adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and alcohol intake group. They were administered with 2 mL of normal saline and 40% alcohol solution respectively through gastric tubes every day. Three months later, the animal model of alcohol intake was evaluated by modified Nayagida's method, and the effects of alcohol on the rats were studied by sexual behavior, the number of apomorphine-induced penile erection, level of testosterone in the sera, and the content of penile smooth muscle. Results The scores of animal model of alcohol intake evaluated by Nayagida's method were 0.66±2.05 in the control group and 9.26±5.50 in the alcohol intake group(P<0.05), which indicated that an animal model of alcohol intake was successfully established. Sexual behavior, the number of apomorphine-induced penile erection, testosterone level in the sera, and the content of penile smooth muscle of the alcohol intake group were all statistically different as compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Alcohol intake induces sexual dysfunction in rats, which may be due to the decline of testosterone level in the sera and decline of penile smooth muscle. 相似文献

目的:观察内异方对子宫内膜异位症大鼠腹腔微环境的影响,初步探讨其作用机理。方法:观察内异方对子宫内膜异位症实验大鼠腹腔液中巨噬细胞的数量及其吞噬功能的影响,检测给药前后内异症大鼠腹腔液中血管生成关键因子VEGF的含量,了解其变化情况。结果:内异方可降低内异症大鼠腹腔液中巨噬细胞的数量;可降低内异症大鼠腹腔液中VEGF的含量,使内膜异位种植灶的体积缩小。结论:内异方可通过降低腹腔液中巨噬细胞的数量,使腹腔微环境中血管生成的关键细胞因子-VEGF的含量减少,使内膜种植灶的体积缩小,故可从抑制血管生成角度解释内异方治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理。 相似文献

It has been known that the antimalarial drugs of aminoquinolinesincluding 8-aminoquinolines may cause inhibition of heart conduction or evenAdams-Stokes syndrome,but their morphologic bases were obscure.The purposeof the present study is to define the histological and ultrastructural features ofprimaquine in mammals including dogs,monkeys and rats in the subacute toxicexperiments with the stress on the morphological alteration of the heart.In most(11/16)of the intoxicated dogs,granular degeneration,eosinophilic degeneration,coagulation necrosis,vacuolar degeneration and colliquative myocytolysis werefound in the myocardium and conduction systems.Under electron microscopicstudy,the myocardial cells of intoxicated dogs showed swelling of mitochondria,dilatation of transverse tubules and sarcoplasmic reticulum,fusion or dissolutionof myofibrils,deformity of nuclei,clumping of chromatin,and eventually cellnecrosis.The severities of lesions were dose dependent.These lesions weresupposed to be the morphologic evidence of the toxic symptoms and signs caused byprimaquine.A few rats also revealed myocardial eosinophilic degeneration.Noimportant cardiac lesions were found in the monkeys,but the pathologic changesin the liver were obvious.Different species of laboratory animals showed differentorgan sensitivities to primaquine,but the heart lesions should be considered as animportant toxic effect of primaquine. 相似文献
