目的:探讨无症状性前列腺炎对精液参数的影响。方法:对已诊断无症状前列腺炎的152例患者按EPS中的WBC水平进行分组:A组(WBC+~++)和B组(WBC+++~++++);并设立健康正常的个体作为对照组(C组)。检测指标包括:精液量、pH值、液化时间、精子浓度、精子存活率、a级精子百分率、正常形态精子百分率、WBC计数与相关的炎症细胞因子等。结果:精液参数中液化时间、a级精子百分率(%)和正常形态精子百分率(%):A组(24.5±5.2)min、(20.0±4.1)、(10.5±4.8)和B组(30.4±5.0)min、(10.0±3.8)、(7.5±4.2)与C组(18.5±5.3)min、(32.3±4.5)、(17.8±3.6)相比,以及B组与A组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.001),而pH值、精液量、精子存活率、精子浓度:A组(7.6±0.3)、(3.0±1.1)ml、(56.0±6.0)%、(65.9±11.3)×106/ml,B组(7.7±0.3)、(2.8±1.2)ml、(52.3±6.3)%、(62.5±10.3)×106/ml和C组(7.5±0.2)、(2.9±1.2)ml、(62.1±5.3)%、(87.7±10.1)×106/ml差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。B组精液中IL-1β(58.64±30.82)pg/ml、TNF-α(50.57±27.48)pg/ml与C组IL-1β(17.68±5.65)pg/ml、TNF-α(23.50±4.80)pg/ml比较,显著上升(P<0.001)。结论:无症状性前列腺炎对精液主要参数有明显影响。  相似文献

目的:观察巨噬细胞炎性蛋白1α(MIP-1α)与肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量在男性不育患者精浆中的变化,以及对精子的影响。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)与放射免疫分析(RIA)方法分别对110例不育男性和30例生育男性精浆MIP-1α与TNF-α含量进行测定,并与精液中精子浓度、活力、活动率、白细胞含量和血液中抗精子抗体(AsAb)情况进行对比分析。结果:不育症组精浆MIP-1α与TNF-α含量[(179.45±24.54)pg/ml和(4.66±2.01)ng/ml]均明显高于生育组[分别为(89.64±13.27)pg/ml和(2.90±1.23)ng/ml],两者之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.01),而且以少精子症不育症组最为显著。精浆MIP-1α与TNF-α含量在不育症组的精子活力不良组[(196.04±23.54)pg/ml和(5.31±2.47)ng/ml]、活动率下降组[(210.39±21.43)pg/ml和(5.14±2.61)ng/ml]、WBC精液组[(203.14±24.65)pg/ml和(5.28±2.66)ng/ml]和血清AsAb阳性组[(234.05±27.60)pg/ml和(5.63±2.31)ng/ml]中均分别高于精子活力正常组[(154.22±26.38)pg/ml和(3.94±2.09)ng/ml]、活动率正常组[(139.87±27.62)pg/ml和(4.11±2.26)ng/ml]、非WBC精液组[(155.76±21.42)pg/ml和(4.04±2.24)ng/ml]和血清AsAb阴性组[(124.85±23.56)pg/ml和(3.69±2.15)ng/ml],两者之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),而且均以血清AsAb阳性组增高最为显著。结论:精浆MIP-1α与TNF-α含量与精子数量和功能之间密切相关,检测精浆MIP-1α与TNF-α含量可以判断男性不育症患者的状态,帮助临床进行有价值的治疗。  相似文献

Omi/HtrA2短发夹siRNA对肺癌细胞凋亡的影响   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
目的检测肺癌组织中促凋亡因子Omi/HtrA2的表达,观察Omi/HtrA2的短发夹状小干扰RNA(shRNA-Omi/HtrA2)载体对肺癌细胞生长的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例非小细胞肺癌和10例正常肺组织中Omi/HtrA2的表达;将shRNA-Omi/HtrA2载体转染至人肺腺癌细胞株A549,用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和Western blot检测其对Omi/HtrA2转录和表达的下调作用,流式细胞术检测Omi/HtrA2下调后A549细胞凋亡的变化。结果Omi/HtrA2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。shRNA-Omi/HtrA2载体能显著抑制A549细胞Omi/HtrA2基因的表达(88%)。转基因组细胞经顺铂处理后凋亡率为(13.00±0.98)%,显著低于对照组的凋亡率(24.00±1.08)%(P<0.05)。结论Omi/HtrA2的高表达参与肺癌的发展,Omi/HtrA2短发夹siRNA可抑制A549细胞的凋亡。  相似文献

