目的调查分析江苏省中医院临床护士职业紧张与离职意愿现状及相关性。方法采用整群抽样法,选取江苏省中医院的324名临床护士为调查对象,调查分析一般信息调查表、职业紧张量表、离职意愿量表。结果单因素结果表明,不同年龄、不同学历、不同职称护士的离职意愿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);不同工作年限、婚姻状况、聘用方式、月收入护士的离职意愿比较(P0.05)。护士离职意愿与职业任务、个体紧张反应呈正相关,与个体应对资源呈负相关(P0.05)。多元逐步回归显示,工作年限、聘用方式、婚姻状况、月收入均是离职意愿的主要因素(P0.05)。控制一般信息干扰,职业任务、个体紧张反应对离职意愿有正向预测作用,应对资源对离职意愿有负向预测作用(P0.05)。结论临床护士职业紧张水平较高,离职意愿中等偏下水平,职业紧张会加重离职倾向。  相似文献

目的了解重症监护室护士工作压力、生活质量及与离职倾向的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,利用调查问卷记录江苏省徐州市5所三级医院2016年1月—2017年5月的480位重症监护室护士的生活、工作状况。共发放480份问卷,收回460份,有效回收率为95.83%。分别采用一般人口学参数调查表、中国护士压力源量表、世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表及护士离职倾向量表分别评价护理人员的一般状况、工作压力来源、生活质量以及离职倾向。结果 (1)护理人员工作压力总分为75.98±21.05,生活质量总分为72.99±9.11,离职倾向总分为15.47±2.85。(2)Pearson相关分析显示,离职意愿Ⅰ、Ⅱ及离职倾向总分不仅与护士工作压力总分存在正相关关系(P0.05),且与工作压力量表中的5个维度均存在正相关关系(均P0.05)。离职意愿Ⅰ、Ⅱ及离职倾向总分与护士生活质量总分存在负相关关系(P0.05),且离职意愿Ⅰ与生活质量量表中的4个维度均存在负相关关系(均P0.05),但离职意愿Ⅱ与生活质量评分中心理领域、生理领域未表现出相关关系(均P0.05)。离职意愿Ⅲ与护士工作压力及生活质量均不存在明显相关关系(均P0.05)。(3)护士的工作压力与纳入的一般人口学参数均不存在相关关系(P0.05);生活质量与劳务关系类型、婚姻状况、月收入(元)相关,而与年龄、学历、职称、工作年限(年)、是否规律夜班无关(P0.05)。离职倾向与职称、工作年限(年)、劳务关系类型、婚姻状况、是否规律夜班、月收入(元)相关,而与年龄、学历无关(P0.05)。(4)460名护理人员工作满意度得分为123.89±11.23,得分普遍处于较低的状态。各维度得分从低到高依次为自主性、组织决策、工作任务、互动合作、职业地位。结论重症监护室的护士工作压力较大,生活质量处于中等水平,离职意愿较为明显,且生活质量、工作压力与离职倾向明显相关。劳务关系类型,月收入,是否规律夜班是影响监护室护士离职意愿的最重要因素。  相似文献

目的探索医院发展新模式,为儿科学的发展提供一定依据。方法选取2018年1—12月来某市医院儿科进行诊治的1000例患儿和53名儿科医生为研究组,并在儿科实施新型的发展管理模式,如增加专业培训、提高儿科医生待遇等,另选取2017年1—12月来儿科进行诊治的1000例患儿和53名儿科医生为对照组,对比新型的发展管理模式实施前后患者护理满意度、儿科医生工作满意度及离职意愿。结果在医院,实施新型的发展管理模式后研究组的护理满意率为94.90%,对照组为86.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿科医生的总体工作满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组儿科医生的离职意愿明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在医院,实施新型的发展管理模式后,能有效提高儿科医生的满意度,同时有效降低其离职意愿,新型的发展管理模式值得在儿科工作中推广使用。  相似文献

