308nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:评价308nm准分子紫外光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:31例进展期和34例稳定期白癜风患者皮损行308nm准分子紫外光治疗,共照射30次。结果:进展期和稳定期白癜风患者总有效率分别为62.14%、73.52%,无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。头面部及躯干部效果较好,肢端效果最差。结论:308nm准分子紫外光治疗白癜风安全有效,其疗效与皮损部位相关,与进展期或稳定期无关。  相似文献

308 nm准分子光属于中波紫外线的范畴,从2003年被应用于治疗白癜风以来,经过数年的临床验证,发现其具有疗效肯定,见效快,疗程短,不良反应少的特点.我科于2009年4-10月,应用深圳市吉斯迪科技有限公司生产的GP908型308 nm准分子紫外光皮肤治疗仪[粤食药监械(准)字2010 第2260514号],对30例稳定期白癜风患者进行了治疗,以验证该治疗仪治疗白癜风的临床疗效和安全性,现报告如下.  相似文献

目的 308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效.方法 采用Xtrac巅峰准分子激光系统治疗,选择498例稳定期白癜风患者皮损1 697片,每周2次,治疗次数10~30次.结果 治疗的皮损痊愈为549片,显效552片,好转403片,无效193片.有效率为64.88%.头面、颈部优于躯干、四肢,躯干、四肢优于肢端.儿童疗效比成人疗效好.痛程越短疗效越好.结论 308准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风疗效较好,不良反应少.  相似文献

目的 比较308nm单频准分子光(308 nm monochromatic excimer light,MEL)与窄谱中波紫外线(narrowband ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)治疗面部白癜风的临床疗效。方法 选择面部白癜风患者相邻或对称分布的两处白斑分别照射308nm MEL或NB-UVB,每周2次,共照射20次。结果 308nm MEL组复色达2级需要的平均照射次数为(8.6±1.31)次,NBUVB组为(15.8±4.29)次,308 nm MEL组明显少于NB-UVB组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。308 nm MEL组的总有效率为92.13%,显效率为42.70%,NB-UVB组的总有效率为86.52%,显效率为31.46%。308nm MEL组的显效率明显高于NB-UVB组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的总有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的主要不良反应均为暂时性红斑和局部水疱,患者均能耐受。结论 308nm EML治疗面部白癜风比NB-UVB疗效更好,复色更快,但不良反应相似。  相似文献

目的观察308nm准分子光治疗白癜风的临床疗效,评估其安全性。方法选取内蒙古地区白癜风患者30例,皮疹位于颈、躯干、四肢的非关节、非肢端、非骨隆起部位,共63片,利用308nm准分子光治疗,1次/周,5次为一个疗程,共4个疗程。结果治疗5次后,有效率和显效率为7.93%和0;治疗10次后,有效率和显效率为17.46%和4.76%;治疗15次后,有效率和显效率为33.33%和15.87%;治疗20次后,有效率和显效率为46.03%和23.81%。治疗10次和20次时的有效率、显效率进行比较,后者较前者明显增高,差异有统计学意义。结论内蒙地区白癜风患者颈部、躯干、四肢的非关节、非肢端及非骨隆起部位的白斑,应用308nm准分子光治疗时,有效率及显效率偏低,色素恢复随疗程的延长而增加。  相似文献

目的:评价308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的疗效及其影响因素。方法:采用308 nm准分子激光系统治疗103例白癜风患者171处皮损,每周治疗1~2次,共12~50次,治疗结束后评价疗效。结果:皮损的总显效率为59.06%,有效率为83.04%。疗效影响因素分析显示不同部位、年龄、病程以及皮损大小对治疗效果有显著影响。结论:308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风疗效高、副作用少。  相似文献

目的观察308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期寻常型局限或散发白癜风患者的临床疗效。方法随机将85例寻常型稳定期白癜风患者分为治疗组与对照组,分别采用308nm准分子激光与窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗,两组患者均每周2次,共12周,分别于4周、8周、12周记录疗效,进行对比观察。结果治疗组有效率为60.46%,且起效快,最早复色开始时间为3周,NB-UVB组最早复色时间为5周。结论 308nm准分子激光照射对于稳定期局限型、散发型白癜风患者是一种较好的治疗方法,尤其是对于皮损位于面部、颈部和躯干部的患者,无明显的不良反应。  相似文献

