苦参汤乙醇提取物中黄酮部位的化学成分   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的研究苦参汤乙醇提取物中黄酮部位的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱法分离,运用多种波谱技术鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定出17个化合物:木犀草素(luteolin,I)、白杨素(chrysin,II)、千层纸素A(oroxylin A,III)、7-甲氧基黄酮(7-methoxyflavone,IV)、黄芩素(baicalein,V)、黄芩苷(baicalin,VI)、汉黄芩素(wogonin,VII)、汉黄芩苷(wogonoside,VIII)、黄芩新素-II(skullcapflavoneII,IX)、5,8-二羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(5,8-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone,X)、5,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(二氢千层纸素A,5,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxyflavanone,XI),黄腐醇(xanthohumol,XII)、苦参啶(kuraridin,XIII)、4,4’-二甲氧基查耳酮(4,4’-dimethoxychalcone,XIV)、三叶豆紫檀苷(tri-folirhizin,XV)、芒柄花素(formononetin,XVI)、2’,4-二羟基-4’,6’-二甲氧基查耳酮(2’,4-di-hydroxy-4’,6’-dimethoxychalcone,XVII)。采用HPLC法确认化合物I~XI来源于黄芩,化合物XII~XVII来源于苦参。结论这些化合物均为首次从苦参汤中分离得到,2’,4-二羟基-4’,6’-二甲氧基查耳酮为首次在苦参中发现。  相似文献

目的 对半边莲中的黄酮类成分进行研究.方法 使用稀醇进行提取,采用各种柱色谱法及重结晶法进行分离纯化,各种光谱、波谱技术进行结构鉴定.结果 分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,经鉴定为:芹菜素(1)、木犀草素(2)、香叶木素(3)、白杨黄酮(4)、橙皮苷(5)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、芹菜素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、蒙花苷(8)、香叶木苷(9).结论 所分离得到的9个黄酮类化合物均为首次从半边莲中分离得到.  相似文献

黄芩炮制前后6种黄酮类成分含量的比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的考察黄芩酒制、炒炭炮制前后6种黄酮类成分含量的变化并探讨其炮制机理。方法采用Hedera ODS-2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%(体积分数)甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长275 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,进样量5μL。结果 6种黄酮类成分野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素和千层纸素A分别在选定范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率介于97.8%~101.2%之间,RSD均小于3.0%。黄芩酒制后野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、千层纸素A的质量分数有所下降,黄芩素、汉黄芩素的质量分数则稍有增加;黄芩炒炭后野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷的质量分数明显下降,黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A的质量分数显著升高。结论本方法简便、重复性好,能准确测定黄芩及其炮制品中6种成分的含量,为评价黄芩炮制前后成分变化提供了分析方法。炮制后所得酒黄芩和黄芩炭6种成分的质量分数均发生了变化,也为黄芩炒炭后发生质变的进一步研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

目的 对藏药圆穗兔耳草(Lagotis ramalana Batalin)中黄酮类活性成分进行分离纯化和结构确定.方法 利用普通硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱等方法进行分离、纯化,并经超导核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)等现代波谱技术确定其结构.结果 从其乙醇(体积分数95%)室温提取物中获得5个黄酮类化合物,其结构被确定为:5,7,3‘-三羟基-4‘-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ),洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),3‘-甲氧基木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),5,6,4‘-三羟基-3,7,3‘-三甲氧基-黄酮-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ).结论 黄酮类化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

目的分析半枝莲黄酮类化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等多种色谱方法,依据波谱数据对其结构进行分析和鉴定。结果半枝莲中共分离了12个化合物,分别为圣草酚、野黄芩素、三裂鼠尾草素、黄芩苷、芹菜素、汉黄芩素、4'-羟基汉黄芩素、木犀草素、4',5-二羟基-3',5',6,7-四甲氧基黄酮、柚皮素、7-羟基-5,8,2'-三甲氧基黄烷酮、大波斯菊苷。结论分离得到的化合物类型均为黄酮苷元和苷类化合物,可为半枝莲的黄酮成分分析提供一定的科学依据。  相似文献

目的 研究多枝雾水葛拔脓消肿有效部位的化学成分.方法 采用Sephadex LH-20和ODS柱色谱、中压制备、HPLC制备等手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱解析鉴定化合物的结构.结果 从多枝雾水葛大孔树脂60%乙醇洗脱部位分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为6,7-二甲基-1-(2,3,4,5-四羟基戊烷基)-1,4-二氢喹喔啉-2,3-二酮(1)、芹菜素-6-C-β-L-阿拉伯糖-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、芹菜素-8-C-[α-L-阿拉伯糖-(1→6)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、刺槐苷(4)、山奈酚-3,7-O-α-L-二鼠李糖苷(5).结论 化合物1~5首次从该植物中分离得到,包括1个生物碱和4个黄酮苷类.  相似文献

目的 研究黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis中的黄酮类成分及其对体外凝血系统的影响。方法 使用反复硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。通过测定黄酮类成分对凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白量(FIB)的影响研究其体外凝血活性。结果 从黄芩的乙醇提取物中分离得到12个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为黄芩素(1)、汉黄芩素(2)、千层纸素A(3)、韧黄芩素-I(4)、黄芩黄酮-II(5)、5, 7, 2′, 5′-四羟基-8, 6′-二甲基黄酮(6)、5, 7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(7)、5-甲氧基-7-羟基二氢黄酮(8)、黄芩苷(9)、汉黄芩素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(10)、汉黄芩素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸丁酯(11)、木蝴蝶素A-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸丁酯(12)。所有化合物均对FIB没有影响,部分化合物能显著缩短TT、PT,同时能显著延长APTT。结论 化合物1112为新化合物。黄芩中黄酮类化合物体外对凝血系统有双向调节作用,其对凝血系统的不同作用体现在凝血过程的不同环节。  相似文献

目的 研究半枝莲Scutellaria barbata的化学成分.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等手段分离纯化,通过理化常数测定结合光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构.结果 从半枝莲中分离得到20个化合物,已鉴定其中17个化合物,其中10个为黄酮类化合物.分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,I)、对羟基苯甲醛(4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,Ⅱ)、苯甲酸(benzoic acid,Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(daucostero,Ⅳ)、肉桂酸(cinnamic acid,Ⅴ)、绿原酸(chlorogenic,Ⅵ)、香草酸(vanillic acid,Ⅶ)、汉黄芩素(wogonin,Ⅷ)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅸ)、芹菜素(apigenin,Ⅹ)、黄芩素(baicalein,Ⅺ)、柚皮素(naringenin,Ⅻ)、木犀草素(luteolin,ⅩⅢ)、野黄芩苷(scutellarin,ⅩⅣ)、黄芩苷(baicalin,ⅩⅤ)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(luteilin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ⅩⅥ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ⅩⅦ).结论 化合物Ⅲ、Ⅴ~Ⅶ、Ⅸ、ⅩⅥ均为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

目的:对连钱草全草进行化学成分研究.方法:采用工业酒精提取、硅胶柱层析、ODS柱层析和重结晶等方法.结果:从连钱草全草中分离并鉴定了10个黄酮类化合物,其结构分别为:芹菜素(1)、木犀草素(2)、芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸乙酯苷(3)、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸乙酯苷(4)、大波斯菊苷(5)、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(6)、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(7)、芦丁(8)、6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖-芹菜素(9)和6-C-葡萄糖-8-C-葡萄糖-芹菜素(10).结论:化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P<0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results :Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion:The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.  相似文献

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.  相似文献
