目的 探讨基于改良导向评价模式(CIPP)的不同教育参与者对医院感染预防与控制(以下简称感控)课程质量改进的看法,为制定相关课程质量改进方案提供参考。方法 采用描述性质性研究,于2022年8-12月对符合纳入标准的感控专职人员、医护人员、医学教师、医学生进行半结构化访谈,并采用定向内容分析法,对原始资料进行分析。结果 共访谈23位受访者,提炼出课程背景、课程投入、课程过程、课程成果4个核心主题以及13个相关亚主题。结论 感控课程质量改进工作中,要关注课程背景,加强课程资源投入及质量分析,开发监督工具,引入并实行绩效考核制,鼓励学生积极反馈,严格实行课程审核制,并采取形成性评价和终结性评价相结合的持续性质量评估策略。  相似文献

目的构建用于评价临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量的指标体系,为临床专硕人才培养及考核评价提供测量工具.方法通过文献研究法及Delphi法确定临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养质量评价指标体系的各项指标.结果构建了临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标体系,包括6个一级指标,即生源质量、导师指导质量、课程设置质量、临床实践教学质量、论文成果、社会评价,18个二级指标、58个三级指标.两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家判断依据系数Ca为0.76,熟悉程度系数Cs为0.89,权威程度系数Cr为0.83,两轮专家意见的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.234、0.457.结论构建临床专硕研究生培养质量评价指标体系是学校提高临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养质量的有效途径.  相似文献

基于国家深化高等院校课程建设的新时代视域,提升课程质量成为高校教育教学发展的重要任务。地方医学院校作为基层卫生人才的培养摇篮,构建科学合理的课程质量监控体系愈发迫切。本文分析了我国高等院校课程质量监控体系存在的问题,结合地方医学院校办学特点和广州医科大学工作实践,探索构建了集“多样化监控方法、全维度监控指标、闭环式反馈机制、多层级文化建设”为一体的课程质量监控体系,为同类院校提供实际参考。  相似文献

[目的 ] 寻找我校现行医学硕士专业学位课程设置存在的不足 ,优化课程体系。  [方法 ] 主要采用了文献查阅法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等方法。  [结果 ] 目前我校医学硕士专业学位的课程设置虽然在结构上比较合理 ,但其具体课程种类及内容存在一定的不足 :43 %的研究生认为课程教学与临床结合不紧密 ,3 6%的研究生认为课程内容陈旧 ,2 8%的研究生认为课程涉及面窄 ,2 2 %的研究生认为内容与本科生课程重复等。  [结论 ] 我校医学硕士专业学位课程设置改革的建议 :增加课程种类 ,更新课程内容、教材 ,引进多样化授课方式 ,教师类型多样化等 ,以进一步提高临床医学高层次人才的培养质量  相似文献

目的了解我国公共卫生硕士专业学位研究生的培养现状,探究培养质量影响因素,发现问题提出对策,为我国公共卫生硕士专业学位研究生培养提供依据。方法采用自编问卷对28所开设公共卫生硕士专业学位研究生教育院校的研究生进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计、探索性因子分析和多元线性回归分析对问卷结果进行分析。结果 53.68%的研究生认为课程教学中"重理论,与实践联系太少",9.81%的研究生表示没有专业实践机会,71.78%的研究生是单一导师制,44.79%的研究生在课题研究阶段进行基础类的实验研究。探索性因子分析降维提取"平台条件"、"专业实践"、"课程设置"、"导师队伍"、"奖惩机制"5个因子;多元线性回归分析发现"专业实践"、"导师队伍"和"平台条件"对研究生的自身培养质量评价呈正向影响。结论高校应该优化公共卫生硕士专业学位研究生的导师指导制度和导师队伍,规范专业实践培养过程,健全科研基础设备和完善专业实践基地建设,提高专业学位研究生的培养质量。  相似文献

INTRODUCTION: Most medical schools in the UK have been engaged in major curriculum reform based on their premises of what might improve undergraduate medical education. In 1994 the course at the medical school of the University of Manchester changed to an integrated course using problem-based learning throughout and with increased emphasis on community-based medical education. This study explores whether the new curriculum has produced any differences in perceptions of how well graduates are prepared for the role of pre-registration house officer. METHODS: A postal questionnaire was used to survey 1998 Manchester graduates (traditional course) and 1999 Manchester graduates (new course), three months into their first pre-registration house officer placement. A similar questionnaire was sent to the educational supervisors who were supervising the graduates. The questionnaire was designed to measure perceptions of levels of preparedness for the role of pre-registration house officer, using a list of broad areas of competence and specific skills listed in the General Medical Council's 'The New Doctor'. RESULTS: Graduates rated the new course significantly more effective for 12 of the 19 broad competences and eight of the 13 specific skills that were listed. The 'new' graduates rated their understanding of disease processes lower than the 'traditional' graduates, but there was no difference in the ratings given by the educational supervisors for this. Overall the educational supervisors rated the new course as better preparing graduates in five of the competences. CONCLUSIONS: Overall, the evaluation shows that a major change in curriculum approach has changed the profile of the perceived preparedness of graduates for entering professional practice.  相似文献

