模拟高原低压舱治疗哮喘缓解期豚鼠对血清皮质醇及嗜酸性粒细胞的影响

目的:探讨模拟高原缺氧条件治疗哮喘的机制,为临床应用模拟高原低压舱治疗儿童哮喘提供部分理论依据.方法:采用10%卵蛋白(OA)致敏和5次1%OA诱发复制哮喘豚鼠动物模型,设立正常对照组、哮喘对照组和低压舱治疗组3组.利用模拟4000m海拔高原条件的低压舱治疗干预,结束后3组均作外周血和BALF中EOS计数以及血清皮质醇检测,并进行统计学分析.结果:哮喘对照组和低压舱治疗组外周血EOS、BALF中EOS绝对值均非常显著高于正常对照组,低压舱组非常显著低于哮喘对照组(P<0.01);哮喘对照组和低压舱治疗组的BALF中HEOS百分率均非常显著高于正常对照组,低压舱治疗组非常显著低于哮喘对照组(P<0.01);正常对照组和低压舱治疗组的血清皮质醇含量均非常显著地高于哮喘对照组,但低压舱治疗组与正常对照组差异不显著(P>0.05).结论:模拟高原低压舱治疗能使哮喘缓解期豚鼠血清皮质醇升高,进而使其外周血EOS和BALF中EOS减少,有利于预防哮喘复发或减轻哮喘发作症状,可作为临床预防和治疗哮喘的一种新方法.     

模拟高原缺氧条件下梭曼中毒的神经毒作用

通过模拟高原缺氧复合梭曼中毒，观察缺氧，梭曼中毒复合效应的神经毒作用。方法：通过低压舱模拟３０００ｍ高原缺氧；梭曼皮下注射中毒造成不同程度的高原缺氧复合梭曼中毒的实验动物模型，以惊厥活动的定量分析为指标，观察神经毒效应，通过梭紧中毒有，无惊厥大鼠血气变化的对比研究，探讨惊厥与缺氧，代谢性酸中毒的关系。结果：１．单纯模拟３０００ｍ米高原缺氧６ｈ在小鼠未诱发严重惊厥；２．梭曼皮下注射中毒５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ     

高原低氧研究中小型代用低压舱实验技术改良

本文以小型真空干燥箱代用低压舱进行了技术改良，达到了置入小型动物模拟高原低压性低氧环境时无舱内或动物体内二氧化碳贮留及低氧效果理想的要求，同时还实现了准确、安全、可靠地在低氧环境条件下动物血样采集和生命状态变化动态连续监测技术，为低氧研究同行提供了即准确可靠又经济实用的实验手段。

模拟高原低压舱治疗对哮喘缓解期豚鼠血清皮质醇和CD4+T淋巴细胞的影响

目的探讨模拟高原缺氧条件治疗哮喘的机制,为临床应用模拟高原低压舱治疗儿童哮喘提供部分理论依据.方法采用10%卵蛋白(OA)致敏和5次1%OA诱发复制哮喘豚鼠动物模型,设立正常对照组、哮喘对照组和低压舱治疗组3组.利用模拟4 000m海拔高原条件的低压舱治疗干预,结束后3组均作血清皮质醇、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数和低密度EOS(HEOS)百分率和外周血CD4 T淋巴细胞数量以及气道平滑肌张力的测定.结果 (1)正常对照组和低压舱治疗组的血清皮质醇含量均非常显著地高于哮喘对照组(P<0.01),且低压舱治疗组值与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05).(2)哮喘对照组和低压舱治疗组BALF中EOS绝对值及HEOS百分率均数均非常显著高于正常对照组,同时,低压舱治疗组非常显著低于哮喘对照组(P<0.01);(3)正常对照组和低压舱治疗组外周血CD4 T淋巴细胞数量明显低于哮喘对照组(P<0.01);(4)哮喘组气道平滑肌张力明显增高.结论低压舱治疗能使哮喘缓解期豚鼠血清皮质醇升高,抑制CD4 T淋巴细胞活化,从而使其BALF中EOS数和活化的EOS(HEOS)减少,降低气道平滑肌张力,有利于预防哮喘复发和减轻哮喘发作症状,在临床上有潜在的应用价值.     

急性缺氧对大鼠红细胞膜生物物理特性影响的研究

本实验通过在低压舱模拟高原的缺氧环境，研究了急性缺氧条件下，大鼠红细胞膜生物物理特性的变化。实验选择１，６－Ｄｉｐｈｅｎｙｌ－１，３，５－ｈｅｘａａｔｒｉｅｎｅ（ＤＰＨ）荧光探剂标记膜脂质，反映膜脂微粘滞性，另外还观察了膜蛋白内源性荧光光谱的变化，结果显示：急性缺氧条件下，红细胞膜脂质有序性增加，流动性降低，在模拟４０００ｍ、６０００ｍ、８０００ｍ高度维持８ｈ，膜脂流动性比平原对照显著降低；动物在

高原大鼠实验性开放性颅脑创伤模型的建立

目的 建立模拟高原条件下大鼠实验性开放性颅脑创伤的动物模型.方法 用动物低压氧舱模拟高原环境,民用射钉枪射击建立大鼠实验性开放性颅脑创伤动物模型,分别于伤后各时相点观察动物行为学、病理学、听觉脑干诱发电位和脑含水量等结果,了解模型建立的稳定性和可重复性.结果 高原致伤组与平原致伤组均存在:①不同程度的颅脑创伤表现;②神经元细胞核、尼氏体和细胞器出现不同程度的损伤及缺血改变;③脑水肿;④伤后早期存在脑干抑制.两组比较,高原致伤组上述结果更严重,持续时间更长,本实验制备的开放性颅脑创伤动物模型,伤情稳定,可重复性好.结论 本实验制备的动物模型,成功地模拟高原条件下大鼠低速低能投射物所致的开放性颅脑创伤动物模型.     

豚鼠耳气压功能检测方法的形态学对比研究

目的：研究高压氧舱替代低压舱检测耳气压功能的可行性。方法：将健康、Preyer＇s反射正常的杂色豚鼠36只随机分为高压氧舱组和低压舱组,分别在相应条件下进行实验,出舱电耳镜观察豚鼠鼓膜后处死,进行中耳及内耳组织学观察。结果：鼓膜反应及中耳、内耳组织学改变组间无显著差异。结论：高压氧舱可以替代低压舱检测耳气压功能。     

高原现场家兔肝细胞体外培养气相条件初探

动物细胞体外培养在医学、生物学等研究领域中已成为一种基本实验技术。高原由于低大气压等特定物理条件，体外细胞培养可能有其特殊性。本研究拟通过家兔肝细胞的体外原代培养，初步探索在高原现场进行体外细胞培养的培养方式及气相条件。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
