OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of gingerindirect moxibustion for chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS). Objective To provide experimental evidence for the antihypertensive activity of the flavonoids in flower buds of Coreopsis tinctoria(CT-F)and to investigate the underlying mechanism.Methods The spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs)were divided into model,captopril(positive control),and CT-F groups,and the Wistar-Kyoto rats were set as control group,eight in each group.The blood pressure of SHRs,the activity of angiotensin II(Ang-II)in plasma,nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA)and thoracic aorta media thickness in SHRs were measured by tail-cuff method,radioimmunity method,nitrate reductase method,thibabituric acid(TBA)method,and the hematoxylin-eosin staining method.Q-PCR analysis was performed to determine the relative quantity of angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE),ACEII,angiotensin type 1receptor(AT1R),and TGF-β1 mRNA in left ventricle.Results CT-F could lower the systolic blood pressure of SHRs dramatically(P0.01).The levels of MDA in serum and Ang II in plasma of SHRs treated with CT-F decreased markedly(P0.05,0.01),the level of NO in serum increased significantly(P0.01).In addition,thoracic aorta media thickness in SHRs treated with CT-F was thinner than that of the model group(P0.05).The mRNA expression of ACE,AT1R,and TGF-β1 in left ventricle was markedly decreased(P0.05),while that of ACE II was increased(P0.05).Conclusion CT-F is effective to lower the blood pressure of SHRs,and its antihypertensive effect is probably associated with lowering the oxidative stress by reducing MDA,ameliorating aorta remodeling,dilating vessel by increasing NO and decreasing Ang-II,and regulating the expression of rennin-angiotensin System-related various genes.  相似文献

Objective To observe the curative effect of complex melanteritum pill in treating anemia of hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 50 patients were randomly recrutied into a control group(20 patients)and a treatment group(30 patients).The treatment group was treated by Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets,50 μg qd,and complex melanteritum pill,nine pills/time,three times daily;while the control group was treated by levothyroxine sodium tablets,50 μg qd.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks,without blood transfusion,adding iron and folic acid and vitamin B12,etc;Results The basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 50.0%and 80.0%respectively;the basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the control group was 30.0%.and 50.0%respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups by comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Complex melanteritum pill was effective in treating hypothyroidism with few side effects.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture as an adjuvant treatment with first-line medications on bone metabolism biomarkers and interleukin-17(IL-17) in the peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).METHODS: Sixty RA patients were randomized into three groups. The control group was treated with methotrexate plus leflunomide(MTX + LEF),the acupuncture group was treated with simple needling plus MTX + LEF, and the patients in the electroacupuncture(EA) group were treated with EA plus MTX + LEF. EA or acupuncture was applied every other day for a total of 10 times over a treatment period of 8 weeks.RESULTS: In all three treatment groups, serum levels of the bone metabolism markers PICP, N-MID,and B-ALP were elevated and the concentrations of the inflammatory markers β-CTx, IL-17, CRP, and TRACP-5b were reduced after treatment. These differences were significant for the EA group but not the other groups(P 0.05).CONCLUSION: EA could effectively reduce the suffering and improve the quality of life of RA patients. It is a promising adjuvant therapy for enhancing the effectiveness of clinical therapeutics.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE:To comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture as a treatment for fibromyalgiasyndrome.METHODS: Two review authors independently selected the trials for the Meta-analysis, assessed their methodological quality and extracted relevant data. A quality assessment was conducted according to the Cochrane Review Handbook 5.0.RevMan 5.0.20 software was used in the statistical analysis.RESULTS: A total of 523 trials were reviewed and 9trials were selected for Meta-analysis.(a) Compared acupuncture with sham acupuncture, there was a significant difference in the visual analogue scale,but no difference in the pressure pain threshold.Additionally,and there was a difference in the fibromyalgia impact questionnaire and the multidisciplinary pain inventory after 4 weeks of treatment,but no difference after 7 weeks of therapy. There was no difference in the numerical rating scale in weeks 3, 8 and 13.(b) Acupuncture versus drugs.There were differences in the VAS after 20 days of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment comparing with the drug amitriptyline, and after 4 weeks of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment comparing with the drug fluoxetine and amitriptyline.There were also differences in the number of tender points when comparing acupuncture with amitriptyline or fluoxetine. There was no difference in total efficiency when comparing acupuncture with amitriptyline after 4 weeks of treatment, but there were differences between the two groups 45 days after treatment.There were also differences in total efficiency comparing acupuncture with fluoxetine,and when comparing 4 weeks post-treatment of acupuncture with a combination of amitriptyline,oryzanol and vitamin B.(c) A comparison of acupuncture, drugs and exercise with drugs and exercise showed PPT differences in months 3 and 6.There was no difference between the two comparison groups after follow-up visits in months 12 and 24.CONCLUSION: Compared with sham acupuncture,there was not enough evidence to prove the efficacy of acupunc  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the safety of Oroxylumindicum(L.) Vent extract administered for 26 weeks in Wistar rats.METHODS: Oroxylumindicum(L.) Vent extract was administrated to male and female rats by gavage once daily at doses of 54, 225, and450 mg·kg-1·d-1.The rats were sacrificed after administration for13 weeks and 26 weeks. Part of the rats in each group were allowed to recover for 4 weeks after 26-week administration. Systematic examinations including haematology, urology, blood biochemistry and histomorphology were performed at the end of13, 26 weeks of administration and 4 weeks of recovery.RESULTS: No treatment related adverse effect shappened on rats' general status, body weight, food consumption, urinary index and histomorphologyexamination. Although during the administration,in some rats of extract's groups, the value of Red blood cell count(RBC), white blood cell counts(WBC), hemoglobin(HGB), haematocrit(HCT) and K iron were decreased, and biochemistry index,such as glucose(GLU), triglyceride(TG), alanine transaminase(ALT) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were increased, the above parameters were within the normal ranges and all returned to baseline after the drug stopping for 4 weeks.CONCLUSION: The administration of Oroxylumindicum(L.) Vent extractat levers up to 450 mg/kg(equals to 75 times of clinical dose) is well toleratedfor both genders without significant toxicity within the administration duration in this study.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the potential to treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) with colon hydrotherapy(CHT) plus Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS: A total of 20 patients were enrolled into the study and received CHT with TCM for 2 weeks.Body mass index(BMI) and levels of serum triglycerides(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) were compared between pre-treatment and post-treatment.RESULTS: Two-week treatment with CHT plus TCM significantly lowered BMI and reduced blood lipids.BMI decreased from 29.5 ± 4.3 to 25.4 ± 1.0, while mean TG levels decreased by 0.70 mmol/L on average from baseline and mean TC levels decreased by0.37 mmol/L. Forty-five percent of patients exhibited TC decreasing by more than 10% from baseline and25%ofpatientsexhibited TCdecreasingbymore than 20%. Sixty percent of patients exhibited TG decreasing by more than 20% and 20% of patients exhibited TG decreasing by more than 40%. However,high-density and low-density lipoprotein cholester-ol levels did not change significantly after intervention. No serious adverse events were reported.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that CHT plus TCM to treat NAFLD is promising and it might be a new treatment strategy for management of NAFLD.  相似文献

