This article Introduces the clinical experience of treating pain syndrome by shu (stream)points of the hand three Yang meridians.The authors used the shu(stream)points for some pain syndromes.It develops the indications of shu(stream)points which used to be only applied to heavy sensations of the body and painful joints.It is highly important for the effective result to be the contralateral puncturing combined with doing exercises and a long retaining of needlles,such as one hour.Most of acute pain can be cured by one treatment.As for stubborn pain,It can be alleviated by 5—10 treatments.  相似文献

Introduction of arsenic trioxide (ATO, As2O3) to the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia in the 1970s enlightened an effective treatment approach for the disease. Decades later, knowledge on this agent’s further functions has rapidly advanced so that it has entered common use in hematology and oncology. In addition, As2O3 reportedly induces DNA and chromosomal damage, inhibits DNA repair, and alters DNA methylation in mammalian cells. The compound is becoming increasingly reasonable as a treatment modality to rectify genetic blood disorders and other cancer types. Nevertheless, limitations of As2O3 typically emerged from drug resistance, adverse effects and secondary tumors, which may result in a myriad of outcomes. Though prolonged exposure to As2O3 ensues poisons and genome alternations that do not permanently change the DNA sequence, other synergistic alterations should be considered as replacement. In this review, we recollect the discovery and clinical implementation of As2O3, describe its advantages and shortcomings for leukemia and solid cancer treatment, and consider future prospects for engendering useful impacts.  相似文献

中草药中重金属与有害元素形态分析目前尚处于起步阶段。该研究首先采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法检测了17种大宗常用中草药(16种植物药、1种药用真菌)共103个批次中砷(As)总量;进而基于HPLC-ICP-MS建立了中草药中6种As形态的同时检测方法,选择AS7阴离子交换柱,系统分析了17种中草药中的As形态。结果表明微波消解法对药材进行前处理并用ICP-MS检测As总量的方法稳定可靠; As形态分析方面,采用高温超声提取法,6种As形态线性关系良好,相关系数R20. 999 9,6种As形态LOQ分别为:砷甜菜碱(As B) 0. 20μg·L~(-1),亚砷酸[As(Ⅲ)]0. 10μg·L~(-1),二甲基砷(DMA) 0. 15μg·L~(-1),砷胆碱(As C) 0. 10μg·L~(-1),一甲基砷(MMA) 0. 25μg·L~(-1),砷酸[As(Ⅴ)]0. 10μg·L~(-1)。加标回收率为84. 24%~121. 5%,相对标准偏差为2. 7%~11%。103批药材中,仅有1批样品As总量超出药典限量标准; 103批药材中As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)检出率高,其中多数以As(Ⅴ)为主要检出形态,无机As占比达到80. 90%~98. 73%;部分样品检出DMA,MMA和As B,在所有批次中As C均未检出。该研究建立了适合于中草药中As形态的分析方法,为中草药中As形态残留提供了基础数据,可为其风险评估和质量标准的制修订提供重要参考。  相似文献

目的:探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉用于关节脱位中医手法复位术中的效果和安全性.方法:选择肩、髋关节脱位患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组异丙酚静脉麻醉下手法复位,对照组在无麻醉下进行复位;观察麻醉效果及不良反应.结果:观察组复位更方便,患者更满意,检查过程中生命体征平稳.结论:异丙酚静脉麻醉用于关节脱位复位术操作简单,安全可靠.  相似文献

目的通过对160例患者的观察,了解白塞氏病的发病特点、发展及演变规律及内脏器官的损害特征,为诊断、治疗提供临床依据.方法根据1989年国际白塞氏病讨论会提出的诊断标准,对160例发病年龄、病程、诱发因素、各系统的损害、各部位的病变情况、实验室相关检查的指标等采用统计学方法进行分析比较.结果除口腔、生殖器、眼睛、皮肤的病变主症外,有45.66%的病例分别累及关节、心血管、消化道、神经系统、肺肾与附睾等.临床表现多种多样,发病有急缓之分,有的症状典型,有的以局部损害为主,有的呈隐匿性发作,有的直接损害内脏.结论白塞氏病在急性活动期外周血白细胞往往升高,血沉增高,血液粘稠度增高,应注重免疫复合物的检测.采用中医清热解毒、化湿除毒、活血化瘀、养阴通络、健脾化湿等治疗,经临床观察有较好的疗效.  相似文献