目的 :探讨检测前列腺按摩液 (EPS)中细胞因子白细胞介素 8(IL 8)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)在慢性前列腺炎诊断、分型中的意义。 方法 :ELISA法检测 78例临床诊断的慢性前列腺炎患者 [其中慢性前列腺炎(CBP)组 12例 ,慢性非细菌性前列腺炎 /慢性骨盆疼痛综合征 (CPPS)ⅢA组 38例 ,CPPSⅢB组 2 8例 ]和 12例正常对照者EPS中IL 8和TNF α浓度。分析各组EPS中IL 8和TNF α浓度差异。 结果 :CBP组和CPPSⅢA组EPS中IL 8水平 [(10 96 7.5± 3477.7) pg/ml;(92 6 8.4± 2 0 34.6 ) pg/ml]和TNF α水平 [(84 .1± 5 4 .7) pg/ml;(32 .6± 18.6 ) pg/ml]显著高于CPPSⅢB组和正常对照组EPS中的IL 8水平 [(2 72 6 .1± 2 77.5 ) pg/ml;(2 80 0 .0± 32 0 .2 )pg/ml]和TNF α水平 [(12 .6± 7.1)pg/ml;(12 .9± 10 .1)pg/ml](P均 <0 .0 1)。 结论 :检测EPS中IL 8、TNF α水平可能有助于CBP、慢性非细菌性前列腺炎 /慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的分型诊断。  相似文献

目的探讨前列腺按摩液(EPS)中细胞因子白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在Ⅲ型前列腺炎[慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆底疼痛综合征(CPPS)]诊断、分型中的意义。方法ELISA法检测37例临床诊断为Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者(其中ⅢA型17例,ⅢB型20例)EPS中IL-8浓度。分析2组EPS中IL-8浓度差异。结果ⅢA型EPS中IL-8水平(34.12±5049.622)pg/ml显著高于ⅢB型组水平(487.25±2495.001)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论检测Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者EPS中IL-8水平可能有助于Ⅲ型前列腺炎分型诊断。  相似文献

目的:观察麝香、乳香配伍组合对虎杖提取物治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠前列腺组织病理及炎症因子表达的影响。方法:53只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,5只用于大鼠前列腺蛋白提纯液的制备,48只随机分为麝香配伍乳香+虎杖提取物组、虎杖提取物、模型组、正常对照组共4组。除正常对照组外,应用大鼠前列腺蛋白提纯液辅以免疫佐剂制备实验性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,造模60 d时正常对照组、模型组予生理盐水,虎杖提取物、麝香配伍乳香+虎杖提取物组分别予生药量虎杖1.575 g/(kg.d)、麝香0.021 g/(kg.d)、乳香1.05 g/(kg.d)按组别选用连续灌胃,各组给药14 d时处死,检测指标包括病理学,ELISA法检测前列腺组织匀浆TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平,RT-PCR及Western印迹方法检测炎症因子MCP-1(CCL2)、CCR2 mRNA及蛋白表达。结果:麝香配伍乳香+虎杖提取物组前列腺组织结构改善,无明显炎性细胞浸润,虎杖提取物组可见炎性细胞浸润。麝香配伍乳香+虎杖提取物组明显降低前列腺组织炎症因子(TNF-α:11.04±4.07、IL-1β:16.94±4.26、IL-6:110.08±28.42、IL-8:26.28±7.36,pg/ml),优于单纯虎杖提取物组(TNF-α:63.21±21.37、IL-1β:41.32±14.62、IL-6:177.64±42.65、IL-8:96.37±37.61,pg/ml),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。麝香配伍乳香+虎杖提取物组大鼠前列腺组织炎症趋化因子MCP-1(CCL2)及其受体CCR2的mRNA(MCP-1:0.32±0.17;CCR2:0.28±0.11)及蛋白(MCP-1:0.28±0.15;CCR2:0.11±0.04)表达水平与模型组(MCP-1 mRNA:1.15±0.39;MCP-1蛋白:0.93±0.34;CCR2 mRNA:0.83±0.26;CCR2蛋白:0.93±0.34)比较显著降低(P<0.01),显著优于虎杖提取物组(MCP-1 mRNA:0.65±0.27;MCP-1蛋白:0.56±0.22;CCR2 mRNA:0.78±0.24;CCR2蛋白:0.25±0.09),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:麝香乳香配伍组合的应用具有促进虎杖提取物对慢性前列腺炎的治疗,降低炎症反应程度,从而促进前列腺组织结构修复的作用。  相似文献

