OBJECTIVE: We used multi-slice helical computerized tomography (MSHCT) to evaluate the 3D characteristics of the laryngeal structures in patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP) during phonation, and compared the results with those obtained using an aerodynamic vocal function test. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The subjects were 37 patients with UVFP. The region over the larynx was scanned during quiet phonation and again during inspiration using MSHCT, and 3D endoscopic and coronal reconstruction images were produced. Maximum phonation time (MPT) and mean airflow rate (MFR) during phonation were measured. RESULTS: During phonation, the affected fold was thinner than the healthy fold in 30 subjects and located at a higher position than the healthy fold in 21 subjects. Abduction or thinning of the affected fold during phonation (paradoxical movement) was seen in seven subjects. MFR was significantly greater when the affected fold was thinner than the healthy fold during phonation, and MPT was significantly shorter when the affected fold showed paradoxical movement. Over-adduction of the healthy fold during phonation was present in 15 subjects. There were no significant differences in MPT or MFR between subjects with and without over-adduction. CONCLUSION: The combination of MSHCT endoscopic and coronal reconstruction images enables the 3D characteristics of the unilaterally paralyzed larynx to be visualized during phonation, and some of these characteristics are significantly correlated with vocal function in patients with UVFP.  相似文献

The paralyzed arytenoid is not immobile and is subjected to passive movement during phonation. If anatomical changes during inspiration and phonation are compared by three-dimensional computed tomography (3D CT), it is possible to observe vertical movement of the paralyzed arytenoid. Our aim was to use 3D CT to examine the characteristics of 3D arytenoid movement in unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP). This is a prospective study. A total of 61 patients (18 females and 43 males) with UVFP who had undergone 3D CT imaging between April 2005 and January 2007 were included. Cricoid and arytenoid cartilage was imaged by 3D CT. We detected the movements of the paralyzed side when comparing inspiration and phonation. The degree of cranial displacement of the paralyzed arytenoids was classified into three grades (I for mild to III for severe). The mean flow rate (MFR) was calculated for each grade. By comparing the MFR of each grade with the normal control group, we determined whether cases would worsen according to grade. Passive gliding movement of the paralyzed arytenoids was found in 90.7% of cases. In all cases, the paralyzed arytenoids were displaced cranially compared to the unaffected side. MFR worsened significantly as the grade became more severe. We believe that the passive gliding movements observed when comparing inspiration and phonation are characteristic of paralysis. Even in mild cases, the paralyzed arytenoids are passively displaced cranially during phonation, and the degree of this displacement is one indicator that can be used to evaluate the severity of UVFP.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To measure the vocal fold length (VFL) during inspiration and phonation and to determine the vertical difference of the vocal folds during phonation in patients with unilateral vocal fold immobility. DESIGN: Prospective study. SETTING: University hospital.Patients Thirty patients with unilateral vocal fold immobility. INTERVENTIONS: Each subject was asked to sustain the vowel /a/ and, after a short rest, to inhale slowly. The region over the larynx was scanned using multislice helical computed tomography during each maneuver; 3-dimensional endoscopic, coronal, and sagittal images were produced. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The VFLs on each side and the vertical differences between the vocal folds were calculated. RESULTS: The inspiratory VFL on both sides was significantly longer in men than in women. It was significantly longer on the healthy side than on the immobile side in both groups. On the healthy side, the inspiratory VFL was significantly longer than the phonatory VFL in men, but there was no significant difference in women. In contrast, on the immobile side, the phonatory VFL was significantly longer than the inspiratory VFL in women, but there was no significant difference in men. The VFLs of the healthy and immobile sides varied in tandem. The immobile vocal fold was situated lower than the healthy vocal fold during phonation in 3 patients. CONCLUSIONS: Multislice helical computed tomography is a novel method to measure the VFL and the vertical level difference between the vocal folds. Application of this method might facilitate further understanding of laryngeal behavior in patients with unilateral vocal fold immobility.  相似文献

