对液化石油气燃烧颗粒物诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核进行了研究。结果表明,提取物剂量在100~400mg/kg之间,微核率由10.9‰升至28.8‰,呈明显的剂量-反应关系,各剂量组与对照组比较均具极显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明液化石油气燃烧颗粒物在体内可产生明显的遗传毒性作用,这种作用可能是该颗粒物诱发肺癌的机制之一。  相似文献

目的:观察五加皮、茯苓、猪苓和山慈菇的遗传毒性。方法:应用活体小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞核试验(MNT)和小鼠精子畸形试验。结果:五加皮各剂量所致的微核率和精子畸形率均低于正常对照组,分别为P>005,P<001。茯苓和猪苓各剂量所致的微核率和精子畸形率与正常对照组比较,无明显差异(P>005)。山慈菇诱发的微核率明显高于正常对照组(P<001)。结论:五加皮、茯苓和猪苓对体细胞及生殖细胞均无诱变损伤作用。山慈菇具有致突变性  相似文献

目的观察干品绞股蓝对环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,以下简称CP)诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核和染色体畸变的抑制作用.方法小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验方法和小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸度试验方法.结果含10%绞股蓝的饲料使环磷酰胺诱发的微核率从33.17±3.54‰降至12.00±2.19‰(P<0.001),染色体畸变率从26.33±3.50%降至14.67±2.25%(P<0.01).结论绞股蓝可抑制环磷酰胺诱发的DNA损伤,提示绞股蓝具有一定的抗诱变作用.  相似文献

①目的探讨抗氧化营养素对DNA氧化损伤的影响。②方法实验分为实验组和对照组,实验组(n=25)连续服用β-胡萝卜素、维生素E和C(VitE,VitC)280d,对照组(n=25)未服药。两组均取全血分离淋巴细胞,应用单细胞琼脂电泳(SCGE)检测DNA的自发损伤及经不同浓度H2O2(30,100,300μmol/L)处理后的DNA损伤程度。③结果两组淋巴细胞自发性DNA损伤率都很低,分别为12.3和12.1专用单位,两组比较无显著性差异(t=0.063,P>0.05)。经DNA诱裂剂H2O2处理后,两组均随H2O2剂量的增加而呈现出DNA损伤程度的逐渐加重,但在相同剂量条件下,实验组的DNA损伤程度均明显低于对照组,均有显著性差异(t=2.320,P<0,05;t=3.950,P<0.01;t=5.549,P<0.01)。④结论抗氧化营养素有降低DNA损伤的作用。  相似文献

目的探讨低剂量γ-射线和香烟烟雾的诱变作用。方法取人外周血随机分成香烟烟雾组,γ射线组和香烟烟雾与γ射线联合组,进行微量全血培养,然后分别用不同剂量(0、0.25、0.5、1.0Gy)的60Coγ射线和不同浓度(0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0支)香烟烟雾进行处理,并检测和统计淋巴细胞微核。结果香烟烟雾(0.8、支)与低剂量γ射线(0.5、1.0Gy)均能提高淋巴细胞微核的形成(P<0.01),并具有剂量依赖效应;低剂量γ射线联合香烟烟雾处理淋巴细胞,诱发微核率显著高于对照组、单独照射组和香烟烟雾组(P<0.01)。结论低剂量γ射线联合香烟烟雾可加强遗传物质的损伤。  相似文献

采用动力牵引治疗屈指肌腱修复术后患者25例(实验组)。实验组术后第1天开始在保护下主动伸指被动屈指活动。结果:实验组的手功能理想恢复率为92%,显著高于对照组(传统治疗组)的8%(P<0.01),粘连率为8%,显著低于对照组的75%(P<0.01)。结果提示:该方法简单易行,疗效显著,适于临床推广应用。  相似文献

观察功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃排空率及胃窦收缩幅度的情况。方法采用胃B超增效液定时观察123例FD患者和59例健康志愿者。结论FD组30min、60min的排空率分别为(51.23±15.2)%、(79.95±22.85)%,而59例对照组的胃排空率分别为(75.16±13.4)%、(98.07±5.48)%,经统计学处理两组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。FD组胃窦收缩幅度为3.31±1.35,对照组为5.25±1.97,FD组收缩幅度明显小于对照组,在统计学上亦有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论胃动力障碍是FD发病的主要因素。  相似文献

