目的 通过对HIV/AIDS患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行分析,探讨初始、记忆和效应T细胞各亚群的变化情况及其与疾病进展的关系.方法 应用流式细胞仪检测15例正常人,79例HIV/AIDS患者CD4<200组17例、200≤CD4≤500组45例和CD4>500组17例.外周血淋巴细胞中T细胞各亚群绝对数及百分比.结果随着疾病进展,CD4+ 初始细胞(Naive)计数和比例均逐渐减少(P<0.001);CD4+中枢性记忆T细胞(Tcm)计数逐渐降低(P<0.001),但百分比逐渐升高(P=0.002);CD4+效应记忆性T细胞(TEMA)百分比上升(P<0.001);CD8+Naive细胞计数及百分比均逐渐下降(P<0.05);CD8+ TCM、TEM和终末分化的效应性记忆T细胞(TEMRA)的计数及百分比,各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 HIV感染者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群发生显著变化,幼稚型T淋巴细胞数目逐渐减少,功能型T淋巴细胞数目增加.本研究有助于对HIV致病机制的研究及疾病进展的监测.  相似文献

目的分析比较非手术性甲状旁腺功能减退症(non-surgical hypoparathyroidism,ns-HP)患者与慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎(慢甲炎)患者、健康对照外周血调节性T淋巴细胞(Tregs)、辅助性T淋巴细胞1型(Th1)及Th17亚群的分布。方法 2018年7月至2019年3月北京协和医院内分泌科门诊随诊的ns-HP和慢甲炎患者各20例,及对照20名,3组研究对象根据性别和年龄匹配。用流式细胞仪测量Tregs、Th1和Th17细胞百分比。用多元线性回归探索影响淋巴细胞亚群的因素。结果 ns-HP组和慢甲炎组患者血液Tregs百分比均低于对照组(P0.05和P0.01),而Th17细胞百分比高于健康对照(P0.05和P0.01)。在ns-HP组患者中,未发现Tregs和Th17细胞比例的独立影响因素。结论 ns-HP发病可能与T淋巴细胞亚群分布的改变相关。  相似文献

乳腺癌是最常见的女性恶性肿瘤之一,其转移是我国妇女死亡的重要原因。浸润转移与肿瘤血管生成密切相关,肿瘤由少数细胞群成长为较大的瘤体必须有新生血管的形成和逃逸免疫监视两个条件。恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及其转归与机体免疫功能状态有关,特别是细胞免疫功能受损与乳腺癌的发生密切相关。血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)可增加淋巴管内皮细胞之间的通透性,促进淋巴管生成,为肿瘤的转移创造有利条件。VEGF通过其受体VEGFR发挥生物学效应。  相似文献

肺癌患者血管内皮生长因子和T细胞亚群表达的变化   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
测定和比较83例肺癌患者与60名正常人血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和T细胞亚群(CD3 、CD4 、CD8 、CD8 CD28 )和NK细胞的表达水平,探讨其临床意义,VEGF采用ELISA法,T细胞亚群的表达采用流式细胞仪法。结果表明:肺癌患者VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。CD4 细胞、CD8 CD28 细胞和NK细胞明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。CD8 细胞则明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。提示肺癌患者血清VEGF增高和细胞免疫功能紊乱,有一定的临床意义。  相似文献

肝硬化患者血清TGF-β1和T淋巴细胞亚群检测的临床意义   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2  
目的:探讨了肝硬化患行血清TGF-β1和T淋巴细胞眶群的水平。方法:应用放免法测定64例肝硬化患者血清TGF-β1水平,单克隆抗体法测定T淋巴细胞亚群水平,并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果:肝硬化患者血清TGF-β1和CD8水平显著高于正常人组(P〈0.01)而CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平显著低于正常人组(P〈0.01)。相关分析显示,血清TGF-β1与CIMT细胞、CIM/CD8呈负相关,与CD8T细胞呈正相关。结论:肝硬化患者TGF-β1水平明显升高,而细胞免疫功能低下。TGF-β1对细胞免疫功能的抑制作用是肝硬化患者细胞免疫功能低下的原因之一。  相似文献

