干扰素不同途径给药治疗喘憋性肺炎疗效观察

对干扰素不同途径给药在治疗喘憋性肺炎中的疗效作了对比观察，雾化吸入组５４例，肌肉注射组４２例。雾化吸入组采用干扰素１．５万Ｕ加入生理盐术２０ｍｌ扭声雾化吸入，每日２次；肌肉注射组采用干扰素１．５万Ｕ／次，肌肉注射，每日２次。结果表明，雾化吸入组在止咳、平喘、肺部罗音及Ｘ线炎症吸收效果、住院日和平均治疗天数均优于肌肉注射组，差异有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。     

长疗程低剂量α－干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎及丙型肝炎的疗效分析

目的：评价长疗程低剂量α－干扰素口含片治疗慢性乙型肝炎及丙型肝炎的疗效。方法：采用大样本随机双盲对照实验设计，以检验患者血清学指征为判断疗效的主要标志。结果：慢性乙型肝炎α－干扰素组血清ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阴转率、ＨＢｅＡｇ阴转率和抗－ＨＢｅ阳转率均显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），而慢性丙型肝炎α－干扰素组血清ＨＣＶＲＮＡ阴转率亦显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：长疗程低剂量α－干扰素口含给药治疗慢性肝炎与大剂量注射给药相比，其疗效相似，但其使用方便、价廉和副反应轻。     

γ-干扰素氧驱动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的效果

①目的观察γ-干扰素氧驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。②方法将92例毛细支气管炎病儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组除均给予规范治疗外，对照组采用α-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松加入生理盐水中氧驱动雾化吸入，治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上加γ-干扰素氧驱动雾化吸入。③结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性（uc=2．51，P〈0．05）。④结论γ-干扰素氧驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果良好。     

重组人干扰素雾化与注射给药对婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效比较

目的：比较重组人干扰素雾化和注射给药对婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法：毛细支气管炎患儿98例,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予重组人干扰素α1b肌肉注射,观察组给予重组人干扰素α1b雾化,比较两组疗效、症状消失时间和血清γ-IFN、IL-4水平。结果：观察组总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组咳嗽（6.18±1.27天）、喘息（4.28±1.58天）、肺部啰音（4.61±1.61天）、三凹征（2.79±1.64天）等症状消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组γ-IFN水平均明显升高,IL-4水平均明显下降,但观察组变化幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：重组人干扰素雾化较注射给药可明显提高婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效,缩短症状消失时间,提高血清γ-IFN水平、降低IL-4水平。     

干扰素雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽炎25例疗效观察

目的 观察干扰素雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽炎的疗效。方法将53例疱疹性咽炎患儿随机分为治疗组25例和对照组28例。均予对症、静滴抗病毒药物、清热解毒中药等治疗，治疗组在此治疗基础上给予α-2b干扰素雾化吸入，观察两组疗效。结果治疗组在退热及疱疹消失平均天数方面均优于对照组，有效率两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论干扰素雾化治疗疱疹性咽炎在退热、口腔疱疹溃疡恢复、进食方面优于传统疗法，效果明显，与对照组比较有统计学意义，且无痛苦，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。     

基因工程干扰素α雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸道反复感染30例报告

①目的观察小剂量基因工程干扰素α雾化吸入防治RRI的临床疗效.②方法用小剂量基因工程干扰素α分次、规律雾化吸入防治RRI 30例.③结果观察组临床总有效率达96.7%,对照组仅为45%(P＜0.01);观察组治疗前后免疫学指标IgG、IgA、CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8均有明显改善(P＜0.01).④结论干扰素α雾化吸入防治RRI安全有效.     

干扰素双黄连治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

目的：评价重组人干扰素α-2a联合双黄连注射液雾化治疗毛细史气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法：选择毛细1支气管炎82例，随机分为治疗组41例，除常规抗感染、对症、给氧等综合治疗外，加用重组人干扰素α-2a和双黄连注射液超声雾化治疗；对照组41例，只采用常规治疗。临床观察喘息、气促、紫绀、肺部哮鸣及痰鸣好转情况、需人工吸痰次数及住院日。结果：治疗组患儿在喘息、气促、肺部伴症好转情况明显于对照组，需人工吸痰的次数明显减少，住院日缩短，经统计学检验存在显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：重组人干扰素α-2a双黄连超声雾化治疗毛细支气管炎疗效明显。

α—干扰素联合大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

目的：探讨α－干扰素联合大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：采用α－干扰素或联合应用大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎，检测前后患者ＨＢＶ血清学指标肝功能变化等。结果：表明在治疗结束时及结束后在抗ＨＢＶ方面α－干扰素联合应用大剂量胸腺肽组ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ、ＨＢｅＡｇ阴转率显著高于干扰素及对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。治疗结束后３个月ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ、ＨＢｅＡｇ阴转率都高于治疗结束时，且联合用药组疗效显著高于干扰素单用组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：两药联合应用治疗慢性乙型肝炎的近期及远期疗效均明显优于干扰素组。

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
