紫外分光光度法测定阿霉素聚乳酸微球的含量

目的建立阿霉素聚乳酸微球中药物的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定微球中阿霉素的含量。结果阿霉素溶液在7．5～15．0μg·ml^-1范围内线性良好,标准曲线回归方程为C=0．04007A＋0．00867,相关系数r=0．9997（n=6）,阿霉素微球的平均载药量为5．93％,包封率为38．3％。结论该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确,可用于测定阿霉素微球的含量。     

紫外分光光度法测定甲氨蝶呤明胶微球的含量

采用紫外分光光度法测定明胶微球中甲氨蝶呤的含量。当波长为 30 3nm时 ,甲氨蝶呤浓度在 3～ 18mg/L范围内其吸收度与浓度呈良好线性关系 ,回归方程为A =0 0 5 2C - 0 0 10 (r =0 9998,n =6 )。测定两种不同批号微球的药物含量 ,平均回收率分别为 99 0 8%和 10 1 32 % ,相对标准偏差RSD分别为 0 40 %和 0 2 6 % ,总平均回收率为 10 0 2 % (n =3,RSD =0 48% )。该方法简便、快速、准确 ,并具有良好的重现性。     

大鼠血浆及组织中阿霉素含量测定方法(HPLC内标法)的建立

目的 :建立测定大鼠血浆及组织中阿霉素含量的方法 ,以揭示脂质体阿霉素的靶向性及体内的药物动力学特性。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Nova Pak ,C18柱 ( 15 0mm× 3 .9mm ,粒径为 4μm ) ;流动相为甲醇 乙腈 0 .0 1mol·L-1磷酸二氢铵 冰醋酸 (体积比为 5 0∶2 2∶2 8∶0 .6) ;流速 1.0ml·min-1;激发波长 479nm ,发射波长 5 87nm ;柱温 3 0℃。结果 :血浆阿霉素线性范围为 2 .3 2～ 1160 .0 0 μg·L-1,线性相关系数r=0 .9998(n =8) ;组织阿霉素为 0 .0 2 7～ 5 .4μg·g-1,线性相关系数r =0 .9995 (n =7) ;血浆阿霉素RSD为 2 .40 %～ 4.2 2 % ,组织阿霉素为 1.98%～ 9.17%。血浆及组织内药物平均回收率分别为 10 0 .41%和 95 .6%。血浆中阿霉素最低检测浓度为 2 μg·L-1,组织中为 0 .0 2 7μg·g-1。结论 :此方法灵敏度高、省时、简单、方便。     

RP-HPLC法测定槐米中槲皮素的含量

目的　建立 RP- HPL C法测定槐米中槲皮素的含量。方法　使用 Shim- pack CL C- ODS柱 (6 .0 m m× 15 0mm,5 μm) ,以甲醇 - 0 .4 %磷酸溶液 (7∶ 3)为流动相 ,375 nm波长 ,测定槐米水解液中槲皮素的含量。结果　该方法的线性为 10 .0 3～ 10 0 .3ng,r=0 .9997;平均回收率为 99.0 6 % ,RSD=2 .0 7% (n=9)。结论　该方法测定样品分离效果佳 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,结果准确可靠。     

RP—HPLC法测定伤痛康胶囊中大黄素的含量

目的 :测定伤痛康胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法 :采用Nova PakR○C18( 4 μm ,15 0mm× 3 .9mm)色谱柱。流动相为甲醇∶0 .1%H3PO4 溶液 ( 85∶15 ) ,流速为 1ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :大黄素在 1～ 5mg·L-1浓度范围呈线性关系 ,回收率为 97.8% ,相对标准差为 1.34% (n =5 )。结论 :建立的含量测定方法简单、准确、灵敏     

紫外分光光度法测定优赛清栓剂中两组分的含量

目的 :不经分离同时测定 4 氨基水杨酸钠和盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法在波长345nm处测定盐酸小檗碱的含量 ;在 2 98nm和 36 4nm处利用双波长法测定 4 氨基水杨酸钠的含量。结果 :4 氨基水杨酸钠的线性范围为 10 .2 μg/mL～31.5 μg/mL,平均回收率为 (97 98± 0 5 6 ) % ,相对标准偏差为 0 .5 7%(n =9)。盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为 5 1μg/mL～15 3μg/mL,平均回收率为 (10 1 8± 0 80 ) % ,相对标准偏差为0 79% (n =9)。结论 :采用紫外分光光度法测定栓剂中两组分的含量 ,方法简单、快速、准确度高。     

薄层扫描法测定痔克胶囊中硬脂酸的含量

目的　建立痔克胶囊君药壁虎中硬脂酸的含量测定方法。方法　采用双波长薄层扫描法 ,固定相为硅胶G ,流动相为氯仿 甲醇 (90∶10 ) ,检测波长 4 38nm ,参比波长 5 5 0nm条件下进行壁虎中硬脂酸含量测定。结果　硬脂酸的含量在 2 .0～ 7.0 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .994 4 ,n =6) ,平均回收率为 99.6% (n=5 ) ,RSD为 2 .18% ;本次测定 3批样品 ,每克壁虎中硬脂酸含量平均为 0 .0 836g。结论　本法准确可靠 ,可作为痔克胶囊壁虎中硬脂酸的含量测定指标     

高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸含量方法的探讨

目的 :探讨阿魏酸稳定性及高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法 :以甲酸∶水 (5∶95 )为阿魏酸对照品的溶剂 ,甲酸∶甲醇 (5∶95 )为样品的溶剂 ,固定相为shim packCLC ODS ,流动相为 0 2 %甲醇乙腈∶0 1%磷酸 0 1%三乙胺水溶液(2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长为 3 2 4nm ,流速为 1ml·min-1。结果 :阿魏酸在 0 70 4～ 17 6mg·L-1范围内线性良好 (r =0 9998,n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为 99 3 3 % ,RSD为 0 60 % (n =6)。结论 :高效液相色谱法简便快速 ,可用于当归药材的含量测定     

HPLC法测定红霉素明胶微球的含量

目的 建立红霉素明胶微球中红霉素含量的测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DIKMA C18色谱柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢铵(三乙胺调节至pH6.5) 乙腈(体积比67∶33),流速1 mL/min;检测波长210 nm.结果 红霉素质量浓度在0.099 2～0.496 0 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为100 1%,RSD=0.95%(n=9).结论 本文方法可用于红霉素明胶微球的含量检测.     

双波长法测定注射用哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠中哌拉西林的含量

目的　利用双波长紫外分光光度法测定注射用哌拉西林钠 舒巴坦钠 (1∶1)中哌拉西林的含量。方法　采用双波长分光光度法。选择λ1 =2 0 6nm为测定波长 ,λ2 =2 5 8nm为参比波长 ,以 pH =10的缓冲液为溶剂。 结果　哌拉西林在 0 .0 0～2 8.0 0 μg ml范围内浓度与吸光度呈线性关系 ,A =0 .0 4 198C 0 .0 0 97,r=0 .9994 ,平均回收率为 (95 .2 3± 1.1) % ,RSD =2 3% (n =9)。结论　此法操作快速、简便、准确 ,无需分离 ,成本低 ,不使用有机溶剂 ,在存在舒巴坦干扰的情况下即可测定药物中哌拉西林的含量。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
