254株肠球菌的分布及耐药性分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的 了解该院2001年1月~2004年12月临床分离的肠球菌的菌种分布和耐药情况。方法 采用梅里埃API细菌生化鉴定系统对肠球菌进行鉴定,用K-B法进行药敏测定。结果 254株肠球菌中以粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌分离率最高,分别占76.8%和14.6%,其他肠球菌占8.6%;肠球菌对万古霉素的耐药率为零,对青霉素、氨苄西林的耐药率,粪肠球菌为8.7%和7.7%,屎肠球菌均为89.2%;粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌的耐药率对高浓度庆大霉素分别为34.4%和56.8%,对呋喃妥因分别为9.7%和29.7%,对左氧氟沙星分别为26.7%和75.7%,对氯霉素分别为40.0%和29.7%,对红霉素分别为79.0%和91.9%。结论 引起医院感染的肠球菌主要是粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌,对青霉素类抗生素的耐药性屎肠球菌明显高于粪肠球菌,未检出耐万古霉素的肠球菌。  相似文献

目的:调查肠球菌在临床分布及药敏分析,以便为临床用药提供依据。方法:用纸片扩散法检测肠球菌对抗生素的敏感性。结果:屎肠球菌对氨苄西林、青霉素G、环丙沙星的耐药率为71.4%、73.8%、64.2%显著高于粪肠球菌的28.5%、18.3%、34.9%对氯霉素的耐药率为28、5%低于粪肠球菌的69.1%。屎肠球菌对高水平庆大霉素的耐药率66.6%和对高水平链霉素的耐药率68.1%分别高于粪肠球菌的39.6%和41.3%两种肠球菌都对万古霉素和替考拉宁敏感。泌尿道分离到粪肠球菌70(55.5%)屎肠球菌41(32.5%)高于其它标本分离率。结论:肠球菌已成为院内感染的重要致病菌,其耐药性不断变迁,因此,在常规工作中检测其耐药性的发展变化十分重要。  相似文献

目的分析我院2003—2006年临床标本分离的粪、屎肠球菌对9种常用抗生素的敏感性,为临床医生提供粪、尿肠球菌感染的治疗对策。方法应用VITEK-32微生物系统回顾性分析近4a我院粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌对抗生素的敏感性。结果432株粪、屎肠球菌在临床分离的所有肠球菌中占77.0%,其中粪肠球菌为274株(48.8%),屎肠球菌为158株(28.2%)。粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌51起的感染部位有差异,前3位分离粪肠球菌的临床标本依次为尿液46.0%、脓性分泌物31.0%、痰液18.6%。分离屎肠球菌的临床标本依次为尿液75.9%、脓性分泌物15.8%、痰液5.1%。粪肠球菌对呋喃妥因、力奈唑烷、万古霉素敏感率〉90%,对高浓度的庆大霉素、链霉素、四环素、左氧氟沙星和莫昔沙星敏感率〈50%。屎肠球菌对力奈唑烷、万古霉素敏感率〉90%,对四环素敏感率78%~88%。对高浓度的庆大霉素、链霉素敏感率〈50%,对左氧氟沙星、莫昔沙星、青霉素-G敏感率〈10%。结论临床分离的肠球菌以粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌为主,屎肠球菌对四环素敏感率高于粪肠球菌,屎肠球菌对多种抗生素较粪肠球菌具有更强的耐药性,粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对万古霉素敏感率89.8%和91.6%。粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌对万古霉素耐药率6.9%和7.0%。  相似文献

目的:了解肠球菌对抗菌素耐药情况,为临床制定抗感染方案提供可靠的参考依据。方法:采用微量稀释法对本院2年分离的308株肠球菌进行药敏测试。结果:粪肠球菌占72.75,屎肠球菌占14.6%,坚韧肠球菌占5.2%,其它肠球菌占7.5%。药敏结果显示肠球菌对苯唑西林、氯林可霉素、庆大霉素、复方新诺明的耐药率分别达84.7%、92.3%、83.4%、84.4%;对亚胺培南、万古霉素耐药率最低分别为7.5%、0.97%。粪肠球菌及坚韧肠球菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、头孢唑林的耐药率极显著低于屎肠球菌(P<0.01);结论:肠球菌对苯唑西林、氯林可霉素、庆大霉素、复方新诺明耐药严重,万古霉素、亚胺培南对肠球菌具有显著的抗菌活性。屎肠球菌耐药性明显高于粪肠球菌及坚韧肠球菌。  相似文献

目的:分析肠球菌医院感染的分布特点及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:按全国临床检验操作规程分离鉴定细菌,药敏试验采用美国临床实验室标准化研究所推荐的纸片扩散法。结果:肠球菌主要分布在痰、尿标本中。108株肠球菌中粪肠球菌77株,屎肠球菌21株,其他10株。屎肠球菌的耐药率明显高于粪肠球菌。屎肠球菌和粪肠球菌对万古霉素的耐药率较低,但也已分别达4.8%和3.9%,除米诺环素和呋喃妥因的耐药率在38.1%以下,其他均在42.9%以上,屎肠球菌和粪肠球菌对庆大霉素的高水平耐药前者已高达66.7%,后者高达54.5%。结论:肠球菌主要引起呼吸道和泌尿道感染,并具有多重耐药性,临床应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物。  相似文献