Aims of this prospective study were to evaluate the results of vocal fold structural fat grafting for glottic insufficiency and to compare the outcomes obtained in unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP) and congenital or acquired soft tissue defects in vocal folds. Sixty-six consecutive patients with breathy dysphonia, in 43 cases (aged 16-79 years) related to UVFP and in 23 cases (aged 16-67 years) related to vocal fold iatrogenic scar or sulcus vocalis, underwent autologous structural fat grafting into vocal folds. Lipoaspirates were centrifuged at 1200 g for 3 min to separate and remove blood, cell debris and the oily layer. The refined fat was injected under direct microlaryngoscopy in a multilayered way. The main outcome measures were grade, roughness, breathiness, asthenicity and strain (GRBAS) perceptual evaluation, maximum phonation time (MPT), self-assessed Voice Handicap Index (VHI), and voice acoustic analysis, considered pre-operatively and at 3 and 6 months after fat grafting. After surgery, MPT, VHI, G and B improved in both groups (p < 0.05). In particular, G and VHI functional subscales showed a significantly greater decrease in patients with UVFP (p < 0.05). The acoustic variables improved significantly only in the UVFP group (p < 0.005). From 3 to 6 months postoperatively, most variables showed a trend with further improvement. Vocal fold structural fat grafting was significantly effective in treating glottic insufficiency due to UVFP or soft tissue defects. Perceptual, acoustic and subjective assessments confirmed that patients with UVFP had better outcomes than those with soft tissue defects.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To analyze laryngeal aerodynamics in the same patient in 4 different circumstances: before the onset of unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP), after the onset of UVFP, and after 2 types of surgical vocal fold medialization techniques to compare the results of surgery with the measurements made in that same patient when his larynx was healthy (before paralysis). DESIGN: Prospective self-paired study of 1 male patient. Measurements were taken before iatrogenic UVFP (of the patient's healthy larynx), 1 week after the onset of iatrogenic UVFP (thoracic surgery), 3 days after vocal fold medialization with autologous fat, and 2 months after polytetrafluoroethylene thyroplasty. SETTING: University hospital. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE: Phonatory airflow and intraoral pressure. RESULTS: Airflow and intraoral pressure increased after the onset of UVFP. Airflow decreased to preparalytic values after both types of vocal fold medialization. Intraoral pressure decreased after fat injection but increased after thyroplasty, despite the favorable effects of this treatment on laryngeal resistance and vocal efficiency compared with preparalytic values. CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrates the variability of intraoral pressure as an indirect measure of subglottal pressure after vocal fold medialization in UVFP, due to as yet unknown factors. Phonatory airflow, laryngeal resistance, and vocal efficiency seem to be more reliable indicators of aerodynamic results after vocal fold medialization.  相似文献

ObjectiveType-I thryroplasty, also known as medialization thyroplasty (MT) and autologous fat injection laryngoplasty (FIL) are one of the main surgical treatments for unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP). Both procedures have the same concept of completing the glottal closure by medializing the vocal fold, although the surgical approaches are quite different. In order to assess these surgical effects, we examined the treatment outcomes and benefits of the two surgeries.MethodsWe collected data from the 135 phonosurgeries that we performed out of 375 patients with UVFP at Osaka Voice Center, Osaka Kaisei Hospital from January 2009 to February 2013. After excluding cases with glottal level differences on phonation, either MT or FIL were performed on 80 cases. The inclusion criteria for the present study were: (1) patients had no history of previous phonosurgery, and (2) functional evaluations were available before/after surgery. Consequently, 43 participants (12 for MT and 31 for FIL) were enrolled in this study. Surgical effects were evaluated by means of the maximum phonation time (MPT), pitch period perturbation quotient (PPQ), amplitude perturbation quotient (APQ), and harmonic to noise ratio (HNR) just before, one month, and 6 months after surgery.ResultsBoth MT and FIL showed significant improvement in MPT (MT, p = 0.005; FIL, p < 0.001) and PPQ (MT, p = 0.047; FIL, p = 0.041) at 1 month postoperation. We also compared the variation of each variable between the two procedures, but there were no significant differences in these parameters. However, MPT, APQ, and HNR at the post-MT after 6 months worsened compared to those at 1 month posttreatment, whereas MPT showed only a slight decrease from the 1st month to the 6th month in those with FIL.ConclusionBoth MT and FIL were effective for the voice recovery in patients with UVFP. Our findings suggest that surgical results in FIL might be better than those in MT 6 months after surgery, although there were no significant differences between these two procedures 1 month postoperation.  相似文献

Objective

The proportion of elderly Japanese is increasing significantly and aging society greatly influences the medical services. The number of elderly patients who visited out Voice Outpatient Clinic has been increasing in recent years. The aim of the present study was to analyze the trend in the number of patients with aging-related vocal fold atrophy, and to assess the characteristics of senile change of vocal function.

