桂枝茯苓胶囊抑制小鼠离体子宫收缩效应及其物质基础评价

目的 分析评价桂枝茯苓胶囊及各分离部位对小鼠离体子宫痛经模型收缩的拮抗效应,并探讨物质基础与效应之间的关系。方法 采用萃取法分离制备各部位样品;采用小鼠离体子宫收缩模型评价该方及各部位的生物效应;采用 LC-UV-MS-MS 法对具有显著活性的醋酸乙酯部位的主要色谱峰进行分析鉴定。结果 桂枝茯苓胶囊拮抗子宫平滑肌收缩的活性部位主要为醋酸乙酯部位,通过与对照品对照及质谱特征对醋酸乙酯部位色谱峰进行了归属和指认,鉴定了其中8个化合物分别为没食子酸、苦杏仁苷、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、1,2,3,4,6-O-没食子酰葡萄糖、苯甲酸、苯甲酰芍药苷、丹皮酚。结论 桂枝茯苓胶囊中醋酸乙酯部位是治疗痛经的有效部位,为进一步研究桂枝茯苓胶囊的效应物质基础及建立以有效成分为基础的质量标准提供了依据。     

茯苓三萜成分RP-HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱研究

目的 利用RP-HPLC-ELSD技术建立不同菌株茯苓三萜的指纹图谱,为评价不同菌株培育茯苓药材的质量品质提供理论依据,以期规范培育茯苓的菌株,提高茯苓资源品质。方法 色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;流动相为0.2%甲酸水溶液（A）-乙腈（B）,采用梯度洗脱法;体积流量为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30 ℃;蒸发光检测条件：雾化温度为40 ℃,压力为350 kPa,gain值为7;进样量为20 μL。结果 建立的指纹图谱中有18个共有峰,且方法学考察符合规定的标准。结论 该方法简便快速、准确可靠,可作为评价不同菌株茯苓药材质量的有效手段。     

强肝胶囊HPLC指纹图谱研究

目的 建立强肝胶囊HPLC指纹图谱并对其进行化学模式识别。方法 采用Diamonsil C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,在230 nm波长下,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,测定了44批强肝胶囊样品;应用相似度分析软件建立强肝胶囊指纹图谱的共有模式,并对色谱峰进行了指认。结果 建立强肝胶囊HPLC指纹图谱,在确定的方法下,得到44批强肝胶囊的色谱图,并获得了44批样品的相似度;确定共有峰14个,其中13个归属到各药材,11个已确认成分。结论 强肝胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱的构建和共有色谱峰成分的确定为强肝胶囊药品质量控制提供参考。     

益胃胶囊中芍药苷的HPLC法测定

目的 建立益胃胶囊中芍药苷的测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法,Agilent Extend C₁₈色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相;检测波长为230 nm;柱温30 ℃;体积流量1 mL/min。结果 芍药苷在进样量0.162~0.486 μg与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论 建立的测定方法可作为控制益胃胶囊质量的参考依据。     

痛安注射液HPLC指纹图谱的研究

目的 建立痛安注射液的指纹图谱,更有效地控制该产品的质量。方法 采用HPLC法对痛安注射液指纹图谱进行研究。色谱柱为Diamonsil C₁₈柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),保护柱：Phenomenex C₁₈ (4 mm×3 mm, 5 μm);流动相：0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾-乙腈,线性梯度洗脱;体积流量：1 mL/min;进样量：10 μL;柱温：30 ℃;检测波长为230 nm。采用国家药典委员会推荐的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统的操作规范软件（版本2004A）进行评价。结果 制剂中选定的共有峰分离良好。结论 该方法为痛安注射液的质量控制提供了较全面的信息,利于产品的质量控制。     

广东土牛膝HPLC指纹图谱的研究

目的 采用HPLC法对广东土牛膝进行指纹图谱研究,为广东土牛膝药材质量控制提供依据。方法 实验采用Kromasil C₁₈柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温25 ℃,检测波长230 nm。结果 建立广东土牛膝药材HPLC指纹图谱,确定13个共有峰,确定其相对保留时间和相对峰面积。结论 在选定的条件下所建立的指纹图谱为广东土牛膝药材质量控制提供依据。     

HPLC法测定养血当归胶囊中阿魏酸

目的 建立HPLC法测定养血当归胶囊中阿魏酸的方法。方法 采用DIKMA Diamonsil C₁₈（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液（30∶70）,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长320 nm。结果 阿魏酸线性范围为4.02～20.24 μg/mL;平均回收率为96.67%,RSD为1.77%。结论 本方法定量准确、重复性好,可作为养血当归胶囊的质量控制方法。     

HPLC-ELSD法测定周络通胶囊中知母皂苷BII

目的 建立HPLC-ELSD法测定周络通胶囊中知母皂苷BII的方法。方法 采用ES AquaSep C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）色谱柱,以乙腈–水（24∶76）为流动相,体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30 ℃;ELSD检测器,漂移管温度为75 ℃,加热级别为66%,载气压力为172.4 kPa。结果 知母皂苷BII在0.62～7.79 μg呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.75%,RSD 1.77%。结论 该方法简便快捷、准确可靠,为周络通胶囊的质量控制提供了依据。     

山楂药材HPLC指纹图谱研究

目的 建立山楂药材HPLC指纹图谱,为有效控制山楂药材的质量奠定基础。方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C₁₈柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-0.01%甲酸水梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,分析时间为120 min,分析了10批山楂药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果 在选定的色谱条件下,通过相似度分析确定23个色谱峰构成山楂药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论 采用HPLC方法建立的指纹图谱具有精密、稳定、重现性好的特点,可用于山楂药材的质量控制。     

凉粉草的特征指纹图谱研究

目的 建立凉粉草特征指纹图谱,为凉粉草的质量控制提供依据。方法 采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil（2）C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;流动相为乙腈-2%甲酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长为320 nm;体积流量为0.8 mL/min;柱温为25 ℃。结果 建立了凉粉草的特征指纹图谱,34批次凉粉草确定10个共有峰。结论 该法准确可靠,重复性好,为凉粉草质量控制提供了依据。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