Objectives: The objective of the study is to observe the effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on indexes of body weight, body composition, blood lipid, skeletal muscle endurance, and insulin sensitivity in obese mice, probe into its pharmacological action, and further explore its effects on adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK) signaling pathway in skeletal muscle. Materials and Methods: Eight-week-old C57 BL/6 J mice were fed with high-fat diet for 12 weeks to establish obese mouse model. The model-establishment obese mice were randomly divided into three groups including model control group, metformin group, and ginsenoside Rb1 group. In the normal control group, normal diet was administered. The intervention period was 8 weeks. Body weight and food intake of the mice were measured regularly every week. The treadmill test was performed at weeks 3 and 7, and the oral glucose tolerance test was carried out at weeks 4 and 8. Body composition of the mice was detected by applying NMR Animal Body Composition Analyzer at week 8. Four parameters of blood lipids and free fatty acid(FFA)levels were detected. The m RNA expression of AMPKα and proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1α(PGC-1α) in skeletal muscle was examined by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and the influence of ginsenoside Rb1 on protein expression of AMPKα, p-AMPKα, and PGC-1α was observed by western blotting. Results: The body weight(since the 5 th week of drug administration)and food intake of the mice in the ginsenoside Rb1 group were significantly lower than those in the model control group(P 0.05) in a time-dependent manner. Ginsenoside Rb1 could significantly reduce the levels of triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, while increase the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level(P 0.05). In addition, ginsenoside Rb1 could reduce the serum FFA level(P 0.05).After the administration of ginsenoside Rb1 for 8 weeks, the body fat mass of obese mice decreased and the lean mass increased(P 0.05).The skeletal muscle endurance and the oral glucose tolerance of the obese mice improved using ginsenoside Rb1. At the molecular level,ginsenoside Rb1 could up-regulate the mRNA and protein expression of AMPKα in skeletal muscle, and increase the content of p-AMPK protein significantly(P 0.01). At the same time, the mRNA and protein level of PGC-1α was also un-regulated, correspondingly(P 0.01).Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rb1 exerts effects on reducing body weight, decreasing blood lipid levels, enhancing the skeletal muscle endurance,and increasing the insulin sensitivity in obese mice by activating the related proteins in AMPK signaling pathway in skeletal muscle.  相似文献