Methods

A retrospective review of the 1999–2005 medical records of patients aged ≥65 years was conducted, and patients with presbylarynx were analyzed. We evaluated age, sex, occupation, maximal phonation time (MPT), and mean airflow rate (MFR) during comfortable phonation to assess the physiological characteristics of senile change of vocal function. We compared MFR of presbylarynx with those of normal elderly person.

Results

The number of patients aged ≥65 who visited our clinic in the 7-year study period was 361, and 72 (20%) were diagnosed with vocal fold atrophy. They included 47 (65%) men and 25 (35%) women, with a mean age of 71 years (range, 65–89). Among these patients, 27 (38%) were still employed at the time of consultation, while 17 (24%) were retired, at least 26 jobs required voice skills; and 15 patients (21%) were involved in singing and recitation of poems. MPT correlated negatively with age, while MFR correlated positively with age.

Conclusion

The number of elderly patient with vocal fold atrophy increased gradually almost every year. The male patients account for 65%. Thirty-three percent of patient of the present study with presbylarynx were still in the workforce. MFR correlated positively and significantly with age. MFR was higher in presbylarynx than normal elderly person.  相似文献

Understanding the complex three-dimensional (3D) arrangement of the arytenoid cartilage is necessary for diagnosing arytenoid dislocation (AD) and arytenoid subluxation (AS). We examined the 3D arrangements of AD and AS (AD/AS) cases by region and considered their new diagnoses. This retrospective study included 2 patients with AD, 10 with AS, and 23 with unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP) for comparison. The etiologies were intubation-induced and idiopathic. We classified the AD/AS position into four joint regions: mediocaudal, laterocaudal, mediocranial, and laterocranial. We generated 3D computed tomography (3DCT) images during rest and phonation to analyze functional movements. We attempted to compare the endoscopic findings and 3DCT images of patients with UVFP and AD/AS. To examine the joint status, we especially focused on the position and movements of the muscular process (MP) on the joint because the arytenoid facet is mainly located on the back of the MP. We were able to obtain endoscopic and 3DCT findings characteristic of each AD/AS region. The dislocated MPs were localized to the mediocaudal, mediocranial, and laterocranial regions. Two AD cases were diagnosed due to complete separation of the joint surfaces during rest and phonation. The finding of MPs displacing partially outside the cricoid facet is common to both severe UVFP and AS. The most important differentiation point was that the MP in UVFP cases was located on both the medial and lateral side regions of the joint, but that of AS was on one side region only. Furthermore, no cases of passive gliding movements characteristic of UVFP that have been described previously by us were observed in AD/AS cases. AD can be diagnosed by findings of complete joint separation. AS can be diagnosed based on positions and movements distinct from those of UVFP.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE/HYPOTHESIS: Standard laryngoscopy suffers from a lack of information about the actual size of the observed objects (i.e., vocal fold length and oscillating amplitudes). However, there is much interest in absolute measures for both clinical and research purposes. Therefore, a laser projection device has been developed that enables the precise determination of absolute units in endoscopic investigation during respiration and phonation. STUDY DESIGN: An experimental study in which 9 adults underwent high-speed endoscopy combined with a laser projection device. METHODS: The projection system consists of two parallel laser beams with a distance of 3.8 mm. It is mounted on the tip of a rigid endoscope, which is attached to a digital high-speed camera During development and design, examination situations were taken into account. Two laser spots are projected onto the vocal folds and enable the definition of a metric scale within the endoscopic image. Knowledge-based image processing algorithms were used for evaluation. RESULTS: First measurements of the vocal fold length during phonation were performed in a group of nine healthy male students. The determination of glottal length during phonation agrees with former results. Quantifying vocal fold velocities in absolute units makes it possible to estimate the initial collision forces. CONCLUSIONS: The presented laser projection system allows the determination of absolute measures in the larynx. Because of the simple functional principle, the system is open for use without digital high-speed recording as well. Absolute units may also be helpful in voice diagnosis and in monitoring during voice therapy.  相似文献