目的 检测尖锐湿疣 (CA)患者人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)亚型及 T细胞亚群。方法 用 S· P法检测 CA患者外周血CD3、CD2、CD8+T细胞。用 PCR法检测 CA患者皮损中的 HPV6/11,HPV16/18,HPV-DNA。结果  61例患者疣体标本 HPV6/11阳性 40例 (A组 ) ;HPV16/18阳性 12例 (B组 ) ;HPV6/11阴性、HPV16/18阴性、HPV-DNA阳性 9例 (C组 ,简称 HPV其他型阳性 )。三组相比 ,CD3 +T细胞差异无显著性 (P>0 .10 )。CO4+T细胞 B组低于 A组 P<0 .0 2 5 )、低于 C组 (P<0 .0 2 5 ) ,差异有显著性。 CD8+T细胞 B组低于 A组 (P<0 .0 0 5 )、 C组低于 A组 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,有高度显著性差异。 CD4/CD8比值 ,B值低于 C组 (P<0 .0 2 5 ) ,有显著性差异。结论  HPV16/18感染的 CA患者细胞免疫力明显降低。推测 HPV16/18亚型感染可能更易致尖锐湿疣复发  相似文献

目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA的存在与细胞免疫应答的关系.方法应用核酸印迹技术(Southernblot)对30例CA患者的活体组织进行HPV的检测,并通过限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析定型.应用抗CD3、CD4、CD8单克隆抗体致敏的红细胞花环试验法(SERC),同步检测外周血T细胞亚群.结果30名CA患者中,HPV阳性者19例(63.3%).其中,HPV11型15例(78.9%,15/19),HPV6型3例(15.8%,3/19),HPV16型1例(5.2%,1/19).CA病人外周血中CD3细胞、CD4细胞的百分比明显低于对照组(t值分别为3.32、3.42,P<0.01),CD8细胞的百分比明显高于对照组(t=12.42,P<0.001),CD4/CD8比值与对照组相比下降显著(t=10.67,P<0.001).结论CA患者体内由于HPVDNA的存在致使多种T细胞亚群功能障碍所引起的一系列细胞免疫应答抑制效应,在CA发病机理中起着重要作用.  相似文献

Results Compared to health controls, CA patients showed a decreased number of Thl (P < 0.01) and Tcl cells (P < 0.05), as well as a decreased Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 ratio (P <0.05). Furthermore, in 15 recurrent CA patients the ratio of Th1/Th2 was remarkably decreased (P < 0.01),while the ratio of Tc1/Tc2 had no significant change in comparison with health controls. 目的 探讨辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th细胞)和细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(Tc细胞)的极化情况在尖锐湿疣(CA)发病机理中的作用及其与疾病复发的关系.方法 采用三色荧光抗体染色流式细胞术检测细胞内细胞因子的方法 ,检测30例CA患者和20名健康对照者外周血CD3+CD8-/IFN-γ+(Th1)、CD3+CD8-/IL4+(Th2)、CD3+CD8+/IFN-γ+(Tc1)和CD3+CD8+,IL-4+(Tc2)细胞比例.结果 与健康对照组比较,CA患者外周血中Thl细胞含量显著减少(P<0.01),Tc1细胞含量、Th1/Th2比值、Tc1/Tc2比值均减少(P<0.05);其中15例复发CA患者的Th1/Th2比值较正常对照显著减少(P<0.01),而Te1/Te2比值与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 CA患者外周血Th1和Tc1细胞数减少,而Th2和Tc2细胞相对占优势,复发的CA患者这种失衡更趋严重.CA患者机体免疫状态可能存在Th1→Th2、Tc1→Tc2方向的漂移,这种漂移可能是人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)不易被有效清除或CA反复发生的一种免疫机制.  相似文献
