贵州彝族白族16种遗传性状的基因频率   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的 了解贵州彝族、白族群体部分遗传性状的基因频率及其分布特点. 方法 采用群体遗传学研究方法,调查了879人(彝族472人、白族407人)16种遗传性状.计算了各遗传特征的基因频率.采用U检验进行了民族群体间差异显著性比较. 结果 贵州彝族翻舌、卷舌、唇厚、下颏类型、发质、发旋、眼睑、前额发际、睫毛、耵聍、达尔文结节、利手、拇指类型、中指毛、环食指长(男)、环食指长(女)和小指弯曲基因频率分别为0.0424、0.3427、0.5539、0.3527、0.1894、0.3860、0.4960、0.1089、0.5132、0.1363、0.3652、0.6285、0.2190、0.3397、0.0673、0.0797和0.3144;白族分别为0.0450、0.3868、0.4940、0.2993、0.2210、0.3188、0.4075、0.0901、0.6285、0.0808、0.4238、0.7034、0.2550、0.3707、0.0678、0.0950和0.2901.贵州两民族人群发旋和利手显性基因频率具有显著性差异(P<0.05),眼睑、睫毛和耵聍显性基因频率差异极显著(P<0.01). 结论 贵州彝族、白族翻舌、中指毛、发旋、拇指类型和小指弯曲5种遗传性状的显性基因频率处于较低水平,下颏类型和睫毛两种遗传性状的显性基因频率处于较高水平,其余9种遗传性状的基因频率处于中等水平.  相似文献

目的确定广西马山壮族中小学生头发中9种人体必需元素含量的正常值。方法用偏振塞曼原子吸收仪,检测了来自马山县的1093名7~16岁中小学生头发中镍、硒、钴、铬、铁、锌、钙、铜、镁9种人体必需元素的含量,并用SPSS统计软件做了统计分析。结果广西马山壮族中小学生头发中,①镍、硒、钴、铬、铁、锌、钙、铜、镁9种人体必需元素的含量没有性别差异;②铁与年龄呈负相关,但镍、硒、钴、铬、锌、钙、铜、镁的含量年龄没有相关关系;③制订了镍、硒、钴、铬、铁、锌、钙、铜、镁9种元素的头发含量的的正常值范围。结论广西马山县中学生头发中镍、硒、钴、铬、铁、锌、钙、铜、镁含量没有明显的性别差异;发铁的含量随年龄增大而减少。  相似文献

Evidence exists to suggest that there are neurochemical responses common to the development of tolerance to and dependence on a variety of psychoactive drugs. Experimental data indicates that pituitary peptides such as corticotropin and vasopressin, in addition to the endorphins, influence the development of physical dependence on either morphine or ethanol. If these findings are supported by further investigations with human subjects, various manipulations of pituitary-adrenal function, such as the administration of corticotropin and vasopressin analogs or drugs such as dexamethasone, may prove to be of clinical utility.  相似文献

肺功能作为呼吸系统疾病诊断和疗效评估的主要手段之一,临床备受重视。不仅年龄、身高,甚至出生时体质量等生理因素对肺功能也有影响,而且β2肾上腺素能受体(β2-adrenergicreceptor,β2-AR)等基因、大量细胞因子等机体内环境的改变与肺功能关系亦非常密切;吸烟、甲醇乃至粉尘等外界环境对肺功能的影响也不可忽视;2型糖尿病、脊柱侧凸等内外科疾病对肺功能也有着显著的影响。而口服茶碱、缩唇呼气法等干预手段则有利于患者肺功能的改善。  相似文献

Bacterial pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus use highly efficient mechanisms to evade recognition and elimination by the innate immune system. S. aureus produces sophisticated anti-inflammatory molecules and it employs several mechanisms protecting the bacteria against host cationic antimicrobial molecules such as defensin-like peptides and bacteriolytic enzymes such as lysozyme. Cell wall teichoic acids and lipoteichoic acids, complex Gram-positive surface polymers, and modified membrane lipids such as lysylphosphatidylglycerol are crucial in defensin resistance and other important aspects of staphylococcal virulence such as nasal colonization and biofilm formation on biomaterials. Certain S. aureus genes conferring escape from innate host defenses are conserved in many human pathogens suggesting that the underlying mechanisms are of general significance in bacterial virulence.  相似文献

