20 0 2年 4月 1 5～ 2 0日笔者作为中国 世界卫生组织“中国农村社区健康促进家庭”国际合作项目县的代表 ,随“山东省卫生防疫交流团”赴台湾参加“两岸健康促进学术研讨会”。在台期间除进行学术交流外 ,还参观考察了台湾地区的学校、社区、农场、机关工作场所的健康教育与健康促进工作 ,受益匪浅。尤其是对学校健康促进印象颇深。现将其基本做法和个人体会报告如下。基本情况1 组织网络　台湾地区“教育部”设立学校卫生与健康教育委员会 ,负责策划、督导、考评学校卫生与健康教育工作 ;省 (市 )教育厅 (局 )、县(市 )教育局在体育科内…     

台湾学校健康教育与健康促进发展现况

2002年4月，应台湾学校卫生学会的邀请，山东省两岸健康促进学术交流团对台湾地区的健康教育与健康促进工作进行了考察。通过学术交流和实地考察学习，对台湾地区的健康教育与健康促进工作有了较深体会，特别是学校健康教育与健康促进工作，既与大陆一脉相承，也有明显的不同。

湖北随州市农村健康教育试点工作效果评价

随州市农村健康教育已经开展多年 ,实践证明 ,明确的工作目的、必备的物质条件、可靠的法律保障及正确的教育方法 ,是取得成效的关键因素。概括为一句话 ,即 :在经费 (fund)、资源的支持和政策、法律 (law)的保障下 ,主要通过教育 (education)方式 ,促进民众的生活行为 (action)改变 ,以达到健康 (health)的目的。随州市卫生防疫站自19 96年起 ,依据上述思路在万和镇、均川镇、洪山镇等部分乡镇开展试点工作 ,为方便起见 ,称之为fleah模式。为了解试点工作的效果 ,随州市卫生防疫站于 2 0 0 2年对fleah模式进行 5年效果评价。对象与方法1 对…     

中国健康教育学科论文作者群研究

本文从文献分析角度,分析了我国1990～2000年11年间健康教育从业人员在国内公开发表的有关健康教育的论文,全面审视了我国健康教育科学研究人员的群落分布。 材料与方法 1.数据来源利用中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc),使用“卫生教育”(health education)作为主题词检索出国内1990～2000年发表的有关健康教育的全部文献题录,并逐年套录出全部字段内容用于分析。     

学校健康教育是学校卫生工作的基础

长期以来,人们已认识到健康和学习有高度相关。在美国健康教育已作为正式的课程,小学由班级教师任教,中学由健康教育专业人员(health education specialist)任教。健康教育也贯穿于学校卫生服务,学校环境卫生,营养卫生等     

赴台湾健康教育交流考察纪实

2002年4月15～19日,江苏省健康教育赴台学术交流团一行9人、山东代表团8人应台湾学校卫生学会理事长陈政友先生邀请,赴台湾参加两岸健康促进学术研讨会,并在台湾进行了考察活动.     

郯城县中小学生健康教育干预实验

目的　为探索中小学生有效的健康教育干预方法 ,寻求健康教育干预依据。方法　 1997年郯城县城区和农村取 48所在校 5 683 9各中小学生为干预组 ,另取所选的城区和农村各 4所学校中小学生作为对照组。进行干预实验。干预学校有计划、有组织地开展“学生、家长、教师为合堂”的健康卫生知识课 ,主要内容为“六个一”活动 ,同时采取多种形式宣传健康卫生知识及卫生行为规范等。于 2 0 0 1年随机抽样对干预效果进行调查 ,干预组与对照组进行比较统计分析。结果　学生卫生知识来源途径 :学校、家庭、医疗机构、大众媒体、其他分别为 5 7 93 % ( 1665 / 2 876)、15 89% ( 4 5 6/ 2 876)、13 18%( 3 79/ 2 876)、10 14 % ( 2 92 / 2 876)、2 86% ( 82 / 2 876) ,在干预学校调查中小学生 87 13 % ( 12 5 3 / 14 3 8)直接从学校接受健康教育 ,在对照组学校调查中小学生 40 12 % ( 5 76/ 14 3 8)接受健康教育 ,两者之间差异有着非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　健康教育实施过程中 ,增设以“学生、家长、教师为合堂”的健康卫生知识课 ,主要内容为“六个一”活动 ,研究结果证实 ,在促进中小学生身心健康 ,保障中小学生健康成长 ,全面提高中小学生素质等方面有着极其深远的意义。     