目的观察Omi/HtrA2对凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)表达的影响和对肺癌A549细胞凋亡的影响。方法将构建的携带绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)和Omi/HtrA2基因的表达载体(PEGFP-N1-Omi)转染至人肺腺癌A549细胞中,用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和Western blot检测Omi/HtrA2对XIAP转录和表达的影响,流式细胞仪检测Oml/HtrA2协同顺铂作用于A549细胞后该细胞的凋亡变化。结果Omi/HtrA2基因转染组XIAP的mRNA表达水平下降37%(P〈0.05),XIAP的蛋白表达水平下降69%(P〈0.05),顺铂诱导后,基因转染组细胞凋亡率为(36.00±1.95)%,显著高于对照组的细胞凋亡率(17.00±1.12)%(P〈0.05)。结论Omi/HtrA2通过抑制XIAP的抗凋亡作用可协同顺铂促进A549细胞凋亡。  相似文献

目的:检测前列腺按摩液(EPS)中巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)的mRNA和蛋白表达水平,探讨其在慢性前列腺炎分型中的意义。方法:50例临床诊断的慢性前列腺炎患者,其中慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)16例,慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CPPS)23例,分为ⅢA型11例,ⅢB型12例。无症状性炎症性前列腺炎Ⅳ型11例。收集EPS。同时选取15例健康自愿者做正常对照。RT-PCR法扩增MIP-1αmRNA,统计分析各组mRNA表达差异。ELISA法检测MIP-1α的蛋白表达水平,统计分析各组EPS的MIP-1α浓度差异。结果:RT-PCR半定量分析显示,MIP-1αmRNA在CPPSⅢA组和CPPSⅢB组的表达显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。ELISA分析显示,MIP-1α蛋白浓度在CPPSⅢA组[(1 174.3±89.2)pg/ml]和CPPSⅢB组[(842.3±76.2)pg/ml]也显著高于正常组[(198.0±37.8)pg/ml]、CBP组[(347.0±61.6)pg/ml]及Ⅳ型组[(292.0±56.4)pg/ml](P<0.05)。结论:从mRNA和蛋白水平检测EPS中MIP-1α可能有助于慢性前列腺炎的分型诊断。  相似文献

目的 :研究外源性骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)对大肠埃希菌致大鼠前列腺炎的抑制作用。方法:贴壁选择法分离、培养、扩增BMSCs。将SD大鼠50只随机分为急性细菌性前列腺炎(ABP)组、ABP+BMSCs组、慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)组、CBP+BMSCs组和正常对照组,每组10只。在小动物超声引导下向大鼠前列腺两侧叶内注射大肠埃希菌建立前列腺炎症模型,注入细菌1~14 d为急性炎症期,4~12周为慢性炎症期,对照组注入等量PBS。然后将BMSCs注入ABP+BMSCs组和CBP+BMSCs组大鼠前列腺内,观察移植BMSCs2周后大鼠前列腺病理学变化并做炎症评分,RT-PCR扩增前列腺组织中炎症因子IL-1β、TNF-αmRNA,ELISA检测IL-1β、TNF-α蛋白含量,统计分析各组表达差异。结果:前列腺组织病理学提示炎症组前列腺组织呈典型炎症病理变化,腺管结构改变,间质水肿,炎细胞浸润,纤维组织增生,而BMSCs治疗组大鼠前列腺炎症明显减轻。PCR和ELISA分析显示ABP组IL-1βmRNA(0.829±0.121)、蛋白(271.75±90.59)pg/ml和TNF-αmRNA(0.913±0.094)、蛋白(105.78±19.05)pg/ml含量均显著高于对照组[(0.342±0.087)、(45.76±17.99)pg/ml]、[(0.247±0.054)、(19.42±7.75)pg/ml](P均0.01)及BMSCs治疗组[(0.433±0.072)、(51.34±22.13)pg/ml]、[(0.313±0.076)、(28.38±8.78)pg/ml](P0.01);CBP组IL-1βmRNA(0.975±0.114)、蛋白(265.31±71.34)pg/ml和TNF-αmRNA(0.886±0.084)、蛋白(107.45±26.11)pg/ml含量也均显著高于对照组及BMSCs治疗组[(0.396±0.064)、(56.37±21.22)pg/ml]、[(0.417±0.068)、(29.21±10.22)pg/ml](P均0.01)。结论:注入BMSCs能够减轻大肠埃希菌引起的前列腺炎症反应,其作用可能与减少炎细胞浸润,降低IL-1β、TNF-α水平有关。  相似文献