The paralyzed vocal fold positioning and the degree of dysphonia are important inputs when one is deciding upon treatment options for unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP).ObjectiveTo check voice characteristics and paralyzed vocal fold position in men with UVFP.Materials and MethodsThis is a retrospective historical cross-sectional cohort study, with data from 24 men with UVFP with mean age of 60.7 years, submitted to voice assessment by three speech therapists and three ENT physicians used laryngeal images to classify the position of the paralyzed vocal fold.ResultsThe paralyzed vocal fold was found in the paramedian position in 45.83% of the cases; in the intermediary position in 25%; lateral in 20.83%, and it was in the median position in 4.16%; the dysphonia resulting from the UVFP was characterized by moderate hoarseness, roughness and stress in the voice; breathiness (most had severe breathiness); weakness and instability(mostly mild); the position of the paralyzed vocal fold had a significant influence on the general degree of vocal deviation.ConclusionThe general degree of dysphonia is associated with the paralyzed vocal fold position; dysphonia is characterized by hoarseness, breathiness, roughness and stress of moderate to severe levels.  相似文献

Objectives

To investigate the appearance of the pediatric larynx on ultrasound images and the diagnostic potential of ultrasound in cases of pediatric vocal fold paralysis.

Methods

First, we confirmed the ultrasonographic features of the laryngeal landmarks in 2 pediatric cadaveric larynxes. Secondly, 45 children were enrolled in a clinical study (13 patients with vocal fold paralysis and 32 normal children). Quantitative analysis of vocal fold mobility was carried out by measuring the maximum glottic angle (MGA) and vocal fold-arytenoid angle (VAA).

Results

All the paralyzed vocal folds showed abnormal mobility, and were flaccid during breathing and phonation. The rima glottis appeared as a hyperechoic air-column band in ultrasound images during phonation. The mean value of the MGA was 61.47 ± 9.00 in the normal larynx and 42.25 ± 10.41 in the paralyzed larynx. In the affected side of the paralyzed larynx, the VAA in maximum abduction was smaller than that in the normal larynx or in the unaffected side. The median difference of the VAA between maximum abduction and maximum adduction was less than that in the normal larynx. The kappa value was 0.96.

Conclusion

MGA and VAA are quantitative indicators of vocal fold immobility. Ultrasound is a reliable method of diagnosis of pediatric VFP. To diagnose VFP from an ultrasound image, the criteria are: (1) abnormal mobility (this was the most important and direct evidence), (2) hyperechoic air-column band of the glottic rima during phonation, (3) flaccid vocal fold and (4) asymmetry of the glottal structures.  相似文献

ObjectiveFibrotic changes in the vocal fold mucosa have been observed in patients with vocal fold scarring, aged vocal fold, and sulcus vocalis, which often lead to severe voice disorders. Previous research suggests that the basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF) improves variations in vocal fold properties [1,2]. Although clinical studies on b FGF treatments have been conducted [3,4,5], these studies only demonstrated the efficacy of this drug over a short period. The present study is the first to investigate the long-term efficacy of b FGF treatment.Methodsb FGF injections were performed in six patients from January of 2016 to December of 2017 at our institution. Patient follow-up continued for at least two years after the last injection. Three patients had vocal fold scarring, two had aged vocal fold atrophy, and one patient had sulcus vocalis. Each vocal fold was injected with 10 µg of b FGF four times. Voice and stroboscopic examinations were performed after surgery (at one month, three months, six months, one year, two years). Fundamental frequency, maximum phonation time (MPT), mean flow rate (MFR), amplitude perturbation quotient (APQ), pitch perturbation quotient (PPQ), and noise-to-harmonic ratio (NHR), and voice handicap index-10 (VHI-10) were examined and compared statistically between the pretreatment time and at each posttreatment time point.ResultsThe speaking F0 had an obvious decreasing tendency, with significant differences suggesting the increase in volume in the vocal folds. Aerodynamic parameters also showed small improvements. The most remarkable improvement was observed in the acoustic parameters, indicating that the treatment could improve the vocal fold to make vibrations symmetrically and regularly for a long period. Achievement of symmetry and regularity on vocal fold vibrations suggested the property changes had happened in the vocal folds. Consequently, the score of VHI-10 had improved, indicating high patient satisfaction with this treatment.Conclusionb FGF injections could be a reliable treatment option for diseases that deteriorate the property of vocal fold.  相似文献