目的 观察308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的效果.方法 统计接受308nm准分子激光一个疗程治疗后的门诊300例白癜风患者的1 051处皮损,逐个对治疗后皮损的色素恢复情况进行统计,并分部位、分级、分年龄段进行分析和评价.结果 1 051处皮损,色素恢复情况:0级18处,Ⅰ级134处,Ⅱ级317处,Ⅲ级431处,Ⅳ级151处;显效率为55.4%;总有效率为85.5%.按部位:显效率排序为面、颈部,胸腹部、背部,上肢、下肢,手、足部;总有效率排序为面部、颈部、胸腹部、背部,上肢,下肢,手、足部.按皮损分级:显效率、总有效率排序为Ⅰ级,Ⅱ级,Ⅲ级,Ⅳ级.按年龄段:显效率、总有效率排序为青少年,中青年,中老年.结论 308nm准分子光治疗仪治疗白癜风疗效好、不良反应少.疗效与部位、皮损分级程度、年龄有关.  相似文献

目的:评价308 nm准分子光联合吡美莫司乳膏治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性.方法:将150例白癜风患者随机分为3组.治疗组50例,采用308 nm准分子光联合1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗.对照1组50例,采用NB-UVB联合1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗.对照2组50例,单纯外用1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗.3组均连续治疗12~24周,进行临床疗效和不良反应评价.结果:治疗组有效率为92.0%,对照1组为74.0%,对照2组为50.0%.3组患者均未出现严重不良反应.结论:308 nm准分子光联合吡美莫司乳膏治疗白癜风疗效确切,安全性好.  相似文献

 目的:观察308 nm准分子激光联合CO2点阵激光对于稳定期白癜风的治疗效果及安全性。方法:选取118例稳定期白癜风患者,使用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组59例(皮损总数328处),对照组59例(皮损总数319处)。观察组采用308 nm准分子激光联合CO2点阵激光治疗,对照组单纯采用308 nm准分子激光治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组及对照组总有效率分别为89.94%和84.64%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(X2=6.59,P=0.014),两组不良反应总发生率分别为23.34%和22.15%,两组比较差异无统计学意义( X2=1.29,P=0.088)。结论:308 nm准分子激光联合CO2点阵激光对于稳定期白癜风具有良好的疗效。  相似文献

目的 研究观察单频准分子光308nm局部照射治疗白癜风的临床疗效,评估其安全性.方法 对77例不同临床类型的白癜风患者的201处皮损进行局部照射,每周1次,随访3-6个月.结果 经过准分子光局部照射平均18次,86.6%皮损有不同程度色素恢复,色素恢复随疗程延长而增加,照射24次总有效率为71.0%,显效率为51.6%.躯干、颈部和头面部疗效优于四肢及手足;泛发型和节段型白癜风疗效尤佳.主要不良反应为局部水疱和疼痛,患者能耐受.结论 准分子光局部照射治疗白癜风疗效显著,且不良反应少.  相似文献

Background: Vitiligo is an acquired idiopathic cutaneous disease characterized by pearly white patches of variable shapes and sizes. Various medical and surgical therapeutic options have been proposed to achieve repigmentation; phototherapy is one of the most efficient options. Topical therapies have been a mainstay of vitiligo treatment, with or without phototherapy. Aim of the work: To compare the efficacy of combined topical antioxidant hydrogel and excimer light versus excimer light alone in treating vitiligo. Patients and Methods: Thirty patients were included in this comparative, prospective, randomized study. For each patient, at least 2–4 vitiliginous macules were randomly selected and treated while an untreated vitiliginous macule served as control. Lesions were divided into two groups: Group A received combination therapy of daily topical antioxidant plus excimer light, while Group B received only excimer light. Lesions were treated twice a week for a maximum of 24 sessions. Initial fluencies were adjusted individually according to the minimal erythema dose in vitiliginous skin. Efficacy based on repigmentation percentages were blindly evaluated by two independent physicians. Results: Group A lesions showed significant efficacy than group B (p < 0.001), specially on treating UV-sensitive lesions with no side effects. Conclusion: Topical antioxidant and excimer light represents a valuable, effective therapy for localized vitiligo.  相似文献

目的 评价308 nm准分子激光与高能紫外线治疗进展期局限型白癜风的疗效与安全性,皮肤共聚焦显微镜观察治疗前后皮损区改变。方法 进展期局限型白癜风患者60例203片皮损,每例均有相同解剖部位皮损 ≥ 3片,其中1片作为空白对照,另外 ≥ 2片皮损随机接受308 nm准分子激光(激光组)与高能紫外线(紫外线组)治疗,每周2次,共治疗25次。结果 48例患者169片皮损完成试验。激光组显效率[66.15%(43/65)]高于紫外线组[44.64%(25/56)],χ2 = 8.28,P < 0.01。白癜风活动度2分组显效率[67.69%(44/65)]高于3分组[44.64%(25/56)],χ2 = 6.80,P < 0.01。随访 3个月,未见复发。皮肤共聚焦显微镜下发现,部分皮损边界线内外真表皮交界处炎症细胞增多,治疗后,炎症细胞数量显著减少,部分皮损炎症细胞数量完全恢复正常。结论 308 nm准分子激光与高能紫外线治疗进展期局限型白癜风疗效显著,308 nm准分子激光见效更快,疗效更好。  相似文献