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect differences among five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction(身痛逐瘀汤 generalized pain stasis-expelling decoction),simple five-knee-point acupuncture and simple Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 126 KOA patients were randomized into a five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(combined treatment group),where there were 42 cases,including 28 cases of unilateral KOA and 14 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 56 affected knees involved,a Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(medication package group,42 cases,including 22 cases of unilateral KOA,20 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 62 affected knees involved)and a five-knee-point acupuncture group(five-knee-point group,42 cases,including 27 cases of unilateral KOA,15 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 57 affected knees involved).The basic health education was provided in all of the groups.Additionally,in the combined treatment group,acupuncture was applied to the five knee points on the affected side for 30 min.The warm compress with herbal package of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was given for 10 to 15 min.In the medication package group,the warm compress with Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was exerted on the affected area for 10 to 15 min.In the fiveknee-point group,acupuncture was applied to SP 10,ST 34,EX-LE 2,EX-LE 4 and ST 35 and the needles were retained for 30 min.The treatment in each group was given once a day,consecutively for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee scale were adopted to evaluate the pain degree and knee joint motor function in KOA patients.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated too.Results:A total of 121 cases accomplished the final observation and 5 cases were dropped out in the three groups,in which,2 cases(2 affected knees)were dropped out in the combined treatment group,1 case(2 affected knees)in the medication package group and 2 cases(3 affected knees)in the fiveknee-point group.VAS scores after treatment were all lower than those before treatment in the three groups and the scores of Lysholm knee scale were all higher than those before treatment,indicating the significant differences(all P0.05).The total effective rate was 98.1%(53/54)in the combined treatment group,which was higher than 86.7%(52/60)in the medication package group and 92.6%(50/54)in the five-knee-point group,indicating the significant differences(all P0.05).After treatment,VAS score(2.24±1.24)in the combined medication group was lower than(2.48±1.08)in the medication package group and(2.63 ± 1.44)in the five-knee-point group,presenting the significant difference(all P0.05).The score of Lysholm knee scale was(60.50±13.76)in the combined medication group,higher than(52.23±11.65)in the medication package group and(52.14±11.77)in the five-knee-point group,indicting the significant differences(all P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple application of Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction or the five-knee-point acupuncture therapy,five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction relieves the clinical symptoms of KOA patients more effectively and achieves a better clinical therapeutic effect.  相似文献

目的: 建立阳离子交换树脂纯化钩藤总生物碱的工艺。方法: 以钩藤总生物碱为研究指标,考察离子交换树脂分离钩藤总生物碱的工艺条件。结果: 选择732型阳离子交换树脂,以1 mL ·min-1的流速上样,分别用10 BV水,6 BV 80%乙醇洗脱除杂,最后选用1%氨性80%乙醇洗脱得到钩藤总生物碱,含量达到50%。结论: 该方法工艺较简单,总碱含量较高,适合工业化生产。  相似文献

目的:提取纯化葛根活性部位。方法:通过大孔吸附树脂,并以葛根素和葛根总黄酮的提取率为指标,优化提取纯化工艺。结果:HPD-300型大孔吸附树脂吸附性能最佳,优化的工艺条件为1.5BV的0.5g.mL–1上样,流速2mL/min;4 BV的60%乙醇洗脱,速度1mL/min;洗脱用水量为4BV。结论:葛根活性部位的葛根素纯度可达27.94%,葛根素转移率87.81%;葛根总黄酮纯度可达76.42%,转移率87.29%。  相似文献

Objective To study the antidiabetic and anti-oxidative effects of honokiol(Hon)in Magnolia officinalis and its underlying molecular mechanism in diabetic rats induced by high-fat diet(HFD)and streptozotocin(STZ).Methods After ig administration with Hon[25,50,and 100 mg/(kg·d)]to diabetic rats for consecutive 10 weeks,the levels of blood glucose(BG),oral glucose tolerance(OGT),blood lipids including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),hepatic oxidative stress including the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),methane dicarboxylic aldehyde(MDA),and cytochrome P4502E1(CYP2E1)in diabetic rats were measured.Results Compared to the diabetic control rats,ig administration of Hon resulted in significant decrease in BG,TC,TG,and LDL-C levels in serum,as well as hepatic CYP2E1 activity and MDA content in diabetic rats,whereas the level of OGT and activities of hepatic CAT,SOD,and GSH-Px in diabetic rats were significantly increased.Conclusion Hon could alleviate hyperglycemia,hyperlipemia,hepatic oxidative damage,and insulin resistance in diabetic rats by inhibiting hepatic CYP2E1 activity.  相似文献