Conclusions. Functional 3D laryngeal CT (F3DLxCT) is an informative tool for visualizing the active changes in length, tension and mass of the vocal folds for pitch control. Furthermore, volume defects and level differences of paralyzed vocal folds are easily detectable with this new technique. Objective. To evaluate the clinical feasibility of F3DLxCT images, which can provide clear coronal images of the vocal fold in each anteroposterior direction during phonation and in the resting state. Material and methods. FLxCT images were reconstructed to three dimensions to visualize laryngeal motion. FLxCT was performed in four normal controls and in four patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis in the resting state and during phonation with three vowel sounds of different pitch. 3D images were reconstructed with segmentation and a surface-rendering algorithm on a PC, using the DICOM file of axial images. Results. The dynamic vocal fold 3D image during phonation could visualize that the thickness and volume were decreased in relatively to the pitch increase. Typical subglottic shoulder-like image formation and ventricular widening were noted with the high-pitch tone.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: One treatment option for unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP) is ansa cervicalis-to-recurrent laryngeal nerve (ansa-RLN) anastomosis to provide reinnervation to the affected vocal fold. The advantages of this treatment approach are that it 1) provides vocal fold tone, bulk, and tension, 2) is technically simple, and 3) does not preclude other medialization procedures. We present all patients who have undergone ansa-RLN anastomosis for UVFP at our institution. METHODS: An Institutional Review Board-approved retrospective chart review was performed to include all patients who had undergone an ansa-RLN anastomosis procedure for UVFP at our institution. Data from clinical and endoscopic laryngoscopy with stroboscopy were recorded. Statistical analysis was performed on visual and perceptual vocal data. RESULTS: A total of 46 patients were included in the study. Stroboscopic analysis and perceptual vocal evaluation was performed in a blinded fashion on the 21 patients who had preoperative and postoperative stroboscopy. Severity, roughness, breathiness, and strain all improved significantly over time. Glottic closure, vocal fold edge, and supraglottic effort all significantly improved after operation. Of the 38 patients with at least 3 months of follow-up, all except 1 demonstrated evidence of reinnervation. CONCLUSIONS: This technique for treating UVFP results in significant improvements in patients' voice and on visual examination.  相似文献

Perineurioma is a rare, benign tumour of the perineurium, which develops mostly on the nerves of the extremities. The neoplasm related to a genetic mutation on the 22nd chromosome, is a rarity on the vagal nerve branches. Authors report the case of a 15-year-old female with an immunhistochemically verified (focal EMA positive, vimentin, CD56 positive) perineurioma originating from the left recurrent laryngeal nerve. After the removal of the tumour together with the involved 2-cm-long part of the nerve, vocal fold palsy developed with aphonia (left vocal fold was in intermedian position). The treatment had to be chosen carefully as the larynx was still in growth. In our case there was no possibility of spontaneous regeneration, thus we chose lipoaugmentation of the left vocal fold, which does not affect the laryngeal framework, so causes the least harm to the larynx. Following surgery the patient’s voice reached the normal range (before lipoaugmentation perception (0–100): G40 B80 R40 Acoustics: Ji 1.1%, Shi 10.8% Harmonicity: 13.9 dB maximum phonation time (MPT) 5 s after augmentation, Perception: G10 B10 R20, Acoustics: Ji 0.3 %, Shi 2.6%, Harmonicity: 21.2 dB MPT 22 s). This result was permanent, as the regularly performed objective voice evaluations confirmed during the 2-year follow-up.  相似文献