目的研究工作满意度与职业倦怠在社区医务人员组织承诺与离职意愿中的作用。方法采用整群随机抽样法,运用组织承诺量表、社区医务人员工作满意度量表、医务人员职业倦怠量表以及离职意愿量表对衡阳市23家社区卫生服务中心共计340名医务人员进行调查,运用SPSS 22.0和AMOS 21.0软件进行统计分析及结构方程模型构建。结果不同职位的社区医务人员的组织承诺、工作满意度、职业倦怠与离职意愿得分差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),不同工作年限仅工作满意度与离职意愿得分有统计学差异(P0.05);职业倦怠、组织承诺及工作满意度与离职意愿两两之间均相关(均P0.05);结构方程模型显示:职业倦怠、组织承诺、工作满意度对离职意愿直接效应均显著(β=0.32,P0.05;β=-0.56,P0.05;β=-0.13,P0.05),组织承诺通过工作满意度和职业倦怠影响离职意愿的部分中介作用显著(β=-0.11,P0.05;β=-0.29,P0.05)。结论社区医务人员组织承诺既通过直接路径影响离职意愿,也通过对工作满意度和职业倦怠的部分中介作用影响离职意愿。  相似文献

目的了解心理资本对规范化培训护士专业概念、工作满意度及离职意向的影响,以期为制定规范化培训方案提供参考。方法选择北京地区493名接受规范化培训的护士作为研究对象,采用心理资本量表中文版、护理专业自我概念量表、工作满意度尺度进行调查,结合其离职意向,分析心理资本对规范化培训护士专业概念、工作满意度及离职意向的影响。结果高水平心理资本组护士专业自我概念各维度评分及具有积极专业态度人数比例高于低水平心理资本组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);高水平心理资本组工作满意度评分高于低水平组、离职意向评分及有离职意向人数比例低于低水平组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);相关分析显示,心理资本中的希望、乐观、韧性、效能等与工作满意度呈正相关(P0.05),与离职意向呈负相关(P0.05)。结论高水平心理资本有助于提高规范化培训护士的专业概念水平,提高工作满意度,降低离职意向。  相似文献

目的了解急诊科护士精神薪酬满意度的现状及对工作满意度和离职意愿的影响。方法采用护士精神薪酬满意度量表(psychological reward satisfaction scale,PRe SS)、工作满意度量表和离职意愿量表于2014年2—7月对烟台市六所医院的127名急诊科护士进行调查,资料采用x±s表示,peason相关及多因素回归分析,P0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果急诊科护士来自护士长的精神薪酬满意度得分为(2.98±0.84)分,来自医生的精神薪酬满意度得分为(2.38±0.49)分。来自护士长、医生的精神薪酬满意度与工作满意度呈正相关,且两者均是护士工作满意度的影响因素;来自护士长、医生的精神薪酬满意度与护士离职意愿呈负相关,其中来自护士长的精神薪酬满意度是影响离职意愿的主要因素。结论医院管理者应加强医生与护士之间的沟通,满足护士被尊重的精神需求,同时护理管理者也需要精神薪酬的长期激励作用,减少护士流失。  相似文献

目的:调查研究儿科医生工作满意度、职业倦怠与离职意向的现状和相互关联性。方法:定量与定性研究相结合,对广东省公立三甲医院儿科医生进行横断面调查,使用SPSS和AMOS进行分析。结果:儿科医生工作总体满意度较低(3. 62分),近6成有中重度倦怠水平,35%有重度离职意向;工作满意度与离职意向负相关,职业倦怠与离职意向正相关;工作满意度对离职意向有直接和间接效应(职业倦怠为中介)。结论:儿科医生职业态度、情绪较消极,离职意愿较强。硬件环境直接影响离职意向;情感衰竭与去人格化产生可对离职意向产生中介作用,针对性地改善医患关系、工作量、人际氛围和硬件环境的满意度,有利于缓解工作倦怠感,从而减轻离职意向。  相似文献

目的探讨手术室护士职业认同、工作满意度与离职倾向的关系。方法抽取上海市嘉定区3所医院162名手术室护士作为调查对象,发放个人信息量表、职业认同量表、工作满意度量表及离职倾向量表,分析各量表调查结果及相关性。结果护士离职倾向评分各维度得分率为56.50%~71.13%,处于中等水平。工作满意度总评分为(67.07±21.10)分,得分率为60.9%处于中等水平。职业认同总评分为(30.33±1.40)分,得分率为75.83%处于中上等水平。相关分析显示,职业认同各维度(领导力、技能、灵活性、沟通、满意度)与离职倾向总分均呈负相关(P0.05);工作满意度各维度与离职倾向总分呈负相关(P0.05)。结论手术室护士职业认同、工作满意度与离职倾向呈负相关。提升职业认同感及工作满意度,可降低离职率。  相似文献