黄连解毒汤提取动态过程及沉淀产生机制的初步研究   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:6  
目的:运用统计学方法,初步探讨黄连解毒汤提取动态过程中"沉淀物"的产生及机制。方法:采用UV测定其中总生物碱、总黄酮的量,HPLC同时测定小檗碱、药根碱、巴马汀、黄芩苷、栀子苷的量并计算固含率,沉淀率。采用SPSS统计软件评价各指标性成分、沉淀率、固含率之间的相关性。结果:总生物碱中的小檗碱等的量均与总生物碱呈较好的相关性。总黄酮中黄芩苷与总黄酮的相关系数并不高,而总黄酮与栀子苷的相关系数略高;沉淀率与各指标性成分不显示有极高的相关性。固含率与各指标性成分的相关系数相对较大。结论:随提取时间的变化,提取液中以小檗碱为代表的总生物碱及黄芩苷等达到一定浓度后可视为一平衡点或称为沉淀生成的临界点,即可发生反应,生成"沉淀物";由于"沉淀物"的生成,降低了上述成分浓度,破坏了"平衡状态"。药材中相关成分溶出速度增加,同时沉淀物可能部分溶解,达到新的平衡状态。  相似文献

[目的]本研究观察了传统中药三七花对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的血压干预,并初步探讨了其作用机制。[方法]以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为实验动物模型。以三七花温浸剂灌服作为干预措施,以松龄血脉康、硝苯地平作为对照。以血压、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1(α6-keto-PGF1α)含量作为观察研究指标。经每日给药,连续8周,期间以无创尾容积法测血压4次,全部给药结束后腹主动脉取血测相关指标。[结果]三七花温浸剂在一定剂量下对SHR具有一定的降压作用。并能降低血浆中ET-1和NO含量。[结论]三七花温浸剂对SHR具有降压作用,其作用机制可能通过改善血管内皮细胞功能,从而使血管收缩因子与血管舒张因子之间的协调趋于平衡有一定关系。  相似文献

目的 研究钩藤碱、异钩藤碱和钩藤总生物碱对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rat,SHR)胸主动脉血管外膜成纤维细胞(vascular adventitial fibroblasts, VAF)凋亡、增殖及Bcl-2、Bax、c-Fos、c-Myc、层黏连蛋白(laminin, LN)、纤维层黏连蛋白(fibronectin, FN)的影响。方法 选择8周龄雄性SHR 40只,随机分为模型组、卡托普利组(17.5 mg/kg)、异钩藤碱组(5.0 mg/kg)、钩藤碱组(5.0 mg/kg)和钩藤总生物碱组(50.0 mg/kg),每组8只。另选取8周龄雄性Wistar大鼠8只作为正常组。模型组和正常组灌胃给予等容量生理盐水。各组给药容积为每次10 mL/kg,每周给药6天,连续8周,随体重变化调整给药量。采用Annexin V-FITC结合PI染色、流式细胞术分析胸主动脉VAF凋亡率;免疫组化法检测胸主动脉VAF Bcl-2、Bax、c-Myc、c-Fos、FN及LN蛋白表达;原位杂交法检测胸主动脉VAF转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor, TGF-β1) mRNA表达。结果 与模型组比较,各用药组干预4、8周大鼠尾动脉收缩压均降低,胸主动脉VAF凋亡率、Bax蛋白均升高, Bcl-2、c-Fos、FN、LN蛋白及TGF-β1 mRNA均降低,钩藤碱组、异钩藤碱组及钩藤总生物碱组c-Myc蛋白表达均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05, P<0.01)。与卡托普利组比较,钩藤碱组、异钩藤碱组及钩藤总生物碱组大鼠尾动脉收缩压、c-Fos蛋白表达及TGF-β1 mRNA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胸主动脉VAF凋亡率升高, Bcl-2、c-Myc及LN蛋白表达均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05, P<0.01);钩藤碱组、异钩藤碱组Bax蛋白表达均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05, P<0.01);异钩藤碱组FN蛋白表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钩藤碱组、异钩藤碱组及钩藤总生物碱组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 钩藤碱、异钩藤碱和钩藤总生物碱可能通过调节原癌基因Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达,促进SHR 胸主动脉VAF凋亡,通过下调c-Fos、c-Myc蛋白和TGF-β1 mRNA表达途径抑制SHR 胸主动脉VAF增殖,并通过下调FN和LN蛋白表达而减轻细胞外基质的沉积,从而改善胸主动脉外膜重塑,降低尾动脉收缩压。  相似文献

目的 探讨黄连-厚朴酸碱药对不同配伍剂量对小檗碱类生物碱成分煎出率的影响.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定黄连-厚朴药对煎煮液中盐酸小檗碱的含量.结果 小檗碱和总生物碱的煎出率随着药对中黄连配伍剂量增大而升高,并且当黄连配伍剂量开始大于厚朴剂量时,生物碱煎出率升高趋势减缓.结论 黄连-厚朴配伍时,黄连:厚朴≥1:1时有利于黄连生物碱成分的溶出.  相似文献