目的评价308nm准分子激光联合胡椒碱对白癜风的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的87例白癜风患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组,共80例患者完成试验观察,治疗组予308nm准分子激光局部照射每周2次,联合胡椒碱酊局部外用2次/d治疗,对照组予308nm准分子激光局部照射每周2次,联合8-甲氧基补骨脂素(8-MOP)溶液局部外用2次/d治疗。治疗时间为4周一疗程,治疗3个疗程,比较2组患者在白癜风皮损复色上的差异。结果治疗组的显效率90%,对照组为77.5%。2组显效率差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗中未出现严重的不良反应。结论 308nm准分子激光联合胡椒碱对于治疗白癜风有明显的效果,且无明显不良反应,对白癜风的治疗是一个很好的选择。  相似文献

BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: To study and compare the efficacy of combined 308-nm monochromatic excimer light (MEL) therapy with tacalcitol vs. that of MEL 308-nm therapy alone in treatment of vitiligo. METHODS: Thirty-eight patients with vitiligo were enrolled in a single-blind, within patient controlled clinical trial. Symmetrical or nearby lesions were randomly applied with either topical tacalcitol cream or vehicle. Each lesion was treated weekly with the 308-nm MEL, for a total of 12 sessions. Patients were examined at monthly intervals. The mean number of sessions and the cumulative dosage for initial repigmentation were calculated. RESULT: Thirty-five patients were evaluated. Treatment with tacalcitol and MEL resulted in higher percentages for excellent repigmentation (25.7%) compared with vehicle and MEL (5.7%) (P<0.05). Percentages for total response were 71.4% and 60%, respectively (P>0.05). The mean+/-SEM cumulative dose and number of excimer light exposures for initial repigmentation were, respectively, 3.93+/-0.59 J/cm2 and 4.52+/-0.49 at the tacalcitol side, and, respectively, 4.99+/-0.68 J/cm2 and 5.3+/-0.52 at the vehicle side (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Our results have shown that concurrent topical tacalcitol potentiates the efficacy of the 308-nm MEL in the treatment of vitiligo, and that this combination achieves earlier pigmentation with a lower total dosage.  相似文献

目的:探讨308 nm准分子光联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风疗效及安全性。方法选取面部白癜风患者129例,按就诊顺序分为3组,A组为试验组,43例患者采用308 nm准分子光联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗;B组为对照1组,43例患者单用308 nm准分子光治疗;C组为对照2组,43例患者单用0.03%他克莫司软膏外用治疗,疗程均为12周或治疗至皮损完全复色。结果 A组、B组、C组的显效率分别为73.80%、47.61%、17.07%,A组与B组和C组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论308 nm准分子光联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风疗效好、不良反应少,显效率明显高于单独治疗。  相似文献

目的:观察他克莫司乳膏联合308nm高能准分子光治疗外阴白癜风的临床疗效。方法:外阴白癜风患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组皮损区每天外用0.1%他克莫司乳膏2次,再给予每周2次308nm高能准分子光治疗;对照组仅给予每周2次308nm高能准分子光治疗,3个月后评价临床疗效。结果:两组有效率分别为90.0%、66.7%,差异有显著统计学意义(χ^2=4.81,P〈0.01)。结论:他克莫司软膏联合308nm高能准分子光治疗外阴白癜风可以促进皮损色素再生和扩散,是一种安全、高效的方法。  相似文献

Background: Numerous modalities have been used to treat vitiligo in children. Up to now, phototherapy and topical corticosteroids are the most commonly used treatments for adult vitiligo but studies evaluating the efficacy of these treatments in the pediatric population remain insufficient. Objective: This study was a retrospective review to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 308‐nm excimer laser treatment in 30 childhood vitiligo patients. Methods: Thirty vitiligo patients with 40 vitiligo patches were evaluated after the cessation of 308‐nm excimer laser treatment. Results: Seventeen patients (56.7%) with 20 patches (50%) achieved an acceptable degree (>50%) of repigmentation at the end of the treatment, with five patches (12.5%) showing >75% of repigmentation. The treatment response showed anatomical preferences, favoring the face, neck and trunk. However, the treatment response did not correlate to the cumulative dose or duration of treatment. Side effects occurred in nine patients, but were transient and minimal. Conclusion: The results of this study shows that the 308‐nm excimer laser can be an effective and promising device for the treatment of various vitiligo types, other than generalized, in childhood.  相似文献