目的调查三甲医院肿瘤科护理人员心理资本与职业倦怠和离职意愿的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法对重庆市三甲医院192名肿瘤科护理人员进行调查,采用心理资本调查问卷、职业倦怠量表和离职意愿调查问卷,进行t检验、方差分析和Pearson相关分析。结果不同年龄、职称、学历、婚姻状况、工作年限的肿瘤科护理人员心理资本、职业倦怠和离职意愿得分分别为4.62±0.66、12.23±8.62和2.68±0.96,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。其中心理资本各维度由高到低得分依次是自我效能维度、希望维度、乐观维度和韧性维度。心理资本各维度得分与职业倦怠和离职意愿呈负相关(P0.05)。结论医院管理者应重视护理人员心理资本的培养,关注护理人员身心健康,有效预防职业倦怠和离职意愿的产生,减少人才流失。  相似文献

目的了解竹山县医务人员工作获得感、满意度、离职意愿现状,分析离职意愿的影响因素,为提高农村县域医务人员队伍稳定性提供对策和建议。方法选取竹山县所有县级公立医疗机构共5家,并采用分层整群抽样法选取4家乡镇卫生院,使用工作获得感量表、满意度量表、离职意愿量表对511名医务人员进行调查。结果医务人员工作获得感、满意度、离职意愿总均分分别为(3.64±0.59)、(3.59±0.71)和(2.17±0.86)分。工作获得感、满意度及各维度与离职意愿均呈负相关(P0.01)。多重线性回归分析显示个人成长及发展满意度、积极情绪获得感、收入福利满意度、工作回报获得感、抚养子女压力、行政职位可解释医护人员离职意愿总方差变异量的50.2%。结论研究现场的医务人员离职意愿较低,工作获得感和满意度对医务人员离职意愿有影响。在医院管理中实现物质激励与精神激励,完善薪酬、晋升制度,有利于提高职工获得感和满意度,降低职工离职意愿。  相似文献

Epidemiological studies of calcium and osteoporosis have been hampered by the lack of a suitable tool for assessing calcium intake. This report describes a new frequency and amount questionnaire for measuring present and past calcium intake in the elderly. The validity of the questionnaire was tested against two commonly used standards of dietary assessment, five-day duplicate diets and seven-day weighed dietary inventories. The resulting correlation coefficients were, respectively, r = 0.76 and r = 0.69, while that for repeatability was r = 0.84. Furthermore, the questionnaire categorized subjects into thirds of the distribution of intake with almost no gross misclassification. It is suggested that the present findings may be extended to the majority of normal, healthy elderly subjects, implying wide application for the questionnaire in the assessment of calcium intake in the elderly.  相似文献

This paper examines media coverage of 'breast cancer genetics', and explores its implications for public understanding. We present a content analysis of coverage in British newspapers and look at a variety of popular forms, including women's magazines, television soap opera and radio drama. Genetic/inherited risk receives a great deal of coverage across a wide range of media formats and outlets. Much of this attention has focused on individuals from 'high risk families' and dilemmas around prophylactic mastectomies. Through examining media coverage, combined with interviews with media personnel and their sources, we show why this story proved so attractive to the media and highlight the different production values which influence coverage. Finally, we introduce preliminary findings from focus group discussions to demonstrate how such 'human interest' framing has engaged audience attention and influenced public understandings. The paper concludes by highlighting the implications for analysing, predicting, and engaging with, media representations of science.  相似文献

Red cell membranes, prepared from red blood cells of rats exposed to 4, 10, or 20 ppm nitrogen dioxide (NO2) for 1 to 10 days, were examined for evidence of changes in membrane components. Appreciable changes were not found in contents of phospholipid and cholesterol during exposure to 10 ppm NO2. By contrast, protein content altered with the time of exposure. Moreover, changes in protein composition were observed by employing sodium dodecyl sulfate — polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Twenty-four-hour exposure to NO2 at the concentration above 10 ppm resulted in a marked increase in the percentage of lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LysoPE) to the total phospholipids. The prolonged exposure to 10 ppm NO2 gave rise to a further increase in LysoPE, whereas the percentage of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) showed a gradual decrease. A 1-day exposure to 4.0 ppm NO2 also caused an increase in sialic acid content and decreases in those of PE and hexose. In addition to contents of these components the percentage of LysoPE increased 5 days after exposure and the elevated values were maintained up to the end of exposure period. These results demonstrate that red blood cells in circulation exhibit different membrane properties in terms of lipid and carbohydrate composition during 10 days of exposure to 4.0 ppm NO2.  相似文献

