双列球面滚子轴承力学分析及滚子受载计算方法

以球面滚子轴承为研究对象,运用切片法,综合考虑了滚子 滚道凸度以及轴承内圈倾斜角的影响,建立了滚子并排和滚子错排的球面滚子轴承滚子载荷的计算模型。数值计算了内圈倾斜角、径向游隙、滚子错排角、以及外载荷等参数对球面滚子轴承滚子载荷和轴承内圈径向位移量的影响。计算结果表明,在一定的外载荷作用下,轴承内圈倾斜角度与滚子最大载荷呈线性变化规律;错排滚子的球面滚子轴承最大滚子载荷比并排略小,内圈径向位移量也略小。     

多元间歇精馏塔的模拟

针对油气田轻烃中组分数较多的特点,从精度,时间,通用性三方面综合考虑,采用ＳＰＫ或ＰＲ方程计算混合物的汽液平衡常数,考虑了持液量的影响,建立了一个基于半连续法的适用于多元物系的间歇精馏模型,开发并编制了模拟间歇精馏过程的软件。     

间歇氧气雾化吸入辅助新叩背法对老年肺部感染患者排痰的影响

目的:探讨间歇氧气雾化吸入辅助新叩背法对老年肺部感染患者排痰效果的影响。方法:将60例确诊肺部感染,痰多粘稠不易咳出,使用沐舒坦(30 mg)雾化吸入的患者随机分为对照组、实验组各30例。实验组给予间歇氧气雾化吸入辅助新叩背法。对照组使用传统的持续的氧气雾化吸入法,吸入结束给予叩背,观察两组患者雾化吸入5 d后排痰效果、雾化吸入的副作用。结果:实验组30例,有效排痰23例,无效7例。对照组30例,有效排痰13例,无效17例,χ2=6.94,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;实验组发生副作用2例,对照组发生副作用9例,χ2=4.01,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:间歇雾化吸入辅助新叩背提高了老年患者雾化吸入的依从性,提高了排痰效果,不良反应减少。     

Damon自锁托槽并后牙加垫Bite Turbo对上颌扩弓效果影响

目的探讨Damon自锁托槽并后牙加垫Bite Turbo在牙齿排齐整平阶段对上颌扩弓效果的影响。方法选取来本院就诊的牙列Ⅱ度拥挤(4mm<拥挤度≤8mm)病人30例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15例病人。实验组在牙齿排齐整平阶段应用Damon自锁托槽并后牙加垫Bite Turbo进行扩弓;对照组仅应用Damon自锁托槽扩弓。分别于治疗前和治疗后(应用0.014×0.025in.copper NiTi弓丝排齐整平结束时)制备病人上颌模型,测量模型前段、中段和后段的牙弓宽度,比较两组治疗前后上颌牙弓宽度的变化。结果两组在排齐整平后牙弓前段、中段及后段的宽度都有所增加,与矫治前相比差异均具有显著性(t=2.893～6.429,P<0.05)。两组间矫治前后各段牙弓宽度的增加量比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Damon自锁托槽并后牙加垫Bite Turbo与单纯应用Damon自锁托槽均可对上颌牙弓产生明显的扩弓效果,有利于解除轻中度的牙列拥挤。但加垫Bite Turbo并非更有利于牙弓扩展。     

逆行交锁髓内钉与钢板治疗股骨中下段骨折的疗效比较

目的对比逆行交锁髓内钉与钢板治疗股骨中下段骨折的临床效果。方法选取东莞市石排医院收治的266例股骨中下段骨折患者，随机分为试验组（173例）和对照组（93例）。对照组采用加压钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗，试验组采用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗。结果试验组患者术后并发症发生率、术中失血量及手术、住院时间要明显少于对照组，而试验组治疗优良率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈005）。结论对患者采用交锁髓内钉治疗，减少并发症的发生，减轻患者的痛苦，促进患者的康复。     

黑斑息肉综合征一例

1 病例简介 患者，男，20岁。因反复腹痛、便血3年。加重3d入院。3年前无诱因反复左腹痛。间歇排血性稀便或柏油样便，量不多，未经正规治疗。近3d阵发性左腹痛，排柏油样便6次，伴恶心、呕吐，为胃内容物，无呕血或咖啡渣样物质，无里急后重及发冷发热，输液治疗（具体不详）2d无好转，来诊收入院。2岁时口唇、指、趾端出现黑斑或棕色斑点。家族史：父亲口唇、指、趾端可见黑斑，1999年因反复发作腹痛做结肠息肉摘除术。病理：肠错构瘤。此后未出现腹痛、     