上海宝山区淞南社区健康教育的实践和体会

上海市宝山区淞南社区卫生服务中心 (以下简称“中心”)于 2 0 0 0年从地段医院转制以来 ,对社区健康教育和健康促进作了积极的探索和实践。1 建立社区健康教育工作体系　 2 0 0 0年宝山区淞南镇成立了健康促进委员会 ,2 0 0 1年 9月底又建立了淞南镇健康促进志愿者队伍 ,初步形成了“政府领导、部门协调、卫生唱戏、社区参与”的社区健康教育网络体系。2 进行卫生需求基线调查　 2 0 0 0年下半年 ,通过淞南镇健康促进委员会的协调 ,在居委会和楼组长的配合下 ,中心派出 40多名医务人员 ,以团队形式下社区 ,利用业余时间和双休日 ,对本地区…     

学校预防艾滋病健康教育的现状与对策

1　学校预防艾滋病健康教育的现状1.1　国务院对学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作有明确的要求《中国预防控制艾滋病中长期规划 ( 1998～ 2 0 10年 )》对学校预防艾滋病健康教育提出了具体工作目标 ,即“到 2 0 0 2年 ,普通高等学校和中等职业学校新生入学预防艾滋病、性病健康教育处方发放率达 10 0 %;普通初级中学要将艾滋病、性病预防知识纳入健康教育课程 ,各直辖市、省会城市、计划单列市的学校开课率为 10 0 %,县 (市 )或以上学校的开课率为 85 %以上 ,乡(镇 )或以下学校的开课率为 70 %以上”。《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划 ( 2 0 0 1…     

Communicating health through health footprints

The depth and scale of challenges posed by noncommunicable diseases such as diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease are now well known and clearly documented. Reducing the 4 key risk factors has been shown to reduce premature mortality and morbidity by 70% globally. The authors consider how affirmative action can be driven to reduce these risk factors through Health Footprints, targeted interventions within specific domains of consumption, on the basis of an assessment of the negative health effect of specific choices, with the goal of driving healthy choices and improving health. In this article, the authors propose a methodology that ties together insight from public health, behavioral economics, marketing, and health communication. They offer 3 specific examples for affirmative action: a Pigovian tax on unhealthy foods, group-level interventions on the basis of sharing key health data, and personalized prevention tailored to specific individuals. In addition, they discuss the approach to implementation, including the role of an apex coordinating organization in setting standards for data and ethics, and evaluation of the effect of interventions to drive continuous improvement.     

Ecosystem health and human health

The study of ecosystem health is a relatively recent discipline that has already provided new insights into numerous aspects of environmental management. One of the most interesting fields of study is the one investigating the relationships between ecosystem and human heath. In this paper some basic terms of reference are given in order to help the understanding of this new approach. One definition of ecosystem health is given, possible causes of degradation are indicated and links with human health are addressed. The ecosystem approach to human health stresses the importance of cultural and social values in shaping the concept of health, both at human and at ecosystem level. Two case-studies showing man-ecosystem interactions are described: mining activities, that provide a suitable field of application of the ecosystem approach, and the case of malaria and DDT, that shows the risks of certain policies neglecting basic human expectations such as health. As a conclusion, some suggestions for possible research activities are given and a few recommendations for sound public health policies are indicated.     

Community health and foot health

The limiting factor in health and mobility for many seniors is the state of their feet. The origins of their foot problems can often be traced back to childhood and years of wearing badly fitting or inappropriate footwear. Well-fitting footwear is essential if mobility and independence are to be retained. The chiropodist (or podiatrist) is a health professional specializing in the treatment of conditions of the foot. Some common foot conditions, together with their treatments, are described. Although numbers of chiropodists in Canada are limited, their role is being increasingly recognized in maintaining or restoring mobility, and also their place in the community health team.
