RP-HPLC法测定五味子中三种成分的含量

目的:建立反向高效液相色谱法测定五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量的方法。方法:采用SUNTEK Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),Dikma Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以水-甲醇梯度洗脱为流动相,流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:254 nm。结果:五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素进样量均在0.02μg~1.0μg范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系,r2=0.999 9、1.0、0.999 8;平均回收率分别为98.5%、98.1%、98.6%;RSD分别为1.2%、1.4%、2.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法方便、准确、专属性好,适用于五味子的质量控制。     

HPLC法同时测定复方五仁醇软胶囊中绿原酸、芍药苷、五味子醇甲、五味子乙素

目的建立HPLC双波长法一次进样同时测定复方五仁醇软胶囊中绿原酸、芍药苷、五味子醇甲、五味子乙素4种主要有效成分含量的方法。方法采用Lichrospher C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,双波长检测(λ1=230nm、λ2=327nm),柱温35℃,体积流量1.0mL/min。结果绿原酸在316~19.75μg/mL(r=0.999 1)、芍药苷在208~13μg/mL(r=1.000 0)、五味子醇甲在656~41μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、五味子乙素在484~30.25μg/mL(r=1.000 0)范围内均成良好的线性。平均回收率分别为97.14%、98.41%、98.79%、102.16%,RSD分别为2.24%、2.85%、1.51%、0.68%(n=6)。结论本检测方法准确可靠、重复性好。可用于评价复方五仁醇软胶囊的质量。     

HPLC测定生脉饮中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量

[目的]应用高效液相色谱法测定生脉饮中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量。[方法]采用Kromasil C18分析柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,3μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（77∶23）;流速为1 ml/min;检测波长为254 nm;柱温为30℃。[结果]五味子甲素和五味子乙素在0.004～0.008μg范围内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系。回归方程分别为Y=53.64160X＋4.14451×10-3,r=0.99999;Y=43.09819X＋8.347131×10-3,r=0.99998。五味子甲素平均回收率为100.93%,RSD=3.03%（n=3）;五味子乙素平均回收率为101.07%,RSD=2.13%（n=3）。[结论]本法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确,适用于五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量测定。     

高效液相色谱法测定四神片中五味子醇甲

目的 高效液相色谱法测定四神片中五味子醇甲的量,完善、提高四神片的质量标准。方法 Hypersil ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)(大连依利特公司);流动相：甲醇-水(67∶33);检测波长：250 nm;体积流量：0.8 mL /min;柱温：室温。结果 该方法的线性范围在7.42～89.10 μg /mL (r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.84%。结论 方法可行、重复性好,能有效控制四神片中五味子醇甲的质量。

SchB-SLN中五味子乙素含量的方法学研究

目的 进行五味子乙素固体脂质纳米粒(SchB-SLN)中五味子乙素的含量测定的方法学研究.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent TC-2 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),柱温40 ℃,流速0.8 mL/min.流动相为甲醇-水(85∶15),检测波长为220 nm.结果 五味子乙素的线性范围分别为0.005~0.4 μg(r=0.999 7);平均加样回收率(n=9)为100.89%.结论 本方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,适用于本制剂中五味子乙素的含量测定.     

HPLC法测定更年安片中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量

目的测定更年安中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量.方法样品用环己烷超声提取,过滤,蒸干.残渣用乙腈-甲醇(1∶1)溶解后,经HPLC仪测定.色谱柱PhenomenexC18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),柱温22℃,流动相乙腈-甲醇-水(15∶15∶10),检测波长254nm.结果更年安中五味子甲素和五味子乙素与其它成分分离良好,保留时间分别约为14.6和19.1min.五味子甲素对照品线性浓度范围1.0～80μg/mL,r=0.9996,平均回收率为96.5%,RSD为3.28%(n=5).五味子乙素对照品线性浓度范围1.0～80μg/mL,r=0.9998,平均回收率为94.7%,RSD为3.49%(n=5).结论本法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确,可用于更年安中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量测定.     

HPLC法测定参芪五味子分散片中五味子醇甲

目的 建立HPLC法测定参芪五味子分散片中五味子醇甲的方法。方法 色谱柱为Inertex-C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（65∶35）,检测波长250 nm,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温35 ℃。结果 该方法的线性范围在0.196～3.136 μg（r＝0.999 9）,回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.49%。结论 该方法可行、重现性好,能有效控制参芪五味子分散片的质量。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