A comprehensive graduate evaluation study was conducted by the Upper Peninsula campus of Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine in 1990. The purpose of this qualitative study was to describe the effects of the program's philosophy, curriculum, and general operational features on the 56 physician graduates from the program during 1978-1989. All practicing graduates were interviewed in their practice locations and residents were interviewed by telephone. Forty-six percent of the upper peninsula graduates are practicing in primary care specialities (family practice, general pediatrics, general internal medicine) and 41 percent are living in cities of less than 50,000 population. The overall findings identify several factors that were significant to the graduates, such as excellent role models, problem-focused curriculum, and early applied clinical work in an ambulatory, primary care, rural setting. Based on the data, the program attracts students who are satisfied with its innovative medical education.  相似文献

目的:评价护理专业毕业生心理健康状况.方法:对某大学2005届护理专业毕业生进行症状自评量表SCL-90评定.结果:总体在强迫、恐怖、精神病性显著高于常模组(P<0.05,0.01,0.01),躯体化和人际敏感显著低于常模组(P<0.01,0.01).结论:护理专业毕业生心理健康状况良好,其中学校开设重视人文加强实践的课程设置起到重要作用.  相似文献

A primary method of cost control in health care facilities is the utilization of one employee in more than one capacity. The need for multicompetency education is readily apparent in radiologic technology, a field that consists of a wide variety of closely related specialty areas. The curriculum in the Division of Radiological Health Sciences at the University of Texas School of Allied Health Sciences at Galveston, has been specifically structured to accommodate this need. The division offers associate degree programs in radiography, nuclear medicine technology, and radiation therapy technology, and makes use of a core curriculum. The division also offers advanced skills training in subspecialty areas at the postassociate level in computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, angiography, and dosimetry. An evaluation of this system of multicompetent education is provided, based on a survey of graduates from the program. Multicompetent graduates were found to receive significantly higher salaries, enjoy an expanded job market, and have consistently better outlooks toward their future careers than single-skilled graduates.  相似文献

Long term care deserves focused attention within a geriatric medicine fellowship curriculum to ensure that graduates are prepared not only for clinical care but also for the leadership, administrative, educational, quality improvement, and health policy aspects of their future roles. This report describes the curriculum development and program evaluation of an advanced course in long term care for geriatric medicine fellows and other graduate/post-graduate health professionals at Duke University. Course evaluation had 4 goals: (1) to determine how well the learning objectives were met; (2) to evaluate individual components of the course to improve subsequent offerings; (3) to determine whether additional topics needed to be added; and (4) to evaluate the effectiveness of the discussion forum component of the course. Learner self-efficacy improved within all competency areas but especially those of practice-based learning and system-based practice. Evaluation results led to curriculum revision that has maintained course relevance and sustained it within the larger geriatrics fellowship curriculum. Components of this course can be easily adapted to other curricular settings for fellows and residents.  相似文献

在综述岗位胜任力概念、分类和特征的基础上,比较了常用诊断性、形成性、总结性三种评价的优缺点,指出岗位胜任力能够区分绩优者与绩平者,且可培养、可塑造。医学毕业生岗位胜任力常用评价方法包括360度评价、病例引导回顾式口试、核验表评价、客观结构化临床考试、标准化病人考试、笔试(多选题)等,每种方法都有其适用范围和优缺点,运用适宜的考试方法,有效、可靠的测量医学毕业生能力,是摆在教育工作者面前的问题,未来以课程为基础成为医学毕业生岗位胜任力评价的趋势。  相似文献

目的:通过对毕业生追踪调查的反馈信息分析当前我校妇幼卫生专业教育现状,以期进一步优化专业教育,提高本专业毕业生的综合素质。方法:对安徽医科大学妇幼卫生专业2003年-2007年毕业生进行信函问卷调查,内窬包括基本情况、自我评价、对教学情况和课程设置的评价等。结果:该校妇幼卫生专业毕业生自评心理素质、自学能力、观察分析能力、独立工作能力、现场工作能力、保健动手能力、实际解决问题能力、语言表达能力、社会交往能力、工作适应能力、人际关系等方面评价较好(所有的评价均在一般以上水平);而在临床动手能力、开拓创新能力、科研能力、组织管理能力、论文写作能力等方面有4.8%~23.8%的毕业生评价较弱;对教学过程中教学环境评价较好,对师资力量评价有待提高,对技能培训及实习情况不满意率较高。结论:应针对本专业的培养目标及存在的不足之处,加强教学改革,提高妇幼卫生毕业生的适应能力,满足社会的需求。  相似文献
