目的:探讨老年抑郁症(GD)和阿尔茨海默病(AD)的事件相关电位失匹配负波(mismatch negativity,MMN)变异。方法:应用美国Nicolet Bravo脑诱发电位仪,记录了35例GD患者的MMN,并与40例AD患者和39例健康老人(NC)的MMN进行比较。结果:MMN潜伏期3组差异有统计学意义(F=18.642,P0.01),AD组与GD组潜伏期均延长(P=0.000,0.006),AD组较GD组潜伏期延长(P=0.037);MMN波幅3组差异有统计学意义(F=13.491,P0.01),AD组较NC组、GD波幅降低(P=0.000,0.009)。结论:老年抑郁症和阿尔茨海默病患者MMN存在异常,MMN对GD与AD的鉴别诊断有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨首发精神分裂症患者前注意加工功能与其血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平之间的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定36例首发精神分裂症患者和38例健康对照组的空腹血清Hcy水平,采用32导事件相关电位(ERP)测试仪测定患者组和对照组失匹配负波(MMN)潜伏期和波幅值,并将患者组MMN潜伏期、波幅值与血清Hcy浓度进行相关分析。结果:患者组Fz、Cz、Pz处MMN潜伏期较对照组延长,但差异无统计学意义;患者组Fz、Cz、Pz处MMN波幅较对照组降低,血清Hcy浓度较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(t=-18.763,-15.232,-7.821,9.396;P0.05);患者组MMN波幅值PzCzFz(t=6.172,3.550;P0.05),对照组MMN波幅值FzCzPz(t=3.542,3.386;P0.05),对照组脑地形图MMN波幅能量分布以前额、中央区为主,而患者组脑地形图MMN波幅能量分布以中央、顶区为主,患者组脑地形图MMN波幅能量分布较对照组主效应后移。相关分析得出Fz、Cz、Pz处MMN平均潜伏期与血清Hcy水平呈正相关(t=0.423,P0.05),Fz、Cz、Pz处MMN平均波幅与血清Hcy水平呈负相关(t=-0.547,P0.05)。结论:首发精神分裂症患者存在前注意自动加工功能损害,且与其血清Hcy水平升高存在一定的相关性。  相似文献

目的探讨躯体化障碍患者认知功能情况及事件相关电位P300特征。方法随机将年龄在18~60岁之间符合CCMD-3躯体化障碍诊断标准患者40例作为研究组,选择40例健康者作为对照组。两组分别给予事件相关电位P300检测和洛文斯顿认知评定量表测定,将两组测定结果加以比较。结果与对照组相比,实验组N1、P2、N2、P3波潜伏期明显延长(t=2.62,2.51,3.10,3.07;P<0.05或0.01),实验组P2、P3波幅明显降低(t=4.58,4.04;P<0.01);实验组洛文斯顿认知评定量表中7个因子分及总分值均低于对照组,具有统计学差异(t=2.37,2.64,4.14,8.12,2.14,6.08,2.66,5.12;P<0.05或0.01);实验组潜伏期及波幅与洛文斯顿认知评定量表中7个因子分及总分值具有相关性:潜伏期与各因子分及总分值呈负相关(P<0.01),波幅则呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论躯体化障碍患者存在认知功能损害,P300可作为评价躯体化障碍患者认知功能的客观指标。  相似文献

目的:探索精神分裂症患者高危阶段和首发阶段事件相关电位(ERP)的特征。方法:应用德国Brain Products公司生产的ERP仪器,采集并比较健康正常组(健康组)、精神分裂症高危阶段组(高危组)和首发阶段组(首发组)患者的ERP检测结果各20例。结果:①健康组、高危组和首发组ERP外源性成分N1、P2潜伏期延长(F=5.04,4.05;P0.05),P2波幅逐渐降低(F=8.81,P0.01),内源性成分N2潜伏期延长(F=5.45,P0.05),差异具有统计学意义;②健康组、高危组和首发组MMN潜伏期、S1P50潜伏期逐渐延长,S2P50波幅降低,差异有统计学意义(F=39.69,9.07,5.13;P0.01)。结论:精神分裂症患者高危阶段和首发阶段均存在认知功能缺陷。事件相关电位ERPs部分成份(N1、N2、P2、MMN及S1P50的潜伏期延长、P2及S2P50的波幅降低)可作为精神分裂症高危阶段和首发阶段认知功能缺陷动态监测和随访的重要生物学评价指标。  相似文献

