用顺丁橡胶,丁苯橡胶及聚氯乙烯与带有CH2=CH-端基的液晶化合物共混,溶液浇铸法成膜,橡胶/液晶复合膜利用S2Cl2蒸气交联。用体积法测定膜的透气性,着重研究了不同基质材料及不同液晶类型对气体分离性能的影响。结果表明顺丁橡胶/液晶复合膜的透气系数最高,且分离性能也最好。  相似文献

采用溶液共混和液-固相转变法(L-S)制备了用于高效液相色谱(HPLC)柱填料的共聚尼龙/醋酸纤维素共混物(PA-130/CA)。以小分子量化合物为探针分子,用HPLC数据表征了PA-130/CA合金膜材料的界面性能,并研究了其合金膜材料的相容性和热稳定性。结果表明:PA-130与CA有很好的相容性;该合金膜的热稳定性比纯CA膜的有所提高;质量比为30/70的PA-130/CA合金膜对不离解极性有机物的分离效率更高。  相似文献

探讨了溶剂、温度及pH值对明胶膜性能的影响,并以甲醛和戊二醛为交联剂,采用溶液交联和蒸汽交联两种方法对明胶膜进行交联改性。研究结果表明:相对于溶液交联,甲醛蒸汽交联所得膜的拉伸强度从25MPa上升到42MPa,戊二醛交联的膜的拉伸强度从15MPa上升到40MPa,而溶胀率和溶出率均有所下降,蒸汽交联的膜的性能优于溶液交联的膜。  相似文献

用溶液共混法成功制备出海藻酸钠/羧甲基淀粉共混膜,IR、XRD、SEM结构表征以及力学性能、吸水性和水蒸汽透过率测定结果表明:共混膜中海藻酸钠和羧甲基淀粉间存在强烈的分子间氢键等相互作用及良好的相容性;随羧甲基淀粉含量的增加,共混膜的吸水率显著降低;当羧甲基淀粉含量(wCMS)=0.20时,共混膜的抗张强度和断裂伸长率分别为53.1MPa和5.3%,比海藻酸钠膜分别提高了97.4%和60.6%,水蒸汽透过率达最小值,是一种具有潜在应用前景的可食性包装膜材料。  相似文献

以丁二酸酐(SA)为交联剂研究了端羟基超支化聚(胺-酯)(HPAE)的交联反应和交联膜的制备。结果表明:SA与HPAE的交联反应分为两个阶段,可以采用溶液法低温涂膜及高温交联得到HPAE/SA交联膜;改变SA的用量可控制膜的交联度,HPAE/SA交联膜的拉伸强度随SA用量的增大而提高,最高可达59.60 M Pa,膜表面的水接触角小于74.3°。  相似文献

首先通过浓硫酸水解微晶纤维素(MCC)制备纳米纤维素(NCC)悬浮液,然后通过高碘酸钠选择性氧化NCC悬浮液制备二醛纤维素(DAC)水溶液,最后将DAC水溶液与壳聚糖(CTS)醋酸溶液混合,通过溶液浇注、溶剂蒸发法制得DAC交联CTS膜(DAC-CTS交联膜)。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、交联度测试、耐酸稳定性测试表征了DAC-CTS交联膜的结构及性能,并研究了其作为吸附剂对阴离子染料活性艳蓝KN-R的吸附能力。结果表明:与纯CTS膜相比,DAC-CTS交联膜的耐酸稳定性与拉伸强度均明显提高;当m(DAC):m(CTS)=3%时,该交联膜达到最大饱和吸附量1 118.8 mg/g;此外,DAC-CTS交联膜对活性艳蓝KN-R的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温模型和准2级动力学模型。  相似文献

采用溶液法制备了聚(氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯)(PVCAc)与热塑性聚醚型聚氨酯(TPU)的共混膜(PUV)。通过FT-IR和DSC对膜的形态和相容性进行了研究。与聚氯乙烯(PVC)相比,PVCAc与TPU的相容性明显增强。将PUV膜浸没于H2O2-CoCl2溶液中25 d进行加速氧化实验,结果表明:PUV膜的氧化稳定性优于TPU和TPU/PVC的共混膜(PUC)。此外,PUV膜的力学性能明显高于PUC膜。  相似文献