动脉粥样硬化(As)是心脑血管疾病的重要病理基础,其发病机制一直是血管生物学研究领域的热点问题。炎症是As发生、发展过程中的主要因素,而与炎症发生关系最紧切的细胞是单核-巨噬细胞。近几年随着对As炎症机制研究的不断深入,巨噬细胞极化分型引起了研究者们的关注。在不同环境影响下,巨噬细胞可分为M1型和M2型,一般认为M1型(经典活化型)为促炎亚型,分泌促炎因子,因此促进As的进展;而M2型(替代活化型)为抑炎亚型,可以抑制促炎因子的产生,其有可能延缓As发展进程。该文就巨噬细胞的极化分型,以及在As的形成和发展过程中的影响等予以综述,并展望中药在防治As 中的机制。  相似文献

通过查阅近几年国内外有关三氧化砷(As2O3)研究资料,对As2O3治疗肝癌的体内体外实验研究、临床试验及新剂型研究进行了综述。临床试验表明静脉注射给药治疗原发性肝癌,在规定的药物剂量范围内毒副作用较小,且疗效确切,可以用于肝癌预防和治疗,显示出可喜的前景;As2O3抗肝癌机制研究已逐步深入,还开展了联合用药研究等;但是新剂型研究很少。因而应加强高效、低毒、定向的新型给药系统的研究,使As2O3成为更理想的治疗肝癌药物。  相似文献

目的:测定分析迪西类型鹰嘴豆铅、汞、砷等有害元素的含量。方法:用双通道原子荧光光谱仪和电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪分别测定新疆木垒县产的迪西类型鹰嘴豆铅、砷和汞的含量。结果:新疆木垒县产的迪西类型鹰嘴豆铅、汞和砷三种元素含量均在安全范围内。结论:从测定结果分析,迪西类型鹰嘴豆是可以放心食用的药食两用豆类作物。  相似文献

目的 研究不同种氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)在肺癌(Ca)和动脉硬化性血管损伤性疾病(As)病人血液中的特异性变化,探讨不同种氧化低密度脂蛋白与肿瘤及动脉硬化发病之间的相互关系.方法 以临床确诊肺癌的16例患者为Ca组,12例患者为As组,选择健康大学生20名作为正常对照组.分别检测血浆内LPO含量、SOD活性及各组氧化脂质的峰线位置.结果 Ca组、As 组LPO含量与正常组比较差异有显著性,As组SOD活性与正常组比较差异有显著性;在薄层层析中Ca组、AS与正常组的过氧化低密度脂蛋白分布均有不同.结论 Ca与As患者和正常人比较其细胞氧化低密度脂蛋白代谢特征表现为代谢率增强,过氧化低密度脂蛋白具有不同的特异性变化.  相似文献

Astragaloside I (As‐I), one of the main active ingredients in Astragalus membranaceus, is believed to have osteogenic properties, but this hypothesis has not been investigated in detail. In the present work, the As‐I‐induced osteogenic effects and its underlying mechanism were studied in MC3T3‐E1 cells. The results indicated that the cellular levels of ALP and extracellular matrix calcium increased in a dose‐dependent manner by As‐I. To clarify the mechanisms involved in this process, the effect of As‐I on the key osteogenic‐related genes was investigated. We found that As‐I stimulated the expression of β‐catenin and Runx2 in MC3T3‐E1 cells, which play central roles in the Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway, suggesting that As‐I could promote osteoblastic differentiation by regulating the Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway. Moreover, the osteogenic effect of As‐I could be inhibited by DKK‐1, which is the classical inhibitor of Wnt/β‐catenin‐signaling pathway. Furthermore, As‐I also increased BMP‐2, BGP and OPG/RANKL expression, which are also activated by Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway. Taken together, our findings show that As‐I stimulates osteoblast differentiation through the Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway, which also activates the BMP pathway and RANK pathway, thus highlighting the As‐I for pharmaceutical and medicinal applications such as treating bone disease.