本文用酶联免疫法测定正常对照、慢性前列腺炎及输精管结扎者 (VSM )精浆中TNF α和EGF含量。结果发现精浆EGF浓度在VSM组、正常对照组及慢性前列腺炎组中呈递增趋势 (1188.77± 10 8.89pg/ml,12 0 7.2 5± 12 5 .5 3pg/ml,12 2 9.2 5± 73.88pg/ml) ,但无统计学意义。精浆中TNF α浓度在VSM组和正常对照组(6 .2 3± 2 .75 pg/ml,6 .87± 2 .5 7pg/ml)明显低于慢性前列腺炎组 (17.31± 8.0 8pg/ml)。提示对精浆中TNF α测定有望成为临床上对慢性前列腺炎评价的指标  相似文献

The relationship between chronic prostatitis and fertility has been disputed for many years. Several groups have shown infection and autoimmune response against prostate antigens could have a deleterious effect on semen quality and fertility. This study was conducted to test the hypothesis that Omi/HtrA2-induced apoptosis in chronic prostatitis could be a mechanism underlying the observed clinical benefit. The Omi/HtrA2 serine protease is a nuclear-encoded mitochondrial protein, which can be released from mitochondria into the cytosol after apoptosis stimuli, inducing apoptosis in caspase-dependent and independent manners. Forty-one patients diagnosed as suffering from chronic prostatitis were included. Healthy normal individuals were included as controls. Human spermatozoa in the semen were purified by Percoll-gradient technique to separate the seminal plasma and other round cells. Measurements for sperm concentration, motility, morphology, proinflammatory cytokines, Omi/HtrA2 mRNA and protein levels in spermatozoa of chronic protatitis patients, were performed accordingly. Significantly increased levels of proinflammatory cytokines were detected in seminal plasma from these prostatitis patients. Omi/HtrA2 mRNA and protein levels were significantly higher in prostatitis men than in normal men. This study shows that chronic prostatitis patients present important alterations in their semen quality parameters, Omi/HtrA2 mRNA and protein levels of spermatozoa. We speculate that the inflammatory process involved may affect male fertility by release of proapoptotic protein Omi/HtrA2.  相似文献

目的:研究不同分型的慢性前列腺炎对精液质量恶化的影响。方法:根据目前存在感染和(或)针对前列腺的自身细胞免疫反应情况.将49例慢性前列腺炎患者进行分组。健康正常的个体作为对照组。检查包括精子密度、死亡率、形态、前列腺与精囊标记物、抗精浆抗体、白细胞计数与伴随的炎症前细胞因子。结果:最严重的畸形见于无明显感染而有针对前列腺的自身细胞免疫患者。此外,在此类患者的精浆中检测到炎症前细胞因子水平显著升高。结论:伴有针对前列腺的自身细胞免疫反应的慢性前列腺炎患者的精液质量参数有重要改变,并因此而引起不育。  相似文献

