补充计量学及其在生物医学领域的应用

目的：建立完整、科学、可行的四川省医院科研信息采集、评价指标体系,对医院科技能力进行评价。方法：采用文献法、专家会议法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法及相关统计学方法建立信息评价体系,运用分层随机抽样的方法对四川省54家医院信息评价系统的信度与效度进行分析。结果：医院科技信息的采集评价指标,具有良好的信度与效度。结论：四川省医院科技信息采集、评价体系有很强的实用性、科学性和可操作性,弥补了国家和四川省目前使用的卫生统计报表中缺乏对医疗机构科研能力的统计指标和相应数据的采集空缺。     

我国口腔执业医师资格考试信度和效度研究

目的：为评价我国口腔执业医师资格考试的质量,对该考试的信度和效度进行了研究。方法：信度研究采用同质性信度、分半信度和再测信度等指标,效度研究采用内容效度、结构效度和效标关联效度等指标。结果与结论：口腔执业医师资格考试的信度良好,具有一定效度。     

教师课堂教学质量评价的信度和效度研究

目的:为了确保教学质量评价体系的科学性,对赣南医学院教师课堂教学质量学生评价表进行信度和效度研究.方法:使用α法评价量表的信度,因子分析评价量表的效度.结果:量表的CORONBACH信度值α=0.962,因子分析的累计贡献率达66.611%.结论:赣南医学院教师课堂教学质量学生评价表评价内容和方法具有可靠性和有效性,能客观评价教师的课堂教学质量.     

护理专科生临床能力评价指标体系的构建

目的 探讨并建立有效的护理专科生临床能力评价指标体系.方法 综合运用文献分析、问卷调查和特尔斐专家咨询法等研究方法,构建护理专科生临床能力评价指标体系;通过自评和他评相结合的方式对评价指标进行实测论证.结果 构建了包含2个层次共20个基础指标的综合评价体系,实测检验证明指标体系有较好的信度和效度.结论 本研究所构建的护理专科生临床能力评价指标体系能科学地评价护理专科生的临床能力.     

四川省医药卫生类第三方科技成果评价指标体系的信度与效度分析

目的：探讨四川省医药卫生类第三方科技成果评价指标体系的信度与效度。方法：采用随机数字表法对已完成的成果评价项目进行统计分析,并邀请相应项目的评审专家对项目再次进行测评打分。利用内部一致性信度、重测信度、内容效度、结构效度进行信度、效度的验证研究。结果：社会公益类、成果推广类、软科学类成果评价量表的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.957、0.896、0.959,重测信度相关系数r为0.698~0.999。采用各维度得分与总得分之间的相关系数衡量内容效度,相关系数位于0.487~0.971之间。应用因子分析法分析结构效度提取的4个公因子,基本符合评价指标体系的设计构想。结论：该指标体系具有较好的信度和效度,可作为医药卫生类科技成果评价工具。     

武汉市社区卫生服务居民满意度评价指标体系实证研究

目的：对改进的武汉市社区卫生服务居民满意度评价指标体系进行实证研究,验证其效度、信度。方法：采用现场调查法,获取武汉市某社区卫生服务中心的居民满意度数据。结果：将指标体系的6个一级指标合并为5个,指标体系总体上具有较好的信度和效度。结论：指标体系能够用于评价武汉市当前的社区卫生服务居民满意度。     

社区卫生服务绩效评价指标体系的信度与效度评价

目的研究社区卫生服务评价指标体系的信度、效度和区分度,为建立科学的社区卫生服务评估体系提供方法学指导。方法在对湖北省12个行政区的社区卫生服务绩效进行评价的基础上,检验指标体系内部的信度、结构效度和区分效度。结果二级指标和三级指标的Cronbachα标准值分别为0.919、0.959;二级指标因子分析共提取3个因子,累积贡献率达到78.556%;通过样本聚类,12个行政区可分为好、中、差3类。结论对指标体系进行效度和信度的评价是进行实际评价工作的前提,其评价方法应根据实际情况正确选用;本次用于信度和效度检验的社区卫生服务评价指标体系具有较好的结构效度、内部连续性测量信度和区分效度。     

“四川省医院科技能力评价指标体系”的实证研究

目的评价已建立的"四川省二、三级医院科技能力评价指标体系"的实际应用。方法根据"医院科技能力评价指标体系"内容设计调查问卷表;采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取四川省54家医院进行问卷调查,对医院科技能力的影响因素进行分析评价。结果 54家医院得分60.00～75.39分,平均63.79分。不同等级医院及不同地区医院医院科技能力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),不同性质医院及不同所有制形式医院科技能力得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。三级医院、一、二类地区医院科技能力得分高(P0.05)。结论该研究可为四川省二、三级医院的科技能力评价与上级管理部分的资源分配决策提供参考依据。     

腹腔镜模拟教学效果评价指标体系的构建和实证研究

本研究通过文献调研、专家咨询法、层次分析法、因子分析法构建腹腔镜模拟教学效果评价指标体系,并对构建的指标体系进行实证研究。研究结果发现,腹腔镜模拟教学效果评价指标体系包括A1腹腔镜模拟器评价、A2实验动物操作评价、A3临床实践评价3个一级指标和相应的10个二级指标及23个三级指标。评价指标体系3个维度间的克朗巴赫α系数为0.968,各维度外在信度均大于0.72。实证研究发现：一级指标中A1~A3结果中有经验组得分高于无经验组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;二级指标中B1～B10这10个指标评价结果中有经验组得分高于无经验组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。本研究首次成功构建腹腔镜模拟教学效果评价指标体系。该指标体系具有较好的信度和效度,后续实证研究验证了该评价体系的有效性和实用性,可用于指导后续腹腔镜模拟教学评价的进行和优化。     

城市流动人口生殖健康服务质量评价指标的权重确定方法

目的 确立科学的流动人口生殖健康服务质量评价体系指标权重,为提高评估结果信度和效度提供技术支持.方法 采用层次分析法、熵值法、最优组合赋权法分别对流动人口生殖健康服务质量评价体系的47个3级指标进行赋权.结果 构建了47个3级指标的主客观集成权重值.结论 采用层次分析法和熵值法所获得的权重值具有较大的差异性和互补性,为了使综合评价的结果更科学,该研究利用最优组合赋权法建立数学模型对城市流动人口生殖健康服务质量进行综合评价,使得评价结果既能体现主观信息又能体现客观信息.     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