目的了解老年抑郁症患者非匹配负波(MMN)Pz脑区的特点。方法应用Nicolet Bravo脑诱发电位仪,对38例老年抑郁症患者、34例抑郁症对照组和39名健康成人进行了MMNPz脑区检测。结果与健康对照组相比,老年抑郁症组、抑郁症对照组患者MMN潜伏期延迟(t=7.169,P0.01),同时波幅降低(t=6.891,P0.01)。结论 MMN新技术适于精神科临床应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨首发与复发精神分裂症患者前注意信息加工的电生理机制差异。方法:采用纯音"Oddball"诱发模式,对36例首发精神分裂症患者(首发组)、38例复发精神分裂症患者(复发组)进行事件相关电位MMN检查,测量MMN的潜伏期、波幅,并与33名健康被试的结果进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,首发组的MMN潜伏期差异不显著(t=1.06,P0.05),复发组的MMN潜伏期显著延迟(t=4.23,P0.05),首发和复发组的MMN波幅均显著降低(t=2.69,3.36;P0.05);与首发组相比,复发组的MMN潜伏期显著延迟、波幅显著降低(t=3.66,3.03;P0.05)。结论:首发与复发精神分裂症患者的前注意信息自动加工电生理机制均受损,患者的反复发作能加重其受损。提示MMN受损指标可能是精神分裂症患者复发的潜在生物学标记。  相似文献

目的探讨精神分裂症伴发高脂血症的事件相关电位P300特征。方法选择符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)同时伴高脂血症患者68例作为研究组,其中高甘油三脂血症组(研究组A)31例,高胆固醇血症组(研究组B)37例。选择68例无血脂异常精神分裂症患者作为对照组。各组分别进行事件相关电位P300检测,比较P300潜伏期、波幅及反应时间的差异。结果研究组A、B与对照组比较,PZ点潜伏期均延长(P<0.05或P<0.01)、PZ点波幅均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)、反应时间均延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);研究组A、B之间PZ点潜伏期、波幅比较,均无显著性差异,研究组A反应时间比研究组B延长(P<0.01)。结论高脂血症进一步加重了精神分裂症患者的认知功能损害。  相似文献

探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者早期认知功能损害情况。根据多导睡眠监测(PSG)结果,对符合OSAHS诊断的20例患者和20例正常对照进行事件相关电位失匹配负波(MMN)和P300检测。结果显示OSAHS组Cz点的MMN和P300潜伏期较对照组显著延长(P0.05)。在控制了年龄和体重的影响后,相关分析显示MMN潜伏期与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、氧减指数、N1期睡眠时间和微觉醒指数呈显著正相关(P0.01),与N3期睡眠时间和平均血氧饱和度呈显著负相关(P0.05);P300潜伏期与AHI和氧减指数呈显著正相关(P0.05);没有发现MMN潜伏期、波幅与P300潜伏期、波幅具有相关关系。OSAHS患者大脑自动加工和控制加工功能受损,与夜间反复低氧和睡眠结构紊乱有关。  相似文献

目的观察舒血宁注射液改善慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的临床疗效。方法选择慢性精神分裂症患者86例,随机分为治疗组(舒血宁联合奥氮平组)及对照组(单用奥氮平组)各43例,观察时间为12周。治疗前后进行PANSS、MMSE、WMS、WAIS-RC及脑诱发电位P300测定,将两组前后结果进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗前进行t检验(t=0.16~1.32,P>0.05),测定结果无明显差异。经过12周的治疗后治疗组与对照组再次进行t检验(t=2.39~13.11,P<0.05或P<0.01),PANSS评分下降,在言语量表、操作量表、全量表、记忆量表分上有明显的改善,且P300电位成分中N2、P3波潜伏期缩短和P3波幅升高较对照组明显(t=7.44~7.90,P<0.01),存在显著性差异。结论舒血宁能有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能。  相似文献