目的:探讨Ⅲ型前列腺炎(CP/CPPS)患者精液常规参数、锌浓度及抗菌活性的关系。方法:对60例CP/CPPS患者和20例健康男性进行精液常规参数、锌浓度及抗菌活性的检测。结果:CP/CPPS患者精液液化时间、精子活力、精浆抗菌活性及精浆锌离子浓度与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P均<0.01)。CP/CPPS患者精子活力与精浆锌离子浓度间有显著相关性(r=0.272,P=0.015)。精浆抗菌活性与精浆锌离子浓度间有显著相关性(r=0.449,P<0.01)。结论:CP/CPPS患者精液液化时间延长,精子活力下降,精浆锌浓度和抗菌活性降低。精浆抗菌活性与精浆锌浓度、精子活力间有显著相关性。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether a range of cytokines were detectable in the seminal plasma and urine of men with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) and nonspecific urethritis (NSU), and whether cytokine levels correlated with symptom severity in CP/CPPS. PATIENTS AND METHODS: In all, 87 men participated, 33 with CP/CPPS, 31 with NSU, and 23 controls. Interleukin (IL)-1beta, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 were measured in seminal plasma and first pass urine, and the results were correlated with scores for pain, urinary symptoms and quality-of-life impact using a validated symptom index, the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI). RESULTS: Seminal plasma levels of IL-8 were higher in men with CP/CPPS and NSU than in controls (P < 0.001), and the levels correlated with NIH-CPSI symptom scores in men with CP/CPPS. There were no significant differences in urinary IL-8 levels in the three groups, and no significant differences in levels of the other cytokines in either semen or urine. CONCLUSION: Semen IL-8 levels correlate with subjective symptoms in men with CP/CPPS. IL-8 might contribute to the pathophysiology of CP/CPPS and NSU, and elevated levels might be a useful marker of the condition.  相似文献

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) can be detected in the semen of 40% of infertile men, whereas none is detected in semen from normal men. The ROS detected in semen are a reflection of the imbalance between ROS production and degradation. The aim of the present study was to determine whether a lowered scavenging capacity or an increased production of ROS was responsible for the ROS detected in semen samples from infertile men. Two activities were investigated: (1) catalase-like activity, which is responsible for the degradation of H2O2, and (2) superoxide dismutase-like (SOD-like) activity which is responsible for the degradation of O2--. Catalase-like and SOD-like activities were found in whole seminal plasma, in dialyzed seminal plasma (> 12 kD), in an ultrafiltrate of seminal plasma (< 5 kD) and in spermatozoa. There was no significant difference in the SOD-like activities measured in spermatozoa, or in seminal plasma (whole or fractionated) from samples that did or did not produce ROS. SOD-like activity originated mostly from the high molecular weight components of seminal plasma. However, the catalase-like activity of whole seminal plasma and of spermatozoa was significantly greater ( P = 0.01) in those samples that produced ROS as compared to those that did not. The catalase-like activity in dialyzed seminal plasma, and an ultrafiltrate of seminal plasma from semen samples that did or did not produce ROS were not statistically different. The catalase-like activity of the seminal plasma originated equally from high and low molecular weight components. In conclusion, the data suggest that the ROS detected in the semen of infertile patients are likely due to increased ROS production rather than to decreased ROS scavenging capacity.  相似文献