通过可控干热法制备壳聚糖和大豆分离蛋白共价复合物,并将其与天然乳胶共混制成共混膜。壳聚糖和大豆分离蛋白共混液与共价复合物的粒径分布对比可以验证共价复合物的形成。通过对复合物改性天然乳胶膜的表面形貌、力学性能及蛋白质溢出量等性能进行测试,结果发现膜表面光滑度、平整度、致密性和力学性能均有所改善,蛋白质溢出量降低,作为医用薄膜材料具有广泛的应用前景  相似文献

以乙酸为共溶剂,制备了壳聚糖-聚羟基丁酸酯(CTS-PHB)共混膜,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、广角X粉末衍射(WAXD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及差热分析(DTA)表征了共混膜的化学组成、晶形、形貌和热稳定性能。研究表明:CTS和PHB可在体积百分数为62.5%的乙酸溶液中共混,形成表面光滑、不透明的膜,干态共混膜具备一定的力学强度。各比例的CTS-PHB共混膜有相同的热分解温度,共混膜的形貌特征随两组分质量配比变化,其中mPHB/mCTS=1/1的共混膜显示出良好的有序结构。  相似文献

纳米TiO2用阴离子表面改性剂SDS改性后,以溶液共混法制备了壳聚糖/明胶/TiO2复合膜,用FTIR、XRD、SEM、TEM表征了其结构与形态,并测试了其吸水率、透光率、力学性能和抑菌性能。进而探讨了复合膜中明胶和纳米TiO2含量对壳聚糖膜性能的影响。结果表明:复合膜中,壳聚糖、明胶和TiO2微粒间存在强烈的氢键相互作用,从而使明胶与壳聚糖具有良好的相容性,TiO2与壳聚糖、明胶分子间有很好的界面作用。适量TiO2的加入,可使壳聚糖/明胶共混膜的力学性能得到改善,明胶质量分数为0.30时,掺杂wTiO2为0.01、0.02的复合膜较壳聚糖/明胶共混膜的湿强及干态韧性分别提高了55.9%,40.8%和49.7%,47.9%。此外,复合膜的抑菌性能随明胶的增加而降低,但随TiO2的掺杂比的增加而增强,纳米TiO2的引入拓宽了壳聚糖和明胶两种天然高分子材料的应用范围。  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.  相似文献

目的 探讨猪肺磷脂注射液联合经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)对呼吸衰竭早产儿的临床疗效及肌酸激酶同工酶活性(CK-MB)的影响.方法 选取呼吸衰竭早产儿80例,分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组采用NCPAP给氧治疗,观察组给予NCPAP给氧联合猪肺磷脂气管内给药.观察两组患儿治疗前及治疗12h、24 h后PaO2、PaCO2、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、pH的变化情况,检测治疗前及治疗5d后血清CK-MB水平;评估两组患儿的临床治疗效果.结果 两组患儿PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2、pH比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后的PaO2、SaO2、pH均高于对照组,PaCO2则低于对照组.两组的PaO2、SaO2、pH均随观察时间延长而升高(P<0.05),PaCO2均随观察时间的延长而降低(P<0.05).观察组治疗有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的70.0% (P <0.05).治疗5d后两组患儿血清CK-MB水平均较前降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 猪肺磷脂注射液气管内给药联合NCPAP可以显著降低呼吸衰竭早产儿CK-MB的含量,提高治疗有效率,起到很好的呼吸循环支持作用.  相似文献

Evidence obtained from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) has been generally accepted as the gold standard in the evaluation of clinical effectiveness. Readers need to understand the trial design, implementation, results, analysis and interpretation, so as to fully Jnderstand the results of RCTs. Thus, the investigators of RCTs have to report these items in a complete, accurate and clear manner. Since 1998, we have conducted several evaluations on the reporting quality of RCTs published in Chinese journals on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and results have shown that there is an urgent need for higher quality RCTs on TCM.  相似文献

Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic and progressive disorder with inflammation mainly involving the central axis joints. It mainly affects the cervical spine and the lumbosacral area, with the pathogenesis closely related to the kidney and the Governor Vessel (GV). TCM holds that the syndrome is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, which is due to insufficiency of the kidney, deficiency of GV, and blocking of the channels with the invasion of exogenous evil, leading to poor circulation of qi and blood and malnutrition of the bones, muscles and joints. The TCM method of tonifying the kidney and strengthening GV to regulate circulation of qi and blood and check the arthralgia pain should be adopted, with the Kidney-Tonifying and GV Strengthening Decoction (益肾强督汤) prescribed.  相似文献