目的探讨甲基苯丙胺依赖者认知功能状况及事件相关电位P300特征。方法随机将年龄在18~65岁之间符合CCMD-3甲基苯丙胺依赖者诊断标准患者30例作为实验组,选择30例健康者作为对照组。各组分别予P300检测和洛文斯顿认知评定量表筛查实验,将两组结果加以分析、比较。结果①与对照组相比,实验组Cz、Pz点潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05或0.01);实验组Cz、Pz点P2、P3波幅明显延长(P<0.05或0.01);②实验组洛文斯顿认知评定量表7个因子分及总分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);③Pz点潜伏期及波幅与洛文斯顿认知评定量表中7个因子分具有相关性:为Pz点潜伏期与各因子分及总分呈负相关(r=-0.348~-0.527;P<0.05或0.01);Pz点波幅则与各因子分及总分呈正相关(r=0.337~0.523;P<0.05或0.01)。结论甲基苯丙胺依赖者存在认知功能障碍,P300可在临床中用于评价甲基苯丙胺依赖者认知状况。  相似文献

目的 探讨军人心理创伤后应激障碍 ( PTSD)患者 3种事件相关电位 ( ERP)的变异。方法 应用美国 Nicolet Bravo脑诱发电位仪 ,采用光和声成对刺激、反应时间以及听觉靶 -非靶刺激序列技术 ,检测 66例 PTSD和 3 6名正常人 ( NC)的关联性负变 ( CNV)、P30 0 、以及失配性负波 ( MMN)。结果  1 CNV:M1 潜伏期 PTSD组 [( 5 0 3 .4± 1 3 9.2 ) ms]长于 NC组[( 4 2 0 .1± 1 2 3 .6) ms;P<0 .0 1 ],M2 波幅 PTSD组 [( 1 8.9± 7.9) μv]高于 NC组 [( 1 1 .7± 5 .8) μv;P<0 .0 1 ],指令信号后负变化 ( PINV)的出现率 PTSD组 ( 3 9% )高于 NC组 ( 3 % ;P<0 .0 1 )。 2 P30 0 :在靶刺激中 ,Cz脑区的 P3潜伏期 PTSD组[( 3 1 5 .4± 1 7.8) ms]短于 NC组 [( 3 3 6.7± 1 5 .5 ) ms;P<0 .0 1 ],Pz脑区的 N2 潜伏期 PTSD组 [( 2 78.5± 2 1 .8) ms]长于 NC组 [( 2 63 .4± 1 4.2 ) ms;P<0 .0 1 ],Pz脑区的 P3波幅 PTSD组 [( 3 .4± 1 .8) μv]低于 NC组 [( 5 .9± 2 .4) μv;P<0 .0 1 ]。在非靶刺激中 ,Cz脑区的 P2 波幅 PTSD组 [( 2 .5± 1 .4) μv]低于 NC组 [( 3 .4± 0 .1 ) μv;P<0 .0 1 ]。 3 MMN:潜伏期 PTSD组[( 2 1 4.2± 2 5 .7) ms]长于 NC组 [( 1 93 .7± 2 2 .6) ms;P<0 .0 1 ],波幅 PTSD组 [( 8.5  相似文献

