结合系统优化和参数估计的修改二步法(MTS),提出了单参数在线修正模型的非线性优化控制自适应方法。根据Lyapunov稳定性定理,给出了MTS法稳定收敛的最优协调增益K的在线计算方法,大大加快了算法的收敛速度,以甲醇制甲醛生产优化控制为例,仿真结果表明,该方法是有效的。  相似文献

针对传统粒子群算法(PSO)寻优时易陷入局部最优、后期全局搜索能力下降等不足,提出了基于载波的粒子群算法(CWPSO)。通过粒子基于载波的搜索和载波扩展精确寻优,较好地克服了上述缺点,且寻优时间明显减少。同时,针对工业裂解炉在线优化要求,采用了权值动态集成的集成神经网络(NNE)对双烯收率进行建模预测,并结合CWPSO算法进行了在线滚动优化。仿真结果表明,该方法对裂解炉的优化效果明显,双烯平均收率有了明显提高。  相似文献

This paper investigates the challenging issue of enabling fast brain-computer interaction to construct a mental speller. Exploiting visual evoked potentials as communication carriers, an online paradigm called “imitating-human-natural-reading” is realized. In this online paradigm, single-trial estimation with the intrinsically real-time feature should be used instead of grand average that is traditionally used in the cognitive or clinical experiments. By the use of several montages of component features from four channels with parameter optimization, we explored the support vector machines-based single-trial estimation of evoked potentials. The results on a human-subject show the advantages of the inducing paradigm used in our mental speller with a high classification rate.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to introduce the soft systemic approach to medical information system design, called metaparadigm. The metaparadigm is a metadesign paradigm. Using it we first design an IS design paradigm and it is our deep belief that metaparadigms employment can enhance many conventional IS design weaknesses and result in successful information system design and use. The Internet is an extremely powerful innovation that has and will continue to shape the healthcare industry in the years to come. Albeit a little too slowly, doctors are starting to catch onto this new wave of digital empowerment and creating niches that will enhance their ability to care for their patients and ultimately add value to their practices. The challenge is to encourage every doctor to come on board. The paradigm shift in healthcare delivery is that the Internet brings about the power of information to the patient. This balances the power in the doctor patient relationship. Taken positively, the doctor too can benefit from Internet technology. The biggest contribution of the Internet in the area of electronic medical records is the web-based display environment that is operating-system independent. The Internet can therefore be exploited to provide a supra system that can draw personal medical information together from anywhere to create a virtual electronic medical record. The Internet can also be used to shape up an Internet-based healthcare delivery system. The healthcare delivery paradigm shift brought about by the Internet calls for an eHealth strategy.  相似文献

Genomic research is an expanding and subversive field, leaking into various others, from environmental protection to food production to healthcare delivery, and in doing so, it is reshaping our relationship with them. The international community has issued various declaratory instruments aimed at the human genome and genomic research. These soft law instruments stress the special nature of genomics and our genetic heritage, and attempt to set limits on our activities with respect to same, as informed by the human rights paradigm. This paper examines the primary thrust and, more importantly, the joint value position of the Universal Declaration on the Human Genome and Human Rights and the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, concluding that, though important legal instruments from the human rights paradigm, these instruments, or rather the values contained therein, must find a more influential hard law voice and a broader policy environment.  相似文献

Following the influential Gifford and Reith lectures by Onora O'Neill, this paper explores further the paradigm of individual autonomy which has been so dominant in bioethics until recently and concurs that it is an aberrant application and that conceptions of individual autonomy cannot provide a sufficient and convincing starting point for ethics within medical practice. We suggest that revision of the operational definition of patient autonomy is required for the twenty first century. We follow O'Neill in recommending a principled version of patient autonomy, which for us involves the provision of sufficient and understandable information and space for patients, who have the capacity to make a settled choice about medical interventions on themselves, to do so responsibly in a manner considerate to others. We test it against the patient-doctor relationship in which each fully respects the autonomy of the other based on an unspoken covenant and bilateral trust between the doctor and patient. Indeed we consider that the dominance of the individual autonomy paradigm harmed that relationship. Although it seems to eliminate any residue of medical paternalism we suggest that it has tended to replace it with an equally (or possibly even more) unacceptable bioethical paternalism. In addition it may, for example, lead some doctors to consider mistakenly that unthinking acquiescence to a requested intervention against their clinical judgement is honouring "patient autonomy" when it is, in fact, abrogation of their duty as doctors.  相似文献

目的:通过计算机编程,自主开发一套后装调强放疗计划系统。方法以VC++为编程工具,读取一套宫颈癌患者的CT图像;在CT图像上重建后装施源器,根据靶区器官的限量约束条件,自动激活需参与调强优化的驻点,以模拟退火算法逆向计算被激活驻点的时间,实现后装剂量的调强优化;再应用三维图像配准技术融合后装剂量与外照射剂量,以等效剂量EQD2评估患者经内外照射后的剂量分布。结果该系统能同时兼顾靶区受量和重要器官限量,逆向寻找出一种最佳的符合临床治疗要求的后装治疗方案。结论本系统具有自主知识产权,可基本满足个体化后装治疗的需求。  相似文献
