For investigating the effect of acupuncture on ischemic arrhythmia and its mech-anism, adult albino rats with ligated anterior descending branch of coronary artery as experimentalmodel were treated with or without acupuncture, and others with imitative operation but without bothcoronary artery ligation and acupuncture treatment were used as control. It was found in acupuncturegroup that the fibrillation-liability of ischemic myocardium was efficiently decreased, the affinity ofAch-M receptors on membranes of ischemic myocardium was markedly increased, and the tolerance ofischemic myocardium to atropine was elevated in the experiment of atropine inducing fibrillation.These results indicate that acupuncture may play a therapeutic role on ischemic arrhythmia throughactivating the activity of muscarine-like receptors of cholinergic nervous system.  相似文献

An animal model of experimental polymyositis(EPM)similar to humampolymyositis(PM)was made by immuning with skeletal muscular homogenate of rabbits.We treatedthem by acupuncturing Zusanli(ST 36)and Xuehai(SP 10)for 8 consecutive weeks and comparedthem with control group.The changes of electromyogram and muscular pathology were analysed.The results show that all changes in acupuncture group are milder than that in control group and sug-gest that acupuncture has some beneficial adjustment for the immunity of PM.  相似文献

Pain and gangrene in limbs due to Buerger's disease, Raynaud's phenomenon andatherosclerosis are a great problern to manage in modern medicine. Vasodilators, sympathectomy andprogressive amputations cannot solve the problem. Electr0acupuncture shows very good results so that drugs and surgery may be spared. Total 32 cases (Buerger's 27, Raynaud's 4, atherosc1erosis 1 )were treated with acupuncture needling and electrostimulation. Acupoints used were Weizhong (BL4O ), Taixi (KI 3), Zusanli (ST 36), Jiexi (ST 41 ), Bafeng (Extra), Neiguan (PC 6), Hegu (LI4 ), Baxie (Extra) . The frequency of electrostimulation at acupoints was 100- 500 cycles per minute.Daily treatment was carried out the first 1O days, then the times of treatment reduced. The therapywas maintained once in two beths. Of 27 cases of Buerger's disease, 19 cases (82. 6 % ) were healed. Pain was relieved but uker not healed in 1 case (4. 3% ). 实验用家兔20只,结扎冠状动脉左室支造成急性心肌缺血,随机将实验动物分电针组和非针组。观察结果:1)心肌缺血20分钟,血中NE含量呈有意义地上升;而5-HT和E则未见明显变化,可能与高峰值出现时间不同有关。2)电针之前针刺组和非针组动物血中单胺递质含量变化无组间差异,说明电针作用是在动物相近条件下进行的。3)电针“内关”穴可有意义地降低血中NE的水平,说明电针的调节作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨电针"内关"穴抗心肌缺血损伤的作用机理.方法:取清洁级日本大耳白兔40只,按随机数字表法分为模型对照组10只;纳络酮对照组10只;电针加脑脊液组10只;电针加纳络酮组10只.观察下丘脑室旁核(PVN)微量注射纳络酮后电针"内关"穴对心肌缺血家兔心肌超微结构、Ⅱ导联心电图及心肌细胞跨膜电位的影响.结果:PVN纳络酮微量注射对正常家兔心肌功能无影响,对缺血心肌功能影响轻微,在结扎(缺血)60 min时发挥一定的保护作用(P<0.05);电针"内关"穴对缺血心肌有明显的保护作用,该作用可被PVN注射纳络酮所削弱(P<0.05),但不能完全阻断.结论:(1)PVN在电针"内关"穴抗心肌缺血效应过程中发挥了重要作用;(2)PVN内阿片肽参与介导了"内关"穴抗心肌缺血的针刺效应;(3)除PVN及其内阿片肽外,PVN内的其他递质和中枢其他核团也可能在电针"内关"穴抗心肌缺血效应中发挥作用.  相似文献

目的研究电针内关穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤家兔心肌丙二醛、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量的影响。方法将家兔随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、电针内关组、电针列缺组。采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支30min,再灌注60min,建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。应用分光光度法,观察电针对缺血再灌注损伤家兔心肌MDA、GSH-PX的影响。结果模型组家兔心肌MDA含量明显升高,而GSH-PX活性明显下降,与模型组、电针列缺组相比,电针内关组心肌MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),而GSH-PX活性显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论电针内关穴能显著降低缺血再灌注损伤心肌MDA含量,升高GSH-PX活性,达到抗缺血再灌注损伤的作用。  相似文献

目的观察兔蓝斑区注射P物质及其拮抗剂在心肌缺血及电针内关穴过程中的效应。方法在冠脉左室支结扎的心肌缺血动物模型上蓝斑区注射P物质及其拮抗剂,电针内关穴,动态观察心电图ST段电位的变化和心肌的形态学改变。结果P物质注入蓝斑区有促进急性心肌缺血恢复的作用,且能加强电针内关穴对缺血心肌的改善作用,P物质拮抗剂注入蓝斑区后电针内关穴促进心肌缺血损伤恢复的作用被阻断。结论P物质在电针内关穴促进心肌缺血损伤恢复过程中起重要作用,可能是内关与心脏相关联系的重要递质。  相似文献

Objective: To explore the mechanism of "Neiguan"(PC6) electroacupuncture in improving acute heart ischemia.Methods: Thirty-two healthy New Zealand rabbits were divided into 4 groups: normal group, sodium chloride group, model group and acupuncture group.Heart ischemia was induced in the rabbits by means of PPI auditive vein injection.We used the technique of microdialysis and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy, and collected the extracellular fluid in the point Neiguan(PC6).In the mean time acupuncture of Neiguan was performed.The changes of concentration of ionized calcium in extracellular fluid of Neiguan were observed.Results: The concentrations of ionized calcium of the model group and the acupuncture group were decreased compared with the normal group(P0.05).After acupuncture the concentration of ionized calcium were increased compared with the model group(P0.05), showing that Neiguan electroacupuncture can increase the concentration of ionized calcium.Conclusion: The mechanism of Neiguan(PC6) electro-acupuncture in improving acute heart ischemia is associated with the change of concentration of ionized calcium in extracellular fluid of Neiguan(PC6).  相似文献

目的:观察电针内关穴对急性心肌缺血家兔血小板活化因子(PAF)的影响.方法:结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,采用硝酸还原酶法及双抗夹心法检测急性心肌缺血家兔血清(血浆)中PAF含量的变化.结果:与正常组及假手术组比较,模型组电针内关穴后30min家免血清中PAF含量显著升高(P<0.05).结论:电针内关穴可以调节血清(血浆)中血小板活化因子(PAF)的含量,改善缺血心肌组织的损伤.  相似文献

目的:对比观察电针内关与心肌缺血预处理对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤家兔心肌组织中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响,以探讨针刺内关抗心肌缺血的作用机理。方法:健康家兔46只,随机分为5组,即假手术组、缺血-再灌注模型组、缺血预处理组、电针内关组、电针足三里组;结扎家兔冠脉左前降支造成心肌缺血模型,以RM46多导生理仪持续监测心电,用硝基四氮唑兰染色测量心肌梗死范围,用放射免疫法检测家兔心肌组织CGRP、PGE2含量。结果:结扎冠脉左前降支后,心梗范围扩大;除预处理组外,其余各组与假手术组比较均有显著性差异,而假手术组、预处理组和针内关组与模型组比较均有明显差异;CGRP和PGE2水平模型组明显低于假手术组、预处理及针内关组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心肌缺血预处理与电针内关对缺血-再灌注心肌均有明显的保护作用,其作用机制可能与CGRP、PGE2的参与有关。  相似文献