Fourteen young and sexually active patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis who failed to respond to conventional medical therapy underwent four 60 minute sessions of local prostatic hyperthermia. Calculated prostatic temperature was 42 +/- 0.5 degrees C. Analysis of seminal plasma was performed pre- and postoperatively and included: number, motility, and morphology of spermatozoa; zinc, citric acid, D-fructose, and free testosterone content. Preoperative semen analysis was normal in five patients and abnormal in nine. Morphodynamic and biochemical patterns of seminal plasma were not significantly altered by thermotherapy. Local prostatic hyperthermia can be safely used in patients with chronic abacterial prostatis not responding to conventional medical therapy and desiring to preserve their reproductive potential.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To prove the need for the quantitative full-microflora semen analysis for determining the role of microorganisms in the etiology of asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis, and to correlate the seminal white blood cell (WBC) counts with interleukin 6 (IL-6) levels. METHODS: Thirty-seven men with asymptomatic inflammatory (National Institutes of Health [NIH] IV category) prostatitis and 32 controls were investigated by using routine semen analysis, IL-6 levels of seminal plasma, and quantitative microbiological analysis of semen. RESULTS: The IL-6 concentration in seminal plasma was significantly higher in NIH IV category prostatitis patients than in the controls, and was in good correlation with the WBC count in semen (r=0.74, p<0.001). In most of the specimens, the counts of anaerobic microorganisms were equal to or outnumbered the aerobic ones. One to eight different microorganisms could be found in any particular semen sample, and the total concentration of microorganisms ranged from 2.0 to 7.5log(10)CFU/ml. Both parameters were significantly higher in NIH IV category prostatitis patients than in controls (median: 4.8 vs. 3.9log(10)CFU for total concentration, p<0.001; median: 5 vs. 3 for number of different species, p=0.004). CONCLUSIONS: Unlike the controls the NIH IV category prostatitis patients harbour abundant polymicrobial microbiocenosis in their semen, containing anaerobic, microaerophilic and aerobic bacteria. Detection of IL-6 in seminal plasma serves as an additional tool for diagnosing NIH IV category prostatitis.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to contribute to the knowledge concerning pathogenesis of inflammatory chronic prostatitis by revealing possible shifts in the balance of markers of oxidative stress and anti-oxidative activity in case of leucocytospermic prostatitis. We also attempted to identify possible relations between seminal micro-organisms and oxidative stress parameters. A many-sided complex of local (spermatozoa, seminal plasma) and general (blood, urine) markers in 21 prostatitis patients and nine controls was compared. In both spermatozoa and seminal plasma, the content of diene conjugates was significantly higher in prostatitis patients compared with healthy controls. At the same time total anti-oxidative status in spermatozoa and total anti-oxidative activity in seminal plasma were lower in prostatitis patients than in controls. In urine, the level of 8-isoprostanes was significantly higher in prostatitis patients than in healthy controls, correlating well with 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine. The latter correlated with cellular Fe and Ni contents as well, confirming that these metals with varying valency may cause DNA damage. Reduced glutathione showed higher levels in blood of controls than in prostatitis patients. Coryneform bacteria appeared to be associated with prostatitis-related oxidative stress. In conclusion, leucocytospermic prostatitis patients are characterised by oxidative stress at all levels: systemic (general), seminal plasma and cellular.  相似文献

目的:了解IL-1β和TNFα在人精子表达的变化及意义。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测13例正常生育者、30例不育者及30例慢性及30例慢性前列腺炎患者精子IL-1β和TNFα mRNA表达。结果不育精子中IL-1β和TNFα mRNA表达增显著低于正常生育者(P=0.018和P=0.046)。慢性前列腺炎患者精子中TNFα mRNA的表达显著低于正常生育者(P=0.018)。而IL-1βmRNA表达与正常生育者相比差别无显著性意义(P=0.42)。IL-1β和TNFα mRNA-NA在不育者与慢性前列腺炎患者精子中的表达差别无显著性意义(P=0.49和P=0.62)。结论某些因素可能干扰不育症患者精子IL-1βTNFα合成,导致精液质量下降及不育。生殖道炎症也可能影响精子TNFα表达,其机制和意义有待进一步研究证实。  相似文献

目的:探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎以及慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合症(CP/CPPS)患者精浆中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)以及热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的含量及临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)对36例慢性细菌性前列腺炎(Ⅱ型)、43例炎症型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎即炎症型慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(ⅢA型)、46例非炎症型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎即非炎症型慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(ⅢB型)患者及25例健康志愿者精浆中TNF-α、IL-1β以及HSP70含量进行测定分析,并将HSP70的表达与慢性前列腺炎症状评分进行相关性分析。结果:慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者精浆中细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-1β)以及HSP70含量明显高于CP/CPPS患者及正常对照组。CP/CPPSⅢA型患者精浆中IL-1β的含量明显高于CP/CPPSⅢB型患者及正常对照组。CP/CPPS患者精浆中HSP70的含量明显低于正常对照组。慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者精浆中HSP70的含量与CPSI评分呈显著负相关。结论:精浆中HSP70的含量能够作为评价慢性细菌性前列腺炎病情程度的分子生物学指标。IL-1β能够作为CP/CPPS分型诊断指标。对于慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者,HSP70具有细胞保护功能。CP/CPPS患者精浆中HSP70表达的抑制可能与T细胞功能受损有关。  相似文献