离子强度与温度对大孔树脂吸附红霉素A的影响

通过间歇实验,研究了温度与离子强度 (NaCl)对大孔树脂吸附红霉素A过程的影响。结果表明：SP825大孔树脂对红霉素A的平衡吸附量最大,符合Langmiur等温吸附方程。升高温度和提高离子强度有利于红霉素A的吸附。同时,计算了红霉素A在SP825上的吉布斯自由能变、吸附焓变与吸附熵变,表明吸附过程为吸热的物理吸附。此外,采用液膜与粒内扩散模型较好地拟合了吸附动力学数据,并计算得到了液膜扩散系数kf和孔内扩散系数Dp。结合这些动力学与热力学参数,初步解释了离子强度与温度对吸附过程的影响。     

肩锁关节脱位钩钢板术后早期拆除的可行性

目的：探讨早期取出肩锁关节钩钢板的可行性及对治疗效果的影响。方法：回顾分析2017 年1月至2019年12月间在龙湾区第一人民医院接受治疗且符合纳排标准的32例肩锁关节脱位患者的临床资料。结果：本研究32例患者均在我院完成初次内固定植入手术、术后定期随访及内固定拆除手术。半年内拆除组钢板拆除前患者的VAS疼痛评分明显高于半年以上拆除组（4.58±1.08 vs. 2.20±1.36，P ＜0.001），半年内拆除组钢板拆除前患者的肩关节功能评分为72.92±7.13，显著低于半年以上拆除组的80.50±5.58（P =0.002）；当钢板拆除后，两组患者的疼痛及功能评分差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。两组患者在内固定拆除后，喙锁关节间隙的增宽距离差异无统计学意义[（1.70±1.19）mm vs（. 2.20±2.02）mm，P =0.442]。结论：肩锁关节脱位行钩钢板固定后，早期拆除内固定能够改善部分合并疼痛不适及功能受限患者的症状，同时并未增加肩锁关节再次脱位的风险。     

用气升式内循环生物反应器处理啤酒废水

利用带有蜂窝陶瓷的气升式内循环(IAL-CHS)生物反应器处理模拟啤酒废水。实验发现,陶瓷表面很容易形成复合微生物菌群的生物膜。分别进行了间歇的批式和连续流的处理实验。间歇处理啤酒废水时,IAL-CHS反应器表现出很高的废水去除效率。连续处理时,COD为1000mg/L左右的进水,在7h的水力停留时间内,出水达到40mg/L以下,其COD去除率高达95.5%,有机负荷达3.52kg/(m3·d)。对蜂窝陶瓷载体内流态进行观察及分析,认为其流体呈湍流状态,有利于氧的传递。     

自锁托槽和传统结扎托槽对拔牙矫治效果的比较

目的使用自锁托槽和传统结扎托槽进行拔牙矫治,比较两种托槽治疗前后磨牙支抗丧失和上切牙位置变化的情况,评价两种托槽系统的临床效果。方法选择52例需要拔除4个第一双尖牙矫治的病例,分为传统结扎托槽组(CB组)25例和自锁托槽组(SLB组)27例。在治疗前后头颅侧位定位片上分别测量、比较矢状向第一磨牙前移量、上颌中切牙内收量,垂直向上颌第一磨牙和上颌中切牙位置的变化及上颌中切牙冠转矩的变化。采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果CB组和SLB组矢状向上颌第一磨牙前移量分别为(2.90±1.58),( 2.26±0.92)mm; 矢状向上颌中切牙内收量分别为(2.99±1.44),(3.45±1.88)mm; 垂直向上颌第一磨牙移动量伸长分别为(0.18±0.94),(0.49±1.38)mm; 垂直向上颌中切牙移动量伸长分别为(0.17±1.56),(0.64±1.24)mm; 上颌中切牙冠转矩变化舌倾分别为(4.76±3.93)°,(4.62±2.15)°。两组病例所有测量项目治疗前后的变化比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用传统结扎托槽和自锁托槽进行拔除上颌第一双尖牙矫治后,无论时矢状向还是垂直向的磨牙支抗保护和前牙内收效果差别均无统计学意义,低摩擦力的自锁托槽并不能获得更好的临床效果。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