目的:探讨抑郁障碍(DD)和广泛性焦虑(GAD)患者非匹配负波(MMN)的特点。方法:应用美国NicoletBravo脑诱发电位仪,对69例DD组、41例GAD组和58名正常人(NC组)的MMN作了检测。结果:与正常对照组比较,DD患者MMN潜伏期延迟,波幅降低。与此,GAD组的MMN潜伏期变化方向与DD一致。结论:MMN技术可作为P300检测的一种补充手段,MMN和P300联合应用可作为DD和GAD患者临床应用检测指标。  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the variations of contingent negative variations (CNV), P300 and mismatch negativity (MMN) in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression and anxiety. Methods: Event- related potentials CNV, P300 and MMN were recorded in 31 patients with OCD by Nicolet Spirit Instrument, and were compared with that of 20 depression controls (DC) and 17 anxiety controls (AC) and 28 normal controls (NC). Results: A significant difference of CNV among 4 subject groups was found in both post- imperative negative variation (PINV) and amplitudes (M1) (P < 0.01 ) (emergence of PINV were 45%,60%, 35%, and 4% in OCD, DC, AC and NC groups respectively). Compared with NC group, DC and AC groups showed decreased M1 amplitude ( P < 0.01). A significant difference of P300 among 4 groups was found in both latencies (Cz/N2) and P3 and nontarget - P2 amplitudes (P < 0.05 ~ 0.01). The delayed MMN latencies of OCD and DC were similar to that of P300 changes. Conclusions: CNV, P300 and MMN are useful tools for assessing the brain malfunction of OCD, DC and AC, and its clinical application are suggested. The characteristics ERPs of those patients might be useful indexes in distinguishing OCD from DC and AC patients.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Electrophysiological endophenotypes are far less explored in bipolar disorder as compared to schizophrenia. No previous twin study of event-related potentials (ERPs) in bipolar illness has been reported. This study uses a twin design and advanced genetic model fitting analyses aiming to (1) assess and quantify the relationship of a range of ERP components with bipolar disorder with psychotic features, and (2) examine the source of the relationship (due to genetic or environmental factors). METHOD: P300, P50 suppression and mismatch negativity (MMN) were recorded in 10 discordant monozygotic (MZ) bipolar twin pairs, six concordant MZ bipolar twin pairs and 78 control twin pairs. Statistical analyses were based on structural equation modelling. RESULTS: Bipolar disorder was significantly associated with smaller P300 amplitude and decreased P50 suppression. Genetic correlations were the main source of the associations, estimated to be -0 x 33 for P300 amplitude and 0 x 46 for P50 ratio. Individual-specific environmental influences were not significant. MMN and P300 latency were not associated with the illness. CONCLUSIONS: The results provide supporting evidence that P300 amplitude and P50 suppression ratio are ERP endophenotypes for bipolar disorder.  相似文献

Neuregulin 1 (NRG1), a gene involved with myelin production has been shown to have a positive correlation with schizophrenia. Event-related potentials (ERPs) studies provide the evidence of disturbed electrophysiologic marker in schizophrenia. The present study investigated the association of NRG1 genotypes with P300 in schizophrenia. Three polymorphisms in NRG1 gene were detected in 287 Chinese Han schizophrenics and 120 healthy control subjects. Among the total sample, 140 patients and 96 controls underwent P300. There were no significant differences for genotype distributions and allele frequencies between schizophrenic group and the control. A significant difference was observed between the schizophrenic patients and controls in the AT haplotype, with Odds Ratio 0.304 (P = 0.000882, 95% CI = 0.145-0.636). P300 amplitude in the schizophrenic group was significantly lower than that of the controls at Fz, Cz, Pz. P300 latency in the schizophrenic group was also significantly longer than that of the controls at Cz, Pz, Fz. Significant differences of P300 latency between three genotypes of rs3924999 were found at Cz and Pz both in schizophrenic group and the controls. The G/G carriers of rs3924999 tended to perform worse in the P300 latency as compared to A/A or A/G carriers both in the schizophrenia and controls. There were no significant differences for P300 latency and amplitude between schizophrenic group and controls for AT haplotype. NRG1 gene is a susceptible gene for Chinese Han schizophrenia and AT haplotype might have the protective role in the schizophrenia. Rs3924999 in NRG1 gene might functionally impact cognitive processing.  相似文献

目的:探讨脑白质疏松症(LA)患者事件相关电位P300成分的特征及与认知障碍的关系。方法:对94例LA患者(其中轻度LA31例,中度LA33例,重度LA30例)和32例正常对照组进行P300检测和简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)检查。结果:LA患者较对照组MMSE分值降低(P〈0.01),P300潜伏期延长(P〈0.01),P300波幅降低(P〈0.05)。轻、中、重度LA患者组间比较MMSE分值降低有差异,P300潜伏期延长有差异(P〈0.01),但波幅降低有差异仅见于轻、重度LA患者组之间(P〈0.01)。LA组P300潜伏期与MMSE分值间呈负相关(Pz:r=-0.4083,f=4.58,P〈0.01;Cz:r=0.4177.t=4.64,P〈0.01),P300波幅与MMSE分值间未发现有相关性(P〉0.05)。结论:P300潜伏期可客观评价LA患者的认知功能。  相似文献