Some of the biological activities known to be confined to certain anti-D sera such as Ripley could be simulated using heat-treated human anti-D Ig preparations. Thus, human red cells sensitized with heat-treated anti-D Ig were found to be capable of causing Fc-receptor on lymphocyte surfaces and of fixing complement. In its other effects such as reactivity to rheumatoid factor and to anti-allotype agglutinators, heat-treated anti-D Ig seemed inferior to such anti-D sera as Ripley.  相似文献

The Case Definition of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The 1994 case definition of chronic fatigue syndrome is widely used not only for diagnosis but also for clinical and laboratory-based observations of this clinical entity. The criteria for the 1994 case definition are based primarily on symptoms and not on physical signs or chemical or immunological tests. This situation has resulted in conflicting clinical and laboratory observations that in all likelihood is due to different populations of patients being studied in different centers. Based on some of the recent publications, there appears to be an emerging picture of this disease entity that we propose could be used to subgroup chronic fatigue syndrome into four different subclasses. These subclasses would consist of chronic fatigue with primarily nervous system disorders such as impaired memory or concentration and headache, chronic fatigue with primarily endocrine system disorders such as unrefreshing sleep and postexertional malaise, chronic fatigue with musculoskeletal system disorders such as muscle pain and joint pain, and chronic fatigue with immune system/infectious disorders such as sore throat and tender lymph nodes. It is suggested that if clinical and laboratory-based studies on chronic fatigue syndrome were conducted on more homogeneous subgroups of patients, the data from one center to the other might not be as conflicting and more insights can be shed on the nature of this clinical condition.  相似文献

Allergic diseases such as asthma are elicited by maladaptive activation of immune cells such as mast cells and lymphocytes by otherwise innocuous allergens. The numerous mediators secreted by such cells promote both acute inflammation and, in many instances, chronic tissue remodeling. Most of these compounds exert their effects on end-organ targets such as epithelial and endothelial cells and airway smooth muscle by activating G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), which are by far the most abundant type of cell surface receptor. Since GPCRs are also the most common target of allergy therapeutics, a better understanding of their intracellular signaling mechanisms is vital to improve the efficacy of such drugs or to develop new targets. In this review, we focus on some of the new regulatory elements that control the duration and amplitude of GPCR signal transduction pathways in immune effector cells and end-organ structural cells affected by allergic inflammation.  相似文献

This invited paper presents a personal view on the current status of the solution to the inverse problem of bioelectricity. Its focus lies on applications in the field of electrocardiography. The topic discussed is also relevant in other medical domains, such as electroencephalography, electroneurography and electromyography. The traditional model of efferent cardiac noradrenaline and acetylcholine release being driven solely via brainstem integration of circulatory reflex afferent input needs to be modified in the light of the discovery of numerous local cardiac factors that impact on peripheral neuronal neurotransmitter release. These neuromodulators can be intrinsic to sympathetic ganglia or vagal neurons (such as neuronal nitric oxide synthase), act as cotransmitters between these neuronal populations (such as neuropeptide Y) or are released from the myocardium itself to act on neurons in a paracrine manner (such as natriuretic peptides). Both myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure are characterized by enhanced regulation of these neuromodulators. This review will focus on recent evidence that nitric oxide, natriuretic peptides and neuropeptide Y act by converging on neuronal cyclic nucleotide-dependent pathways to alter the autonomic phenotype in both health and disease.  相似文献

Metal implants are the best choice for the long-term replacement of hard tissue, such as hip and knee joints, because of their excellent mechanical properties. Titanium and its alloys, due to their self-organized oxide layer, which protects the surface from corrosion and prevents ion release, are widely accepted as biocompatible metal implants. Surface modification is essential for the promotion of the osseointegration of these biomaterials. Nanotubes fabricated on the surface of metal implants by anodization are receiving ever-increasing attention for surface modification. This paper provides an overview of the employment of anodization for nanotubes fabricated on the surface of titanium, titanium alloys and titanium alloying metals such as niobium, tantalum and zirconium metal implants. This work explains anodic oxidation and the manner by which nanotubes form on the surface of the metals. It then assesses this topical research to indicate how changes in anodizing conditions influence nanotube characteristics such as tube diameters and nanotube-layer thickness.  相似文献
