18例多发性骨髓瘤行自体造血干细胞移植临床疗效观察

目的探讨自体外周血造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的疗效。方法该院自2006年12月至2011年10月,对18例MM患者,采用化疗联合粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)动员造血干细胞,以口服或静脉注射美法仑预处理后行APBSCT治疗,并评价其疗效。结果 17例患者移植成功,1例植入失败。移植后随访3～60个月,13例获得完全缓解(CR),6例CR后复发,复发患者中1例经万珂治疗后再次获得CR。1例患者行2次移植达到非常好的部分缓解(VGPR)。结论 MM患者行APBSCT安全有效且耐受性好。移植后维持治疗对于延长无事件生存期(EFS)及总生存期(OS)具有重要意义。     

自体外周造血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤临床疗效分析

目的 评价自体外周造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的疗效.方法 该院自2006年12月至2009年12月,对12例接受APBSCT治疗MM的患者,采用化疗联合G-CSF动员,当WBC>5.0×109/L时开始采集外周造血干细胞,采用口服大剂量马法兰(200 mg/m2 )进行预处理.结果 所有患者的造血功能均快速重建.移植后随访3～39个月,共11例患者获得完全缓解,其中1例在获得完全缓解后5个月病情复发,1例在获得完全缓解后2个月并发肺部纤维化死亡;另有1例患者为无效.结论 APBSCT是治疗MM安全有效的方法,患者耐受性好,尤其对移植前获得完全缓解或部分缓解的患者治疗效果较好.     

多发性骨髓瘤自体外周血干细胞移植治疗体会

近年来,高剂量化疗(HDT)加自体外周血干细胞移植(APBSCT)应用于临床治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)取得较好疗效.2004年,本院为1例MM患者进行了APBSCT,并用反应停及α-干扰素维持治疗,现报道如下.     

深低温保存自体外周血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床研究

目的探讨自体外周血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床疗效及安全性。方法1例MM患者接受APBSCT治疗,采用环磷酰胺(CTX) 粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)方案动员干细胞,CS-3000血细胞分离机采集外周血干细胞并保存于-80℃冰箱;用马法兰200 mg/m2方案预处理后,解冻回输冻存的干细胞。观察患者移植前后的临床疗效。结果动员后获得单个核细胞数(MNC)3.705×108/kg;CD34 细胞数2.56×106/kg。患者获得造血重建,中性粒细胞数(ANC)>0.5×109/L、血小板计数(PLT)>20×109/L的时间分别是12 d、15 d。移植后随访1年患者处于完全缓解(CR)状态。结论APBSCT治疗MM安全有效。     

自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗难治性多发性骨髓瘤13例临床分析

目的 观察自体外周造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗难活性骨髓瘤的疗效。方法APBSCT治疗难治性多发性骨髓瘤13例，采用化疗加G-CSF动员外周血干细胞。结果 13例多发性骨髓瘤经APBSCT后达到完全缓解8例(61.5％)，部分缓解3例(23．1％)。死亡2例(15．4％)，3年无病生存率30．1％。结论 APBSCT对难治性的多发性骨髓瘤具有一定的价值。     

大剂量马法兰静脉化疗加自体外周血干细胞移植治疗复发的多发性骨髓瘤1例报告

我们采用法国IFM94计划中的马法兰大剂量化疗和自体外周血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗复发的多发性骨髓瘤患者1例，鉴于目前国内尚未见类似的报道，特报道如下以供临床参考。……     

自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗头颈部非霍奇金淋巴瘤12例临床观察

目的 观察自体外周血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗头颈部非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效.方法 自2001年5月～2005年12月,以APBSCT治疗头颈部非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者共12例,其中: NHL-NR 2例,CR16例,CR24例.动员方案为化疗加G-CSF.经2～4次采集,获得MNC中位数为5.1×108/kg,CD34 细胞为6.2×106/kg,CFU-GM为3.9×105/kg.预处理方案:采用CEAC方案.结果 所有患者移植后均重建造血.WBC＞1.0×109/L、中性粒细胞＞0.5×109/L、PLT＞20×109/L,分别为(10±4)d、(11±3)d、(15±5)d.3例患者于移植后1～8个月死于感染或病情复发,其余患者均无病存活7～37个月.结论 APBSCT是头颈部非霍奇金淋巴瘤一种安全有效的治疗方法.     