目的了解肠球菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法收集本院自2002年1月至2004年12月,临床标奉分离出的143株肠球菌,利用MicSCAN4半自动细菌分析仪及PCI2G^*板进行菌种鉴定及药敏试验。结果143株肠球菌标本中粪肠球菌占64株(44.8%),屎肠球菌占73株(51.0%);64株粪肠球菌对氨苄西林、青霉素的耐药率分别为6.3%、9.4%,73株屎肠球菌对氨苄西林、青霉素的耐药率分别为91.8%90.4%。143株肠球菌对万占霉素的耐药率低仅为1.4%。屎肠球菌对氨苄西林、青霉素、环丙沙星、高浓度庆大霉素的耐药率明显高于粪肠球蔺,而对四环素低于粪肠球菌。值得注意的是粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对红霉素的耐药率高达84.4%、87.7%。结论粪肠球菌对抑制细菌细胞壁合成的氨苄西林、青霉素敏感,对作用于核酸合成的药物环丙沙星、利福平较敏感。屎肠球菌对作用于蛋白质合成的抗菌药物四环素较敏感,但刈红霉素耐药率较高。万古霉素对肠球菌具有显著抗菌活性。  相似文献

目的:探讨粪肠球菌所致细菌性阴道炎的3年耐药性变迁。方法:将2001年1月~2003年12月收治的78例粪肠球菌致细菌性阴道炎药敏结果进行分析。结果:粪肠球菌致细菌性阴道炎感染占18.44%(78/423),细菌性阴道炎宫颈分泌物标本中粪肠球菌对13种抗生素耐药性总体为上升趋势。药敏结果显示在青霉素类抗生素中,以氨苄西林耐药率最高,3年平均耐药率为64.1%;头孢菌素中头孢曲松及头孢噻肟耐药性较高,分别为74.7%、72.0%。环丙沙星和左旋氧氟沙星耐药率分别由3年前39.1%、26.1%上升为3年后的73.1%和61.5%,呈升高趋势。红霉素3年内一直保持较高耐药率,3年平均耐药率为65.5%。粪肠球菌对万古霉素耐药性最低,3年平均耐药率为2.4%。结论:对细菌性阴道炎患者治疗时应根据药敏结果选择应用抗生素。  相似文献

目的 了解不同地区肠球菌的耐药性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 采集武汉市8所医院及周边地区6所医院临床分离的不重复的肠球菌。菌种鉴定用微生物检测常规方法或API、ATB系统,药敏试验用K-B法,资料用WHONET-5软件和χ^2检验进行统计学分析。结果 武汉市临床分离的肠球菌中粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌分别占70.1%、20.8%,周边地区为80.8%、13、9Voo;武汉市标本来源构成前5位的为尿液37.8%、分泌物15.0%、引流液8.2%、痰液7.3%、伤口分泌物6.8%,周边地区为尿液32、8%、生殖道分泌物19、8Yoo、分泌物19、4%、痰液11、8%、伤口分泌物4.6%;武汉市和周边地区粪肠球菌对万古霉素、呋喃妥因、氨苄西林、高浓度庆大霉素的耐药率分别为2.1%、7.2%、22.6%、41.4%和1.8%、6.9%、23.2%、40.3%;武汉市和周边地区屎肠球菌对以上4种抗生素的耐药率分别为1.3%、18.2%、76.3%、73.0%和1.9%、21.3%、64.6%、62.0%。结论 武汉市临床分离的肠球菌耐药率比周边地区高,各地区应动态监测并及时公示肠球菌感染和耐药性资料,以指导临床用药。  相似文献

目的 了解临床标本分离的肠球菌菌群分布及其耐药性情况。方法 用Vitek-AMS-60全自动细菌鉴定仪对肠球菌进行鉴定,用K-B法进行药敏试验。结果 652株肠球菌中粪肠球菌占81.7%,屎肠球菌占15.5%,其它肠球菌占2.8%;肠球菌的检出率以胆道最高(22.6%),呼吸系统次之(19.2%),泌尿系统为15.8%。肠球菌对抗生素的敏感率以替考拉宁最高(99.2%),其次为万古霉素(98.9%),屎肠球菌的耐药性明显高于粪肠球菌。结论 肠球菌以引起胆道系统感染最常见,对常用抗生素的敏感性以替考拉宁最高,其次为万古霉素。庆大霉素高水平耐药菌株(HLAR)耐药率明显高于低耐株。  相似文献

目的:探讨临床分离的肠球菌耐药性现状。方法:对2000年国家细菌耐药性监测肠球菌药敏试验结果(K-B纸片扩散法)进行了统计分析。结果:①临床分离的肠球菌中粪肠球菌占78%,屎肠球菌占16%;②粪肠球菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素(青霉素和氨苄西林)和高浓度庆大霉素较屎肠球菌敏感,屎肠球菌对氨苄西林的耐药率为59.8%,对高浓度庆大霉素的耐药率为63.3%;③耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)的分离率为3.8%,VRE对氨苄西林的耐药率为46.2%,对高浓度庆大霉素、链霉素的耐药率分别为33.3%和33.3%。结论:我国肠球菌耐药性比较严重,合理使用万古霉素和控制感染在防治肠球菌感染中至关重要。  相似文献

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P<0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results :Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion:The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.  相似文献

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.  相似文献