Antibiotics represent one of the most important drug groups used in the management of bacterial infections in humans and animals. Due to the increasing problem of antibiotic resistance, assurance of the antibacterial effectiveness of these substances has moved into the focus of public health. The reduction in antibiotic residues in wastewater and the environment may play a decisive role in the development of increasing rates of antibiotic resistance. The present study examines the wastewater of 31 patient rooms of various German clinics for possible residues of antibiotics, as well as the wastewater of five private households as a reference.To the best of our knowledge, this study shows for the first time that in hospitals with high antibiotic consumption rates, residues of these drugs can be regularly detected in toilets, sink siphons and shower drains at concentrations ranging from 0.02?μg·L?1 to a maximum of 79?mg·L?1. After complete flushing of the wastewater siphons, antibiotics are no longer detectable, but after temporal stagnation, the concentration of the active substances in the water phases of respective siphons increases again, suggesting that antibiotics persist through the washing process in biofilms. This study demonstrates that clinical wastewater systems offer further possibilities for the optimization of antibiotic resistance surveillance.  相似文献

Unemployment is considered to be a public health concern sincedeterioration in the health of the unemployed is often anticipated.However, for some groups, such as miners, unemployment mightimprove health due to a cessation of potentially harmful occupationalexposures. This study evaluates the health of 79 miners in oneSwedish iron-ore mine, and 226 age-matched controls from thegeneral population, during one year after the closure of themine. The participants received a questionnaire regarding medicalhistory and subjective symptoms at the beginning of the studyperiod, and after one year. Statistically significant negativeeffects on self-reported health attributable to unemploymentwere not found, although neuropsychiatric symptoms were morecommon among the unemployed miners. The miners reported a statisticallysignificant improvement in grip force (p=0.031). They had asignificantly higher prevalence of symptoms associated withmining related exposures when compared with the population controls;pain in the upper extremities [relative risk (RR)=2.27, 95%confidence interval (Cl)=1.44–3.59), back pain (RR=1.84;Cl=1.237–2.75), vasospastic disease of the fingers (RR=2.05;Cl=1.18–3.57) and obstructive respiratory symptoms (attacksof dyspnea and wheezing: RR=3.67; Cl=1.167–11.6).  相似文献

Context

Tularemia is a zoonosis affecting humans and hares in France. We describe the results of surveillance in both species, in 2007 and 2008.

Methods

Human tularemia cases are mandatorily notifiable in France since 2003. In hares, surveillance relies on volunteer hunter associations in all districts of the country. Data from mandatory reports and volunteer surveillance in 2007/2008 were analyzed and compared with previous results.

Results

In 2007/2008, 144 cases were reported in humans and 117 cases in hares. This was a 100% increase compared to previous years. Human cases differed from those of previous years only by the frequency of contact with breeding animals. Human cases without any documented risk exposure were also more frequent.

Conclusion

An increase of tularemia cases occurred in 2007/2008 in both species. Complementary studies are needed to identify the species reservoir in France to understand the causes of this peak of cases.  相似文献

This review article outlines the physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial occupational health hazards of mining and associated metallurgical processes. Mining remains an important industrial sector in many parts of the world and although substantial progress has been made in the control of occupational health hazards, there remains room for further risk reduction. This applies particularly to traumatic injury hazards, ergonomic hazards and noise. Vigilance is also required to ensure exposures to coal dust and crystalline silica remain effectively controlled.  相似文献

The risk of heat exhaustion at a deep underground metalliferous mine was assessed in relation to thermal conditions prevailing on the surface. For each day of a 1-year prospective case series of heat exhaustion, surface 24-h mean wet and dry bulb temperatures were recorded. From this data, 24-h mean wet bulb globe temperatures were derived using certain assumptions. The three surface temperature variables were significantly higher on those days on which heat exhaustion occurred, compared to those days on which it did not occur (P < 0.001). The relative risk of heat exhaustion on days when the 24-h mean wet bulb globe temperature was in the range 26.0-28.0 degrees C was 4.82 (95% confidence interval 2.12-10.96). Surface temperature data could be used at this mine to warn miners about the risk of heat exhaustion.  相似文献