The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of patient age on the efficacy of laryngeal reinnervation with ansa cervicalis in unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP) patients. We retrospectively reviewed 349 consecutive UVFP cases of laryngeal reinnervation with ansa cervicalis to the recurrent laryngeal nerve anastomosis. Preoperative and postoperative videostroboscopy, perceptual evaluation, acoustic analysis, maximum phonation time (MPT) and laryngeal electromyography (EMG) data were collected. Gender, age, preoperative EMG status [preoperative voluntary motor unit recruitment (VMUR)] and denervation duration were analyzed in previous multivariable logistic regression analysis. Stratification analysis was performed on patient age in the present study. All patients were divided into four groups according to their age: Group A included patients with an age less than 30 years; Group B, 30–44 years; Group C, 45–59 years; Group D, ≥60 years. Stratification analysis on patient age showed significant differences between Group A and D, Group B and D, Group C and D (P < 0.05), but no significant difference between Group A and B, Group A and C, Group B and C (P > 0.05), respectively, with regard to parameters including glottal closure, overall grade, shimmer, noise-to-harmonics ratio; but there are no significant differences among the four groups with regard to jitter. However, for MPT and postoperative VMUR, there are significant differences among the four groups expect between Group A and B. In addition, glottal closure, perceptual and acoustic parameters, MPT values and VMUR data, were significantly improved postoperatively in each age group (P < 0.01). The data from this study indicate that patient age is an influential factor of the surgical outcome of laryngeal reinnervation for UVFP patients. Laryngeal reinnervation is less effective when patient age is more than 60 years.  相似文献

对158例正常人和136例各种喉疾病患者连续元音[i]发声时的平均气流率、声强、频率、频率微扰商和发声效率同步进行了测定.并对各测定指标间的相互关系进行了探讨.频率微扰商是表示连续元音发声时声带振动相邻周期间的微细变动量;发声效率反映平均气流率与声能的有效转换率.在低、中和高强度发声时.随发声强度的提高,平均气流率.频率和发声效率随之提高而频率微扰商则变小.中等声强发声时.平均气流率与声强,声强与频率均呈正相关;而平均气流率与发声效率.声强(男性)和频率(女性)与频率微扰商均呈负相关.多数喉疾病患者显示出较正常人高的平均气流率和频率微扰商,发声效率则降低.当声强和频率作为参考指标时,平均气流率,频率微扰商和发声效率可作为评价喉发声功能的客观、定量指标.  相似文献

This study was designed to objectively compare a patient's voice after onset of unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP) to his or her own normal voice, and to compare the results after treatment by intrafold injection of autologous fat. Acoustic recordings were obtained for 2 male patients before thoracic surgery and after the onset of iatrogenic left UVFP. Vocal fold augmentation was performed 10 days after UVFP. The acoustic recordings were repeated within 3 days and at 1 month. The phonation quotient, pitch perturbation quotient, amplitude perturbation quotient, harmonics-to-noise ratio, cepstral peak prominence, and long-term average spectrum were analyzed. All parameters improved after treatment, with a return to preparalytic values for most. During the first month, some deterioration was noted. This is the first study comparing a subject's own normal voice to his or her voice after vocal fold augmentation. We recommend overinjection of fat if vocal fold atrophy is expected.  相似文献

In a previous study of patients with unilateral vocal-fold paralysis (UVFP), three-dimensional computed tomography (3DCT) revealed passive movement during phonation, with the arytenoid cartilage on the paralyzed side pushed to the unaffected side and deviated upwards. The present work compares the 3DCT findings with those obtained by 2-dimensional endoscopy to visualize the vertical passive movement of the arytenoid cartilage. The study population consisted of 23 patients with UVFP and two with laryngeal deviation but normal movement of the vocal folds. Two endoscopic findings represented cranial deviation during phonation: posterior deviation of the arytenoid hump and lateral deviation of the muscular process. These two findings were classified into four grades, ranging from 0 (normal) to 3 (severe). Cranial displacement detected by 3DCT was also classified into four grades. Significant correlations were found between the 3DCT-determined grade of cranial displacement of the arytenoid cartilage and the grade assigned based on the two endoscopic findings. Moreover, lateral deviation of the muscular process was more significantly correlated with 3DCT grade than with endoscopic grade. Thus, endoscopic findings may be useful in the diagnosis of vocal-fold paralysis, and passive lateral deviation of the muscular process as an indicator of UVFP.  相似文献