自体外周血干细胞移植治疗恶性淋巴瘤的临床研究

目的： 探讨自体外周血干细胞移植（APBSCT）联合超大剂量化放疗治疗恶性淋巴瘤的造血重建及疗效.方法： 18例恶性淋巴瘤经常规化疗完全或部分缓解后行APBSCT治疗,动员方案为VP-16 1 500 mg/m^2 ＋G-CSF 5 μg/kg.预处理方案： 1例采用单一化疗药物环磷酰胺（CTX）3.6 g/ m^2加全身放疗,其余17例采用BEAC＋BCNU 450 mg/m^2＋CTX3.6 g/m^2＋Ara-C 1.5 g/m^2＋VP-16 800 mg/m^2方案.结果： 18例患者行APBSCT治疗后均移植成功,重建造血功能,其中1例患者干细胞移植后血常规尚未完全恢复正常,其余17例均于干细胞移植后30 d内恢复正常.移植前14例病变达CR,4例达PR,移植后17例达CR,1例达PR.随访10（1～56）个月,所有患者均存活,无移植相关死亡.结论：APBSCT联合超大剂量化疗是治疗恶性淋巴瘤的安全有效手段,值得进一步研究推广.     

50例多发性骨髓瘤患者临床资料分析

目的：总结50例多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者的临床治疗经验。方法：对50例MM患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：移植组与未移植组生存率无差异。使用TNFα治疗者生存率高。使用帕米磷酸二钠的患者生活质量明显改善，使用反应停效果不确定。结论：a)自体外周血造血干细胞移植（Auto Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation,APBSCT）及IFNα治疗可改善MM患者预后，延长其生存期，b)帕米磷酸二钠可改善患者生存质量。延长生存期，c)反应停治疗对难治性MM有效。     

自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤(1例报告及文献复习)

目的：报道1例多发性骨髓瘤（MM）IgG型Ⅱa期患者，经联合化疗，成功行自体外周血造血干细胞移植的治疗经过，并结合文献资料探讨其治疗特点。方法：1例MM患者经过4次联合化疗、3次共2350ml的血浆置换等治疗，用CMOP方案加rhG-CSF进行自体外周血造血干细胞的动员，采集获得外周血单个核细胞（MNC）4．7X10^8/kg,CD3^4 细胞5．5X10^6/kg。经MC方案行预处理后，回输外周血造血干细胞；＋8d骨髓造血功能恢复。结果：经上述治疗，患者的骨痛、贫血症状消失，血浆球蛋白由123g/L降至正常（24g/L），骨髓瘤细胞从0．505至完全消失，移植后随访，患者病情稳定，各项检测指标正常。结论：本例患者经自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗，获得完全缓解。     

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.     

A preliminary screening study on the associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technologies

Objective：To investigate the optimum screening conditions of associated proteins in human psoriasis vulgaris by serum proteomics technique, and to screen the different expression proteins related with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from newly diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris patients in the clinic, and 20 matched healthy persons. Serum albumin IgG was removed by filtering with ProteoExtract Albumin/IgG. After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS. Results ：Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained. Three different expression proteins were found only in the serum from psoriasis vulgaris patients, while nine other different proteins expressing from healthy volunteers. Conclusion：The protein expression was different in the serum between the psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy volunteers. It was hoped that we could find the biomarkers related to psoriasis vulgaris by using proteomics.

Acupuncture Treatment of Chest Bi Syndrome

CASE HISTORY A male,a retired officer of 61 years old,paid his first visit on May 12,2006.The patient stated that 2 weeks before he suddenly got paroxysmal precordial choking pain,with irregular attacks.Each attack would last several seconds to several minutes.The attack was accompanied with heavy oppressed sensation in the precordial region,palpitation,lassitude,and in severe cases,sweating,which was once diagnosed by a hospital as'coronary heart disease'.Recalling the case history,the patient said that several days before he got angry with others because of some affairs in work,and he was not so used to the life pattern since he had just retired from his busy working post.At usual times,he was quick tempered and peevish.In recent days,he had poor appetite,and loose stool.
