眼底血管荧光造影拍摄技术的改进

眼底血管荧光造影拍摄技术在国内眼科已逐渐普及,如何使眼底血管荧光造影照片拍摄得好,是一个值得探讨的问题。我们使用KOWA(日本)RC—XV2眼底照相机,进行了100例眼底血管荧光造影照片拍摄,把指定使用快速15O400/27°黑白全色负片135胶卷改为使用中速ISO100/21°黑白全色负片135胶卷,现总结一些体会如下。     

互易律失效在显微摄影中的应用

感光胶卷、相纸等照相感光材料经过曝光起化学变化,经冲洗加工形成影像。感光材料的变化程度是用“曝光量”来说明的。曝光量是像面照度和曝光时间的乘积。可表示为: H=E×T。(H:曝光量、单位:1x/秒) E:象面照度,T:曝光时间) 它的意义是:感光材料曝光后发生化学反应其效果与照度和照射时间的乘积成正比。当像面照度高时,曝光时间就要缩短。当像面照度低时,曝光时间就要加长。像面照度和曝光时间可以互相调整。     

医用X射线机曝光不足的电路分析

<正> 1.故障现象 1台KC—400型医用X射线机,在使用中,用平时的投照条件,投照同一部位时,出现曝光不足。投照效果极差,延长曝光时间才有所弥补。所以在投照时曝光时间都要增加0.1～0.2秒。     

岩泉自然保护区的药用植物资源

岩泉自然保护区位于江西黎川南部,地处武夷山脉中段西侧,东经116°55′～117°04′,北纬27°04′～27°14′。气候属中亚热带湿润季风区,年平均降雨量为1850mm,最高2459.3mm。年平均气温16℃,极端最高温39℃,极端最低温—9.7℃,一月均温4.8℃,七月均温26.5℃。这里地形复杂,相对高差多在200m左右,高的达400m。坡度一般在35°以上。土壤为红壤、山地黄壤和山地黄棕壤,土层厚70cm～100cm,腐殖质层厚20cm～30cm。岩泉优越的水、热、光资源孕育了丰富的植物资     

"抱立位"在小儿胸部透视中的应用研究

目的 探讨"抱立位"在小儿胸部透视中的应用价值.方法 对200例不同疾病的患儿作胸部X线透视检查,年龄6月～2岁,平均1.2岁.病例分为两组由2名医师完成,每组每名医师各透视50例.第一组均采用仰卧位透视,第二组均采用抱立位透视.比较两组中患儿的配合程度及透视曝光时间.结果 在第一组中,42例患儿配合良好(占42%),平均曝光时间为(15.60±5.20)秒.在第二组中, 80例患儿配合良好(占80%),平均曝光时间为(9.80±3.90)秒.经统计学处理,采用抱立位透视时间明显少于仰卧位透视时间(P＜0.01).结论 "抱立位"透视实用方便,患儿多配合良好,有助于缩短X线曝光时间、防护患儿.     

~(131)IBZP猴脑多巴胺D_1受体显像

用~(131)IBZP进行了三次猴脑SPECT显像。显像仪器为GE Starcam 400 AC SPECT。采集条件:中能准直器,矩阵128×128,探头旋转360°,6°一步,每步15～20秒。影像重建条件:Hanning和Ramp滤波,层厚2pixels。麻醉下静注~(131)IBZP 3 mCi(放化纯94％),分别于20、90、120和150分钟后进行SPECT显像,猴仰卧位,OM线垂直地面。第一、二次显像事先未给任何药物,静注~(131)     

激光治疗子宫颈炎

我科自1987年以来,用CO_2激光治疗慢性宫颈炎200例,取得了满意的疗效。本组200例,21～30岁92例,31～40岁83例,41～50岁21例,>51岁4例。宫颈糜烂分度,Ⅰ°27例,Ⅱ°152例,Ⅲ°21例。于月经干净后3～7天进行治疗。患者取膀胱截石位,常规消毒后放置阴道窥器,暴露宫颈,用干棉球擦干宫颈     

107例维吾尔族青年足跟骨Gissane''''s角及跟距角(B(非汉字符号)hler''''s角)的测量及临床意义

目的 :研究新疆维吾尔族青年跟骨 Gissane's角及跟距角 (Boehler's角 )的数值范围 ,为临床医学及人类学提供依据。方法:拍摄 10 7例正常右侧跟骨侧位片 ,其中男性 5 3例 ,女性 5 4例 ,分别测量男、女性 Gissane's角及跟距角并进行统计学分析。结果:维吾尔族青年跟骨 Gissane's角男性为 12 3.2°± 6 .1°(10 4 .5～ 135 .7°) ,女性为12 4 .6°± 6 .2°(110 .4～ 135 .8°) ,无性别差异 ,与内地汉族比较 ,无族别差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。跟距角男性为 35 .1°± 5 .2°(2 2 .5～ 4 7.2°) ,女性为 35 .1°± 5 .6°(2 3.6～ 4 8.2°) ,无性别差异 ,与内地汉族比较 ,有族别差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :Gissane's角无性别和族别差异 ;跟距角无性别差异 ,而有族别差异     

蛇毒磷脂时间与蛇毒复钙时间测定的临床意义

本文介绍了中国园斑蝰蛇蛇毒磷脂时间与蛇毒复钙时间测定的方法,测定了60例正常人蛇毒磷脂时间均值为9.72±1.36秒,50例正常人蛇毒复钙时间均值为19.2±2.4秒.21例肝硬化者蛇毒磷脂时间(11.46±2.25秒)及蛇毒复钙时间(35.47±13.27秒)均显著延长,10例华法林抗凝治疗的瓣膜置换者也明显延长.     

微酸性电解水对根管内粪肠球菌生物膜抗菌作用的体外研究

  目的  研究微酸性电解水（slightly acidic electrolyzed water，SAEW）作为根管冲洗液对根管内粪肠球菌（Enterococus faecalis，E. faecalis）生物膜的抗菌作用。  方法  离体牙根管内培养E.f生物膜，以1%次氯酸钠（sodium hypochlorite，NaClO）溶液为阳性对照，分别用浓度为50 mg/L、60 mg/L的SAEW冲洗1 min、3 min、5 min，扫描电镜（field emission scanning electron microscope，FE-SEM）观察E.f生物膜形态变化，共聚焦显微镜（confocal laser scanning microscope，CLSM）结合Live/Dead荧光染色观察E.f生物膜荧光染色情况并测定生物膜死菌比例。  结果  FE-SEM观察:50 mg/L及60 mg/L的SAEW、1% NaClO溶液随着冲洗时间的延长，生物膜中细菌减少，菌体皱缩破裂。CLSM观察:50 mg/L及60 mg/L的SAEW、1% NaClO溶液随着冲洗时间的延长，红色荧光增多，死菌比例逐步增高，三个时间点间比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；1% NaClO溶液冲洗1 min、3 min、5 min的死菌比例高于50 mg/L及60 mg/L的SAEW，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。  结论  50 mg/L、60 mg/L的SAEW对根管内E. faecalis生物膜有一定的抗菌作用，但弱于1% NaClO溶液。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
