HPLC法测定枫蓼肠胃康片中没食子酸的含量

目的建立枫蓼肠胃康片中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:DikmaKromasi1 C18柱;流动相:甲醇-三乙胺-0.5%(体积分数)H3PO4水溶液(体积比5∶0.1∶94.9);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:273 nm;柱温:室温。结果没食子酸质量浓度在9.82～157.12μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.9%,RSD值为1.49%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、可靠、灵敏度好,可用于枫蓼肠胃康片中没食子酸的含量测定。     

高效液相色谱法测定利咽含片中绿原酸的含量

目的:研究利咽含片中绿原酸的含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。ODS柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(24∶75∶1)为流动相,流量为0.9ml/min,检测波长为329nm。结果:绿原酸在0.130μg~0.650μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9994,回收率为100.02%,RSD为1.29%。结论:本法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制指标。     

HPLC法测定降脂宁片中绿原酸含量

目的:建立降脂宁片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定降脂宁片中绿原酸的含量,色谱条件为色谱柱:Inertsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(9∶91);检测波长:327 nm;进样量:10μL;柱温:30℃;流速:1 m L·min-1。结果:绿原酸质量在0.013 16~0.263 2μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.26%(RSD=1.12%)。结论:该方法测定降脂宁片中绿原酸的含量,简便、准确,重复性好,可用于降脂宁片的质量控制方法。     

HPLC法测定银黄含片中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量

目的测定银黄含片中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,D iamonsilTMC18柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比52∶48∶0.1)为流动相,流速为0.9 mL.m in-1;检测波长324 nm;柱温为室温。结果绿原酸在1.50~45.00μg.mL-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.1%,方法精密度(RSD)为0.38%(n=5)。黄芩苷在45.00~135.0μg.mL-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.9%,方法精密度(RSD)为0.14%(n=5)。结论该法简便、准确,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。     

HPLC法测定速效止泻胶囊中没食子酸的含量

目的建立HPLC法测定速效止泻胶囊中没食子酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomnex(luna)C18(4.6mm×250mm,5um),流动相为甲醇-水-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-冰醋酸(1∶81∶15∶3),流速0.8mL.min-1;柱温为室温;检测波长272 nm。结果没食子酸在4.8~48.0μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率96.6%,RSD 1.55%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、可作速效止泻胶囊的质量控制方法。     

RP-HPLC法测定消痔灵片中没食子酸的含量

目的建立消痔灵片有效成分含量测定的方法,为其质量标准的制订提供依据。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定,以没食子酸为对照品,色谱柱：Sino Chrom ODS-APC18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-水-磷酸（6∶94∶0.2）,检测波长：266 nm,流速：1.0 mL/min,柱温：（25±1）℃。结果没食子酸在18~48μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 1）,平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=0.97%。结论本方法准确,简便,灵敏度高,可用于消痔灵片中没食子酸的含量测定并有效评价该制剂的质量。     

HPLC法测定蒙药光明盐四味汤散中没食子酸的含量

目的建立测定蒙药光明盐四味汤散中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。应用Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(4:96);检测波长:273nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1;柱温:28℃。结果没食子酸在0.0520μg~0.3120μg范围内,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为97.86%、RSD为1.04%(n=6)。结论该方法重复性好、准确,用于光明盐四味汤散中没食子酸的含量测定。     

高效液相色谱法测定烫伤合剂中没食子酸的含量

目的建立烫伤合剂中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为VP-ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.025 mol/L磷酸水溶液(18∶82);流速为1 ml/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为270 nm。结果没食子酸在3.66~36.64 mg/L范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,Y=123 900.36X-198 531,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.78%(n=5)。结论高效液相色谱法测定烫伤合剂中没食子酸方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为控制产品质量的定量依据。     

反相高效液相色谱法测定茶多酚中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的含量

目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定茶多酚中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的含量。方法以甲醇∶水∶乙酸=26∶73.5∶0.5(体积比)为流动相(1.0mL/min),C18柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm),UV检测器(278nm)。结果EGCG在0.1303￣0.6517mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.26%,RSD为0.86%。结论该法简便、快速,可作为测定茶多酚中EGCG含量的方法。     

高效液相色谱法测定寒痹停片中士的宁的含量

目的:建立寒痹停片中士的宁的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent Zorbax C18(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm),柱温30℃;流动相为乙腈-水溶液(含0.005 mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠与0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾,用10%磷酸调节pH值为2.8)(21∶79);流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长260 nm。结果:士的宁的线性范围为0.241 2～2.412 0μg;加样回收率为102.0%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于寒痹停片中士的宁的含量测定和产品质量控制。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