本实验观察了FDP抗失血性休克作用。3组失血性休克大鼠分别接受5%FDP溶液(A组)、5%葡萄糖溶液(B组)和生理盐水(C组)静注。给药60min后,A组MAP为10.4±2.1kPa,与B、C组7.9±2.4和7.7±2.6kPa间均有差异(P<0.01);A组动物存活率75%,而B、C组分别为25%和15%(P<0.01);A组动脉血pH和PaO2分别为7.24±0.14和13.46±1.22kPa,与B、C组7.14±0.14和10.29±3.84kPa与7.02±0.10和7.25±2.12kPa间有显著差异(P<0.01);A组回输血液再灌流后血浆SOD和MDA分别为1200±126Uml-1和0.47±0.25nmolml-1,同B、C组1081±119Uml-1和0.91±0.29nmol-1与835±9Uml-1和1.13±0.16nmol-1间均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结果表明FDP保护组织损伤而产生抗休克作用。  相似文献

对88例不同病因腹泻儿肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌的变化进行研究。对照组25例。结果:研究组较对照组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌有显著下降(P<0.01和P<0.05),大肠杆菌下降不明显(P<0.05)。非感染性腹泻组较感染性腹泻组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌下降更显著(P<0.01和P<0.05),大肠杆菌下降不显著(P<0.05)。感染性腹泻组中,双歧杆菌在轮状病毒肠炎组中较急性菌痢下降更显著(P<0.05),而其它两种菌下降程度相差不明显(两者P<0.05)  相似文献

目的 研究低剂量147Pm 内照射能否改变相继高剂量60Coγ射线引起的RBC 损伤的适应性效应。方法 应用外周血RBC计数、网织红细胞(RC)计数、正常染红细胞(NCE) 微核和嗜多染红细胞(PCE) 微核检测,观察低剂量147Pm 内污染诱导小鼠RBC系统的适应性反应。结果 剂量为2 .0Gy 的60Co γ射线外照射可引起明显的血RBC 系统损伤,与正常对照组比较,RBC和RC计数显著降低( P< 0.01) ;NCE和PCE微核细胞率明显增高(P< 0.01) 。预先用0.37、3 .7 和37Bq/g 体重的147Pm 内污染预处理动物,3 天后再予2.0Gy 的高剂量60Co γ射线外照射,RBC和RC计数则显著增高,NCE和PCE微核细胞率显著降低,与单纯高剂量60Co γ射线外照射组比较有非常显著性差异(P< 0.01);并且某些指标与正常对照组比较已无显著性差异( P> 0.05) 。结论 预先用低剂量147Pm β射线内照射动物, 可诱导血RBC 系统的放射适应性反应,使血RBC系统对相继高剂量60Co γ射线外照射引起的损伤效应有了明显的抵抗力。提示外周血RBC 系统可作为低剂量辐射细胞生物效应的观察指标之一  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.  相似文献

目的 探讨猪肺磷脂注射液联合经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)对呼吸衰竭早产儿的临床疗效及肌酸激酶同工酶活性(CK-MB)的影响.方法 选取呼吸衰竭早产儿80例,分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组采用NCPAP给氧治疗,观察组给予NCPAP给氧联合猪肺磷脂气管内给药.观察两组患儿治疗前及治疗12h、24 h后PaO2、PaCO2、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、pH的变化情况,检测治疗前及治疗5d后血清CK-MB水平;评估两组患儿的临床治疗效果.结果 两组患儿PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2、pH比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后的PaO2、SaO2、pH均高于对照组,PaCO2则低于对照组.两组的PaO2、SaO2、pH均随观察时间延长而升高(P<0.05),PaCO2均随观察时间的延长而降低(P<0.05).观察组治疗有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的70.0% (P <0.05).治疗5d后两组患儿血清CK-MB水平均较前降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 猪肺磷脂注射液气管内给药联合NCPAP可以显著降低呼吸衰竭早产儿CK-MB的含量,提高治疗有效率,起到很好的呼吸循环支持作用.  相似文献

Evidence obtained from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) has been generally accepted as the gold standard in the evaluation of clinical effectiveness. Readers need to understand the trial design, implementation, results, analysis and interpretation, so as to fully Jnderstand the results of RCTs. Thus, the investigators of RCTs have to report these items in a complete, accurate and clear manner. Since 1998, we have conducted several evaluations on the reporting quality of RCTs published in Chinese journals on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and results have shown that there is an urgent need for higher quality RCTs on TCM.  相似文献

Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic and progressive disorder with inflammation mainly involving the central axis joints. It mainly affects the cervical spine and the lumbosacral area, with the pathogenesis closely related to the kidney and the Governor Vessel (GV). TCM holds that the syndrome is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, which is due to insufficiency of the kidney, deficiency of GV, and blocking of the channels with the invasion of exogenous evil, leading to poor circulation of qi and blood and malnutrition of the bones, muscles and joints. The TCM method of tonifying the kidney and strengthening GV to regulate circulation of qi and blood and check the arthralgia pain should be adopted, with the Kidney-Tonifying and GV Strengthening Decoction (益肾强督汤) prescribed.  相似文献
