苗族药花椒簕的化学成分 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
目的:研究苗族药花椒簕Zanthoxylum scandens Blume的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱等对花椒簕乙醇提取物进行分离,通过波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从苗族药花椒簕中分离了6个化合物,分别鉴定为6,7-二甲氧基-香豆素(1),eudesmin(2),芝麻素(3),N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninol(4),3β,28-dibydroxylup-20(29)ene(betulin)(5),β-谷甾醇(6)。结论:化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 相似文献

白术的基源植物为Atractylode s ovata。日本药局方中还收载了A.japonica(关苍术)。本研究使用种子繁殖的栽培方法搞清了种子发芽的特性。研究了发芽后土壤的理、化障碍,气象影响及病毒害等对出芽的影响,并进行了播种试验,发芽及出芽与温度的关系以及种子的生存力与贮藏条件的研究。 研究结果表明,白术种子重量与出芽的关系为,100粒重2.5g以上的种子超过80%出芽,2g左右的种子60%出芽。而100粒2g以下的种子出芽率低,说明重子的出芽率高。种子于5℃~25℃发芽。在播种期间, 相似文献

通过中国科学院上海药物研究所图书数据库平台查阅国内外有关苦苣菜属植物的化学成分与药理作用的报道.对菊科苦苣菜属植物的化学成分及其药理作用研究的内容进行文献整理和分析.苦苣菜属的化学成分较为复杂,研究主要集中在倍半萜内酯及其苷类成分,药理活性的研究主要集中在抗肿瘤和抗氧化的作用上,该属一些植物已作为保健食品.作者对近20年国内外报道该属成分的化学结构、主要生物活性及其在植物中的分布进行了归纳,以期为该属植物的深入研究和开发提供一定参考依据. 相似文献

目的 观察苦石莲不同提取物的抗炎镇痛作用.方法 用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀法研究抗炎作用,用热板法和扭体法研究镇痛作用.结果 苦石莲醇提取物8 g/kg、氯仿提取物4,8 g/kg对小鼠二甲苯致耳肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀有抑制作用;苦石莲醇提取物4,8 g/kg、氯仿提取物4,8 g/kg能减少冰乙酸致小鼠扭体次数和提高热板致痛小鼠痛阈值.结论 苦石莲具有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用. 相似文献

A bioassay-guided study led to the isolation of five new cassane furanoditerpenes, designated as caesalmin C (1), D (2), E (3), F (4), and G (5), along with stigmasterol (6) from the seeds of Caesalpinia minax. The (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra were completely assigned by using a combination of 2D NMR analyses. The structures of all five furanoditerpenes were confirmed by X-ray analyses. The structure of 6 was verified by X-ray analysis for the first time. The bioassay results showed that the anti-Para3 virus activity of tetracyclic furanoditerpenoids 1-4 is more potent than that of the furanoditerpenoid lactone 5, which is in turn better than 6. As the major components of the plant possess significant potent activity, it may be feasible to develop new antiviral agents from this source. 相似文献

种子是中药产业的源头,中药材种子的准确鉴定不仅关系到中药材的真伪,更关系到中药的安全性和有效性。由于多数中药材种子体积较小、内含物丰富、形态特征易受种子成熟度和环境条件的影响,难以通过传统方法进行有效鉴定。DNA条形码技术利用一段标准的DNA序列从基因层面对物种进行鉴定,不受环境等外部因素影响,具有通用、快速、准确等特点,逐渐成为中药材种子鉴定的研究热点。简述了DNA条形码技术在中药材种子鉴定中的研究现状,分析了中药材种子DNA条形码鉴定的技术要点,总结了不同类型中药材种子进行DNA条形码鉴定的原则,并提出了利用宏条形码技术鉴定市售混合中药材种子的研究方法,为中药材种子鉴定提供新的研究思路。 相似文献

Asparagus racemosus Willd. (Asparagaceae) is an important medicinal plant of tropical and subtropical India. Its medicinal usage has been reported in the Indian and British Pharmacopoeias and in traditional systems of medicine such as Ayurveda, Unani and Siddha. Asparagus racemosus is mainly known for its phytoestrogenic properties. With an increasing realization that hormone replacement therapy with synthetic oestrogens is neither as safe nor as effective as previously envisaged, the interest in plant-derived oestrogens has increased tremendously making Asparagus racemosus particularly important. The plant has been shown to aid in the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders and in alcohol abstinence-induced withdrawal symptoms. In Ayurveda, Asparagus racemosus has been described as a rasayana herb and has been used extensively as an adaptogen to increase the non-specific resistance of organisms against a variety of stresses. Besides use in the treatment of diarrhoea and dysentery, the plant also has potent antioxidant, immunostimulant, anti-dyspepsia and antitussive effects. Due to its multiple uses, the demand for Asparagus racemosus is constantly on the rise; however, the supply is rather erratic and inadequate. Destructive harvesting, combined with habitat destruction in the form of deforestation has aggravated the problem. The plant is now considered 'endangered' in its natural habitat. Therefore, the need for conservation of this plant is crucial. This article aims to evaluate the biological activities, pharmacological applications and clinical studies of Asparagus racemosus in an attempt to provide a direction for further research. Keeping in mind the fact that it is the active principle that imparts medicinal value to a plant; consistency in quality and quantity needs to be maintained to ensure uniform drug efficacy. Also, deliberate or inadvertent adulteration needs to be dealt with at an early stage. To overcome these prevalent problems, the availability of genetically superior and uniform planting material is essential. This can be obtained by a combination of various biotechnological tools involving chemoprofiling, tissue culture and use of molecular markers. Along with the application of these methods, proper agro-techniques and adequate marketing opportunities would encourage cultivation of Asparagus racemosus and thereby contribute to its conservation. There are also several gaps in the existing literature with regard to the pharmacological actions of Asparagus racemosus. These include an incomplete understanding about the interaction/synergy between Asparagus racemosus and other plant constituents in polyherbal formulations; lack of information regarding the mode of action of the various constituents of Asparagus racemosus, etc. Consequently, we have suggested a 'systems biology' approach that includes metabolite profiling, metabolic fingerprinting, metabolite target analysis and metabonomics to enable further research. 相似文献

目的:本研究分析了胖大海全球产地适宜性,为其科学区划及种植提供依据。方法:以胖大海原产地、主产地及主要分布区的97个样点为分析基点,选取气温、相对湿度、日照强度、年降水量、土壤等关键生态因子值,采用药用植物全球产地适宜性区划信息系统(GMPGIS)对胖大海在全球的生态适宜区域进行分析。结果:胖大海最大生态相似度区域主要分布在热带地区,适宜区的分析结果覆盖了文献记载的全部胖大海分布区域;同时还发现了胖大海潜在生产适宜区。结论:本研究结果可为合理规划胖大海种植生产布局,开展引种栽培工作提供科学依据。 相似文献

Seed clumps of Capparis spinosa L. together with shoots, leaves and fruits of Cannabis sativa L. were unearthed in the Yanghai Tombs, Turpan District in Xinjiang, China. This is the first time that plant remains of Capparis spinosa have been discovered in China and the eastern part of Central Asia. Based on the joint occurrence of Capparis spinosa and Cannabis sativa, and the pharmacological value of the seeds of Capparis spinosa, it is deduced that caper was utilized for medicinal purposes. 相似文献
